Description

一种电机控制器及其应用的直流无刷电机 技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种电机控制器及其应用的直流无刷电机,属于电机技术领域。
背景技术:
现有直流无刷电机用的电机控制器主要包括控制盒和母线路板,母线路板安装在控制盒里面,由于直流无刷电机的日益发展,仅凭母线路板已经难以满足市场对直流无刷电机功能多样化的需求。因此出现了在母线路板上增加子线路板的结构方案,子线路板安装在母线路板的顶面上并且与母线路板电连接在一起,并且对子线路板采用喷UV胶防护工艺,以避免子线路板长期暴露在外而造成的失效。但是由于喷UV胶防护工艺的防护效果有限、工作环境恶劣、在装配或者维修过程中的不当操作等原因,市面上子线路板失效的比例还是比较高,子线路板失效意味着电机控制器需要维修设置是报废,这是都不是客户所期望的。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种电机控制器及其应用的直流无刷电机,通过在子线路板外面嵌套有盒体,灌封材料覆盖母线路板并且把子线路板密封在盒体里面,可以完全避免子线路板由于长期暴露在外或者由于与水接触而造成的失效,提高电机控制器的可靠性,延长电机控制器的使用寿命。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现的。
一种电机控制器,包括控制盒、母线路板和子线路板,在控制盒中间设置有空腔,母线路板安装在空腔的底壁上,子线路板安装在母线路板的顶面上并且与母线路板电连接在一起,在子线路板外面嵌套有盒体,盒体安装在母线路板的顶面上,在空腔里面填充有灌封材料,灌封材料覆盖母线路板并且把子线路板密封在盒体里面。
上述所述的子线路板是竖直安装在母线路板的顶面上的。
上述所述的在母线路板的顶面上开设有若干定位孔,盒体的底部设置有若干定位柱,定位柱嵌套在定位孔里面。
上述所述的在盒体的两内侧壁上分别设置有卡槽,盒体嵌套在子线路板外面,子线路板两侧分别镶嵌在盒体两内侧壁上的卡槽里面。
上述所述的盒体的底部设置有缺口。
一种直流无刷电机,包括电机本体和安装在电机本体上的电机控制器,所述的电机本体包括转子、定子和外壳,转子和定子安装在外壳里面,所述的电机控制器包括控制盒、母线路板和子线路板,在控制盒中间设置有空腔,母线路板安装在空腔的底壁上,子线路板安装在母线路板的顶面上并且与母线路板电连接在一起,在子线路板外面嵌套有盒体,盒体安装在母线路板的顶面上,在空腔里面填充有灌封材料,灌封材料覆盖母线路板并且把子线路板密封在盒体里面。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有如下效果:
1)在子线路板外面嵌套有盒体,盒体安装在母线路板的顶面上,在空腔里面填充有灌封材料,灌封材料覆盖母线路板并且把子线路板密封在盒体里面,可以完全避免子线路板由于长期暴露在外或者由于与水接触而造成的失效,提高电机控制器的可靠性,延长电机控制器的使用寿命;
2)子线路板是竖直安装在母线路板的顶面上的,安装简单、方便,子线路板与母线路板之间的电连接更加可靠;
3)母线路板的顶面上开设有若干定位孔,盒体的底部设置有若干定位柱,定位柱嵌套在定位孔里面,结构简单,定位安装方便,提高装配效率;
4)在盒体的两内侧壁上分别设置有卡槽,盒体嵌套在子线路板外面,子线路板两侧分别镶嵌在盒体两内侧壁上的卡槽里面,结构简单,安装方便,装配效率高,并且牢靠,不易松脱;
5)盒体的底部设置有缺口,使盒体避开设置在母线路板上的电子元器件,避免由于安装盒体而损坏母线路板上电子元器件。

具体实施方式:
下面通过具体实施例并结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。
实施例一:如图1、图2、图3、图4、图5和图6所示,本实施例是一种电机控制器,包括控制盒1、母线路板2和子线路板3,在控制盒1中间设置有空腔11,母线路板2安装在空腔的底壁11上,子线路板3安装在母线路板2的顶面上并且与母线路板2电连接在一起,在子线路板3外面嵌套有盒体4,盒体4安装在母线路板2的顶面上,在空腔11里面填充有灌封材料5,灌封材料5覆盖母线路板2并且把子线路板3密封在盒体4里面。所述的子线路板3是竖直安装在母线路板2的顶面上的。在母线路板2的顶面上开设有若干定位孔21,盒体4的底部设置有若干定位柱41,定位柱41嵌套在定位孔21里面。在盒体4的两内侧壁上分别设置有卡槽42,盒体4嵌套在子线路板3外面,子线路板3两侧分别镶嵌在盒体4两内侧壁上的卡槽42里面。盒体4的底部设置有缺口43,以避开设置在母线路板2上的电子元器件。
如图7所示,所述的母线路板上设置有电源电路、微处理器单元MCU、模拟量检测单元、转子位置检测单元和功率逆变单元,子线路板设置有接口电路,接口电路与电机控制器母线路板上的微处理器单元MCU连接,用户端控制系统 通过接口电路与电机控制器母线路板上的微处理器单元MCU进行通信。
实施例二:如图8和图9所示,本实施例是一种直流无刷电机,包括电机本体5和安装在电机本体5上的电机控制器6所述的电机本体5包括转子51、定子52和外壳53,转子51和定子52安装在外壳53里面。如图4所示,所述的电机控制器包括控制盒1、母线路板2和子线路板3,在控制盒1中间设置有空腔11,母线路板2安装在空腔的底壁11上,子线路板3安装在母线路板2的顶面上并且与母线路板2电连接在一起,在子线路板3外面嵌套有盒体4,盒体4安装在母线路板2的顶面上,在空腔11里面填充有灌封材料5,灌封材料5覆盖母线路板2并且把子线路板3密封在盒体4里面。

  1. 一种电机控制器,包括控制盒(1)、母线路板(2)和子线路板(3),在控制盒(1)中间设置有空腔(11),母线路板(2)安装在空腔的底壁(11)上,子线路板(3)安装在母线路板(2)的顶面上并且与母线路板(2)电连接在一起,其特征在于:在子线路板(3)外面嵌套有盒体(4),盒体(4)安装在母线路板(2)的顶面上,在空腔(11)里面填充有灌封材料(5),灌封材料(5)覆盖母线路板(2)并且把子线路板(3)密封在盒体(4)里面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电机控制器,其特征在于:所述的子线路板(3)是竖直安装在母线路板(2)的顶面上的。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电机控制器,其特征在于:在母线路板(2)的顶面上开设有若干定位孔(21),盒体(4)的底部设置有若干定位柱(41),定位柱(41)嵌套在定位孔(21)里面。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种电机控制器,其特征在于:在盒体(4)的两内侧壁上分别设置有卡槽(42),盒体(4)嵌套在子线路板(3)外面,子线路板(3)两侧分别镶嵌在盒体(4)两内侧壁上的卡槽(42)里面。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种电机控制器,其特征在于:盒体(4)的底部设置有缺口(43)。
  6. 一种直流无刷电机,包括电机本体(5)和安装在电机本体(5)上的电机控制器(6),所述的电机本体(5)包括转子(51)、定子(52)和外壳(53),转子(51)和定子(52)安装在外壳(53)里面,其特征在于:所述的电机控制器是权利要求1至5任意一项所描述的电机控制器。
