本发明涉及通信网络技术领域,尤其涉及一种获取带宽信息的方法及装置。
背景技术
随着互联网的不断发展,互联网为人们提供越来越丰富的网络服务。家庭用户可通过家庭网关访问互联网,来使用这些网络服务,家庭网关可以为家庭用户提供各种带宽的服务。家庭网关连接网络后,需要获取网络的带宽信息,从而根据获取的带宽信息为家庭用户提供各种服务,例如根据带宽信息为各种服务合理的分配带宽,并将带宽信息显示给用户等。
通常需要使用专门的测速服务器来测量网络的带宽信息,带宽信息包括家庭网关的上行可用带宽以及家庭网关的下行可用带宽,一般通过计算单位时间内测速服务器测得的上传文件的上传字节数确定家庭网关的上行可用带宽、计算单位时间内测速服务器测得的下载文件的下载字节数确定家庭网关的下行可用带宽。然而,如果仅是针对少量字节的文件进行测速,则测得的带宽信息非常不准确,为了提高获取到的上下行可用带宽的准确性会选择上传、下载较大字节的文件,而上传、下载较大字节的文件消耗的时间较长,导致获取家庭网关上下行可用带宽消耗的时间较长,因此,如何快速准确的获取网络的带宽信息将是亟待解决的问题。

本发明实施例提供的获取带宽信息的方法及装置,通过家庭网关向宽带远程接入服务器BRAS发送IP地址请求报文,IP地址请求报文中携带用户签约带宽信息的请求信息;然后接收BRAS发送的IP地址确认报文,从IP地址确认报文中获取用户签约带宽信息。与现有技术中需要计算单位时间内上传文件的上传字节数以及单位时间内下载文件的下载字节数才能够分别获取家庭网关的上行可用带宽与下行可用带宽相比,本发明可以通过家庭网关向BRAS请求用户签约带宽信息,进而直接接收到BRAS提供的用户签约带宽信息,无需上传、下载文件,由于传输IP地址请求报文与IP地址确认报文的字节数远远小于上传文件以及下载文件的字节数,所以减少了获取家庭网关上下行可用带宽的时间,且相比于现有技术中测量出的家庭网关的上下行可用带宽,本发明获取到的用户签约带宽信息中的上下行可用带宽更为准确,因此本发明中家庭网关可以实现快速准确的获取网络的带宽信息。

其中,用户签约带宽信息包括家庭网关的上行可用带宽与下行可用带宽。
值得说明的是,本发明实施例中的家庭网关是在向BRAS请求IP地址的过程中获取的用户签约带宽信息。家庭网关向BRAS请求IP地址时可以使用DHCP(Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol,动态主机配置协议)或者PPP(Point to Point Protocol,点对点协议)。使用这两个协议请求IP地址的基本流程相似,以下以使用DHCP为例进行说明。
首先,家庭网关以广播的形式发送DHCP discover报文,多个BRAS都可接收到该DHCP discover报文,所有接收到该DHCP discover报文的BRAS都向家庭网关发送一个DHCP offer报文,DHCP offer报文中携带可为家庭网关分配的IP地址,家庭网关一般只处理接收到的第一个DHCP offer报文,向发出该第一个DHCP offer报文的BRAS发送DHCP request报文,其中携带家庭网关需要的IP地址。

本发明实施例提供的获取带宽信息的方法,通过家庭网关向宽带远程接入服务器BRAS发送IP地址请求报文,IP地址请求报文中携带用户签约带宽信息的请求信息;然后接收BRAS发送的IP地址确认报文,从IP地址确认报文中获取用户签约带宽信息。与现有技术中需要计算单位时间内上传文件的上传字节数以及单位时间内下载文件的下载字节数才能够分别获取家庭网关的上行可用带宽与下行可用带宽相比,本发明可以通过家庭网关向BRAS请求用户签约带宽信息,进而直接接收到BRAS提供的用户签约带宽信息,无需上传、下载文件,由于传输IP地址请求报文与IP地址确认报文的字节数远远小于上传文件以及下载文件的字节数,所以减少了获取家庭网关上下行可用带宽的时间,且相比于现有技术中测量出的家庭网关的上下行可用带宽,本发明获取到的用户签约带宽信息中的上下行可用带宽更为准确,因此本发明中家庭网关可以实现快速准确的获取网络的带宽信息。
值得说明的是,家庭网关向BRAS发送的IP地址请求报文中携带的用户签约带宽信息的请求信息为被设置在IP地址请求报文的第一option(可选)字段中的预设字符串,预设字符串用于指示BRAS向家庭网关提供用户签约带宽信息。
例如,IP地址请求报文的option 225中携带预设字符串,预设字符串为“HW_00E0FC_BANDWIDTH”
此外,家庭网关是从IP地址确认报文的第二可选option字段中获取的用户签约带宽信息。
例如,从IP地址确认报文的option 226中获取用户签约带宽信息。
需要说明的是,IP地址确认报文中的用户签约带宽信息为已加密的XML(Extensible Markup Language,可扩展标记语言)格式的用户签约带宽信息。
其中,当上行可用带宽为750,下行可用带宽为10000时,XML格式的用户签约带宽信息具体为:

值得说明的是,家庭网关获取用户签约带宽信息后,可以通过用户签约带宽信息配置QoS(Quality of Service,服务质量),此外还可以将用户签约带宽信息包括的家庭网关的上行可用带宽以及家庭网关的下行可用带宽显示给用户,方便用户了解家庭网络的实际可用带宽。
可选的,还可以在IP地址确认报文中插入一个扩展字段,将用户签约带宽信息加入该扩展字段中。
可以理解的是,如果用户签约带宽信息位于扩展字段中,则从IP地址确认报文的扩展字段中提取用户签约带宽信息。
结合图1,本发明实施例还提供一种获取带宽信息的方法,如图2所示,该方法包括:
201、BRAS接收家庭网关发送的IP地址请求报文,IP地址请求报文中携带用户签约带宽信息的请求信息。
其中,用户签约带宽信息包括家庭网关的上行可用带宽与下行可用带宽。
202、BRAS向家庭网关发送IP地址确认报文,IP地址确认报文中携带用户签约带宽信息。
本发明实施例提供的获取带宽信息的方法,通过BRAS接收家庭网关发送的IP地址请求报文,IP地址请求报文中携带用户签约带宽信息的请求信息,进而向家庭网关发送IP地址确认报文,IP地址确认报文中携带用户签约带宽信息。与现有技术中需要计算单位时间内上传文件的上传字 节数以及单位时间内下载文件的下载字节数才能够分别获取家庭网关的上行可用带宽与下行可用带宽相比,本发明可以通过BRAS接收家庭网关发送的用户签约带宽信息的请求信息,进而直接向家庭网关提供用户签约带宽信息,无需上传、下载文件,由于传输IP地址请求报文与IP地址确认报文的字节数远远小于上传文件以及下载文件的字节数,所以减少了获取家庭网关上下行可用带宽的时间,且相比于现有技术中测量出的家庭网关的上下行可用带宽,本发明获取到的用户签约带宽信息中的家庭网关的上下行可用带宽更为准确,因此本发明中家庭网关可以实现快速准确的获取网络的带宽信息。
本发明实施例还提供一种获取带宽信息的方法,如图3所示,在上述步骤201中BRAS向家庭网关发送IP地址确认报文之前,该方法还包括:
203、BRAS获取用户签约带宽信息的请求信息。
其中,用户签约带宽信息的请求信息位于IP地址请求报文的第一可选option字段中。
用户签约带宽信息的请求信息具体可位于IP地址请求报文的option 225中。
204、当获取到的用户签约带宽信息的请求信息与预设字符串相匹配时,将用户签约带宽信息加入IP地址确认报文的第二可选option字段中。
其中,预设字符串用于指示BRAS向家庭网关提供用户签约带宽信息,例如,预设字符串为“HW_00E0FC_BANDWIDTH”。

本发明实施例提供的获取带宽信息的方法,BRAS获取用户签约带宽信息的请求信息,当获取到的用户签约带宽信息的请求信息与预设字符串相匹配时,将用户签约带宽信息加入IP地址确认报文的第二可选option字段中,其中,用户签约带宽信息以XML格式进行描述,为了保护用户隐私,将XML格式的用户签约带宽信息进行加密后才加入第二可选option字段中,之后BRAS向家庭网关发送携带有用户签约带宽信息的IP地址确认报文。由于本发明中BRAS可以根据用户签约信息的请求信息向家庭网关发送用户签约带宽信息,无需上传、下载文件,传输IP地址请求报文与IP地址确认报文的字节数远远小于上传文件以及下载文件的字节数,所以减少了获取用户签约带宽信息的时间,且相比于现有技术中测量的得出的家庭网关的上下行可用带宽,本发明中获取的用户签约带宽信息中的家庭网关的上下行可用带宽更为准确,因此本发明中家庭网关可以快速准确的获取网络的带宽信息。另外现有技术测速时会占用家庭网关的全部带宽,所以测速过程中用户不能上网,而本发明在BRAS为家庭网关分配IP地址的同时就可以将用户签约带宽信息提供给家庭网关,不会影响用户的正常上网,可以提高用户体验。
本发明实施例还提供一种获取带宽信息的方法,如图4所示,该方法包括:
401、家庭网关向BRAS发送IP地址请求报文,IP地址请求报文中的第一可选option字段中携带用户签约带宽信息的请求信息。
其中,用户签约带宽信息的请求信息为被设置在IP地址请求报文的第一可选option字段中的预设字符串,预设字符串用于指示BRAS向家庭网关提供用户签约带宽信息。
402、BRAS从IP地址请求报文的第一可选option字段中获取用户签约带宽信息的请求信息。
403、当BRAS获取到的用户签约带宽信息的请求信息与预设字符串相匹配时,将用户签约带宽信息加入IP地址确认报文的第二可选option字段中。
404、BRAS向家庭网关发送IP地址确认报文,IP地址确认报文的第二可选option字段中携带用户签约带宽信息。
405、家庭网关从IP地址确认报文的第二可选option字段中获取用户签约带宽信息。

结合图1所示的方法流程,本发明提供一种获取带宽信息的装置,该装置应用于家庭网关中,如图5所示,该装置包括:发送单元51、接收单元52、获取单元53。
发送单元51,用于向宽带远程接入服务器BRAS发送IP地址请求报文,IP地址请求报文中携带用户签约带宽信息的请求信息。
接收单元52,用于接收BRAS发送的IP地址确认报文,IP地址确认报文中携带用户签约带宽信息。
获取单元53,用于从接收单元52接收到的IP地址确认报文中获取用户签约带宽信息。
值得说明的是,用户签约带宽信息的请求信息为被设置在IP地址请求报文的第一option字段中的预设字符串,预设字符串用于指示BRAS向家庭网关提供用户签约带宽信息。
进一步的,获取单元53,还用于从IP地址确认报文的第二可选option字段中获取用户签约带宽信息。
其中,IP地址确认报文中的用户签约带宽信息为已加密的XML格式的用户签约带宽信息。

结合图2、图3所示的方法流程,本发明还提供一种获取带宽信息的装置,该装置应用与BRAS中,如图6所示,该装置包括:接收单元61,发送单元62。
接收单元61,用于接收家庭网关发送的IP地址请求报文,IP地址请求报文中携带用户签约带宽信息的请求信息;
发送单元62,用于向家庭网关发送IP地址确认报文,IP地址确认报文中携带用户签约带宽信息。
进一步的,在本发明的另一实施例中,如图7所示,该装置还包括:获取单元63,加入单元64。
获取单元63,用于获取用户签约带宽信息的请求信息;用户签约带宽信息的请求信息位于IP地址请求报文的第一可选option字段中。
加入单元64,用于当获取到的用户签约带宽信息的请求信息与预设字符串相匹配时,将用户签约带宽信息加入IP地址确认报文的第二可选option字段中;其中,预设字符串用于指示BRAS向家庭网关提供用户签约带宽信息。
加入单元64,还用于当获取到的用户签约带宽信息的请求信息与预设字符串相匹配时,将用户签约带宽信息以可扩展标记语言XML格式进行描述,并对描述后的XML格式的用户签约带宽信息进行加密,并将加密后的用户签约带宽信息加入IP地址确认报文的第二可选option字段中。

如图8所示,图8为图5描述的家庭网关的硬件结构示意图。其中,家庭网关可包括存储器81、收发器82、处理器83和总线84,其中,存储器81、收发器82、处理器83通过总线84通信连接。
存储器81可以是只读存储器(Read Only Memory,ROM),静态存储设备,动态存储设备或者随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)。存储器81可以存储操作系统和其他应用程序。在通过软件或者固件来实 现本发明实施例提供的技术方案时,用于实现本发明实施例提供的技术方案的程序代码保存在存储器81中,并由处理器83来执行。
收发器82用于装置与其他设备或通信网络(例如但不限于以太网,无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN),无线局域网(Wireless Local Area Network,WLAN)等)之间的通信。
处理器83可以采用通用的中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU),微处理器,应用专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC),或者一个或多个集成电路,用于执行相关程序,以实现本发明实施例所提供的技术方案。
总线84可包括一通路,在装置各个部件(例如存储器81、收发器82和处理器83)之间传送信息。
应注意,尽管图8所示的硬件仅仅示出了存储器81、收发器82和处理器83以及总线84,但是在具体实现过程中,本领域的技术人员应当明白,该终端还包含实现正常运行所必须的其他器件。同时,根据具体需要,本领域的技术人员应当明白,还可包含实现其他功能的硬件器件。
具体的,图8所示的家庭网关用于实现图5实施例所示的装置时,该装置中的收发器82,用于向宽带远程接入服务器BRAS发送IP地址请求报文,IP地址请求报文中携带用户签约带宽信息的请求信息;接收BRAS发送的IP地址确认报文,IP地址确认报文中携带用户签约带宽信息;
处理器83,与存储器81和收发器82耦合,用于控制程序指令的执行,具体用于从IP地址确认报文中获取用户签约带宽信息。
值得说明的是,用户签约带宽信息的请求信息为被设置在IP地址请求报文的第一option字段中的预设字符串,预设字符串用于指示BRAS向家庭网关提供用户签约带宽信息。
处理器83,还用于从IP地址确认报文的第二可选option字段中获取用户签约带宽信息。
其中,IP地址确认报文中的用户签约带宽信息为已加密的XML格式的用户签约带宽信息。

如图9所示,图9为图6描述的BRAS的硬件结构示意图。其中,BRAS可包括存储器91、收发器92、处理器93和总线94,其中,存储器91、收发器92、处理器93通过总线94通信连接。
存储器91可以是只读存储器(Read Only Memory,ROM),静态存储设备,动态存储设备或者随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)。存储器91可以存储操作系统和其他应用程序。在通过软件或者固件来实现本发明实施例提供的技术方案时,用于实现本发明实施例提供的技术方案的程序代码保存在存储器91中,并由处理器93来执行。
收发器92用于装置与其他设备或通信网络(例如但不限于以太网,无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN),无线局域网(Wireless Local Area Network,WLAN)等)之间的通信。
处理器93可以采用通用的中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU),微处理器,应用专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC),或者一个或多个集成电路,用于执行相关程序,以实现本发明实施例所提供的技术方案。
总线94可包括一通路,在装置各个部件(例如存储器91、收发器92和处理器93)之间传送信息。
应注意,尽管图9所示的硬件仅仅示出了存储器91、收发器92和处理器93以及总线94,但是在具体实现过程中,本领域的技术人员应当明白,该终端还包含实现正常运行所必须的其他器件。同时,根据具体需要,本领域的技术人员应当明白,还可包含实现其他功能的硬件器件。
具体的,图9所示的BRAS用于实现图6实施例所示的装置时,该装置中的收发器92,用于接收家庭网关发送的IP地址请求报文,IP地址请求报文中携带用户签约带宽信息的请求信息;向家庭网关发送IP地址确认报文,IP地址确认报文中携带用户签约带宽信息。
处理器93,与存储器91和收发器92耦合,用于控制程序指令的执行,具体用于获取用户签约带宽信息的请求信息;用户签约带宽信息的请求信息位于IP地址请求报文的第一可选option字段中;当获取到的用户签约带宽信息的请求信息与预设字符串相匹配时,将用户签约带宽信息加入IP地址确认报文的第二可选option字段中;其中,预设字符串用于指示BRAS向家庭网关提供用户签约带宽信息。
处理器93,还用于当获取到的用户签约带宽信息的请求信息与预设字符串相匹配时,将用户签约带宽信息以可扩展标记语言XML格式进行描述,并对描述后的XML格式的用户签约带宽信息进行加密,并将加密后的用户签约带宽信息加入IP地址确认报文的第二可选option字段中。

    家庭网关向宽带远程接入服务器BRAS发送IP地址请求报文,所述IP地址请求报文中携带用户签约带宽信息的请求信息;
    所述家庭网关接收所述BRAS发送的IP地址确认报文,所述IP地址确认报文中携带所述用户签约带宽信息;
    所述家庭网关从所述IP地址确认报文中获取所述用户签约带宽信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的获取带宽信息的方法,其特征在于,所述用户签约带宽信息的请求信息为被设置在所述IP地址请求报文的第一可选option字段中的预设字符串,所述预设字符串用于指示所述BRAS向所述家庭网关提供所述用户签约带宽信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的获取带宽信息的方法,其特征在于,所述家庭网关从所述IP地址确认报文中获取所述用户签约带宽信息,包括:

    宽带远程接入服务器BRAS接收家庭网关发送的IP地址请求报文,所述IP地址请求报文中携带用户签约带宽信息的请求信息;
    所述BRAS向所述家庭网关发送IP地址确认报文,所述IP地址确认报文中携带所述用户签约带宽信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的获取带宽信息的方法,其特征在于,在所述BRAS向所述家庭网关发送IP地址确认报文之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述BRAS获取所述用户签约带宽信息的请求信息;所述用户签约带宽信息的请求信息位于所述IP地址请求报文的第一可选option字段中;
    当获取到的所述用户签约带宽信息的请求信息与预设字符串相匹配时,将所述用户签约带宽信息加入所述IP地址确认报文的第二可选option字 段中;其中,所述预设字符串用于指示所述BRAS向所述家庭网关提供所述用户签约带宽信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的获取带宽信息的方法,其特征在于,所述当获取到的所述用户签约带宽信息的请求信息与预设字符串相匹配时,将所述用户签约带宽信息加入所述IP地址确认报文的第二可选option字段中,包括:
    当获取到的所述用户签约带宽信息的请求信息与预设字符串相匹配时,将所述用户签约带宽信息以可扩展标记语言XML格式进行描述,并对描述后的XML格式的用户签约带宽信息进行加密,并将加密后的用户签约带宽信息加入所述IP地址确认报文的第二可选option字段中。
  8. 一种获取带宽信息的装置,其特征在于,所述装置应用于家庭网关中,所述装置包括:
    发送单元,用于向宽带远程接入服务器BRAS发送IP地址请求报文,所述IP地址请求报文中携带用户签约带宽信息的请求信息;
    接收单元,用于接收所述BRAS发送的IP地址确认报文,所述IP地址确认报文中携带所述用户签约带宽信息;
    获取单元,用于从所述接收单元接收到的所述IP地址确认报文中获取所述用户签约带宽信息。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的获取带宽信息的装置,其特征在于,所述用户签约带宽信息的请求信息为被设置在所述IP地址请求报文的第一可选option字段中的预设字符串,所述预设字符串用于指示所述BRAS向所述家庭网关提供所述用户签约带宽信息。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的获取带宽信息的装置,其特征在于,
    所述获取单元,还用于从所述IP地址确认报文的第二可选option字段中获取所述用户签约带宽信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的获取带宽信息的装置,其特征在于,所述IP地址确认报文中的用户签约带宽信息为已加密的可扩展标记语言XML格式描述的用户签约带宽信息。
  12. 一种获取带宽信息的装置,其特征在于,所述装置应用于宽带远 程接入服务器BRAS中,所述装置包括:
    接收单元,用于接收家庭网关发送的IP地址请求报文,所述IP地址请求报文中携带用户签约带宽信息的请求信息;
    发送单元,用于向所述家庭网关发送IP地址确认报文,所述IP地址确认报文中携带所述用户签约带宽信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的获取带宽信息的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:获取单元,加入单元;
    所述获取单元,用于获取所述用户签约带宽信息的请求信息;所述用户签约带宽信息的请求信息位于所述IP地址请求报文的第一可选option字段中;
    所述加入单元,用于当获取到的所述用户签约带宽信息的请求信息与预设字符串相匹配时,将所述用户签约带宽信息加入所述IP地址确认报文的第二可选option字段中;其中,所述预设字符串用于指示所述BRAS向所述家庭网关提供所述用户签约带宽信息。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的获取带宽信息的装置,其特征在于,
    所述加入单元,还用于当获取到的所述用户签约带宽信息的请求信息与预设字符串相匹配时,将所述用户签约带宽信息以可扩展标记语言XML格式进行描述,并对描述后的XML格式的用户签约带宽信息进行加密,并将加密后的用户签约带宽信息加入所述IP地址确认报文的第二可选option字段中。
  15. 一种获取带宽信息的装置,其特征在于,所述装置应用于家庭网关中,所述装置包括:
    存储器,用于存储包括程序指令的信息;
    收发器,用于向宽带远程接入服务器BRAS发送IP地址请求报文,所述IP地址请求报文中携带用户签约带宽信息的请求信息;接收所述BRAS发送的IP地址确认报文,所述IP地址确认报文中携带所述用户签约带宽信息;
    处理器,与所述存储器和所述接收器耦合,用于控制所述程序指令的执行,具体用于从所述IP地址确认报文中获取所述用户签约带宽信息。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的获取带宽信息的装置,其特征在于,所述用户签约带宽信息的请求信息为被设置在所述IP地址请求报文的第一可选option字段中的预设字符串,所述预设字符串用于指示所述BRAS向所述家庭网关提供所述用户签约带宽信息。
  17. 根据权利要求15或16所述的获取带宽信息的装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于从所述IP地址确认报文的第二可选option字段中获取所述用户签约带宽信息。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的获取带宽信息的装置,其特征在于,所述IP地址确认报文中的用户签约带宽信息为已加密的可扩展标记语言XML格式描述的用户签约带宽信息。
  19. 一种获取带宽信息的装置,其特征在于,所述装置应用于宽带远程接入服务器BRAS中,所述装置包括:
    存储器,用于存储包括程序指令的信息;
    收发器,用于接收家庭网关发送的IP地址请求报文,所述IP地址请求报文中携带用户签约带宽信息的请求信息;向所述家庭网关发送IP地址确认报文,所述IP地址确认报文中携带所述用户签约带宽信息。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的获取带宽信息的装置,其特征在于,
    所述装置还包括:处理器;
    所述处理器,与所述存储器和所述接收器耦合,用于控制所述程序指令的执行,具体用于获取所述用户签约带宽信息的请求信息;所述用户签约带宽信息的请求信息位于所述IP地址请求报文的第一可选option字段中;当获取到的所述用户签约带宽信息的请求信息与预设字符串相匹配时,将所述用户签约带宽信息加入所述IP地址确认报文的第二可选option字段中;其中,所述预设字符串用于指示所述BRAS向所述家庭网关提供所述用户签约带宽信息。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的获取带宽信息的装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于当获取到的所述用户签约带宽信息的请求信息与预设字符串相匹配时,将所述用户签约带宽信息以可扩展标记语言XML格式进行描述,并对描述后的XML格式的用户签约带宽信息进行加密,并将 加密后的用户签约带宽信息加入所述IP地址确认报文的第二可选option字段中。
