It is capable of absorption and it blocks the contagious microorganisms and parasites (lice, nits, etc) which are transferred by movement or bodily fluids (sweat, pus, blood..) as well as other liquids (water, juice, oil, etc.) from the seat to a human, and vice versa. The cover, apart from the preventive function, has the remedial function, given that it speeds certain processes of healing the wounds, or crust in vertex, it improves the circulation, relieves of stress etc., it has particular effects with open wounds. The cover is sterile, 100% environmentally degradable, anti-bacterial, and hermetically sealed and thereby the user is guaranteed the safety.

Description

SIX LAYERS HEAD SUPPORT
1 ) AREA OF TECHNIQUE THAT THE INVENTION REFERS TO
This invention refers to sanitary six-layer headrest cover for single usage, and according to the International Patent Classification it was classified as: B60N 2/60 - removable protective coverings.
2) TECHNICAL PROBLEM
One of the biggest problems for people while they are sitting in chairs, armchairs and other seats with headrests is reflected in the fact that contagious microorganisms and parasites (lice, nits etc.) are easily transferred from the headrest to a human being and vice versa by movement or by bodily fluids (sweat, pus, blood...) as well as by other liquids (water, juices, oil etc.)
This pathogenic danger is spread the most in the means of public transportation (a bus, a train, a ship, a taxi) and in cinemas or waiting rooms because the seats are used by the largest number of people. However, a user is exposed to equal danger when sitting in the seats used by less number of people, ranging from armchairs in apartments to armchairs in offices, even in wheel-chairs, as well as in baby buggy. Longer sitting causes the appearance of sweat on headrests, and the sweat and moisture favor the creation of pathogenic particles that accumulate even from the air.
Therefore, this problem is more expressed in warmer, summer period.
3) STATE OF TECHNIQUE
In the means of public transportation, there are many covers being used as prevention, however these products only worsen the problem. Usually covers, that are put, are made of fabrics such as denim, leather or velvet that are firmly placed on seats and for a long time, so that it is not difficult to assume how many contagious germs are "nested" there, when it is known that dozens of people use these seats on a daily basis. Others pay attention to the comfort and put sponge covers that are also covered with firm fabric that absorbs the sweat and collects the bacteria. As the sponge does not get replaced for a long time, it becomes "more and more fertile" nest of contagious germs.
According to a research in the state of technique available at www.espacenet.com, single usage covers are used, consisting of the usual grammage or weight 40-60g/m2, made of non-woven fabric, and there are posts for some single usage covers: "DE 20 2008 004 308 Ul 2009.09.10"; "DE 20 2006 011 074 Ul 2008.01.10"; "US 4 056 281 A (BYRNES LEO A 1997-11-01)"; "WO 2007/112002 Al".
The problem with the above mentioned single usage covers is that they are made of non-woven fabrics, that are usually by the rule waterproof, which is why when people are sweating appears the effect of steam-up, that provokes pouring of sweat, blood or other liquids down the seat which eventually can cause serious infections, rash, or allergic skin reaction. The second shortcoming with currently used single use non-woven fabric covers is that this often used weight in contact with a certain liquid is wetted even during the least pressure to the surface of the fabric and then it becomes completely moist and unsanitary, and thereby the possibility for the transmission of bacteria becomes even bigger, and the cover itself becomes the "hotbed" of contagious germs. Regarding the covers for multiple usage made of leather, denim, velvet etc., owned by individuals and that people need to wash, the first shortcoming is that these materials contribute even more to the movement and the development of bacteria and dirt. Secondly after the cover has been used there is already a large number of potentially dangerous bacteria, parasites, viruses etc., and humans, when carrying these covers in their bags or around the house and other places, they actually spread contagious microorganisms, bacteria, nits, lice etc., which eventually can cause serious infections, rash or allergic skin reactions. 4) DEMONSTRATION OF THE ESSENCE OF INVENTION
Primary goal of this invention is to prevent the transmission of contagious bacteria, viruses, parasites, bodily fluids, mechanical fluids, microorganisms and other pathogens that people leave behind them on the headrests heavily used (in the means of public transportation, waiting rooms, cinemas, theatres, congress halls, hotels..) and vice versa that is, the transmission of contagious particles from the head of a user to the headrest. The invention has the same use value when applied on personal children chairs or wheel-chairs, on armchairs in houses or in offices etc. The suggested six-layer sanitary headrest cover for single usage prevents in entirety the passing and transmission of any type of liquids, parasites and microorganisms from humans to the headrest and vice versa. The cover consists of several layers of different hydrophobic and waterproof materials, that have antiallergic and anti-bacterial characteristics, so that it entirely meets the health-medical demands. Thanks to hydrophobic and waterproof characteristics, the suggested sanitary headrest cover absorbs and thereby prevents the pouring of liquids or bodily fluids down the cover and the leakage to the seat.
Absorption is carried out only in one direction, so that the liquids cannot return after they pass through certain layers. This refers to bacteria, viruses, parasites, microorganisms, fungi, skin flakes and other dirt. In this manner, the cover demonstrates two useful advantages: (a) every type of contact between a human and the seat is removed and (b) the cover is not moist.
The layers of the cover are connected by the combination of safe glue and heat, and strengthened by the pressure of heat press, after which all layers become consistent, so that in entirety they prevent the passing of liquid or parasites and other microorganisms at connections, or from the sides of the cover.
The cover is packed in special medical packaging, whereafter it goes through a process of sterilization by ETO gas or vapor, and as such it is ready for use. It is fixed to the seat by an adhesive tape, that does not harm the fabric, and it is easily removed, without leaving marks at the seat.
The dimensions of the cover are rectangular, they correspond the width and the height of the space at the seat where a user can, especially when he/she falls asleep move their head left-right, up- down. It can be folded to the point that it can be carried in the pocket or in a bag. It is hermetically sealed, sterile.
Beside the fact that it serves as protection, it can have remedial effect on certain diseases, and especially in contact with crusts or wounds that are bleeding to the removal of thrombosis, poison or other dirt in blood, it cures inflammations and helps faster healing of wounds, it reduces the pain during the leaning in case of previously infected persons or persons who have certain injuries, cuts or other vertex disease.
5) BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
Accompanying drawings that are included in the description and that form part of the description of the invention illustrate, up to now considered, the best way for the implementation of the invention, and they are helpful when explaining the basic principles of the invention.
Figure 1 shows side view of the cover with layers:
1.1. Layer (1) coming in contact with the head of a human, it allows the passing of liquids and bacteria in one direction, it is made of hydrophobic material
1.2. Layer (2) absorbs liquids and bacteria, it is made of highly ethereal fabric
1.3. Layer (3) allows the passing of liquids and bacteria, it is made of cotton
1.4. Layer (4) absorbs "locks" liquids and bacteria that cannot move further in any direction, it is made of polymer
1.5. Layer (5) serves as additional protection, for more complete prevention of leaking of liquids and bacteria from the cover and passing through the sides of the cover, it is made of 90-95% of waterproof polypropylene.

Figure 3 section of the cover - identical description as for figure 1
Figure 4 section of the cover in 3D
Figure 5 seat cover in 3D
Figure 6 side section of the cover in 3D
6) DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF AT LEAST ONE OF THE MANNERS OF
IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INVENTION
At technical drawings (figures 1, 2, and 3) you can see the form and the design of the headrest cover with sections and integral layers. Figures 4, 5 and 6 also show sections and the manner of usage of headrest but in 3D. The headrest consists of 6 layers, made of different materials (as described in chapter 5) that are connected with glue and heat press. Thus, a compact unity is obtained - sanitary headrest that absorbs liquids, bacteria and parasites, allows the one-way permeability, only from the head towards the seat. Figures 1 and 3 demonstrate the section of the headrest and its composition. Before the process of joining, each of the layers is subjected to a process of sterilization, after which the third layer (figure 1 and 3, point 3) made of cotton fabric passes through the process of electrification, where it is electrified by negative ions and goes through the process of joining with antibacterial composite chips, after which each of layers is glued and then additionally attached by heat. In that process, acrylic glue (figure 2, point 7) is added to sixth (6,h) layer of the cover that serves as fastener to the seat, and the release tape (figure 2, point 8) protects the characteristics of adhesive tape when the cover is not used. It is possible to print on this layer (figure 1 and 3, point 3) which in other layers is impossible, given that the first two layers (figures 1 and 3, points 1 and 2) are quite transparent, while the print on the third layer is Sufficiently clear and visible through the mentioned 2 layers. When all of these layers are sorted out, and the cover becomes a compact unity, it goes through the process of packaging in sterile bags, and it is all carried out in the automatic process. After being hermetically sealed, the cover goes through the sterilization process again, whereby it becomes ready for use.
7) THE MANNER OF APPLICATION OF THE INVENTION
Sterile bag is opened (torn apart), the cover is taken out and stretched to its real dimensions, protective layer is removed from the adhesive tape, and the cover is attached to the seat. After the use, it is pulled down easily and thrown into the garbage bin.
It will be obvious to experts that many changes could be made to the covers according to this invention, without detaching from the scope and the essence of the invention.

Claims

PATENT CLAIMS
1. Sanitary six-layer headrest cover at chairs, armchairs and other seats with headrest is characterized by being able to currently absorb and block contagious microorganisms and parasites (lice, nits etc.) that are transferred by movement or by bodily fluids (sweat, pus, blood..) and liquids (water, juice, oil, etc.) from the seat to a human, and vice versa.
2. The first out of six layers mentioned in claim 1. Starting from the head, it is characterized by being porous in the manner that it enables only one-way permeability towards the next layer so that microorganisms, parasites, and liquids cannot return; it is made out of soft hydrophobic polypropylene or from perforated fabric.
3. The second layer mentioned in the claim 1. is characterized also by being porous in the manner that it enables only one-way permeability, it has an excellent absorption, consistency and conductivity, so that it currently absorbs all liquids and conducts them to the next level; it is made out of non-woven or paper ethereal fabric.
4. The third layer mentioned in the claim 1, is characterized by being shorter than other layers and it is placed in the upper part of the cover; it is made of cotton with the mixture of negatively electrified ions and anti-bacterial composite chips, so that it releases negative ions, which in combination with the first two layers, pervade the damaged body parts, and thus it cracks and extracts blood clots and helps the recovery of other inflammations in blood, and also relieves of stress. The other function is that it can be printed upon (which cannot be performed on other integral parts).
5. The fourth layer mentioned in the claim 1. is characterized by absorbing all liquids and keeping microorganisms, parasites and other dirt. This layer converts liquids to solid state, and thus they cannot leak or pass in other deeper layers or go back, or leak from the sides of the cover. It is made out of polymer.
6. Fifth layer mentioned in the claim 1. is characterized by serving as security absorption layer, which prevents leakage of liquids from the sides; it is made out of 90-95% waterproof polypropylene.
7. Sixth layer mentioned in the claim 1. is characterized by being located on the external side that is placed on the seat, it is made out of 100% waterproof polyethylene, which prevents the passing of liquids, bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms from the seat to a human being.
