Abstract

The invention relates to a magnetic drive pump (1) having a shaft (2) with a shaft through-bore (15), the magnetic drive pump (1) having an inner rotor (9) and an outer rotor (11), both rotors carrying magnets, between which a can (12) with a can base (13) is arranged, said can being subjected to pressure by a medium to be pumped. According to the invention, a rotational inhibitor/vortex inhibitor (16) is arranged in the shaft through-bore (15) and non-rotatably connected to the latter, such that the medium to be pumped is diverted, in its direction of movement, in the region of the can base (13) in a specific manner towards an inlet (17) of the shaft through-bore (15). A rotational inhibitor (31) is also arranged on the can base (13), the central axis (X) of a main body (32) of the rotational inhibitor (31) being congruent with the central axis (X1) of the shaft through-bore (15). At least one inlet opening is arranged in a wall (33) of the main body (32) and at least one blade (34) is arranged and designed on the main body (32) such that the medium to be pumped is diverted, in its direction of movement, in the region of the can base (13) in a specific manner towards an inlet (17) of the shaft through-bore (15).
