而对应的在家庭内部的设备上,IPTV模式需要提供接入型家庭网关Home Gateway和STB机顶盒;而OTT模式对应的家庭内部设备,需要接入型家庭网关Home Gateway和OTT机顶盒。当出现同一家庭同用户模式时,就需要增加多个STB/OTT box,对应多个帐号;这时的实现方式并不经济,且运维过程同样较为复杂。
针对相关技术中,由于要求终端侧必须支持数字版权保护机制才能够接收多媒体内容进而用户体验度差的问题,尚未提出有效的解决方案。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供了一种多媒体内容的发送方法及装置以及家庭网关。
根据本发明的一个实施例,提供了一种多媒体内容的发送方法,包括:在家庭网关接收 到网络侧设备下发的多媒体内容后,获取与所述家庭网关连接的局域网LAN中终端所具备的多媒体能力;根据所述多媒体能力将所述多媒体内容基于互联网协议上的数字传输内容保护DTCP-IP协议发送至所述终端。

根据本发明的另一个实施例,还提供了一种多媒体内容的接收装置,应用于终端,包括:上报模块,设置为在家庭网关接收到网络侧设备下发的多媒体内容后,上报与所述家庭网关连接的局域网LAN中终端所具备的多媒体能力;接收模块,设置为接收所述家庭网关根据所述多媒体能力将所述多媒体内容基于互联网协议上的数字传输内容保护DTCP-IP协议发送的所述多媒体内容。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,还提供了一种家庭网关,包括:包括以上所述的多媒体内容的发送装置。

通过本发明实施例,家庭网关支持DTCP-IP,取消了播放终端设备运营级数字版权保护 机制,进而向终端发送多媒体内容的技术手段,解决了相关技术中,由于要求终端侧必须支持数字版权保护机制才能够接收多媒体内容进而用户体验度差的问题,大大扩展了运营商多媒体业务的应用范围,使之可以将多媒体内容安全的分发的日益增长的移动终端。

下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
本发明的其它特征和优点将在随后的说明书中阐述,并且,部分地从说明书中变得显而易见,或者通过实施本发明而了解。本发明的目的和其他优点可通过在所写的说明书、权利要求书、以及附图中所特别指出的结构来实现和获得。
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分的实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本发明保护的范围。
为了解决上述技术问题,在本实施例中提供了一种多媒体内容的发送方法,图1是根据本发明实施例的多媒体内容的发送方法的流程图,如图1所示,包括以下步骤:
步骤S102,在家庭网关接收到网络侧设备下发的多媒体内容后,获取与上述家庭网关连接的局域网LAN中终端所具备的多媒体能力;
步骤S104,根据上述多媒体能力将上述多媒体内容基于互联网协议上的数字传输内容保护DTCP-IP协议发送至上述终端。
通过上述各个步骤,家庭网关支持DTCP-IP,取消了播放终端设备运营级数字版权保护机制,进而根据终端所支持的多媒体能力向终端发送多媒体内容的技术手段,解决了相关技术中,由于要求终端侧必须支持数字版权保护机制才能够接收多媒体内容进而用户体验度差的问题,大大扩展了运营商多媒体业务的应用范围,使之可以将多媒体内容安全的分发到移动终端中。
对于上述步骤S102中提到的多媒体内容,家庭网关可以通过以下方式接收:接收上述网络侧设备下发的采用数字版权加密保护技术DRM的多媒体内容,由于传统的网络IP链路是不安全的链路,因此,采用此种措施能够将多媒体内容安全的下发到家庭网关中。
由于在实际应用中,LAN中终端所支持的多媒体能力是不同的,那么在执行上述步骤S104的技术方案之前,还需要执行以下技术方案:将上述多媒体内容解码为多媒体清流;将上述多媒体清流根据上述多媒体能力重新编码为与上述多媒体能力对应的多媒体内容,之后将与上述终端的多媒体能力对应的多媒体内容发送至上述终端,也就是说,当局域网内包括多个终端时,对不同的终端,要根据其所支持的多媒体能力发送不同的多媒体内容,其中,多媒体清流是指没有经过加密或者加扰的媒体流,可以用于进一步的编码等操作。
需要说明的是,上述多媒体能力包括以下至少之一:多媒体分辨率、多媒体格式、解码能力。
综上所述可知,通过家庭网关实现了多媒体流的编码和解码过程,以及下发终端的保护机制(DTCP-IP),均是现有技术中的家庭网关所不能实现的,在现有的接入型家庭网关Home Gateway设备中,家庭网关完成广域网(Wide Area Network,简称为WAN)侧联网以及局域网(Local Area Network,简称为LAN)多介质异构网络组网功能。WAN接入技术包括数字用户线路(Digital Subscriber Line,简称为DSL)/无源光纤网络PON(Passive Optical Network,简称为PON/Ethernet/3G/4G等,LAN侧组网包括Ethernet/无限保真(WIreless-Fidelity,简称为WiFi)/紫蜂协议(Zigbee)/蓝牙(Bluetooth)/外部交换站(Foreign Exchange Station,简称为FXS/通用串行总线(Universal Serial Bus,简称为USB)等。接入型家庭网关Home Gateway只完成数据通信桥接功能,不涉及多媒体业务的交互流程,尤其是多媒体内容的安全传输的保护问题;接入型家庭网关Home Gateway通常都不具备多媒体的编解码功能、多媒体数字版权保护机制DRM、家庭内部多媒体流安全传输DTCP-IP。
换而言之,通过本发明实施例上述提供的技术方案,传统的接入式家庭网关增加了多媒体业务相关功能,包括多媒体编解码、媒体内容保护、用户远程界面等功能;而STB/OTT box可以缩减相对应的功能,只剩下解码渲染功能以降低多STB/OTT box部署时的成本和复杂度,进而IPTV/OTT系统中的多媒体内容,在以DRM保护的形式安全下拉到该类无头式多媒体家庭网关,并在家庭网关本地终结DRM,同时,如有需求,则将媒体内容重新编解码,并以DTCP-IP方式安全的将多媒体内容分发到家庭内部多个播放设备上。
进一步地,家庭网关完成原本在机顶盒的多媒体编解码、媒体内容保护、用户远程界面等功能,这样的技术方案减少了部署家庭多媒体业务时家庭内部设备的多样性和复杂性,降低部署多机顶盒时的成本,编解码/DRM功能从多个STB/OTT box移植到单个多媒体家庭网关,STB/OTT box可以简化成只具备编码功能的Thin-STB/Thin OTT box简单设备,从而简化了设备硬件设计,降低了设备成本。
在本发明实施例中,还提供了一种计算机存储介质,该计算机存储介质可以存储有执行指令,该执行指令用于执行上述实施例中的方法。
在本实施例中还提供了一种多媒体内容的发送装置,应用于家庭网关,用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述,下面对该装置中涉及到的模块进行说明。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。图2为根据本发明实施例的多媒体内容的发送装置的结构框图。如图2所示,该装置包括:
获取模块20,设置为在接收到网络侧设备下发的多媒体内容后,获取与上述家庭网关连接的局域网LAN中终端所具备的多媒体能力;
发送模块22,与获取模块20连接,设置为根据上述多媒体能力将上述多媒体内容基于互联网协议上的数字传输内容保护DTCP-IP协议发送至上述终端。
通过上述各个模块的综合作用,家庭网关支持DTCP-IP,取消了播放终端设备运营级数字版权保护机制,进而根据终端所支持的多媒体能力向终端发送多媒体内容的技术手段,解决了相关技术中,由于要求终端侧必须支持数字版权保护机制才能够接收多媒体内容进而用户体验度差的问题,大大扩展了运营商多媒体业务的应用范围,使之可以将多媒体内容安全的分发到移动终端中。
可选地,如图3所示,上述装置还包括:接收模块24,与获取模块20连接,设置为接收上述网络侧设备下发的采用数字版权加密保护技术DRM的多媒体内容。
在本发明实施中,还提供了一种家庭网关,包括上述的多媒体内容的发送装置。
为了更加完善本发明实施例上述提供的技术方案,在本发明实施例中,还提供了一种多媒体内容的接收方法,图4为根据本发明实施例的多媒体内容的接收方法流程图,如图4所示:
步骤S402,在家庭网关接收到网络侧设备下发的多媒体内容后,上报与上述家庭网关连接的局域网LAN中终端所具备的多媒体能力;
步骤S404,接收上述家庭网关根据上述多媒体能力将上述多媒体内容基于互联网协议上的数字传输内容保护DTCP-IP协议发送的上述多媒体内容。
通过上述各个步骤,终端将自身所支持的多媒体能力上报至家庭网关,家庭网关支持 DTCP-IP,取消了播放终端设备运营级数字版权保护机制,进而接收家庭网关根据终端所支持的多媒体能力发送的多媒体内容的技术手段,解决了相关技术中,由于要求终端侧必须支持数字版权保护机制才能够接收多媒体内容进而用户体验度差的问题,大大扩展了运营商多媒体业务的应用范围,使之可以将多媒体内容安全的分发到移动终端中。
需要说明的是,对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本发明并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本发明,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本发明所必需的。
在本实施例中还提供了一种多媒体内容的接收装置,应用于终端,用于实现上述实施例及优选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述,下面对该装置中涉及到的模块进行说明。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。图5为根据本发明实施例的多媒体内容的接收装置的结构框图。如图5所示,该装置包括:
上报模块50,设置为在家庭网关接收到网络侧设备下发的多媒体内容后,上报与上述家庭网关连接的局域网LAN中终端所具备的多媒体能力;
接收模块52,与上报模块50连接,设置为接收上述家庭网关根据上述多媒体能力将上述多媒体内容基于互联网协议上的数字传输内容保护DTCP-IP协议发送的上述多媒体内容。
通过上述各个模块的综合作用,终端将自身所支持的多媒体能力上报至家庭网关,家庭网关支持DTCP-IP,取消了播放终端设备运营级数字版权保护机制,进而接收家庭网关根据终端所支持的多媒体能力发送的多媒体内容的技术手段,解决了相关技术中,由于要求终端侧必须支持数字版权保护机制才能够接收多媒体内容进而用户体验度差的问题,大大扩展了运营商多媒体业务的应用范围,使之可以将多媒体内容安全的分发到移动终端中。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
为了更好的理解上述多媒体内容的发送过程以及接收过程,以下结合优选实施例一至优选实施例三,以及附图6-8对上述实施例的技术方案进行简单说明,但不用于限定本发明实施例:
图6是根据本发明优选实施例一的无头式多媒体家庭网关应用环境的示意图,如图6所示:
给予图6所示的多媒体家庭网关应用环境,图6实际上提供的是从IPTV/OTT系统侧到家庭内部播放终端侧Thin-STB/Thin OTT box/Mobile Terminal的组网示意图,电信运营商或者互联网服务商通过Internt链路向最终用户提供IPTV/OTT业务等多媒体业务;由于传统的 Internet IP链路是不安全的链路,故本发明优选实施例一的应用环境中,多媒体受DRM保护的多媒体内容能够在IP网络上安全的下拉到无头式多媒体家庭网关;多媒体家庭网关终结DRM并根据LAN侧不同设备的能力,将多媒体清流内容重新通过DTCP-IP保护,并发给LAN侧播放终端设备Thin-STB/Thin OTT box/Mobile Terminal等。由于多媒体编解码模块/版权保护模块集成在Home Gateway里,此处的LAN侧播放终端Thin-STB/Thin OTT box/Mobile Terminal要求较低,只要具备软件的DTCP-IP功能,解码多媒体流并渲染到屏幕显示上即可。
图7是根据本发明优选实施例二的无头式多媒体家庭网关系统设计的模块组成示意图;
图7中进一步细化了在本发明优选实施例二的情况下,Home Gateway的内部组成部分,且标注了该家庭网关与外围WAN侧局端系统/LAN侧播放设备的业务连接模型。在WAN侧,接入IPTV/OTT系统侧的介质可以是xDSL/PON/Ethernet/3G/4G等;在LAN侧,与家庭内部播放设备组网的介质可以Ethernet/WiFi/基于同轴电缆的以太网传输(Ethernet over Coax,简称为EoC)/广义电力线通信(Power Line Communication,简称PLC)等多种介质。在多媒体家庭网关内部除传统的主芯片外,具备单独的带DRM的编解码/转码芯片。在WAN侧播放模型中,Home Gateway在IP链路上,接收受DRM保护的多媒体流,并将之在Security Zone内解保护,还原成多媒体清流。而后,Home Gateway根据LAN侧不同的播放终端的要求,通过编解码模块将多媒体清流重新编码,更改不同的分辨率、编码格式;再通过DTCP-IP模块,将多媒体清流重新加密保护,并准备发给对应的播放终端设备。在LAN侧播放模型中,Home Gateway是DTCP-Source端,用于发布带安全防护的多媒体流;而播放终端设备是DTCP-Sink端,用于接受并播放带安全防护的多媒体流,需要说明的是,图7中的HDMI是高清晰度多媒体接口High Definition Multimedia Interface的简称。
图8是根据本发明优选实施例三的无头式多媒体家庭网关内部媒体流向示意图,如下所示:
本发明优选实施例三的无头式多媒体家庭网关能够实现以下技术效果:
1)终结IPTV/OTT系统侧的DRM,将受保护的多媒体内容还原成清流;
2)具备编解码/转码芯片,能够根据LAN侧播放设备的分辨率、解码能力等方面,将多媒体清流重新转码成适合播放设备播放的流媒体格式;
3)将转码后的流媒体用DTCP-IP的方式来保护,通过有线或者无线的方式传输给LAN侧播放设备。
采用本发明优选实施例一直优选实施例三所提供的技术方案,针对多媒体业务开展中遇到的Multi-Screen/Multi-Room需求带来的多播放终端场景,将之简化,将存在于多个STB/OTT box播放终端中的多媒体编解码模块/数字版权保护模块删减,使播放终端的架构简化(Thin-STB/Thin OTT box)并降低成本,并将原本处于多个播放终端中的多个多媒体编解码模块/数字版权模块,合并到接入型Home Gateway中的单个的多媒体编解码模块/数字版权模块;同时,为保证在家庭内部的通信链路上安全传输多媒体内容,在接入型Home Gateway 中增加DTCP-IP模块,使用DTCP-IP技术来保护向简化版的Thin-STB/Thin OTT box安全传输多媒体内容;采用DTCP-IP的另一主要目的是能够将IPTV/OTT系统中的多媒体资源,安全的向当前迅猛增长的互联网移动终端Mobile Terminal如智能手机、智能平板等设备分发多媒体内容,扩展IPTV/OTT系统的用户群,满足移动终端的强烈需求。
综上所述,本发明实施例达到了以下技术效果:解决了相关技术中,由于要求终端侧必须支持数字版权保护机制才能够接收多媒体内容进而用户体验度差的问题,大大扩展了运营商多媒体业务的应用范围,使之可以将多媒体内容安全的分发到移动终端中。
在另外一个实施例中,还提供了一种软件,该软件用于执行上述实施例及优选实施方式中描述的技术方案。
在另外一个实施例中,还提供了一种存储介质,该存储介质中存储有上述软件,该存储介质包括但不限于:光盘、软盘、硬盘、可擦写存储器等。
需要说明的是,本发明的说明书和权利要求书及上述附图中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。应该理解这样使用的对象在适当情况下可以互换,以便这里描述的本发明的实施例能够以除了在这里图示或描述的那些以外的顺序实施。此外,术语“包括”和“具有”以及他们的任何变形,意图在于覆盖不排他的包含,例如,包含了一系列步骤或单元的过程、方法、系统、产品或设备不必限于清楚地列出的那些步骤或单元,而是可包括没有清楚地列出的或对于这些过程、方法、产品或设备固有的其它步骤或单元。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。

本发明实施例提供的上述技术方案,可以应用于多媒体内容的接收发送过程中,家庭网关支持DTCP-IP,取消了播放终端设备运营级数字版权保护机制,进而向终端发送多媒体内容的技术手段,解决了相关技术中,由于要求终端侧必须支持数字版权保护机制才能够接收多媒体内容进而用户体验度差的问题,大大扩展了运营商多媒体业务的应用范围,使之可以将多媒体内容安全的分发的日益增长的移动终端。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种多媒体内容的发送方法,包括:
    在家庭网关接收到网络侧设备下发的多媒体内容后,获取与所述家庭网关连接的局域网LAN中终端所具备的多媒体能力;
    根据所述多媒体能力将所述多媒体内容基于互联网协议上的数字传输内容保护DTCP-IP协议发送至所述终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,通过以下方式实现家庭网关接收到互联网网络下发的多媒体内容,包括:
    接收所述网络侧设备下发的采用数字版权加密保护技术DRM的多媒体内容。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,根据所述多媒体能力将所述多媒体内容基于DTCP-IP发送至所述终端之前,还包括:
    将所述多媒体内容解码为多媒体清流;
    将所述多媒体清流根据所述多媒体能力重新编码为与所述多媒体能力对应的多媒体内容。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,将所述多媒体清流根据所述多媒体能力重新编码为与所述多媒体能力对应的多媒体内容之后,还包括:
    将与所述终端的多媒体能力对应的多媒体内容发送至所述终端。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其中,所述多媒体能力包括以下至少之一:多媒体分辨率、多媒体格式、解码能力。
  6. 一种多媒体内容的接收方法,包括:
    在家庭网关接收到网络侧设备下发的多媒体内容后,上报与所述家庭网关连接的局域网LAN中终端所具备的多媒体能力;
    接收所述家庭网关根据所述多媒体能力将所述多媒体内容基于互联网协议上的数字传输内容保护DTCP-IP协议发送的所述多媒体内容。
  7. 一种多媒体内容的发送装置,应用于家庭网关,包括:
    获取模块,设置为在接收到网络侧设备下发的多媒体内容后,获取与所述家庭网关连接的局域网LAN中终端所具备的多媒体能力;
    发送模块,设置为根据所述多媒体能力将所述多媒体内容基于互联网协议上的数字传输内容保护DTCP-IP协议发送至所述终端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    接收模块,设置为接收所述网络侧设备下发的采用数字版权加密保护技术DRM的多媒体内容。
  9. 一种多媒体内容的接收装置,应用于终端,包括:
    上报模块,设置为在家庭网关接收到网络侧设备下发的多媒体内容后,上报与所述家庭网关连接的局域网LAN中终端所具备的多媒体能力;
    接收模块,设置为接收所述家庭网关根据所述多媒体能力将所述多媒体内容基于互联网协议上的数字传输内容保护DTCP-IP协议发送的所述多媒体内容。
  10. 一种家庭网关,包括:包括权利要求7-8任一项所述的装置。
  11. 一种计算机存储介质,所述计算机存储介质存储有执行指令,所述执行指令用于执行权利要求1至6中任一项所述的方法。
