本发明属于消费类电子产品领域,广泛应用于各种手持电子设备,尤其涉及一种蓝牙无线耳机。
背景技术
目前蓝牙无线耳机的便捷性,使其在各种特殊场合下具有必要性,如在开车过程中,因此也得到了广泛的应用。长久以来,蓝牙无线耳机多为图1所示的结构形式,即包括壳体10和耳塞部件20,耳塞部件20固定在壳体10上,使用时耳塞部件20塞入耳内佩戴使用。
但是,蓝牙无线耳机不可能一直塞在耳内,不使用时通常放置在配套的耳机盒内或耳机包内,使用时还要寻找或打开耳机盒或耳机包,非常不便,另外,缺乏新意,市场竞争力不高。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种蓝牙无线耳机,通过本发明的巧妙设计,不仅使得蓝牙无线耳机佩戴形式多样,美观又方便,而且大大提高了市场竞争力。
本发明的蓝牙无线耳机包括:耳塞、连线和控制板,其关键技术在于,所述蓝牙无线耳机分为可拆卸式和固定式两种,

进一步的,所述耳塞包括耳塞头和耳塞柄,所述耳塞与所述控制板活动连接形成第一可拆卸封闭环的方式是:在所述控制板的正面、两个侧面或者背面中的任意一个面上设置有用于所述耳塞柄嵌入的凹槽,所述凹槽与所述耳塞柄相配套。
进一步的,所述耳塞包括耳塞头和耳塞柄,所述耳塞与所述控制板活动连接形成第一可拆卸封闭环的方式是:在所述控制板的一端设置套绳,通过所述套绳套于所述耳塞头上。
进一步的,所述套绳为弹性材质。
进一步的,所述套绳为通过一活扣形成闭环。
进一步的,所述套绳为软性材料,且所述套绳设有开口,通过捏合软性材料可控制开口的大小。
进一步的,所述连线与所述控制板活动连接形成第二可拆卸封闭环的方式是:在所述控制板的正面、两个侧面或者背面中的任意一个面上设置有用于所述连线嵌入的凹槽,所述凹槽与所述连线相配套。
进一步的,所述连线与所述控制板固定连接形成固定式封闭环的方式是:在所述控制板上设置一通孔,所述连线穿入所述通孔。
进一步的,在所述通孔上设置可活动挤压装置,通过调节所述可活动挤压装置,可调节所述固定式封闭环的环长。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的多功能耳机具有有利于大规模生产的优点,在耳机的普及上有着广泛的市场前景。具体理由如下:
1.本蓝牙无线耳机既坚固耐用又外观时尚,满足了现代人对耳机外观视觉美感的需求,吸引了消费者的目光,有助于提高市场竞争力。具体的:
使用时,挂耳式蓝牙无线耳机的连线挂于耳上,减轻了现有技术中耳塞由耳机重力对耳朵带来的不适感,解决了耳塞容易从耳内滑出的问题。
不使用时,手腕式蓝牙无线耳机佩戴于手腕上,即容易找到又美观。
2.本多功能耳机具备的无线功能满足了特殊场合下的携带要求,通话方便、方便实用。

本发明的蓝牙无线耳机包括:耳塞1、连线2和控制板3;组成可拆卸式和固定式两种蓝牙无线耳机。
第一种的可拆卸式蓝牙无线耳机:
所述耳塞1与控制板3活动连接,使得所述耳塞1、连线2和控制板3形成第一可拆卸封闭环,如图2和图3所示。实施例一如图2所示,在所述控制板3的正面、两个侧面或者背面中的任意一个面上设置有用于所述耳塞柄4嵌入的凹槽,所述凹槽与所述耳塞柄4相配套。实施例二如图3所示,在所述控制板3的正面、两个侧面或者背面中的任意一个面上设置有用于所述连线2嵌入的凹槽,所述凹槽与所述连线2相配套。
所述连线2与控制板3活动连接,使得所述连线2和所述控制板3形成第二可拆卸封闭环;如图4所示。在所述控制板3的一端设置套绳,通过所述套绳套于所述耳塞头5上。
第二种的固定式蓝牙无线耳机:
所述连线2与控制板3固定连接,使得所述连线2和所述控制板3形成固定式封闭环。在所述控制板3上设置一通孔,所述连线2穿入所述通孔,如图5所示。且所述套绳为弹性材质。或者所述套绳为通过一活扣形成闭环。或者,所述套绳为软性材料,且所述套绳设有开口,通过捏合软性材料可控制开口的大小。
效果较佳的,在所述通孔上设置可活动挤压装置,通过调节改可活动挤压装置,可调节所述固定式封闭环的环长。

  1. 一种蓝牙无线耳机,包括:耳塞(1)、连线(2)和控制板(3),其特征在于,所述蓝牙无线耳机分为可拆卸式和固定式两种,
    所述可拆卸式的蓝牙无线耳机内容包括:
    所述耳塞(1)与所述控制板(3)活动连接,使得所述耳塞(1)、所述连线(2)和所述控制板(3)形成第一可拆卸封闭环;
    所述固定式的蓝牙无线耳机内容包括:
    所述连线(2)与所述控制板(3)固定连接,使得所述连线(2)和所述控制板(3)形成固定式封闭环。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的蓝牙无线耳机,其特征在于,所述耳塞(1)包括耳塞头(5)和耳塞柄(4),所述耳塞(1)与所述控制板(3)活动连接形成第一可拆卸封闭环的方式是:
    在所述控制板(3)的正面、两个侧面或者背面中的任意一个面上设置有用于所述耳塞柄(4)嵌入的凹槽,所述凹槽与所述耳塞柄(4)相配套。
