通过本发明实施例,采用第一终端接收来自于第二终端的登陆请求,其中,登陆请求用于第二终端请求使用在第一终端上安装的应用程序;第一终端根据登陆请求向第二终端发送与应用程序对应的多媒体数据流,解决了相关技术中无法通过一个终端来使用另外一个终端上安装的应用程序的问题,进而能够简单、有效地实现在家庭局域网内通过DLNA在缺乏应用程序安装能力或者尚未安装此类应用程序的终端上使用智能系统应用程序。

具体实施方式
下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本发明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
图1是根据本发明实施例的终端上应用程序的推送方法的流程图。如图1所示,该方法可以包括以下处理步骤:
步骤S102:第一终端接收来自于第二终端的登陆请求,其中,登陆请求用于第二 终端请求使用在第一终端上安装的应用程序;
步骤S104:第一终端根据登陆请求向第二终端发送与应用程序对应的多媒体数据流。
相关技术中无法通过第二终端来使用第一终端上安装的应用程序。采用如图1所示的方法,通过数字生活网络联盟(DLNA)将第一终端与第二终端进行连接,第二终端可以检测到第一终端,并向第一终端发起登陆请求;第一终端根据登陆请求向第二终端发送与应用程序对应的多媒体数据流。由此解决了相关技术中无法通过第二终端来使用第一终端上安装的应用程序的问题,进而能够简单、有效地实现在家庭局域网内通过DLNA在缺乏应用程序安装能力或者尚未安装此类应用程序的终端上使用智能系统应用程序。
需要说明的是,上述第一终端需要具备安装上述应用程序的能力并且在该第一终端上已经安装有此类应用程序,同时还可以确保按照特定周期进行升级维护。上述第二终端既可以是缺乏对上述应用程序的安装能力但是却具备对从第一终端接收到的数据码流进行解码能力的终端,也可以是虽然具备对上述应用程序的安装能力但是却尚未安装此类应用程序的终端。
优选地,在步骤S102,第一终端接收来自于第二终端的登陆请求之后,还可以包括以下操作:
步骤S1:第一终端对第二终端进行认证,判断在第一终端上是否存储有与第二终端对应的标识信息;
步骤S2:如果否,则第一终端添加标识信息并为第二终端分配应用程序以及配置使用应用程序的时间段和时长;
步骤S3:如果是,则第一终端确定对应用程序的限制条件。
在优选实施例中,第一终端负责实现远程终端信息维护,其中,可以包括:终端的添加与删除,为该终端分配可用的应用程序,设置可以使用的时间段和时长,不在限制范围内便可以正常使用。当接收到远程终端发送的登陆请求后,判断是否已在终端列表中,如果不存在,则添加该终端并进行相应地设置,如果已经存在,则校验时间段,校验通过便可进入下一个流程。
优选地,在步骤S104中,第一终端根据登陆请求发送多媒体数据流可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S4:第一终端在对登陆请求校验通过的情况下,启动虚拟机并将应用程序复制到虚拟机,其中,虚拟机用于输出多媒体数据流;
步骤S5:第一终端对多媒体数据流进行编码处理,并向第二终端返回播放多媒体数据流的统一资源定位符(URL),其中,URL用于第二终端获取多媒体数据流。
在优选实施例中,在第二终端登陆成功后,第一终端会为该远程终端启动智能操作系统的虚拟机,并将第一终端内安装并且分配的应用程序复制到虚拟机中,然后再将图像和声音输出至编码器。编码器负责将虚拟机输出的图像和声音进行编码处理,并将编码后的内容转换成媒体流发布到网络,并向第二终端返回播放统一资源定位符(URL)。
图2是根据本发明实施例的终端上应用程序的获取方法的流程图。如图2所示,该方法可以包括以下处理步骤:
步骤S202:第二终端向第一终端发起登陆请求,其中,登陆请求用于第二终端请求使用在第一终端上安装的应用程序;
步骤S204:第二终端接收第一终端根据登陆请求返回的与应用程序对应的多媒体数据流。
优选地,在步骤S204中,第二终端接收第一终端根据登陆请求返回的多媒体数据流可以包括以下操作:
步骤S6:第二终端接收第一终端根据登陆请求返回的播放多媒体数据流的URL;
步骤S7:第二终端根据URL向第一终端获取多媒体数据流。
在优选实施例中,在认证通过后第一终端可以启动远程终端虚拟机,其输出的图像和声音由编码器进行编码处理并向第二终端返回媒体流播放URL。第二终端可以播放媒体流,图像和声音输出到显示设备。
优选地,在步骤S204,第二终端接收第一终端根据登陆请求返回的多媒体数据流之后,还可以包括以下步骤:
步骤S8:第二终端响应用户触发的控制事件;
步骤S9:第二终端将控制事件发送至第一终端并接收第一终端对控制事件的响应。
在优选实施例中,可以由用户触发控制事件,第二终端在接收到控制事件后,将控制事件发送至第一终端,由第一终端在该用户的远程终端虚拟机进行响应,由此实现第一终端为第二终端提供智能系统应用程序的功能。
图3是根据本发明实施例的终端上应用程序的推送装置的结构框图。该终端上应 用程序的推送装置应用于具备安装上述应用程序的能力并且在该终端上已经安装有此类应用程序,同时还可以确保按照特定周期进行升级维护的智能终端,如图3所示,该终端上应用程序的推送装置可以包括:接收模块10,设置为接收来自于第二终端的登陆请求,其中,登陆请求用于第二终端请求使用在第一终端上安装的应用程序;推送模块20,设置为根据登陆请求向第二终端发送与应用程序对应的多媒体数据流。
采用如图3所示的装置,解决了相关技术中无法通过第二终端来使用第一终端上安装的应用程序的问题,进而能够简单、有效地实现在家庭局域网内通过DLNA在缺乏应用程序安装能力或者尚未安装此类应用程序的终端上使用智能系统应用程序。
优选地,如图4所示,上述装置还可以包括:判断模块30,设置为对第二终端进行认证,判断在第一终端上是否存储有与第二终端对应的标识信息;第一执行模块40,设置为在判断模块输出为否时,添加标识信息并为第二终端分配应用程序以及配置使用应用程序的时间段和时长;第二执行模块50,设置为在判断模块输出为是时,确定对应用程序的限制条件。
优选地,推送模块20可以包括:启动单元(图中未示出),设置为在对登陆请求校验通过的情况下,启动虚拟机并将应用程序复制到虚拟机,其中,虚拟机用于输出多媒体数据流;返回单元(图中未示出),设置为对多媒体数据流进行编码处理,并向第二终端返回播放多媒体数据流的URL,其中,URL用于第二终端获取多媒体数据流。
图5是根据本发明实施例的终端上应用程序的获取装置的结构框图。该终端上应用程序的获取装置应用于缺乏对上述应用程序的安装能力但是却具备对从其他终端接收到的数据码流进行解码能力的非智能终端或虽然具备对上述应用程序的安装能力但是却尚未安装此类应用程序的智能终端,如图5所示,该终端上应用程序的获取装置可以包括:发起模块60,设置为向第一终端发起登陆请求,其中,登陆请求用于第二终端请求使用在第一终端上安装的应用程序;接收模块70,设置为接收第一终端根据登陆请求返回的与应用程序对应的多媒体数据流。
优选地,接收模块70可以包括:接收单元(图中未示出),设置为接收第一终端根据登陆请求返回的播放多媒体数据流的URL;获取单元(图中未示出),设置为根据URL向第一终端获取多媒体数据流。
优选地,如图6所示,上述装置还可以包括:响应模块80,设置为响应用户触发的控制事件;处理模块90,设置为将控制事件发送至第一终端并接收第一终端对控制事件的响应。
图7是根据本发明优选实施例的第二终端与第一终端的连接示意图。如图7所示,第二终端上的第一终端扫描模块可以通过通用即插即用(Universal Plug and play,简 称为UPnP)的发现机制来检测网络中存在的第一终端,并建立连接。第二终端上的远程登陆模块(相当于上述发起模块)即为第二终端向第一终端的远程终端管理模块发起登陆请求,并携带所需参数。第一终端上的远程终端管理模块(相当于上述判断模块、第一执行模块、第二执行模块以及第一终端上应用程序的推送装置的接收模块)负责实现远程终端信息维护,其中,可以包括:终端的添加与删除,为该终端分配可用的应用程序,设置可以使用的时间段和时长,不在限制范围内便可以正常使用。当接收到远程终端发送的登陆请求后,判断是否已在终端列表中,如果未在终端列表中,则弹出添加提示,并在添加后再分配可以使用的应用程序,以及设置可以使用的时间段和使用时长。如果已经存在于终端列表中,则校验是否存在时间段限制,若校验通过则进入下一个流程。实时判断连接时长,如果达到设置值,则中断连接。第一终端上的远程终端虚拟机负责在远程终端登陆成功后,第一终端会为该远程终端启动智能操作系统的虚拟机,并将第一终端内安装并且分配的应用程序复制到虚拟机中,然后再将图像和声音输出至编码器。第一终端上的编码器负责将虚拟机输出的图像和声音进行编码处理,并将编码后的内容发送至数字媒体服务器(相当于上述推送模块)。第一终端上的数字媒体服务器,即流媒体服务器,负责将编码器发送过来的内容转换成媒体流发布到网络,并向第二终端返回播放统一资源定位符(URL)。第二终端上的数字媒体播放器(相当于上述第一终端上应用程序的获取装置的接收模块)负责查找并播放或输出任何由数字媒体服务器所提供的媒体流。第二终端上的远程事件发送器(相当于上述处理模块),即远程终端将接收到的控制事件发送至第一终端。第一终端上的远程事件处理器负责在接收到远程事件发送器发送的控制事件后在该用户的远程终端虚拟机进行响应(例如:焦点移动、应用选择)。
在该优选实施例中,各个功能模块相互作用的优选工作方式如下:
(1)第二终端运行第一终端扫描模块,查找到第一终端;
(2)第一终端扫描模块将查找到的第一终端的地址信息传递至第二终端的远程登录模块;
(3)第二终端的远程登录模块向第一终端的远程终端管理模块发起登陆请求,其中,该登陆请求中携带有第二终端的信息;
(4)远程终端管理模块进行终端认证,并在认证通过后为该终端启动远程终端虚拟机;
(5)远程终端虚拟机将图像和声音输出至编码器;
(6)编码器将图像和声音编码成媒体流发送至数字媒体服务器,数字媒体服务器向远程终端返回媒体流播放URL;
(7)数字媒体播放器向数字媒体服务器发起播放请求,开始播放,图像和声音输出到显示设备;
(8)用户触发控制事件;
(9)远程事件发送器将接收到的控制事件发送至第一终端;
(10)远程事件处理器在接收到控制事件之后,发送至远程终端虚拟机,由远程终端虚拟机响应该控制事件,进入(5),用户可以从显示设备上看到对控制事件的响应(例如:焦点移动、应用选择)。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,上述实施例实现了如下技术效果(需要说明的是这些效果是某些优选实施例可以达到的效果):采用本发明实施例所提供的技术方案,通过数字生活网络联盟(DLNA)将第一终端与第二终端进行连接,第二终端可以通过UPnP检测到第一终端,并通过远程登陆模块向第一终端的远程终端管理模块发起登陆请求。在认证通过后第一终端启动远程终端虚拟机,其输出的图像和声音由编码器进行编码处理后发送至数字媒体服务器,并向第二终端返回媒体流播放URL。第二终端的数字媒体播放器播放媒体流,图像和声音输出到显示设备。用户触发控制事件,第二终端在接收到控制事件后,由远程事件发送器发送至第一终端,由第一终端的远程事件处理器接收后在该用户的远程终端虚拟机进行响应,由此实现第一终端为第二终端提供智能系统应用程序的功能,进而可以通过DLNA将第一终端和第二终端进行连接,第二终端随之便可以使用第一终端上安装的应用程序,并且第二终端无需具备很强的硬件处理能力,而只需要具备基本的解码播放能力即可,从而可以提高设备利用率,激发用户购买第一终端的意愿。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

如上所述,本发明实施例提供的一种终端上应用程序的推送、获取方法及装置具有以下有益效果:能够简单、有效地实现在家庭局域网内通过DLNA在缺乏应用程序安装能力或者尚未安装此类应用程序的终端上使用智能系统应用程序。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种终端上应用程序的推送方法,包括:
    第一终端接收来自于第二终端的登陆请求,其中,所述登陆请求用于所述第二终端请求使用在所述第一终端上安装的应用程序;
    所述第一终端根据所述登陆请求向所述第二终端发送与所述应用程序对应的多媒体数据流。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,在所述第一终端接收来自于所述第二终端的所述登陆请求之后,还包括:
    所述第一终端对所述第二终端进行认证,判断在所述第一终端上是否存储有与所述第二终端对应的标识信息;
    如果否,则所述第一终端添加所述标识信息并为所述第二终端分配所述应用程序以及配置使用所述应用程序的时间段和时长;
    如果是,则所述第一终端确定对所述应用程序的限制条件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一终端根据所述登陆请求发送所述多媒体数据流包括:
    所述第一终端在对所述登陆请求校验通过的情况下,启动虚拟机并将所述应用程序复制到所述虚拟机,其中,所述虚拟机用于输出所述多媒体数据流;
    所述第一终端对所述多媒体数据流进行编码处理,并向所述第二终端返回播放所述多媒体数据流的统一资源定位符URL,其中,所述URL用于所述第二终端获取所述多媒体数据流。
  4. 一种终端上应用程序的获取方法,包括:
    第二终端向第一终端发起登陆请求,其中,所述登陆请求用于所述第二终端请求使用在所述第一终端上安装的应用程序;
    所述第二终端接收所述第一终端根据所述登陆请求返回的与所述应用程序对应的多媒体数据流。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述第二终端接收所述第一终端根据所述登陆请求返回的所述多媒体数据流包括:
    所述第二终端接收所述第一终端根据所述登陆请求返回的播放所述多媒体数据流的统一资源定位符URL;
    所述第二终端根据所述URL向所述第一终端获取所述多媒体数据流。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,在所述第二终端接收所述第一终端根据所述登陆请求返回的所述多媒体数据流之后,还包括:
    所述第二终端响应用户触发的控制事件;
    所述第二终端将所述控制事件发送至所述第一终端并接收所述第一终端对所述控制事件的响应。
  7. 一种终端上应用程序的推送装置,包括:
    接收模块,设置为接收来自于第二终端的登陆请求,其中,所述登陆请求用于所述第二终端请求使用在第一终端上安装的应用程序;
    推送模块,设置为根据所述登陆请求向所述第二终端发送与所述应用程序对应的多媒体数据流。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    判断模块,设置为对所述第二终端进行认证,判断在所述第一终端上是否存储有与所述第二终端对应的标识信息;
    第一执行模块,设置为在所述判断模块输出为否时,添加所述标识信息并为所述第二终端分配所述应用程序以及配置使用所述应用程序的时间段和时长;
    第二执行模块,设置为在所述判断模块输出为是时,确定对所述应用程序的限制条件。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述推送模块包括:
    启动单元,设置为在对所述登陆请求校验通过的情况下,启动虚拟机并将所述应用程序复制到所述虚拟机,其中,所述虚拟机用于输出所述多媒体数据流;
    返回单元,设置为对所述多媒体数据流进行编码处理,并向所述第二终端返回播放所述多媒体数据流的统一资源定位符URL,其中,所述URL用于所述第二终端获取所述多媒体数据流。
  10. 一种终端上应用程序的获取装置,包括:
    发起模块,设置为向第一终端发起登陆请求,其中,所述登陆请求用于第二终端请求使用在所述第一终端上安装的应用程序;
    接收模块,设置为接收所述第一终端根据所述登陆请求返回的与所述应用程 序对应的多媒体数据流。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其中,所述接收模块包括:
    接收单元,设置为接收所述第一终端根据所述登陆请求返回的播放所述多媒体数据流的统一资源定位符URL;
    获取单元,设置为根据所述URL向所述第一终端获取所述多媒体数据流。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其中,所述装置还包括:
    响应模块,设置为响应用户触发的控制事件;
    处理模块,设置为将所述控制事件发送至所述第一终端并接收所述第一终端对所述控制事件的响应。
