Abstract
一种旋转式可回转笔尖自来水笔,包括:笔尖(1)、笔舌及储墨装置(8)、笔项(17)、笔杆(15)、墨曩(14)、旋转装置(3)和回转装置(5)。笔尖(1)接触书写媒介的面呈三角形弧面,能够使笔画产生粗细的显著变化,可以旋转并回旋。该自来水笔在书写中可以展现中国汉字笔画特征,部分替代毛笔书写功能。
Description
本发明涉及一种书写用具,对于规范汉字书写具有独特作用,尤其适合书画爱好者使用。
传统的钢笔,笔尖一般是固定在笔项里的;传统的中性笔、签字笔和圆珠笔是通过滚珠转动实现书写,传统的针管笔通过笔针内置金属棒上下摆动实现书写。当前,作为普通教育写字课要求使用的书写工具主要是是钢笔。钢笔是顺应西方字母文字书写而产生的一种国外书写工具,对汉字的书写表现力很有限.而较为普及的中性笔不仅不具备钢笔和毛笔的书写效果,而且一般被当做一次性笔使用,浪费大且污染环境。上述书写工具均不易充分体现传统汉字对笔画粗细的较大变化和起承转合的要求,对于书写过程中的字体形态的把握,尤其是汉字字形艺术变幻具有很大的限制,不能适应汉字书写的多种综合要求,不利于中国传统文化的传承和发扬光大,同时也制约了自来水笔的推广使用效率。目前,汉字的基本特征和风格主要依赖传统的毛笔来实现,但毛笔不便于携带且其书写规律和技巧掌握有一定难度,不利于初学者掌握,其便于推广使用受到较大限制。
本发明的目的是提供一种旋转式可回旋笔尖自来水笔,方便汉字书写,体现汉字风格和特征。
要解决的技术问题
旋转式可回旋笔尖自来水笔解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
1.笔杆中的墨囊通过笔项进墨孔与笔舌储水器联通,毛细墨水芯贯穿笔舌并与笔尖联通,将墨水直接输送到笔尖。
2.笔尖通过旋转装置和弹簧装置与笔项内壁连接。
3.笔尖中空,与书写媒介接触面呈三角形弧面,中间有出墨通道,当与书写媒介接触时,按照力学作用原理,产生360度以内的任意角度旋转,保证笔尖大头在前、细尾在后作书写运动。当笔尖离开书写媒介时,在弹簧装置的力学作用下,迅速回旋至起初的位置。
4.笔舌储水器储备过量的墨水,在墨囊供墨不足时,保证笔尖墨量充足;墨水充沛时,拦截墨囊中过量墨水进入笔尖而避免污染。
5.加墨装置采用可替换墨囊和重复使用加墨器并用。
6.笔盖采用卡簧式内密封装置,防止墨水挥发和泄漏。
7.本发明笔尖一般采用硬质金属材料制作,当改作软笔使用时,也可采用软质材料制作。
本发明的有益效果
1.随意书写可以充分展现中国汉字书写特征,以及满足相关书写、书画艺术创作等相关用笔要求。配合专用书写垫,效果更为显著。
2.书写者可控制笔尖接触媒介面的角度和用力轻重以实现所需要的笔画粗细变化,既有硬笔的功能,又可以部分替代中国传统毛笔的功能。
3.根据书写情况和书写者爱好需要,笔尖可分为大小等不同规格。
4.用材环保节省,设计简洁可行,便于生产制造。
下面结合附图和实施案例对本发明进一步说明。

图1中,1三角形笔尖细部,2是笔尖空心部分,3是笔尖旋转装置,4是旋转装置和回旋装置内套,5是笔尖回旋装置,7旋转装置和回旋装置外套,8是笔舌及储墨装置,9是笔项与笔杆连接部丝扣,11是笔舌紧固丝扣,12是笔舌紧固体,13墨囊连接装置,14是墨囊,15是笔杆,16是笔尖保持和支撑装置,17是笔项,18是笔尖防翻转装置。42是笔杆处与笔帽对端吻合的位置标示。
图2中,40是笔帽软性密封装置,41是笔帽处与笔杆对端吻合的位置标示。
图3中,20是毛细墨水芯,21是笔舌储墨装置上端防水垫,23是笔舌储墨装置下端防水垫,24是笔尖颈部,25笔尖细部下水槽。

实施例1
紧固连接装置部分:图1中,笔尖1与旋转装置和回旋装置内套4结合并固定,旋转装置和回旋装置内套4与旋转装置和回旋装置外套7通过旋转装置3连接,再与笔项17连接并固定。笔项17通过笔项与笔杆连接部丝扣9与笔杆15连接。笔舌紧固体12通过笔舌紧固丝扣11与笔项连接,起到稳固笔舌作用,笔尖保持和支撑装置16起到稳固笔尖作用。
供墨装置部分:图1中,所述三角形笔尖细部1通过与书写界面接触运动带动笔尖转动,笔尖空心部分2有毛细墨水芯20(图3)通过笔舌及储墨装置8引入墨水,保证书写流畅。墨水来源于墨囊14,墨囊与墨囊连接装置13契合,通过毛细墨水心贯通笔尖颈部24(图3),进入笔尖细部下水槽25(图3)到达笔尖腹部33(图6),保证连续供墨实现连续书写。
图5中,毛细墨水芯贯通笔舌墨水通道26,通过笔尖体27,直达笔尖空心部分29。笔尖体下水槽由笔尖细部下水槽25、笔尖背面39(图7)下水槽、笔尖粗部毛细下水槽34(图9)、笔尖细部毛细下水槽32(图9)组成,保证墨水充沛。
旋转装置部分:图1中,笔尖通过旋转装置3发生旋转。回旋装置5的一端固定在笔尖壁上,另一端固定在旋转装置和回旋装置外套7壁上,以保证笔尖在离开书写媒介时产生复位回旋。笔尖防翻转装置18将笔尖旋转锁定在360度以内,保证书写中笔尖旋转的可控性。
防水防漏装置部分:图1中,笔舌储墨装置上端防水垫21(图3)、笔舌储墨装置下端防水垫23(图3)构成完备的防水系统,防止墨水和杂物进入旋转装置内部。整个笔尖构造呈基本封闭状,圆柱状笔尖体27(图5)包裹笔舌,笔尖顶部背面39(图7)高起,笔舌盖28(图5)覆盖笔尖颈部内侧38(图7),笔舌背部覆盖笔尖体开口部分37(图7),这使整个笔尖主体内侧36(图7)和笔尖空心部分29(图5)均被封闭,以减少水分挥发并防止异物进入笔尖体内。当盖上笔帽时,笔帽处与笔杆对端吻合的位置标示41(图1)与笔杆处与笔帽对端吻合的位置标示42(图2)对端吻合,使笔尖与笔帽软性密封装置40(图2)紧密契合,防止水分挥发和泄漏。
上述各个部分有机配合,构成新型书写功能,达到书写流畅、书写笔画粗细变化和起承转合的汉字笔画要求。
Claims (5)
- 一种旋转式可回旋笔尖自来水笔,包括笔尖、旋转装置、回旋装置、防水防漏装置、笔舌、笔舌紧固体、笔项外壳、笔杆和笔帽等部分,其特征是,笔尖与书画媒介接触的表面部分呈三角形,在运笔过程中,三角形笔尖始终保持粗部在前、细部在后,通过旋转装置作旋转运动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转式可回旋笔尖自来水笔,其特征在于,中空,三角形表面中部凸起呈弧面,在笔尖中轴线与水平线垂直状态下,该弧面的圆弧中点切线与水平线的夹角呈锐角。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转式可回转笔尖自来水笔,其特征在于,当书写绘画运笔完成一个笔画并脱离书写介面后,能通过回旋装置自动回旋复位。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转式可回旋笔尖自来水笔,其特征在于,笔尖采用耐磨、耐腐蚀硬质材料制作。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转式可回旋笔尖自来水笔,其特征在于,笔尖采用软性材料制作。
