Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif pour l'auto-prélèvement d'échantillons de cellules épithéliales, afin de disposer d'un outil qui puisse fournir des cellules qui peuvent être utilisées dans des analyses ultérieures, préférablement dans des analyses focalisées sur la détection du cancer du col de l'utérus ou du virus du papillome humain; ledit dispositif étant constitué d'une structure cylindrique à deux sections principales: un manche de fixation et un tube d'insertion, traversant la structure cylindrique se trouve une tige centrale, laquelle comporte un mécanisme de rétraction et de poussée, lequel permet le prélèvement d'échantillon d'une patiente de manière rapide et efficace.
