In the outdoor assembly-type light emitting display system 1 of the present embodiment, the control module 30 and the power supply module 40 are separated from the light emitting display panel 2. Thereby, the light-emitting display panel 2 configured by coupling a large number of LED light-emitting modules 10 to each other is thin and light, and the installation work can be simplified.
Next, the LED light-emitting module 10 constituting the light-emitting display panel 2 of the outdoor assembly-type light-emitting display system 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 2, the LED light emitting module 10 includes a first circuit board 12 in which a large number of LED elements 11 are arranged in a matrix on the front side, and a first circuit board 12 arranged in a superposed manner behind the first circuit board 12. Two circuit boards 13, an input connector 14 for performing power input and data signal input disposed on the rear surface side of the second circuit board 13, and a power output and data signal disposed on the rear surface side of the second circuit board 13 An output connector 15 for performing output, a drive unit 16 that is provided on the second circuit board 13 and drives the LED element 11 based on the power and data signals input from the input connector 14, the first circuit board 12, and the first circuit board 12 A light emitting module cover 17 that exposes the input connector 14 and the output connector 15 to the rear through the connector opening 17a while covering the two-circuit board 13 from the rear side. To have.
One display pixel of the LED light emitting module 10 includes one or a plurality of LED elements 11. For example, when one display pixel is composed of one color LED element 11, the LED light emitting module 10 displays a single color, and when one display pixel is composed of two color LED elements 11, two color display or 3 When the LED light emitting module 10 for color display (two colors + mixed color) is formed by the LED elements 11 for three colors (RBG), the LED light emitting module 10 for color display is obtained.
The light emitting module cover 17 is a box-shaped resin cover having an open front, and has an internal space for accommodating the first circuit board 12 and the second circuit board 13 incorporated from the front opening. A plurality of coupling recesses 17 b into which the coupling block 20 can be fitted are formed on the rear surface side of the light emitting module cover 17. Specifically, it has four coupling recesses 17b formed on the left and right ends and the upper and lower ends on the rear surface of the light emitting module cover 17, and the shape of each coupling recess 17b is the left-right divided shape of the coupling block 20 or It corresponds to the upper and lower divided shape. And the connector opening part 17a is formed in the predetermined position of each coupling recessed part 17b.
As shown in FIG. 2, the LED light emitting module 10 has a desirable configuration in which the first circuit board 12 is a square in which the LED elements 11 of 16 × 16 = 256 pixels are arranged, and the second circuit board 13 is The light emitting module cover 17 has a front opening in which the first circuit board 12 and the second circuit board 13 can be inserted with as much tolerance as possible.
On the front side of the LED light emitting module 10, waterproofness is secured by a waterproof protective layer (not shown). For example, the waterproof protective layer is applied to the front surface of the first circuit board 12 with a predetermined thickness after the first circuit board 12 and the second circuit board 13 are assembled from the front opening of the light emitting module cover 17. The electrical connection part between the LED element 11 and the LED element 11 is protected, and the gap between the first circuit board 12 and the light emitting module cover 17 is filled to ensure the waterproof property on the front side of the LED light emitting module 10. . Such a waterproof protective layer initially has fluidity that can be applied, and can be formed using a synthetic resin material such as urethane that is cured after application to become rubbery elastic.
Next, the coupling block 20 that couples the LED light emitting modules 10 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4.
The coupling block 20 closes the connector opening 17a and couples the adjacent LED light emitting modules 10 to each other, and the first connection connector 22 connected to the output connector 15 of one adjacent LED light emitting module 10. And the second connection connector 23 connected to the input connector 14 of the other adjacent LED light emitting module 10 and the first connection connector 22 and the second connection connector 23 which are arranged inside the coupling block main body 21 and electrically And a connector connecting portion 24 to be connected.
The coupling block main body 21 has a front cover 21b having an accommodation space 21a for the first connection connector 22, the second connection connector 23, and the connector connecting portion 24, and a rear cover 21c that covers the accommodation space 21a. When the LED light emitting modules 10 are coupled, the LED light emitting modules 10 are fitted so as to straddle the coupling concave portions 17b of both adjacent LED light emitting modules 10.
The first connection connector 22 and the second connection connector 23 are exposed to the front through a connector opening 21d formed on the front side of the coupling block body 21, and the coupling block 20 to the coupling recess 17b of the LED light emitting module 10 is exposed. Are automatically connected to the input connector 14 and the output connector 15 on the LED light emitting module 10 side according to the fitting.
The coupling block 20 configured in this way not only couples the LED light emitting modules 10 to each other but also closes the connector opening 17a of the light emitting module cover 17 and closes the output connector 15 and the input connector 14 of the adjacent LED light emitting modules 10. Are electrically connected to each other, so that the waterproofness of the electrical connection portion between the LED light emitting modules 10 can be ensured without housing a plurality of combined LED light emitting modules 10 in a case as in the prior art. It becomes possible.
Next, a preferable configuration for coupling the LED light emitting modules 10 will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4.
As shown in FIG. 4, it is preferable that the coupling recess 17b has a guide projection 17c along the fitting direction of the coupling block 20, and the coupling block 20 has a guide groove 21e corresponding to the guide projection 17c. The reason is that not only the fitting operation of the coupling block 20 to the coupling recess 17b becomes easy, but also the positional deviation between the LED light emitting module 10 and the coupling block 20 after the fitting can be regulated.
The guide protrusion 17c can have various shapes, and the guide groove 21e may have a shape corresponding to the guide protrusion 17c. For example, when the LED light emitting modules 10 to be coupled are arranged side by side, the guide protrusion 17c of the present embodiment is arranged so as to be in parallel with the adjacent LED light emitting modules 10, and in this state, both LED light emitting modules are arranged. When the coupling block 20 is fitted into the ten coupling recesses 17b, the guide grooves 21e of the coupling block 20 engage with the guide protrusions 17c of both the LED light emitting modules 10 so as to draw them both. As a result, even if there is a slight gap or misalignment between the adjacent LED light emitting modules 10, this can be corrected during the fitting process of the coupling block 20.
When fitting the coupling block 20 into the coupling recess 17b of the LED light emitting module 10, it is preferable to install a waterproof rubber packing 25 between the LED light emitting module 10 and the coupling block 20, as shown in FIG. . In this way, the waterproof rubber packing 25 sandwiched between the light emitting module cover 17 and the coupling block main body 21 can reliably prevent water from entering from the connector openings 17a and 21d.
After the coupling block 20 is fitted into the coupling recess 17b of the LED light emitting module 10, the LED light emitting module 10 and the coupling block 20 are connected via a fastening screw 26 penetrating the coupling block 20, as shown in FIGS. Are preferably fastened and fixed. In this way, not only the coupling strength of the LED light emitting module 10 can be increased, but also the connector openings 17a and 21d can be reliably closed to improve the waterproof performance.
According to the present embodiment configured as described, the coupling block 20 not only couples the LED light emitting modules 10 to each other, but also closes the connector opening 17a of the light emitting module cover 17 and closes the adjacent LED light emitting modules 10. Since the output connector 15 and the input connector 14 are electrically connected, an electrical connection portion between the LED light emitting modules 10 can be obtained without housing a plurality of combined LED light emitting modules 10 in a case as in the prior art. Waterproofness can be ensured. As a result, the conventional case for housing a plurality of coupled LED light emitting modules 10 is not required, and not only can the number of parts and the manufacturing cost be reduced, but also the overall weight can be reduced and the installation work can be simplified. become.
For example, as shown in FIG. 5, the outdoor assembly-type light-emitting display system 1 of the present invention can be applied to a signboard 200 that is conventionally installed. If the light-emitting display panel 2 is installed, the outdoor assembly-type electric light display system 1 of the present invention can be applied to the signboard 200.
[Second Embodiment]
Next, an outdoor assembly-type electric light display system 1B according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. However, about the structure which is common in the said embodiment, description of the said embodiment is used by using the same code | symbol as the said embodiment.
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the outdoor assembling lightning display system 1 </ b> B of the second embodiment is provided with a DC power supply unit 18 that converts AC power into DC power inside the LED light emitting module 10 </ b> B. This is different from the above embodiment in that the first circuit board 12 and the second circuit board 13 are integrated, and the connecting block 20B is octagonal.
That is, the outdoor assembly-type electroluminescent display system 1B of the second embodiment eliminates the power supply module 40 of the first embodiment by providing the DC power supply unit 18 inside the LED light emitting module 10B. Further, the integration of the first circuit board 12 and the second circuit board 13 makes it possible to reduce the number of parts and the manufacturing cost. The shape of the coupling block 20B will be described in detail in the description of the third embodiment.
[Third Embodiment]
Next, an outdoor assembling light-emitting display system 1C according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. However, about the structure which is common in the said embodiment, description of the said embodiment is used by using the same code | symbol as the said embodiment.
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the outdoor assembly-type light-emitting display system 1 </ b> C according to the third embodiment is such that the size of the coupling block 20 </ b> C is maximized and the front cover of the LED light emitting module 10 </ b> C The point provided with is different from the embodiment.
The coupling block 20C of the third embodiment is an octagon with a diamond-shaped corner cut out in a rear view, and the rear surface side of the light emitting module cover 17C corresponds to the right / left divided shape or the upper / lower divided shape of the coupling block 20C. Four coupling recesses 17b are formed side by side and vertically. As a result, a plurality of LED light emitting modules 10 can be arranged in the left-right direction and the vertical direction to form a light-emitting display screen of an arbitrary size, and the overlapping area between the LED light-emitting module 10 and the coupling block 20 is made as large as possible. Thus, the coupling strength between the LED light emitting modules 10 can be increased. The coupling block 20C may have a rhombus shape in rear view.
The eaves cover 19 has a number of eaves portions 19a extending forward from above the LED element 11, and prevents the LED element 11 from being exposed to direct sunlight. Thereby, it is suppressed that the visibility of the light emitted from the LED element 11 is reduced by direct sunlight.
Although the present invention has been described based on the preferred embodiments, it is needless to say that the technical idea of the present invention is not limited to this and can be modified and changed within the scope of the claims.
