本申请实施例提供的推送信息的处理方法及装置,适用于可以接收信息的各种类型的终端设备,例如,智能手机、平板电脑等。在本申请实施例中,以智能手机为例进行说明,但不以此作为限制。
图1是本申请实施例提供的推送信息的处理方法流程图,如图1所示,本申请实施例的推送信息的处理方法包括:
S101、终端向服务端发送第一请求。
第一请求为所述终端上的第一应用请求获取第一信息的请求。例如,用户在终端的第一应用上正在进行注册账号这一任务时,需要获取验证码才能继续完成该任务。此时,终端向第一应用的服务端发送获取验证码的第一请求,即第一信息为验证码信息。
第一应用所请求的第一信息可以是验证码、激活码、校验码、确认码、检验码、激活网址、认证网址、电话号码等信息。
S102、终端接收所述服务端返回的第一响应消息。
所述第一响应消息为所述服务端返回的通过所述终端上的第二应用推送的包含所述第一信息的信息。
第一应用的服务端在接收到终端的第一请求之后,根据已有的服务协议,确定通过哪个应用返回所述第一信息,并通过以下两种方式中的一种返回所述第一信息给终端:(a)第一应用的服务端将所述第一信息发送给第二应用的服务端,再利用确定的该应用(第二应用)的服务器通过第二应用返回给终端;或者,(b)第一应用的服务端指示确定的该第二应用的服务端提供包含所述第一信息的信息,通过第二应用返回给终端。
第二应用可以是信息、邮件、动态口令(手机宝令等)、即时通讯工具(微信、来往等)等应用。
目前,获取与第一应用相关联的第一信息的方式主要有三种:1、通过超文本传输协议http网址链接进行推送,可以推送通知、网址及数字等信息;2、通过手机号码推送的验证信息,包括字符串、号码、网址等;3、通过硬件推送的验证的字符串信息,例如手机宝令等动态口令。
用户打开第一应用或者点击获取第一信息的按键时,第一应用根据已有的服务协议,发起获取第一信息的第一请求给相应的服务端,服务端再根据已有的服务协议,通过第二应用返回对应的第一信息。
例如,在一种情形下,一个支付应用App在进行付款服务时,需要采用手机验证码才能完成付款,根据已有的服务协议,此时,需要通过手机号码的运营商的服务端来通过短信App返回该验证码信息。支付应用App为第一应用App1,短信App为第二应用App2,当用户点击获取验证码时,支付应用App向服务端发送获取验证码的第一请求,服务端通过短信App返回验证码信息。具体地,该获取验证信息的过程可以采用现有获取验证码信息的方式来完成。
S103、终端在推送提示窗中显示所述第一响应消息。
当终端接收到第一响应消息时,在推送提示窗中显示该消息。
推送提示窗可以显示在终端当前界面的顶部或者中间或底部等位
置。如果当前显示界面还处于活动状态时,推送提示窗通常显示在顶部。如果当前显示界面处于待机状态或者黑屏状态时,推送提示窗通常显示在中部,以符合人们的使用习惯。
S104、终端接收用户对所述推送提示窗的第一操作。
在S103在推送提示窗中显示第一响应消息之后,用户可以对所述推送提示窗进行操作加以控制,终端则接收用户对推送提示窗的第一操作。
S105、当所述第一操作为预设第一操作时,终端显示包含至少一个操作选项的提示界面。
所述预设第一操作可以为以下所列中的一种:单击操作、双击操作或者长按操作。
长按操作是指用户的单次按压的持续时间超过一定时间的操作,例如,超过2秒。双击操作是指用户连续两次的点击时间间隔小于一定时间的操作,例如,小于0.5s。单击操作是指用户进行单次点击操作,该操作与相邻的其他操作的时间间隔大于一定时间的操作,例如,大于0.5s。
根据终端设定的所述预设第一操作,当接收到的第一操作与终端设定的预设第一操作相同时,则显示包含操作选项的提示界面。例如,如果终端设定的预设第一操作为长按操作时,终端接收到用户的长按操作时,则显示所述提示界面。
为了避免出现冲突的情形,保持统一性,终端在预设具体的预设第一操作时,终端也可以根据操作系统的设定进行设定所述预设第一操作。例如,在操作系统中如果采用长按操作调取选项提示界面,那么终端设定长按操作为预设第一操作,以此类推。
当然,终端也可以设定另外的预设操作,例如,可以设定单击操作为预设第一操作。当用户单击推送显示窗时,即显示所述提示界面。
可选地,终端还可以在显示所述推送提示窗时,在推送提示窗中显示一个控制按键,所述预设第一操作还可以为点击控制按键的操作。当用户点击该控制按键时,则显示所述提示界面。其中,控制按键可以是下拉按键,当用户点击该下拉按键时,显示包含多个操作选项的下拉菜单的显示界面。在显示了所述提示界面之后,该控制按键可以由原来向
下展开的下拉按键变成向上合并的上拉按键。
S106、终端接收所述用户选择所述操作选项的操作,执行所述用户选择的操作选项对应的功能。
提示界面中的操作选项可以包括选择、复制、全选、拨号等等操作选项,每一个操作选项对应有终端能实现的相应的功能操作。例如,“选择”这一操作选项可用于选取所述用户需要的内容,“复制”这一操作选项可用于复制所述用户选择的内容,“全选”这一操作选项可用于选取当前文本显示框的全部内容,“拨号”这一操作选项可用于利用所述用户当前选择的数字或号码发起呼叫,等等。
当用户选择某一操作选项时,终端执行所述用户选择的操作选项对应的功能。
可选地,对于第一信息为验证码、激活码、校验码、确认码、检验码等信息的情形,终端可以接收用户通过选择所述操作选项获取所述第一信息的操作,得到所述第一信息。具体包括:根据所述用户对所述选择选项的操作,确定所述用户需要的第一信息;当接收到所述用户选择所述复制选项的操作时,将所述第一信息复制到缓存中。
用户可以通过点击“选择”操作选项进行操作,确定所需要的第一信息。终端则根据所述用户对所述选择选项的操作,确定所述用户需要的第一信息。当接收到所述用户选择所述复制选项的操作时,将所述用户选择的信息(所述第一信息)复制到缓存中。
在将第一信息复制到缓存中之后,所述方法还包括:S107、S108和S109(图未示)。
S107、接收所述用户将所述第一信息输入到所述第一应用相应的信息输入框的操作,将所述第一信息输入到所述第一应用相应的信息输入框中。
终端接收所述用户对当前显示界面中所述第一应用相应的信息输入框的粘贴操作,将所述缓存中存储的所述第一信息复制到所述信息输入框中,即可将第一应用所需要的第一信息复制到相应的输入框中。

S108、终端向所述服务端发送第二请求。
所述第二请求中携带有所述第一信息,所述第二请求为所述第一应用请求所述服务端验证所述第一信息的请求。
服务端在接收到第二请求之后,对所述第一信息进行验证,并发送验证结果给终端。
S109、接收所述服务端返回的验证结果,根据所述验证结果执行相应的操作。
如果验证结果为成功,终端则继续执行所述第一应用的任务;如果验证结果为失败,则显示验证失败的信息,完成一次验证。

可选地,在S104终端接收第一操作之后,如果所述第一操作为预设第二操作时,延长所述推送提示窗的显示时间。其中,所述预设第二操作可以为以下所列中的一种:单击操作、双击操作、长按操作或者点击控制按键的操作,且所述预设第二操作与所述预设第一操作相异。其中,点击控制按键的操作为点击“延时”控制按键的操作。
如果预设第一操作为长按操作时,可以设置预设第二操作为单击操作、双击操作或者点击控制按键的操作等。当判断到第一操作为预设第二操作时,延长推送提示窗的显示时间。
可选地,推送提示窗的显示时间还可以根据推送提示窗中显示的信息的字符串长度进行动态浮动,可以与推送提示窗中显示的信息的字符串长度成正比,显示的信息的字符串长度越长,显示时间越长。
可选地,在S105显示包含至少一个操作选项的提示界面之后,所述
方法还包括:接收所述用户对所述推送提示窗的第二操作,当所述第二操作为预设第三操作时,关闭所述推送提示窗,所述预设第三操作为以下所列中的一种:单击操作、双击操作、长按操作或者点击控制按键的操作。其中,点击控制按键的操作为点击“关闭”控制按键的操作。
例如,如果预设第三操作为单击操作,那么在显示了提示界面之后,用户再单击了一下推送提示窗,表明用户关闭推送提示窗的意图,则关闭该推送提示窗。
举个例子,如图2a所示,当用户在终端上使用第一应用App1时,需要第一信息(信息a)作为继续当前任务的必要条件,输入到信息a的输入框12中才能继续当前任务,第一应用App1则发起获取信息a的请求,终端向服务端发送第一请求。根据相关的服务协议,服务端在接收到该第一请求后,通过第二应用App2提供信息a给终端。终端在第一应用App1的显示界面中,可以收到第二应用App2的包含信息a的推送消息,如图2b所示,终端在当前显示界面11的推送提示窗13中显示该推送消息。当接收到用户对推送提示窗进行操作时,根据所述操作控制所述推送消息。如果用户对推送提示窗进行的第一操作为预设第一操作,则显示包含操作选项的提示界面。例如,用户点击推送提示窗中的控制按键14,可以向下展开显示包含多个操作选项的显示界面,如图2c所示,在展开的显示界面15中包含多个操作选项,例如,可以包括复制(拷贝)、呼叫、选择、剪切、存储、转到等操作选项(action),具体包含哪些操作选项可以根据第一信息的具体内容的特点而定。如果用户对推送提示窗进行的第一操作为预设第二操作,则延长推送提示窗的显示时间。如果用户对推送提示窗进行的第二操作为预设第三操作,则关闭所述推送提示窗。
图3是本申请实施例提供的又一种推送信息的处理方法流程图,如图3所示,本申请实施例的推送信息的处理方法包括:

本申请实施例提供的推送信息的处理方法及装置,通过设置推送提示窗的控制方法,使得用户可以对推送信息进行控制和处理,不需要用户在短时间内记住推送信息内容,便于输入正确的信息,不需要切换应用界面,操作简便,用户体验好。
专业人员应该还可以进一步意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的单元及算法步骤,能够以电子硬件、计算机软件或者二者的结合来实现,为了清楚地说明硬件和软件的可互换性,在上述说明中已经按照功能一般性地描述了各示例的组成及步骤。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本申请的范围。

Claims (27)
- 一种推送信息的处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:终端向服务端发送第一请求,所述第一请求为所述终端上的第一应用请求获取第一信息的请求;接收所述服务端返回的第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息为所述服务端返回的通过所述终端上的第二应用推送的包含所述第一信息的信息;在推送提示窗中显示所述第一响应消息;接收用户对所述推送提示窗的第一操作,当所述第一操作为预设第一操作时,显示包含至少一个操作选项的提示界面;接收所述用户选择所述操作选项的操作,执行所述用户选择的操作选项对应的功能。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预设第一操作为以下所列中的一种:单击操作、双击操作、长按操作或者点击控制按键的操作。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述第一操作为预设第二操作时,延长所述推送提示窗的显示时间;所述预设第二操作为以下所列中的一种:单击操作、双击操作、长按操作或者点击控制按键的操作,且所述预设第二操作与所述预设第一操作相异。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述用户选择所述操作选项的操作,执行所述用户选择的操作选项对应的功能,包括:接收所述用户通过选择所述操作选项获取所述第一信息的操作,得到所述第一信息;所述方法还包括:接收所述用户将所述第一信息输入到所述第一应用相应的信息输入框的操作,将所述第一信息输入到所述第一应用相应的信息输入框中;向所述服务端发送第二请求,所述第二请求中携带有所述第一信息,所述第二请求为所述第一应用请求所述服务端验证所述第一信息的请求;接收所述服务端返回的验证结果,根据所述验证结果执行相应的操作。
- 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述提示界面中的操作选项包括选择选项和复制选项,所述选择选项用于选取所述用户需要的内容,所述复制选项用于复制所述用户选择的内容;所述接收所述用户通过选择所述操作选项获取所述第一信息的操作,得到所述第一信息,具体包括:根据所述用户对所述选择选项的操作,确定所述用户需要的第一信息;当接收到所述用户选择所述复制选项的操作时,将所述第一信息复制到缓存中;所述接收所述用户将所述第一信息输入到所述第一应用相应的信息输入框的操作,将所述第一信息输入到所述第一应用相应的信息输入框中,具体包括:所述终端接收所述用户对当前显示界面中所述第一应用相应的信息输入框的粘贴操作,将所述缓存中存储的所述第一信息复制到所述信息输入框中。
- 根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第一信息为以下所列中的一种:验证码、激活码、校验码、确认码、检验码。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在显示包含至少一个操作选项的提示界面之后,所述方法还包括:接收所述用户对所述推送提示窗的第二操作,当所述第二操作为预设第三操作时,关闭所述推送提示窗,所述预设第三操作为以下所列中的一种:单击操作、双击操作、长按操作或者点击控制按键的操作。
- 一种推送信息的处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:终端向服务端发送第一请求,所述第一请求为所述终端上的第一应用请求获取第一信息的请求;接收所述服务端返回的第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息为所述服务端返回的通过所述终端上的第二应用推送的包含所述第一信息的信息;从所述第一响应消息中提取所述第一信息;在推送提示窗中显示所述第一信息;接收用户对所述推送提示窗的第一操作,当所述第一操作为预设第一操 作时,显示包含至少一个操作选项的提示界面;接收所述用户选择所述操作选项的操作,执行所述用户选择的操作选项对应的功能。
- 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,从所述第一响应消息中提取所述第一信息,具体包括:所述终端确定所述第一应用请求的第一信息的提示词及规则信息;根据所述提示词及规则信息,从所述第一响应消息中识别得到所述第一信息。
- 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述预设第一操作为以下所列中的一种:单击操作、双击操作、长按操作或者点击控制按键的操作。
- 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述第一操作为预设第二操作时,延长所述推送提示窗的显示时间;所述预设第二操作为以下所列中的一种:单击操作、双击操作、长按操作或者点击控制按键的操作,且所述预设第二操作与所述预设第一操作相异。
- 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述接收所述用户选择所述操作选项的操作,执行所述用户选择的操作选项对应的功能,包括:接收所述用户通过选择所述操作选项获取所述第一信息的操作,得到所述第一信息;所述方法还包括:接收所述用户将所述第一信息输入到所述第一应用相应的信息输入框的操作,将所述第一信息输入到所述第一应用相应的信息输入框中;向所述服务端发送第二请求,所述第二请求中携带有所述第一信息,所述第二请求为所述第一应用请求所述服务端验证所述第一信息的请求;接收所述服务端返回的验证结果,根据所述验证结果执行相应的操作。
- 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述提示界面中的操作选项包括复制选项;所述接收所述用户通过选择所述操作选项获取所述第一信息的操作,得到所述第一信息,具体包括:当所述接收到所述用户选择所述复制选项的操 作时,将所述第一信息复制到缓存中;所述接收所述用户将所述第一信息输入到所述第一应用相应的信息输入框的操作,将所述第一信息输入到所述第一应用相应的信息输入框中,具体包括:接收所述用户对当前显示界面中所述第一应用相应的信息输入框的粘贴操作,将所述缓存中存储的所述第一信息复制到所述信息输入框中。
- 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,在显示包含至少一个操作选项的提示界面之后,所述方法还包括:所述终端接收所述用户对所述推送提示窗的第二操作,当所述第二操作为预设第三操作时,关闭所述推送提示窗,所述预设第三操作为以下所列中的一种:单击操作、双击操作、长按操作或者点击控制按键的操作。
- 一种推送信息的处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:发送单元,向服务端发送第一请求,所述第一请求为第一应用请求获取第一信息的请求;接收单元,接收所述服务端返回的第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息为所述服务端返回的通过第二应用推送的包含所述第一信息的信息;显示单元,在推送提示窗中显示所述接收单元接收的所述第一响应消息;所述接收单元,接收用户对所述推送提示窗的第一操作;处理单元,当所述接收单元接收的所述第一操作为预设第一操作时,利用所述显示单元显示包含至少一个操作选项的提示界面;所述接收单元,接收所述用户选择所述操作选项的操作;所述处理单元执行所述用户选择的操作选项对应的功能。
- 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述预设第一操作为以下所列中的一种:单击操作、双击操作、长按操作或者点击控制按键的操作。
- 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,当所述接收单元接收的第一操作为预设第二操作时,延长所述推送提示窗的显示时间;所述预设第二操作为以下所列中的一种:单击操作、双击操作、长按操 作或者点击控制按键的操作,且所述预设第二操作与所述预设第一操作相异。
- 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收单元接收所述用户通过选择所述操作选项获取所述第一信息的操作;所述处理单元根据所述接收单元接收的获取所述第一信息的操作,得到所述第一信息;所述接收单元还接收所述用户将所述第一信息输入到所述第一应用相应的信息输入框的操作,所述处理单元将所述第一信息输入到所述第一应用相应的信息输入框中;所述发送单元还向所述服务端发送第二请求,所述第二请求中携带有所述第一信息,所述第二请求为所述第一应用请求所述服务端验证所述第一信息的请求;所述接收单元还接收所述服务端返回的验证结果,所述处理单元根据所述验证结果执行相应的操作。
- 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,所述显示单元显示的提示界面中的操作选项包括选择选项和复制选项,所述选择选项用于选取所述用户需要的内容,所述复制选项用于复制所述用户选择的内容;所述处理单元具体根据所述用户对所述选择选项的操作,确定所述用户需要的第一信息;当所述接收单元接收到所述用户选择所述复制选项的操作时,所述处理单元将所述第一信息复制到缓存中;所述接收单元接收所述用户对当前显示界面中所述第一应用相应的信息输入框的粘贴操作,所述处理单元将所述缓存中存储的所述第一信息复制到所述信息输入框中。
- 根据权利要求15所述的装置,其特征在于,当所述接收单元在所述显示单元显示包含至少一个操作选项的提示界面之后,还接收所述用户对所述推送提示窗的第二操作,当所述第二操作为预设第三操作时,所述处理单元关闭所述推送提示窗,所述预设第三操作为以下所列中的一种:单击操作、双击操作、长按操作或者点击控制按键的操作。
- 一种推送信息的处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:发送单元,向服务端发送第一请求,所述第一请求为第一应用请求获取第一信息的请求;接收单元,接收所述服务端返回的第一响应消息,所述第一响应消息为所述服务端返回的通过第二应用推送的包含所述第一信息的信息;提取单元,从所述接收单元接收的所述第一响应消息中提取所述第一信息;显示单元,在推送提示窗中显示所述第一信息;所述接收单元接收用户对所述推送提示窗的第一操作;处理单元,当所述接收单元接收的所述第一操作为预设第一操作时,利用所述显示单元显示包含至少一个操作选项的提示界面;所述接收单元接收所述用户选择所述操作选项的操作,所述处理单元执行所述用户选择的操作选项对应的功能。
- 根据权利要求21所述的装置,其特征在于,所述提取单元具体包括:确定子单元,确定所述第一应用请求的第一信息的提示词及规则信息;识别子单元,根据所述确定子单元确定的所述提示词及规则信息,从所述第一响应消息中识别得到所述第一信息。
- 根据权利要求21所述的装置,其特征在于,所述预设第一操作为以下所列中的一种:单击操作、双击操作、长按操作或者点击控制按键的操作。
- 根据权利要求21所述的装置,其特征在于,当所述接收单元接收的第一操作为预设第二操作时,延长所述推送提示窗的显示时间;所述预设第二操作为以下所列中的一种:单击操作、双击操作、长按操作或者点击控制按键的操作,且所述预设第二操作与所述预设第一操作相异。
- 根据权利要求21所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收单元接收所述用户通过选择所述操作选项获取所述第一信息的操作;所述处理单元根据所述接收单元接收的获取所述第一信息的操作,得到 所述第一信息;所述接收单元还接收所述用户将所述第一信息输入到所述第一应用相应的信息输入框的操作,所述处理单元将所述第一信息输入到所述第一应用相应的信息输入框中;所述发送单元还向所述服务端发送第二请求,所述第二请求中携带有所述第一信息,所述第二请求为所述第一应用请求所述服务端验证所述第一信息的请求;所述接收单元还接收所述服务端返回的验证结果,所述处理单元根据所述验证结果执行相应的操作。
- 根据权利要求25所述的装置,其特征在于,所述显示单元显示的所述提示界面中的操作选项包括复制选项;当所述接收单元接收到所述用户选择所述复制选项的操作时,所述处理单元将所述第一信息复制到缓存中;所述接收单元接收所述用户对当前显示界面中所述第一应用相应的信息输入框的粘贴操作,所述处理单元将所述缓存中存储的所述第一信息复制到所述信息输入框中。
- 根据权利要求21所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收单元在所述显示单元显示包含至少一个操作选项的提示界面之后,还接收所述用户对所述推送提示窗的第二操作,当所述第二操作为预设第三操作时,所述处理单元关闭所述推送提示窗。
