所述终端的多个操作系统中的一个操作系统具有底层通信资源,所述装置还包括:存储模块,用于将所述预先设置的策略存储至与终端的多个操作系统隔离的存储区域;第二发送模块,用于在接收各操作系统的匹配信息后,根据所述匹配信息以及预先设置的策略确定用于处理所述请求的操作系统,将所述请求发送至对确定出的系统之后,调用所述底层通信资源进行通话连接。
进一步的,终端的多个操作系统中包括安全操作系统,装置还包括:上层通信模块,用于将所述通信连接请求发送至确定的处理所述通信连接请求的操作系统之后,通过对应操作系统与请求方建立通信连接,如果对应的操作系统为安全操作系统,则通过安全操作系统对通信内容进行加密处理。

本发明实施例的方案,在接收到通信连接请求时,根据通信连接请求的请求方的信息向各操作系统获取通信连接请求的匹配信息,根据获取到的请求方的匹配信息来确定通信连接请求的路由,可以基于通信连接请求的请求方来确定建立通信连接的操作系统,提高了多操作系统终端通信的安全性。

为了解决现有技术基于多操作系统进行通信安全性较低的问题,本发明提供了一种基于多操作系统终端建立通信连接的方法,以下结合附图以及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不限定本发明。
实施例1
图1是本发明实施例1的基于多操作系统终端建立通信连接的方法的流程图。如图1所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤101:接收到通信连接请求时,根据通信连接请求的请求方的信息向各操作系统获取通信连接请求的匹配信息。
在该步骤中,具体可以是终端将通信连接请求的请求方的身份信息发送至终端的各操作系统,例如,在上述通信连接为语音通话连接的情况下,可以将主叫方的电话号码发送至各操作系统。
步骤102:接收各操作系统的反馈的通信连接请求的匹配信息,根据各操作系统的反馈的通信连接请求的匹配信息,确定处理通信连接请求的操作系统。
在该步骤中,各操作系统的反馈结果可以是操作系统自身是否存储有请求方的信息,同时,在各操作系统中的某一操作系统,例如,安全系统中存储有预先设置的通信策略的情况下,操作系统的反馈结果还可以包括通信策略。
步骤103:将通信连接请求发送至确定的处理通信连接请求的操作系统。
在该步骤103中,将通信连接请求发送至确定的处理通信连接请求的操作系统,可以理解为将当前通信路由到对应操作系统。
其中,上述通信连接优选的可以为通话连接,具体可以是语音通话连接以及视频通话连接,向终端的各操作系统获取请求的请求方信息,包括:向终端的各操作系统获取通话连接的主叫方的联系人信息;基于此,上述步骤102中的接收各操作系统的反馈结果,根据反馈结果将请求发送至对应操作系统,包括:在终端的多个操作系统中仅存在一个操作系统具有联 系人信息的情况下,将请求发送至具有联系人信息的操作系统;在终端的多个操作系统中存在至少两个操作系统具有联系人信息或终端的多个操作系统均不存在联系人信息的情况下,根据预设的策略将请求发送至对应操作系统,由于用户在存储联系人信息时,会按照联系人的保密等级将联系人的信息存储于安全等级不同的系统中,所以,按照各系统反馈的联系人的信息来确定响应当前通话连接的系统可以提高通话的安全性。
上述预先设定的策略具体可以是用户或系统事先设定的某类联系人对应的操作系统,或,在各操作系统均具有当前通话联系人信息的情况下,各系统建立通话连接的优先级等信息,对应的,如果是用户预先设定的信息,则后续过程中,终端可以接收用户更改的信息,来实现用户对策略信息的自行设置。
其中,终端的多个操作系统中可以包括安全操作系统,安全操作系统的存储区域与终端中非安全操作系统的存储区隔离,优选的,安全系统的存储区可以设置访问权限,只有获取访问权限后,才可以访问安全系统存储的数据,上述预设的策略可以存储于安全操作系统中,优选的,该安全操作系统还可以用于在接收到通话连接后,与主叫方建立通话,对通话内容进行加密处理。
其中,上述终端的多个操作系统中的一个操作系统具有底层通信资源,基于此,上述方法还可以包括:将预先设置的策略存储至与终端的多个操作系统隔离的存储区域;在接收各操作系统的匹配信息后,根据所述匹配信息以及预先设置的策略确定用于处理接收到的请求的操作系统,将请求发送至对确定出的系统之后,调用底层通信资源进行通话连接。本实施例的终端的多个操作系统中的某一个操作系统具有底层通信模块,基于此,在接收各操作系统的反馈结果,根据反馈结果将请求发送至对应操作系统之后,由该通信控制模块调用底层通信模块进行通话连接,即,可以通过通信控制模块控制终端的多个操作系统复用一个底层通信模块来进行通话。
实施例2
本实施例以在具有双系统的终端上建立通话连接的过程为例,对本发 明提供的基于多操作系统终端建立通信连接的方法的流程进行简要描述,需要说明的是,该实施例仅为本发明的一个优选实施方式,并不对本发明造成唯一限定。
图2为本发明实施例2提供多操作系统终端的双系统的结构框图,如图2所示,本实施例中的双系统终端具有系统A和系统B两个操作系统,该两个系统都可以存储联系人信息,系统A具有底层通信模块,即实施例1中所述的通信模块,系统B可以复用系统A的底层通信模块,在系统A和系统B之外,具有通信控制模块,该通信模块的存储空间与系统A以及系统B分别独立,在使用该终端进行通信(包括电话、短信等)时,通信控制模块会根据联系人信息,按照设定的系统选择策略选择系统A或B来完成相应的通信。
图3为本发明实施例3的在多操作系统终端上执行通话建立的流程图,其中,操作系统A以及操作系统B为同一终端上安装的两个操作系统,如图3所示,该流程包括以下步骤:
操作系统A的底层通信模块收到通信请求,并将通信请求方的信息上报至通信控制模块;
通信控制模块要求操作系统A与操作系统B匹配联系人信息,并接收操作系统A以及操作系统B返回的结果;
其中,与每一类联系人的通信在哪一个操作系统进行,可以由操作系统预先设定或由用户选择,在由用户选择的情况下,可以是用户事先设定好的策略,也可以是通信控制模块根据操作系统A以及操作系统B返回的结果,向用户呈现提示消息,由用户选择基于提示消息选择用于进行通信的操作系统,用于执行当前通话的系统。
通信控制模块根据匹配结果将该路通信路由到指定的系统的上层通信模块,以完成后续的处理。
实施例3
本发明实施例提供一种基于多操作系统终端建立通信连接的装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例1以及实施例2中的基于多操作系统终端建立通信连接的方法。
图4是本发明实施例的基于多操作系统终端建立通信连接的装置的结构框图,如图4所示,该装置40具体可以包括以下结构:
获取模块41,用于接收到通信连接请求时,根据通信连接请求的请求方的信息向各操作系统获取通信连接请求的匹配信息;确定模块42,用于接收各操作系统的反馈的通信连接请求的匹配信息,根据各操作系统的反馈的通信连接请求的匹配信息,确定处理通信连接请求的操作系统;第一发送模块43,用于将通信连接请求发送至确定的处理通信连接请求的操作系统。
在上述通信连接为通话连接的情况下,上述获取模块41具体可以包括如下组成部分:
获取单元,用于向终端的各操作系统获取通话连接的主叫方的联系人信息;
发送单元,用于在终端的多个操作系统中仅存在一个操作系统具有联系人信息的情况下,将请求发送至具有联系人信息的操作系统,在终端的多个操作系统中存在至少两个操作系统具有联系人信息或终端的多个操作系统均不存在联系人信息的情况下,根据预设的策略将请求发送至对应操作系统。
其中,本实施例的终端的多个操作系统中包括安全操作系统,安全操作系统的存储区域与终端中非安全操作系统的存储区隔离,预设的策略存储于安全操作系统中,该安全操作系统可以用于在接收到通话连接后,与主叫方建立通话,对通话内容进行加密处理。
终端的多个操作系统中的一个操作系统具有底层通信资源,基于此,上述装置40还可以包括:存储模块,用于将预先设置的策略存储至与终端的多个操作系统隔离的存储区域;第二发送模块,用于在接收各操作系统的匹配信息后,根据匹配信息以及预先设置的策略确定用于处理请求的操作系统,将请求发送至对确定出的系统之后,调用底层通信资源进行通话连接。
本发明实施例的方案,在接收到通信连接请求时,根据通信连接请求的请求方的信息向各操作系统获取通信连接请求的匹配信息,根据获取到 的请求方的匹配信息来确定通信连接请求的路由,可以基于通信连接请求的请求方来确定建立通信连接的操作系统,提高了多操作系统终端通信的安全性。
实施例4
本发明实施例提供一种基于多操作系统的终端,该终端包括第一操作系统和第二操作系统,所述第一操作系统的安全级别高于所述第二操作系统的安全级别。
图5是本发明实施例的基于多操作系统的终端,如图所示,所述终端可以包括:至少一个输入装置503,至少一个输出装置504,至少一个处理器501,例如CPU,存储器505和至少一个总线502,处理器501可以结合图4所示的基于多操作系统终端建立通信连接的装置。
其中,上述总线502用于连接上述输入装置503、输出装置504、处理器501和存储器505。
其中,上述输入装置503具体可为终端的触控面板,用于接收屏幕界面唤醒指令以及屏幕界面解锁密钥,上述输入装置503具体可为终端的麦克风,用于采集用户输入的语音信息。
上述输出装置504具体可为终端的显示屏或者播放装置,用于提示用户输入触控解锁方式对应的屏幕界面解锁密码。
上述存储器505可以是高速RAM存储器,也可为非不稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。上述存储器505还用于存储一组程序代码,上述输入装置503、输出装置504和处理器501用于调用存储器505中存储的程序代码,执行如下操作:
所述输入装置503,用于接收到屏幕界面唤醒指令时,接收用户输入的屏幕界面解锁密钥,并采集用户输入的语音信息;

    当所述终端接收到屏幕界面唤醒指令时,接收用户输入的屏幕界面解锁密钥,并采集用户输入的语音信息;
    在所述屏幕界面解锁密钥与预设的目标屏幕界面解密密钥匹配,且所述语音信息与预设的目标语音信息匹配时,控制所述终端进入所述第一操作系统;
    在所述屏幕界面解锁密钥与所述预设的目标屏幕界面解密密钥匹配,且所述语音信息与预设的目标语音信息不匹配时,控制所述终端进入所述第二操作系统。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的屏幕界面的解锁方法,其特征在于,所述屏幕界面的解锁方式包括语音解锁方式和触控解锁方式,则所述当所述终端接收到屏幕界面唤醒指令时,接收用户输入的屏幕界面解锁密钥,并采集用户输入的语音信息,具体包括:
    当所述终端接收到屏幕界面唤醒指令时,判断所述终端的屏幕界面的当前解锁方式;
    在所述当前解锁方式为触控解锁方式时,提示所述用户输入所述触控解锁方式对应的屏幕界面解锁密码;
    接收所述用户输入的所述屏幕界面解锁密码,并开始获取所述用户输入的所述语音信息;以及
    还包括:
    将所述屏幕界面解锁密码和所述预设的目标屏幕解锁密钥进行匹配,并对所述语音解锁信息进行解析,将解析出的声纹数据和预设的声纹数据进行匹配;
    在所述声纹数据和所述预设的声纹数据匹配时,判定所述语音信息和所述预设的目标语音信息匹配。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的屏幕界面的解锁方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在所述当前解锁方式为语音解锁方式时,直接采集用户输入的所述语音信息,并将所述语音信息作为所述屏幕界面解锁密码;以及
    对所述语音信息进行解析,并将解析出的声纹数据和预设的声纹数据进行匹配;以及
    在所述声纹数据和所述预设的声纹数据匹配时,判定所述屏幕界面解锁密钥和所述预设的目标屏幕界面解锁密钥匹配;以及
    在所述声纹数据和所述预设的声纹数据匹配时,判断所述语音信息中是否包含预设的关键词;
    在所述语音信息中包含所述预设的关键词时,判定所述语音信息与预设的目标语音信息匹配。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的屏幕界面的解锁方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    根据接收到的设置命令,设置所述目标屏幕界面解锁密钥、所述预设的声纹数据和/或所述预设的关键词。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的屏幕界面的解锁方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在所述屏幕界面解锁密钥与所述预设的目标屏幕界面解密密钥不匹配,且所述语音信息与预设的目标语音信息不匹配时,提示所述用户解锁失败;以及
    在连续解锁失败的次数达到预设次数时,进行报警提示。
  6. 一种屏幕界面的解锁装置,用于终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括第一操作系统和第二操作系统,其中,所述第一操作系统的安全级别高于所述第二操作系统的安全级别,所述装置包括:
    采集单元,当所述终端接收到屏幕界面唤醒指令时,接收用户输入的屏幕界面解锁密钥,并采集用户输入的语音信息;
    控制单元,在所述屏幕界面解锁密钥与预设的目标屏幕界面解密密钥匹配,且所述语音信息与预设的目标语音信息匹配时,控制所述终端进入所述第一操作系统;
    在所述屏幕界面解锁密钥与所述预设的目标屏幕界面解密密钥匹配, 且所述语音信息与预设的目标语音信息不匹配时,控制所述终端进入所述第二操作系统。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的屏幕界面的解锁装置,其特征在于,所述屏幕界面的解锁方式包括语音解锁方式和触控解锁方式,则
    所述采集单元具体包括:
    判断单元,当所述终端接收到屏幕界面唤醒指令时,判断所述终端的屏幕界面的当前解锁方式;
    第一提示单元,在所述当前解锁方式为触控解锁方式时,提示所述用户输入所述触控解锁方式对应的屏幕界面解锁密码;
    获取单元,接收所述用户输入的所述屏幕界面解锁密码,并开始获取所述用户输入的所述语音信息;以及
    还包括:
    匹配单元,将所述屏幕界面解锁密码和所述预设的目标屏幕解锁密钥进行匹配,并对所述语音解锁信息进行解析,将解析出的声纹数据和预设的声纹数据进行匹配;
    判定单元,在所述声纹数据和所述预设的声纹数据匹配时,判定所述语音信息和所述预设的目标语音信息匹配。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的屏幕界面的解锁装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元还用于:
    在所述当前解锁方式为语音解锁方式时,直接采集用户输入的所述语音信息,并将所述语音信息作为所述屏幕界面解锁密码;以及
    所述匹配单元还用于:
    对所述语音信息进行解析,并将解析出的声纹数据和预设的声纹数据进行匹配;以及
    所述判定单元还用于:
    在所述声纹数据和所述预设的声纹数据匹配时,判定所述屏幕界面解锁密钥和所述预设的目标屏幕界面解锁密钥匹配;以及
    在所述声纹数据和所述预设的声纹数据匹配时,判断所述语音信息中是否包含预设的关键词;
    在所述语音信息中包含所述预设的关键词时,判定所述语音信息与预设的目标语音信息匹配。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的屏幕界面的解锁装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    设置单元,根据接收到的设置命令,设置所述目标屏幕界面解锁密钥、所述预设的声纹数据和/或所述预设的关键词。
  10. 根据权利要求6至9中任一项所述的屏幕界面的解锁装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    第二提示单元,在所述屏幕界面解锁密钥与所述预设的目标屏幕界面解密密钥不匹配,且所述语音信息与预设的目标语音信息不匹配时,提示所述用户解锁失败;以及
    报警单元,在连续解锁失败的次数达到预设次数时,进行报警提示。
  11. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括通信总线、输入装置、输出装置、存储器以及处理器,其中:
    所述通信总线,用于实现所述输入装置、输出装置、存储器以及处理器之间的连接通信;
    所述输入装置,用于接收到屏幕界面唤醒指令时,接收用户输入的屏幕界面解锁密钥,并采集用户输入的语音信息;
    所述存储器中存储一组程序代码,且处理器调用存储器中存储的程序代码,用于执行以下操作:
    在所述屏幕界面解锁密钥与预设的目标屏幕界面解密密钥匹配,且所述语音信息与预设的目标语音信息匹配时,控制所述终端进入第一操作系统;

    所述输入装置接收到屏幕界面唤醒指令时,所述处理器判断所述终端的屏幕界面的当前解锁方式;
    在所述当前解锁方式为触控解锁方式时,所述输出装置提示所述用户输入所述触控解锁方式对应的屏幕界面解锁密码;
    所述输入装置接收所述用户输入的所述屏幕界面解锁密码,并开始获取所述用户输入的所述语音信息;以及
    还包括:
    所述处理器将所述屏幕界面解锁密码和所述预设的目标屏幕解锁密钥进行匹配,并对所述语音解锁信息进行解析,将解析出的声纹数据和预设的声纹数据进行匹配;
    所述处理器在所述声纹数据和所述预设的声纹数据匹配时,判定所述语音信息和所述预设的目标语音信息匹配。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器判断所述终端的屏幕界面的当前解锁方式之后,还包括:
    在所述当前解锁方式为语音解锁方式时,所述输入装置直接采集用户输入的所述语音信息,并将所述语音信息作为所述屏幕界面解锁密码;以及
    所述处理器对所述语音信息进行解析,并将解析出的声纹数据和预设的声纹数据进行匹配;以及
    所述处理器在所述声纹数据和所述预设的声纹数据匹配时,判定所述屏幕界面解锁密钥和所述预设的目标屏幕界面解锁密钥匹配;以及
    所述处理器在所述声纹数据和所述预设的声纹数据匹配时,判断所述语音信息中是否包含预设的关键词;
    所述处理器在所述语音信息中包含所述预设的关键词时,判定所述语音信息与预设的目标语音信息匹配。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的终端,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述处理器根据接收到的设置命令,设置所述目标屏幕界面解锁密钥、所述预设的声纹数据和/或所述预设的关键词。
  15. 根据权利要求11至14中任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述输出装置在所述屏幕界面解锁密钥与所述预设的目标屏幕界面解密密钥不匹配,且所述语音信息与预设的目标语音信息不匹配时,提示所述用户解锁失败;以及
    所述输出装置在连续解锁失败的次数达到预设次数时,进行报警提示。
