背景技术
在运动场所场地铺设方面无论是针对室内还是室外已经有更多建设方选择整体铺设运动地板,本申请人在先申请的申请号为201110062917.0的一种弹性运动地板专利中,通过将地板分为刚性结构层和弹性支承层两部分,使运动地板具有较好的弹性及强度,同时安装方便、快捷,但使用过程中,需要在地板表面施画场地标线,这种标线使用一阵时间后容易颜色脱落,还可针对场地标线情况生产时就生产具有相应标线的运动地板,这样不仅生产难度大,而且在安装过程中有标线的运动地板具有唯一位置,安装相应位置时需要找到该位置的地板,安装难度大。
同时针对拼装运动地板相互间由于热胀冷缩导致形变的问题,本申请人在先申请的专利号为201210486267.7的一种拼装运动地板的专利中,通过在刚性结构层侧部两对应边分别设置具有弹性的卡槽端和卡扣端来消除热胀冷缩导致的形变,这种结构在实际使用过程中确实能够很好的消除热胀冷缩导致的形变,但是其结构相对复杂,尤其是M状弹性卡槽以及与其相卡接的卡扣结构,加工起来对工艺要求较高,导致成本上升。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种便于现场安装的运动地板,该运动地板不仅便于场地标线的分色分线施工,而且能有效避免拼接过程中热胀冷缩问题,同时便于批量生产制造。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种便于现场安装的运动地板,它至少包括基础层以及位于基础层上的表层,基础层下方为支撑系统,其特征是:基础层上表面分布有表层连接孔,表层下表面分布有与表层连接孔位置相对应的插接柱,插接柱插接在表层连接孔内,表层通过插接柱与基础层连接。
所述的基础层上表面分布的表层连接孔中相邻的两个表层连接孔的间距不大于3cm。
所述的基础层上表面分布的表层连接孔呈规律几何图形分布。
所述的基础层下表面的支撑系统为横竖交错分布的支脚,相邻的支脚间有硬性支撑,相隔的支脚位置有垫脚固定座,弹性垫脚插接在垫脚固定座内,各垫脚固定座所对应的基础层上表面处分布有表层连接孔,相邻的两垫交固定座之间的支脚所对应的基础层上表面处也均分布有表层连接孔。
所述的表层下表面分布的插接柱为两瓣式结构,由两个半圆桩共同构成一个圆柱状结构,两个半圆桩之间留有纵向间隙,两个半圆桩均是根部与表层固定,顶部具有球状凸起,两个半圆桩共同构成的圆柱状的直径与表层连接孔的直径相匹配,两个半圆桩向中间纵向间隙压缩后其顶部的球状凸起的直径小于表层连接孔的直径。
所述的插接柱插接在表层连接孔内时,两个半圆桩顶部的球状凸 起所对应的表层连接孔内有环状凹槽。
所述的基础层上表面四周有一级台阶,表层四周有向下的凸沿,基础层长度方向的台阶比宽度方向的台阶宽,宽度方向的台阶的宽度与凸沿厚度相匹配。

本发明的有益效果是:本运动地板在刚性结构层上又增加了插接的表层,分为了基础层和表层的两层结构,需要在地板表面施画场地标线时,只需要通过插接结构取下原先颜色的表层,然后更换为标线颜色的表层,标线颜色的表层再通过其插接柱插接在基础层上的表层连接孔内,即可完成场地标线施工,同时将基础层中间位置相邻的两个卡接耳间距增大,因此运动地板和运动地板之间就会形成间隙,遇到热胀冷缩时运动地板之间的间隙就会起到缓冲的作用,这种结构不仅能有效避免热胀冷缩导致的形变问题,而且结构简单,生产难度低,有效降低成本。

本发明在本申请人原先申请的专利号为201210486267.7,一种拼装运动地板专利的基础上,将其刚性结构层上又增加了插接的表层2,分为了基础层1和表层2的两层结构,需要在地板表面施画场地标线时,只需要通过插接结构取下原先颜色的表层2,然后更换为标线颜色的表层2,标线颜色的表层2再通过其插接柱4插接在基础层 1上的表层连接孔3内,即可完成场地标线施工,这种场地标线为表层2工厂预加工,着色要远好于现场施画的标线,不会导致长时间使用后场地的标线不清晰问题,同时这种插接结构现场施工也更加便捷,在拼接后的运动地板上根据标线情况将有标线处的表层2裁掉,根据裁掉的表层2形状大小,然后将具有标线颜色的表层2裁成与裁掉部分相同的形状及大小,插接在裁掉位置即可,插接后的表层2结构牢靠,与原先表层2形成一体结构,不会影响运动地板性能。
实施例2
基础层1上表面分布的表层连接孔3中相邻的两个表层连接孔3的间距不大于3cm。
按照相关规定,跑道分道线宽度为5cm,篮球场标线宽度5.08cm,羽毛球场标线宽度4cm等等,各类场地标线的宽度均不会小于3cm,因此本运动地板的相邻两个表层连接孔3的间距不大于3cm能够确保施工过程中插接表层2能够有无论任何方向裁剪以及无论裁剪成任何长短,在宽度方向上均至少有两组插接柱4插接在基础层1上的表层连接孔3内,确保插接后结构牢固。

基础层1上表面分布的表层连接孔3呈规律几何图形分布,本实施例中基础层1下表面的支撑系统5为横竖交错分布的支脚9,见图3,相邻的支脚9间有硬性支撑10,相隔的支脚9位置有垫脚固定座11,弹性垫脚插接在垫脚固定座内,各垫脚固定座11所对应的基础层1上表面处分布有表层连接孔3,相邻的两垫交固定座11之间的 支脚9所对应的基础层1上表面处也均分布有表层连接孔3,具体见图1所示的表层连接孔3在基础层1上表面的分布形式,这种结构不仅确保安装时有足够密度的表层连接孔3确保裁取标线时有多点固定,而且便于批量生产制造,能够节约制造成本,并且表层3的受力更好。

表层2通过插接柱4插接在表层连接孔3的过程中,插接柱4顶部的球状凸起13接触到表层连接孔3后,两个半圆桩12向中间纵向间隙压缩,使球状凸起13的直径小于表层连接孔3的直径,使两个半圆桩12插接到了表层连接孔3内,同时球状凸起13进入到环状凹槽内,两个半圆桩12恢复到竖直状态,从而将表层2牢固的固定在了基础层1的上表面,拆除表层2时,由于球状凸起13的球形结构,使其上提过程中能够使两个半圆桩12向中间纵向间隙压缩,稍加用力即可将插接柱4从表层连接孔3内拔出,插接柱4也可采用三瓣、 四瓣或多瓣式结构,只要中部有压缩空间即可。
基础层1上表面四周有一级台阶14,表层2四周有向下的凸沿15,表层2插接在基础层1上时,表层2四周的凸沿15位于基础层1四周的台阶14处,确保插接后表层2与基础层1四周的连接处均平齐,同时基础层1长度方向的台阶14比宽度方向的台阶14宽,宽度方向的台阶14的宽度与凸沿15厚度相匹配。

  1. 一种便于现场安装的运动地板,它至少包括基础层(1)以及位于基础层(1)上的表层(2),基础层(1)下方为支撑系统(5),其特征是:基础层(1)上表面分布有表层连接孔(3),表层(2)下表面分布有与表层连接孔(3)位置相对应的插接柱(4),插接柱(4)插接在表层连接孔(3)内,表层(2)通过插接柱(4)与基础层(1)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于现场安装的运动地板,其特征是:所述的基础层(1)上表面分布的表层连接孔(3)中相邻的两个表层连接孔(3)的间距不大于3cm。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种便于现场安装的运动地板,其特征是:所述的基础层(1)上表面分布的表层连接孔(3)呈规律几何图形分布。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种便于现场安装的运动地板,其特征是:所述的基础层(1)下表面的支撑系统(5)为横竖交错分布的支脚(9),相邻的支脚(9)间有硬性支撑(10),相隔的支脚(9)位置有垫脚固定座(11),弹性垫脚插接在垫脚固定座内,各垫脚固定座(11)所对应的基础层(1)上表面处分布有表层连接孔(3),相邻的两垫交固定座(11)之间的支脚(9)所对应的基础层(1)上表面处也均分布有表层连接孔(3)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于现场安装的运动地板,其特征是:所述的表层(2)下表面分布的插接柱(4)为两瓣式结构,由 两个半圆桩(12)共同构成一个圆柱状结构,两个半圆桩(12)之间留有纵向间隙,两个半圆桩(12)均是根部与表层(2)固定,顶部具有球状凸起(13),两个半圆桩(12)共同构成的圆柱状的直径与表层连接孔(3)的直径相匹配,两个半圆桩(12)向中间纵向间隙压缩后其顶部的球状凸起(13)的直径小于表层连接孔(3)的直径。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种便于现场安装的运动地板,其特征是:所述的插接柱(4)插接在表层连接孔(3)内时,两个半圆桩(12)顶部的球状凸起(13)所对应的表层连接孔(3)内有环状凹槽。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于现场安装的运动地板,其特征是:所述的基础层(1)上表面四周有一级台阶(14),表层(2)四周有向下的凸沿(15),基础层(1)长度方向的台阶(14)比宽度方向的台阶(14)宽,宽度方向的台阶(14)的宽度与凸沿(15)厚度相匹配。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于现场安装的运动地板,其特征是:所述的基础层(1)的长度方向其中一侧间隔分布有卡接耳(6),长度方向的另一侧间隔分布有与卡接耳(6)相匹配的卡接槽(7)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种便于现场安装的运动地板,其特征是:所述的基础层(1)侧方的卡接耳(6)为偶数个,除中部相邻的两卡接耳(6)外其余相邻的两卡接耳(6)之间的间距相等,两侧的卡接耳(6)与边沿的距离为相邻两卡接耳(6)之间间距的一半,中部相邻的两卡接耳(6)之间的间距比其它相邻两卡接耳(6)之间 的间距大1-3mm。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种便于现场安装的运动地板,其特征是:所述的卡接槽(7)内具有限位机构(8)。
