Description

一种实现宽带集群业务的方法、装置及系统
本申请要求于2015年1月8日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510009287.9、发明名称为“一种实现宽带集群业务的方法、装置及系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及宽带集群通信技术领域,尤其涉及的是一种实现宽带集群业务的方法、装置及系统。
背景技术
随着集群通信向宽带化方向演进,长期演进(LTE,Long Term Evolutio n)通信系统为第三代移动通信系统合作项目(3GPP,Third Generation Partn ership Project)定义的下一代移动宽带系统。集群通信系统是一种用于集团调度指挥通信的移动通信系统,主要应用于专业或集团移动通信领域,话音通信采用一键通(PTT,Push-to-Talk)技术,为半双工通信方式,可以实现对讲机的移动语音业务,具有群组呼叫能力,即组呼内话权用户独自占用上行链路,组内非话权用户同时侦听共享下行链路,接收方无需摘机即可随时接受呼叫信息,呼叫建立时间短,接续速度较快。无线一键通(PoC,Push-to-Talk over Ce llular)是公众蜂窝移动通信网络中的PTT业务,源于集群通信技术。PoC是一种双向、即时和多方通信的方式,允许多个用户之间进行通信。
在现有基于LTE网的一键通功能关键任务(MCPTT,Mission Critical Pus h To Talk over LTE)体系架构和POC体系架构中,群组管理实体均无法知道用户设备(UE,User Equipment)对业务群组的选择,所以会对业务群组内的所有UE都发起业务请求,并维持业务的连续性,导致对当前业务不感兴趣的U E受到该业务干扰,降低用户的体验,浪费当前的网络资源。
发明内容
本发明提供一种实现宽带集群业务的方法、装置及系统,能够解决现有技 术中群组管理实体无法知道集群终端对业务群的选择,且集群终端易受不感兴趣的业务的干扰,降低用户体验以及浪费网络资源的问题。
本发明第一方面提供一种实现宽带集群业务的方法,包括:
处于无线资源连接态的集群终端获取集群业务群组信息,所述集群业务群组信息包括至少一个业务群的标识信息,所述集群终端从所述集群业务群组信息中确定目标业务群;
在所述集群终端选择加入/退出所述目标业务群时,所述集群终端向群组管理实体发送通知消息,以使所述群组管理实体根据所述通知消息对所述集群终端进行标记,所述通知消息携带加入/退出的目标业务群的标识信息;
所述集群终端加入/退出所述目标业务群。

在确定所述集群业务群组信息中包含多个业务群的标识信息时,所述集群终端根据定制业务类型或预先分配原则,将所述定制业务类型或所述预先分配原则所指示的业务群设为所述目标业务群。
结合第一方面及第一方面的第三种实现方式,本发明第一方面的第六种实现方式中,在所述集群终端退出所述目标业务群之后,所述方法还包括:所述集群终端再次上线时,加入离线前所在的目标业务群。

群组管理实体对集群业务群组进行配置;
所述群组管理实体接收到处于无线资源连接态的集群终端发送的通知消息后,对所述集群终端进行标记。

处理模块,用于从所述获取模块获取的所述集群业务群组信息中确定目标业务群;
发送模块,用于在所述集群终端选择加入/退出所述目标业务群时,向群组管理实体发送通知消息,以使所述群组管理实体根据所述通知消息对所述集群终端进行标记,所述通知消息携带加入/退出的目标业务群的标识信息;
执行模块,用于执行加入/退出所述目标业务群的操作。

接收模块,用于接收处于无线资源连接态的集群终端发送的通知消息;
所述处理模块还用于根据所述接收模块接收到的通知消息对所述集群终端进行标记。
结合第四方面,本发明实施例第四方面的第一种实现方式中,所述通知消息包括加入/退出所述集群终端当前所在的目标业务群的消息,并携带所述目标业务群的标识信息,所述目标业务群中集群终端的标识及操作类型。

周期性统计所有集群业务群组中当前的活动成员/非活动成员的数量,在确定所有集群业务群组中任一业务群中活动成员的数量为零时,释放活动成员的数量为零的业务群所预建立的网络资源。

从以上技术方案中可以看出,本发明提供的一种实现宽带集群业务的方法,集群终端获取集群业务群组信息,并从所述集群业务群组信息中确定目标业务群;在所述集群终端选择加入/退出所述目标业务群时,向群组管理实体发送携带加入/退出的目标业务群的标识信息的通知消息,以使所述群组管理实体根据所述通知消息对所述集群终端进行标记,实现UE上报自身选择业务群组的消息,避免了群组管理实体在进行组呼业务时,干扰到集群业务群组内对该业务不感兴趣的UE,同时也减少了网络资源浪费,有效提高用户体验。

本发明实施例应用于本发明实施例提供了一种实现宽带集群业务的方法,用于宽带集群系统,以下进行详细说明。
请参照图1,本发明实例中一种实现宽带集群业务的方法一实施例,包括:
101、处于无线资源连接态的集群终端获取集群业务群组信息,上述集群终端从上述集群业务群组信息中确定目标业务群;
集群终端在注册并登陆成功后,自动获取集群业务群组信息,类似列表,然后根据业务需求或定制业务从集群业务群组信息中查询到能够提供该业务需求的业务群的标识信息,即目标业务群的标识信息,便可以确定与该标识信息对应的目标业务群。
其中,处于无线资源连接态的集群终端包括话权集群终端、非话权集群终 端;
上述集群业务群组信息包括至少一个业务群的标识信息;
上述标识信息可以是业务群的身份标识(ID,Identification)。
102、在上述集群终端选择加入/退出上述目标业务群时,上述集群终端向群组管理实体发送通知消息;
上述集群终端向群组管理实体发送通知消息,以使上述群组管理实体根据上述通知消息对上述集群终端进行标记,上述通知消息携带加入/退出的目标业务群的标识信息;
该通知消息至少包括:Group ID、User ID及操作类型,其中,在集群终端加入目标业务群时,操作类型为加入业务群,反之,操作类型为退出业务群。通知消息可以基于会话发起协议(SIP,Session Initiation Protocol)实现,该通知消息的消息类型可以是消息(INFO,Information)、及时消息MESSAGE也可以是通知NOTIFY等类似的消息,具体消息类型本文中均不作限定,信息携带形式可以采用扩展SIP Body体,消息格式由Message Header+Message body(可选的)构成。

可以理解的是,当该目标业务群的群配置为仅维护活动成员时,群组管理实体便仅维护该目标业务群内活动成员的业务,即,该集群终端只会收到其所选择的业务群(即目标业务群)的业务。

  1. 一种实现宽带集群业务的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    处于无线资源连接态的集群终端获取集群业务群组信息,所述集群业务群组信息包括至少一个业务群的标识信息,所述集群终端从所述集群业务群组信息中确定目标业务群;
    在所述集群终端选择加入/退出所述目标业务群时,所述集群终端向群组管理实体发送通知消息,以使所述群组管理实体根据所述通知消息对所述集群终端进行标记,所述通知消息携带所述目标业务群的标识信息;
    所述集群终端加入/退出所述目标业务群。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通知消息包含所述目标业务群的标识信息、所述集群终端的标识及操作类型,所述在所述集群终端选择加入/退出所述目标业务群时,所述集群终端向群组管理实体发送通知消息,以使所述群组管理实体根据所述通知消息对所述集群终端进行标记,具体包括:
    在所述集群终端选择加入/退出所述目标业务群时,所述集群终端向群组管理实体发送通知消息,以使所述群组管理实体根据所述集群终端的标识将所述集群终端标记为活动成员/非活动成员。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当所述集群终端加入所述目标业务群时,将携带所述目标业务群的标识信息的第一加入消息发送给所述群组管理实体,以使所述群组管理实体根据所述第一加入消息更新所述集群业务群组的配置信息。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在所述集群终端退出所述目标业务群时,所述集群终端向所述群组管理实体发送携带所述目标业务群的标识信息的退出消息,所述退出所述目标业务群包括:主动选择退出、关机、离线或退出当前应用中的任一个。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述集群终端退出所述业务群后,选择加入除所述目标业务群之外的业务群时,向所述群组管理实体发送第二加入消息,以使所述群组管理实体将所述集群终端标记为待加入的工作业务群中的活动成员,以使所述群组管理实体根 据所述第二加入消息更新所述集群业务群组的配置;所述集群终端加入所述工作业务群。
  6. 根据权利要求1至4任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述集群终端根据业务类型从所述集群业务群组信息中确定目标业务群具体包括:
    在确定所述集群业务群组信息中仅包含一个业务群的标识信息时,所述集群终端将该标识信息对应的业务群设为所述目标业务群;
    在确定所述集群业务群组信息中包含多个业务群的标识信息时,所述集群终端根据定制业务类型或预先分配原则,将所述定制业务类型或所述预先分配原则所指示的业务群设为所述目标业务群。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述集群终端退出所述目标业务群之后,所述方法还包括:所述集群终端再次上线时,加入离线前所在的目标业务群。
  8. 根据权利要求1至4、7任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述集群终端在加入到所述目标业务群后,确定所述群组管理实体上不存在目标业务群时,所述集群终端更新群组列表,并删除所述目标业务群。
  9. 一种实现宽带集群业务的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    群组管理实体对集群业务群组进行配置;
    所述群组管理实体接收到处于无线资源连接态的集群终端发送的通知消息后,对所述集群终端进行标记。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通知消息包括加入/退出所述集群终端当前所在的目标业务群的消息,并携带所述目标业务群的标识信息,所述目标业务群中集群终端的标识及操作类型。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述群组管理实体周期性统计所有集群业务群组中当前的活动成员/非活动成员的数量,在确定所有集群业务群组中任一业务群中活动成员的数量为零时,释放活动成员的数量为零的业务群所预建立的网络资源。
  12. 一种集群终端,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取集群业务群组信息,所述集群业务群组信息包括至少 一个业务群的标识信息;
    处理模块,用于从所述获取模块获取的所述集群业务群组信息中确定目标业务群;
    发送模块,用于在所述集群终端选择加入/退出所述目标业务群时,向群组管理实体发送通知消息,以使所述群组管理实体根据所述通知消息对所述集群终端进行标记,所述通知消息携带加入/退出的目标业务群的标识信息;
    执行模块,用于执行加入/退出所述目标业务群的操作。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的集群终端,其特征在于,所述通知消息包含所述目标业务群的标识信息、所述集群终端的标识及操作类型,所述发送模块具体用于:
    在所述集群终端选择加入/退出所述目标业务群时,所述集群终端向群组管理实体发送通知消息,以使所述群组管理实体根据所述通知消息将所述集群终端标记为活动成员/非活动成员。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的集群终端,其特征在于,所述发送模块具体用于:
    当所述集群终端加入所述目标业务群时,将携带所述目标业务群的标识信息的第一加入消息发送给所述群组管理实体,以使所述群组管理实体根据所述第一加入消息更新所述集群业务群组的配置。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的集群终端,其特征在于,所述发送模块还用于:
    在所述集群终端退出所述目标业务群时,向所述群组管理实体发送携带所述目标业务群的标识信息的退出消息,所述退出所述目标业务群包括:主动选择退出、关机、离线或退出当前应用中的任一个。
  16. 根据权利要求12至15任一所述的集群终端,其特征在于,所述发送模块还用于:
    所述集群终端退出所述业务群后,选择加入除所述目标业务群之外的业务群时,向所述群组管理实体发送第二加入消息,以使所述群组管理实体将所述集群终端标记为待加入的工作业务群中的活动成员,以使所述群组管理实体根据所述第二加入消息更新所述集群业务群组的配置;
    所述执行模块具体用于执行加入所述工作业务群的操作。
  17. 根据权利要求12至15任一所述的集群终端,其特征在于,所述处理模块具体用于:
    在确定所述集群业务群组信息中仅包含一个业务群的标识信息时,将所述第一标识信息对应的业务群设为所述目标业务群;
    在确定所述集群业务群组信息中包含多个业务群的标识信息时,根据定制业务类型或预先分配原则,将所述定制业务类型或所述预先分配原则所指示的业务群设为所述目标业务群。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的集群终端,其特征在于,所述执行模块还用于:
    在所述集群终端再次上线时,执行加入离线前所在的目标业务群的操作。
  19. 根据权利要求12至15、18任一所述的集群终端,其特征在于,所述执行模块还用于:
    在所述集群终端加入到所述目标业务群后,确定所述群组管理实体上不存在目标业务群时,更新群组列表,并删除所述目标业务群。
  20. 一种群组管理实体,其特征在于,包括:
    处理模块,用于实体对集群业务群组进行配置;
    接收模块,用于接收处于无线资源连接态的集群终端发送的通知消息;
    所述处理模块还用于根据所述接收模块接收到的通知消息对所述集群终端进行标记。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的群组管理实体,其特征在于,所述通知消息包括加入/退出所述集群终端当前所在的目标业务群的消息,并携带所述目标业务群的标识信息,所述目标业务群中集群终端的标识及操作类型。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述群组管理实体,其特征在于,所述处理模块还用于:
    周期性统计所有集群业务群组中当前的活动成员/非活动成员的数量,在确定所有集群业务群组中任一业务群中活动成员的数量为零时,释放活动成员的数量为零的业务群所预建立的网络资源。
  23. 一种通信系统,其特征在于,包括:
    如权利要求12至19任一所述的集群终端;
    和/或,
    如权利要求20至22任一所述的群组管理实体。
