Description

本发明涉及网络技术领域,特别涉及一种网络实体及服务策略管理方法。
背景技术
对于很多企业业务,业务流在核心网侧与局域网侧都会接受服务策略控制。其中,在核心网侧接受策略与计费控制(英文全称:Policy and Charging Control,缩写:PCC)策略控制,局域侧接受业务链策略控制。由于在现有技术中,对业务链策略的控制通常仅应用于Gi局域网(Gi Local area network)中,还未应用到3GPP网络中,因此对业务流的PCC策略控制和业务链策略控制只能分开进行管理。其中,对于PCC策略,由策略与计费制定功能(缩写:Policy and Charging Rule Function,PCRF)实体制定并下发至PCC策略的执行实体,比如分组数据网络网关(英文全称:Packet Data Network Gateway,缩写:P-GW)或者PCEF(英文全称:Policy and Charging Enforcement Function,缩写:PCEF)实体;对于业务链策略,则由Gi局域网中的业务链控制器生成,并下发给用于控制业务流所经过的各个网络节点的控制设备。
在实现本发明的过程中,发明人发现现有技术至少存在以下问题:
由于PCC策略控制和业务链策略控制分别由不同的网络进行管理,因此,企业应用服务器与网络侧之间传输PCC策略控制信息和业务链策略控制信息时需要分开传输,导致信令资源占用过多,影响系统性能。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中PCC策略控制和业务链策略控制分别由不同的网络进行管理导致的信令资源占用过多的问题,本发明实施例提供了一种网络实体及服务策略管理方法。所述技术方案如下:

通过接收应用服务器发送的服务请求后,根据该服务请求生成包括策略与计费控制PCC策略的服务策略,进一步生成相应的PCC规则和业务链控制规则,并发送给对应的网络规则执行设备,PCC策略和业务链策略均由3GPP网络中的PCRF实体进行管理,应用服务器与网络侧之间传输PCC策略控制信息和业务链策略控制信息时,只需要与PCRF实体进行信令交互,解决了现有技术中PCC策略控制和业务链策略控制分别由不同的网络进行管理而导致的信令资源占用过多的问题,达到节约信令资源,优化网络布局的效果。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
请参考图1,其示出了本发明部分实施例提供的服务策略管理方法所涉及的网络环境的网元架构图。该网络环境至少包含以下网络实体:应用服务器110、PCRF实体120、PCEF实体130、流识别及流分类器(flow classifier)140、Gi局域网控制设备(Gi-LAN controller)150、若干个业务交换节点(switch) 160以及业务计费功能实体170;其中,应用服务器110是互联网服务提供商的企业服务器,用于向互联网请求网络服务,并基于请求的网络服务向用户提供特定应用的业务数据;PCRF实体120是业务数据流和IP承载资源的PCC策略决策点,用于为PCEF实体130选择及提供可用的PCC规则,以便PCEF实体130进行业务数据流的检测、策略执行和基于流的计费功能;流识别及流分类器140和各个业务交换节点160位于用户局域网和互联网之间,流识别及流分类器140用于对业务流进行识别与分类,并对数据包进行标记,以便业务交换节点160识别数据包所属的业务;Gi局域网控制设备150用于协调各个业务交换节点160转发业务流数据,具体的,各个业务交换节点160可以在Gi局域网控制设备150的协调下,控制业务流数据依次接受不同的增值服务;业务计费功能实体170可以获取PCEF实体130统计的服务信息,比如计费数据等,并向应用服务器提供PCC规则的服务信息查询功能。
在现有技术中,PCC规则由3GPP网络中的PCRF实体生成并管理,业务链控制规则由Gi局域网中的业务链控制器生成并管理。当应用服务器请求网络服务时,需要分别向两个不同的网络发起请求,这样导致应用服务器与网络侧之间传输PCC策略控制信息和业务链策略控制信息时需要分开传输,占用的信令资源过多。此外,业务链策略所对应的增值服务大多为付费服务,在现有技术中,业务计费功能实体170只能向服务器提供PCC策略相关的服务信息查询服务,而缺乏业务链策略相关的服务信息的查询功能。
在本发明所示的方案中,对PCRF实体120进行了改进,使得PCRF可以完成现有技术中由Gi局域网侧的业务链控制规则的管理,从而应用服务器110请求网络服务时,可以向PCRF实体120发起服务请求,由PCRF实体120统一生成PCC策略和业务链策略,进一步生成PCC规则和业务链控制规则,并下发给相应的执行实体,应用服务器只需要与3GPP网络侧的PCRF实体120进行信令交互,从而节约了信令资源,优化了网络布局。同时,本发明所示的方案中,流识别及流分类器140和业务交换节点160还可以将业务链策略对应的服务信息发送给业务计费功能实体170,由业务计费功能实体170提供业务链策略对应的服务信息的查询服务,从而扩展了系统功能。
运营商网关与外部网络之间的Gi局域网中部署有一个或多个业务使能单元,每个业务使能单元可以为流经的业务流数据提供一种或多种增值服务,比 如内容过滤、缓存服务、防火墙或者广域应用加速等。一个业务的业务流数据所流经的各个业务使能单元以及所流经的各个业务使能单元的顺序即为该业务的业务链(service chain)。
在本发明中,PCC策略和PCC规则中包含有计费群组以及服务质量(英文全称:Quality of Service,缩写:QoS)参数,比如服务等级标识和带宽信息等,用于使PCEF实体对相应的业务进行QoS管理和计费。业务链策略和业务链控制规则中包含有业务链标识(service chain ID)、业务流流经的业务使能单元的标识以及业务流流经各个业务使能单元的顺序等,流识别及流分类器可以根据该业务链控制规则来识别该业务链策略对应的业务流数据。
此外,本发明实施例中对PCC规则和业务链控制规则的生成分开描述,在实际应用中,PCRF实体在生成PCC规则和业务链控制规则时,业务链控制规则的信息可以包含在PCC规则中,即PCC规则除了包含前述PCC规则的信息,还可以包含前述业务链控制规则的信息,此时,PCC规则可以同时实现PCC策略与业务链策略,PCRF在下发规则时,再将PCC规则和业务链控制规则分别发送给相应的执行实体。同理,生成的PCC规则的信息也可以包含在业务链控制规则,即业务链控制规则也可以同时实现PCC策略与业务链策略。
请参考图2,其示出了本发明一个实施例提供的服务策略管理方法的方法流程图,该服务策略管理方法可以由图1所示的网络环境中的PCRF实体120来执行。如图2所示,该服务策略管理方法可以包括:

综上所述,本发明实施例所示的服务策略管理方法,PCRF实体接收应用服务器发送的服务请求后,根据该服务请求生成包括策略与计费控制PCC策略的服务策略,进一步生成相应的PCC规则和业务链控制规则,并发送给对应的网络规则执行设备,PCC策略和业务链策略均由3GPP网络中的PCRF实 体进行管理,应用服务器与网络侧之间传输PCC策略控制信息和业务链策略控制信息时,只需要与PCRF实体进行信令交互,解决了现有技术中PCC策略控制和业务链策略控制分别由不同的网络进行管理导致的信令资源占用过多的问题,达到节约信令资源,优化网络布局的效果。
请参考图3,其示出了本发明一个实施例提供的服务策略管理方法的方法流程图,该服务策略管理方法可以由图1所示的网络环境中的业务计费功能实体170来执行。如图3所示,该服务策略管理方法可以包括:

如图4所示,其示出了本发明一个实施例提供的服务策略管理方法的方法流程图,该服务策略管理方法可以由图1所示的网络环境中,包括PCRF实体120和业务计费功能实体170在内的各个网络实体来执行。如图4所示,该服务策略管理方法可以包括:

企业侧的应用服务器需要为其所属的一个或一组用户设备发起服务数据流时,在发起数据流之前,可以通过开放平台向运营商网络侧的PCRF实体发送服务请求,该服务请求可以包括该数据流对应的应用标识,用户IP(Internet Protocol,网络协议)地址、用户标识(也可以是群组用户标识),请求的QoS参数,请求的媒体类型,以及请求的业务链业务等信息。
其中,该请求的业务链业务指明了该数据流可能需要哪些附加业务,例如视频加速业务,数据流压缩业务以及安全业务等。

对于业务链策略对应的计费信息和网络资源使用信息,可以采用流识别及 流分类器或业务交换节点进行统计。对于业务链策略对应的业务链的上行数据流,由于上行数据流流经流识别及流分类器后将会进入Gi-LAN,并且不会再次流经流识别及流分类器,因此对于上行数据流的计费信息和网络资源使用信息只能采用数据流经过的最后一个业务交换节点进行统计。对于下行数据流,数据流将首先经过流识别及流分类器,然后进入Gi-LAN,然后再次汇总到流识别及流分类器,因此下行数据流的计费信息和网络资源使用信息既可以采用流识别及流分类器执行统计,也可以采用数据流经过的最后一个业务交换节点进行统计。
当流识别及流分类器或业务交换节点统计完成一个业务链策略对应的的计费信息和网络资源使用信息后,流识别及流分类器或业务交换节点将该业务链策略对应的的计费信息和网络资源使用信息发送至业务计费功能单元,消息中还携带该业务链策略的网络策略标识。其中,流识别及流分类器可以预先将该业务链策略的网络策略标识发送给该业务链策略对应的数据流经过的最后一个业务交换节点,或者,流识别及流分类器也可以将该业务链策略的网络策略标识添加在该业务链策略对应的数据流中,由该业务链策略对应的数据流经过的最后一个业务交换节点从该数据流中获取该网络策略标识。
可选的,该策略与计费制定功能实体根据该服务信息查询请求向业务计费功能实体发送信息查询请求时,可以向该业务计费功能实体发送包含该至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识的信息查询请求,以便该业务计费功能实体根据该至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识,确定该服务策略对应的服务信息;其中,该至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识为该PCC策略的网络策略标识和该业务链策略的网络策略标识。
由于业务计费功能实体接收PCEF、流识别及流分类器以及业务交换节点发送的服务信息时,一并接收相应的PCC策略的网络策略标识或者业务链策略的网络策略标识,因此,在业务计费功能实体中,服务策略的各条服务信息各自与该服务策略包含的各个网络策略的网络策略标识相对应,PCRF实体查询服务策略对应的服务信息时,可以直接将该服务策略中包含的各个网络策略的网络策略标识发送给业务计费功能实体,由业务计费功能实体直接查询各个网络策略标识对应的服务信息。
可选的,在该策略与计费制定功能实体接收该应用服务器发送的服务信息查询请求之前,还可以向该业务计费功能实体发送该服务策略的服务策略标识 与该至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识之间的对应关系;该策略与计费制定功能实体向业务计费功能实体发送信息查询请求时,可以向该业务计费功能实体发送包含该服务策略标识的信息查询请求,以便该业务计费功能实体根据该服务策略标识,确定该服务策略对应的服务信息。该业务计费功能实体根据该信息查询请求,确定该服务策略对应的服务信息时,可以根据该服务策略的服务策略标识与该至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识之间的对应关系和该信息查询请求中包含的该服务策略的服务策略标识,确定该至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识,并根据该至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识,获取该服务策略对应的服务信息。
或者,业务计费功能实体还可以预先从PCRF获取服务策略标识与各个网络策略标识之间的对应关系,PCRF在发送信息查询请求时,可以只发送该服务策略标识,由业务计费功能实体根据预先获取到的对应关系查询相应的各个网络策略标识,再根据查询到的网络策略标识查询服务策略对应的服务信息。
步骤411,业务计费功能实体根据该信息查询请求将该服务策略对应的服务信息返回给PCRF实体。
步骤412,PCRF实体将该服务策略对应的服务信息发送给应用服务器。
综上所述,本发明实施例所示的服务策略管理方法,PCRF实体接收应用服务器发送的服务请求后,根据该服务请求生成包括策略与计费控制PCC策略的服务策略,进一步生成相应的PCC规则和业务链控制规则,并发送给对应的网络规则执行设备,PCC策略和业务链策略均由3GPP网络中的PCRF实体进行管理,应用服务器与网络侧之间传输PCC策略控制信息和业务链策略控制信息时,只需要与PCRF实体进行信令交互,解决了现有技术中PCC策略控制和业务链策略控制分别由不同的网络进行管理导致的信令资源占用过多的问题,达到节约信令资源,优化网络布局的效果。
此外,本发明实施例所示的服务策略管理方法,业务计费功能实体从PCEF、流识别及流分类器以及业务交换节点处获取服务信息,在接收到PCRF实体发送的信息查询请求时,根据该请求确定包括PCC策略对应的计费信息、业务链策略对应的计费信息、PCC策略对应的网络资源使用信息以及业务链策略对应的网络资源使用信息在内的服务信息,不仅可以提供PCC策略相关的服务信息查询,还可以对业务链策略相关的服务信息进行统计并提供查询服务,从而达到扩展系统功能的效果。
请参考图5,其示出了本发明一个实施例提供的策略与计费制定功能实体的结构图。该策略与计费制定功能实体可以是图1所示的网络环境中的PCRF实体120,该策略与计费制定功能实体可以执行图2所示方法的全部步骤或者执行如图4所示方法中的部分步骤。如图5所示,该策略与计费制定功能实体可以包括:

综上所述,本发明实施例所示的业务计费功能实体,通过从PCEF、流识别及流分类器以及业务交换节点处获取服务信息,在接收到PCRF实体发送的信息查询请求时,根据该请求确定包括PCC策略对应的计费信息、业务链策略对应的计费信息、PCC策略对应的网络资源使用信息以及业务链策略对应的网络资源使用信息在内的服务信息,不仅可以提供PCC策略相关的服务信息查询,还可以对业务链策略相关的服务信息进行统计并提供查询服务,从而达到扩展系统功能的效果。
上述图5和图6所示的各个模块中,接收模块所执行的步骤可以由接收器在处理器的控制下完成,发送模块所执行的步骤可以由发射器在处理器的控制下完成,其它各个模块所执行的步骤可以由处理器独立完成。进一步的,请参考图7,其示出了本发明一个实施例提供的网络实体的框图。该网络实体700可以是上述图1所示的网络环境中的PCRF实体或者业务计费功能实体。该网 络实体可以包括:总线701,以及连接到所述总线的处理器702、存储器703、发射器704和接收器705。其中,所述存储器703用于存储若干个指令,所述若干个指令被配置成由所述处理器702执行;

综上所述,当本发明实施例所示的网络实体实现为业务计费功能实体时,通过从PCEF、流识别及流分类器以及业务交换节点处获取服务信息,在接收到PCRF实体发送的信息查询请求时,根据该请求确定包括PCC策略对应的计费信息、业务链策略对应的计费信息、PCC策略对应的网络资源使用信息以及业务链策略对应的网络资源使用信息在内的服务信息,不仅可以提供PCC策略相关的服务信息查询,还可以对业务链策略相关的服务信息进行统计并提供查询服务,从而达到扩展系统功能的效果。
另外,本发明实施例所示的网络实体700除了可以实现为上述PCRF实体120或者业务计费功能实体170之外,还可以实现为上述图1所示的网络环境中的其它任意网络实体,比如,实现为上述图1中的应用服务器110、PCEF实体130、流识别及流分类器140、Gi局域网控制设备150以及业务交换节点160等。并且,网络实体700实现为上述实体时所执行的操作步骤请参考图4对应的实施例中相应实体所执行的方法步骤,本发明实施例不再赘述。
本发明一个实施例还提供一种服务策略管理系统,该服务策略管理系统可以包含PCEF实体和业务计费功能实体。该PCRF实体为上述图5所示的策略 与计费制定功能实体,该业务计费功能实体为上述图6所示的业务计费功能实体。或者,该PCRF实体和业务计费功能实体也可以分别实现为上述图7所示的网络实体。
此外,本发明实施例提供的服务策略管理系统,还可以包含应用服务器、PCEF实体、流识别及流分类器、Gi局域网控制设备或者业务交换节点等,且该服务策略管理系统中包含的各个网络实体之间的连接关系可以如图1所示,本发明实施例不再赘述。
需要说明的是:上述实施例提供的各个网络实体在对服务策略进行管理或执行时,仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成,即将网络实体的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。另外,上述实施例提供的各个网络实体和服务策略管理方法实施例属于同一构思,其具体实现过程详见方法实施例,这里不再赘述。

    规则生成模块,用于根据所述服务策略生成网络规则;
    发送模块,用于将所述网络规则发送给对应的网络规则执行设备;其中,所述网络规则为PCC规则,或者为业务链控制规则,或者为PCC规则和业务链控制规则。

    所述发送模块,用于在所述接收模块接收所述应用服务器发送的服务信息查询请求之前,向所述业务计费功能实体发送所述服务策略的服务策略标识与所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识之间的对应关系;
    所述发送模块,用于向所述业务计费功能实体发送包含所述服务策略标识的信息查询请求,以便所述业务计费功能实体根据所述服务策略标识,确定所述服务策略对应的服务信息。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的策略与计费制定功能实体,其特征在于,
    所述发送模块,用于向所述业务计费功能实体发送包含所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识的信息查询请求,以便所述业务计费功能实体根据所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识,确定所述服务策略对应的服务信息;
    其中,所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识为所述PCC策略的网络策略标识和所述业务链策略的网络策略标识。
  9. 一种策略与计费制定功能实体,其特征在于,所述策略与计费制定功能 实体包括:处理器、存储器、发射器和接收器。其中,所述存储器用于存储若干个指令,所述若干个指令被配置成由所述处理器执行;
    所述处理器,用于控制所述接收器接收应用服务器发送的服务请求;
    所述处理器,用于根据所述服务请求生成服务策略,所述服务策略包含至少一条网络策略,所述至少一条网络策略包括策略与计费控制PCC策略和业务链策略;
    所述处理器,用于根据所述服务策略生成网络规则;
    所述处理器,用于控制所述发射器将所述网络规则发送给对应的网络规则执行设备;其中,所述网络规则为PCC规则,或者为业务链控制规则,或者为PCC规则和业务链控制规则。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的策略与计费制定功能实体,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,用于根据所述PCC策略生成PCC规则;
    所述处理器,用于控制所述发射器将所述PCC规则发送给策略与计费执行功能实体。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的策略与计费制定功能实体,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,用于根据所述业务链策略生成业务链控制规则;
    所述处理器,用于控制所述发射器将所述业务链控制规则发送给流识别及流分类器。
  12. 根据权利要求9-11任一项所述的策略与计费制定功能实体,其特征在于,所述PCC规则中包含所述PCC策略的网络策略标识,所述业务链控制规则中包含所述业务链策略的网络策略标识。
  13. 根据权利要求9-12任一项所述的策略与计费制定功能实体,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于生成所述服务请求对应的业务链路径;
    所述处理器,用于控制所述发射器将所述业务链路径发送给Gi局域网控制设备。
  14. 根据权利要求9-13任一项所述的策略与计费制定功能实体,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,用于控制所述接收器接收所述应用服务器发送的服务信息查询请求,所述服务信息查询请求用于请求查询所述服务策略对应的服务信息;
    所述处理器,用于控制所述发射器向业务计费功能实体发送信息查询请求,所述信息查询请求用于请求查询所述服务策略对应的服务信息;
    所述处理器,用于控制所述接收器接收所述业务计费功能实体根据所述信息查询请求返回的所述服务策略对应的服务信息;
    所述处理器,用于控制所述发射器将所述服务策略对应的服务信息发送给所述应用服务器;
    其中,所述服务策略对应的服务信息包括所述至少一条网络策略对应的计费信息和所述至少一条网络策略对应的网络资源使用信息中的至少一种;所述至少一条网络策略对应的计费信息包括所述PCC策略对应的计费信息和所述业务链策略对应的计费信息;所述至少一条网络策略对应的网络资源使用信息包括所述PCC策略对应的网络资源使用信息和所述业务链策略对应的网络资源使用信息。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的策略与计费制定功能实体,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,用于在控制所述接收器接收所述应用服务器发送的服务信息查询请求之前,控制所述发射器向所述业务计费功能实体发送所述服务策略的服务策略标识与所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识之间的对应关系;
    所述处理器,用于在控制所述发射器向所述业务计费功能实体发送包含所述服务策略标识的信息查询请求,以便所述业务计费功能实体根据所述服务策略标识,确定所述服务策略对应的服务信息。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的策略与计费制定功能实体,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,用于在控制所述发射器向所述业务计费功能实体发送包含所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识的信息查询请求,以便所述业务计费功能实体根据所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识,确定所述服务策略对应的服务信息;
    其中,所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识为所述PCC策略的网络策略 标识和所述业务链策略的网络策略标识。
  17. 一种业务计费功能实体,其特征在于,所述业务计费功能实体包括:
    接收模块,用于接收策略与计费制定功能实体发送的信息查询请求,所述信息查询请求用于请求查询服务策略对应的服务信息;其中,所述服务策略中包含至少一条网络策略,所述至少一条网络策略包括策略与计费控制PCC策略和业务链策略;
    服务信息确定模块,用于根据所述信息查询请求,确定所述服务策略对应的服务信息,所述服务策略对应的服务信息包括所述至少一条网络策略对应的计费信息和所述至少一条网络策略对应的网络资源使用信息中的至少一种;其中,所述至少一条网络策略对应的计费信息包括所述PCC策略对应的计费信息和所述业务链策略对应的计费信息;所述至少一条网络策略对应的网络资源使用信息包括所述PCC策略对应的网络资源使用信息和所述业务链策略对应的网络资源使用信息;
    发送模块,用于将所述服务策略对应的服务信息返回给所述策略与计费制定功能实体。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的业务计费功能实体,其特征在于,
    所述接收模块,用于在所述服务信息确定模块根据所述信息查询请求,确定所述服务策略对应的服务信息之前,接收策略与计费执行功能实体发送的所述PCC策略对应的服务信息;其中,所述PCC策略对应的服务信息包括所述PCC策略对应的计费信息和所述PCC策略对应的网络资源使用信息中的至少一种。
  19. 根据权利要求17或18所述的业务计费功能实体,其特征在于,
    所述接收模块,用于在所述服务信息确定模块根据所述信息查询请求,确定所述服务策略对应的服务信息之前,接收所述业务链策略对应的业务链中的最后一个业务交换节点发送的所述业务链的上行数据流对应的服务信息,以及接收所述业务链中的流识别及流分类器发送的所述业务链的下行数据流对应的服务信息;
    或者,
    所述接收模块,用于在所述服务信息确定模块根据所述信息查询请求,确定所述服务策略对应的服务信息之前,接收所述业务链策略对应的业务链中的最后一个业务交换节点发送的所述业务链的上行数据流对应的服务信息以及所述业务链的下行数据流对应的服务信息;
    其中,所述上行数据流对应的服务信息包括所述上行数据流对应的计费信息和所述上行数据流对应的网络资源使用信息中的至少一种;所述下行数据流对应的服务信息包括所述下行数据流对应的计费信息和所述下行数据流对应的网络资源使用信息中的至少一种;所述上行数据流对应的服务信息和所述下行数据流对应的服务信息组成了所述业务链策略对应的网络资源使用信息,或者所述业务链策略对应的计费信息,或者所述业务链策略对应的网络资源使用信息和所述业务链策略对应的计费信息。
  20. 根据权利要求17-19任一项所述的业务计费功能实体,其特征在于,所述信息查询请求中包含所述服务策略对应的服务策略标识,
    所述接收模块,用于在所述服务信息确定模块根据所述信息查询请求,确定所述服务策略对应的服务信息之前,接收所述PCRF实体发送的所述服务策略的服务策略标识与所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识之间的对应关系;
    所述服务信息确定模块,用于根据所述服务策略的服务策略标识与所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识之间的对应关系和所述信息查询请求中包含的所述服务策略的服务策略标识,确定所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识,并根据所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识,获取所述服务策略对应的服务信息。
  21. 根据权利要求17-19任一项所述的业务计费功能实体,其特征在于,所述信息查询请求中包含所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识;
    所述服务信息确定模块,用于根据所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识,获取所述服务策略对应的服务信息。
  22. 一种业务计费功能实体,其特征在于,所述业务计费功能实体包括:处理器、存储器、发射器和接收器。其中,所述存储器用于存储若干个指令,所述若干个指令被配置成由所述处理器执行;
    所述处理器,用于控制所述接收器接收策略与计费制定功能实体发送的信息查询请求,所述信息查询请求用于请求查询服务策略对应的服务信息;其中,所述服务策略中包含至少一条网络策略,所述至少一条网络策略包括策略与计费控制PCC策略和业务链策略;
    所述处理器,用于根据所述信息查询请求,确定所述服务策略对应的服务信息,所述服务策略对应的服务信息包括所述至少一条网络策略对应的计费信息和所述至少一条网络策略对应的网络资源使用信息中的至少一种;其中,所述至少一条网络策略对应的计费信息包括所述PCC策略对应的计费信息和所述业务链策略对应的计费信息;所述至少一条网络策略对应的网络资源使用信息包括所述PCC策略对应的网络资源使用信息和所述业务链策略对应的网络资源使用信息;
    所述处理器,用于控制所述发射器将所述服务策略对应的服务信息返回给所述策略与计费制定功能实体。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的业务计费功能实体,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,用于在根据所述信息查询请求,确定所述服务策略对应的服务信息之前,控制所述接收器接收策略与计费执行功能实体发送的所述PCC策略对应的服务信息;其中,所述PCC策略对应的服务信息包括所述PCC策略对应的计费信息和所述PCC策略对应的网络资源使用信息中的至少一种。
  24. 根据权利要求22或23所述的业务计费功能实体,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,用于在根据所述信息查询请求,确定所述服务策略对应的服务信息之前,控制所述接收器接收所述业务链策略对应的业务链中的最后一个业务交换节点发送的所述业务链的上行数据流对应的服务信息,以及接收所述业务链中的流识别及流分类器发送的所述业务链的下行数据流对应的服务信息;
    或者,
    所述处理器,用于在根据所述信息查询请求,确定所述服务策略对应的服务信息之前,控制所述接收器接收所述业务链策略对应的业务链中的最后一个业务交换节点发送的所述业务链的上行数据流对应的服务信息以及所述业务链的下行数据流对应的服务信息;
    其中,所述上行数据流对应的服务信息包括所述上行数据流对应的计费信息和所述上行数据流对应的网络资源使用信息中的至少一种;所述下行数据流对应的服务信息包括所述下行数据流对应的计费信息和所述下行数据流对应的网络资源使用信息中的至少一种;所述上行数据流对应的服务信息和所述下行数据流对应的服务信息组成了所述业务链策略对应的网络资源使用信息,或者所述业务链策略对应的计费信息,或者所述业务链策略对应的网络资源使用信息和所述业务链策略对应的计费信息。
  25. 根据权利要求22-24任一项所述的业务计费功能实体,其特征在于,所述信息查询请求中包含所述服务策略对应的服务策略标识,
    所述处理器,用于在根据所述信息查询请求,确定所述服务策略对应的服务信息之前,控制所述接收器接收所述PCRF实体发送的所述服务策略的服务策略标识与所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识之间的对应关系;
    所述处理器,用于根据所述服务策略的服务策略标识与所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识之间的对应关系和所述信息查询请求中包含的所述服务策略的服务策略标识,确定所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识,并根据所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识,获取所述服务策略对应的服务信息。
  26. 根据权利要求22-24任一项所述的业务计费功能实体,其特征在于,所述信息查询请求中包含所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识;
    所述处理器,用于根据所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识,获取所述服务策略对应的服务信息。
  27. 一种服务策略管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    策略与计费制定功能实体接收应用服务器发送的服务请求;
    所述策略与计费制定功能实体根据所述服务请求生成服务策略,所述服务策略包含至少一条网络策略,所述至少一条网络策略包括策略与计费控制PCC策略和业务链策略;
    所述策略与计费制定功能实体根据所述服务策略生成网络规则,并将所述网络规则发送给对应的网络规则执行设备;其中,所述网络规则为PCC规则,或者为业务链控制规则,或者为PCC规则和业务链控制规则。
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的方法,其特征在于,所述策略与计费制定功能实体根据所述服务策略生成网络规则,并将所述网络规则发送给对应的网络规则执行设备包括:
    所述策略与计费制定功能实体根据所述PCC策略生成PCC规则,并将所述PCC规则发送给策略与计费执行功能实体。
  29. 根据权利要求27或28所述的方法,其特征在于,所述策略与计费制定功能实体根据所述服务策略生成网络规则,并将所述网络规则发送给对应的网络规则执行设备包括:
    所述策略与计费制定功能实体根据所述业务链策略生成业务链控制规则,并将所述业务链控制规则发送给流识别及流分类器。
  30. 根据权利要求27-29任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述PCC规则中包含所述PCC策略的网络策略标识,所述业务链控制规则中包含所述业务链策略的网络策略标识。
  31. 根据权利要求27-30任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述策略与计费制定功能实体生成所述服务请求对应的业务链路径,并将所述业务链路径发送给Gi局域网控制设备。
  32. 根据权利要求27-31任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述策略与计费制定功能实体接收所述应用服务器发送的服务信息查询请求,所述服务信息查询请求用于请求查询所述服务策略对应的服务信息;
    所述策略与计费制定功能实体向业务计费功能实体发送信息查询请求,所述信息查询请求用于请求查询所述服务策略对应的服务信息;
    所述策略与计费制定功能实体接收所述业务计费功能实体根据所述信息查询请求返回的所述服务策略对应的服务信息;
    所述策略与计费制定功能实体将所述服务策略对应的服务信息发送给所述应用服务器;
    其中,所述服务策略对应的服务信息包括所述至少一条网络策略对应的计 费信息和所述至少一条网络策略对应的网络资源使用信息中的至少一种;所述至少一条网络策略对应的计费信息包括所述PCC策略对应的计费信息和所述业务链策略对应的计费信息;所述至少一条网络策略对应的网络资源使用信息包括所述PCC策略对应的网络资源使用信息和所述业务链策略对应的网络资源使用信息。
  33. 根据权利要求32所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述策略与计费制定功能实体接收所述应用服务器发送的服务信息查询请求之前,还包括:
    所述策略与计费制定功能实体向所述业务计费功能实体发送所述服务策略的服务策略标识与所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识之间的对应关系;
    则所述策略与计费制定功能实体向业务计费功能实体发送信息查询请求,包括:
    所述策略与计费制定功能实体向所述业务计费功能实体发送包含所述服务策略标识的信息查询请求,以便所述业务计费功能实体根据所述服务策略标识,确定所述服务策略对应的服务信息。
  34. 根据权利要求32所述的方法,其特征在于,所述策略与计费制定功能实体根据所述服务信息查询请求向业务计费功能实体发送信息查询请求包括:
    所述策略与计费制定功能实体向所述业务计费功能实体发送包含所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识的信息查询请求,以便所述业务计费功能实体根据所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识,确定所述服务策略对应的服务信息;
    其中,所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识为所述PCC策略的网络策略标识和所述业务链策略的网络策略标识。
  35. 一种服务策略管理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    业务计费功能实体接收策略与计费制定功能实体发送的信息查询请求,所述信息查询请求用于请求查询服务策略对应的服务信息;其中,所述服务策略中包含至少一条网络策略,所述至少一条网络策略包括策略与计费控制PCC策略和业务链策略;
    所述业务计费功能实体根据所述信息查询请求,确定所述服务策略对应的服务信息,所述服务策略对应的服务信息包括所述至少一条网络策略对应的计 费信息和所述至少一条网络策略对应的网络资源使用信息中的至少一种;其中,所述至少一条网络策略对应的计费信息包括所述PCC策略对应的计费信息和所述业务链策略对应的计费信息;所述至少一条网络策略对应的网络资源使用信息包括所述PCC策略对应的网络资源使用信息和所述业务链策略对应的网络资源使用信息;
    所述业务计费功能实体将所述服务策略对应的服务信息返回给所述策略与计费制定功能实体。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的方法,其特征在于,所述业务计费功能实体根据所述信息查询请求,确定所述服务策略对应的服务信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述业务计费功能实体接收策略与计费执行功能实体发送的所述PCC策略对应的服务信息;其中,所述PCC策略对应的服务信息包括所述PCC策略对应的计费信息和所述PCC策略对应的网络资源使用信息中的至少一种。
  37. 根据权利要求35或36所述的方法,其特征在于,所述业务计费功能实体根据所述信息查询请求,确定所述服务策略对应的服务信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述业务计费功能实体接收所述业务链策略对应的业务链中的最后一个业务交换节点发送的所述业务链的上行数据流对应的服务信息,以及接收所述业务链中的流识别及流分类器发送的所述业务链的下行数据流对应的服务信息;
    或者,
    所述业务计费功能实体接收所述业务链策略对应的业务链中的最后一个业务交换节点发送的所述业务链的上行数据流对应的服务信息以及所述业务链的下行数据流对应的服务信息;
    其中,所述上行数据流对应的服务信息包括所述上行数据流对应的计费信息和所述上行数据流对应的网络资源使用信息中的至少一种;所述下行数据流对应的服务信息包括所述下行数据流对应的计费信息和所述下行数据流对应的网络资源使用信息中的至少一种;所述上行数据流对应的服务信息和所述下行数据流对应的服务信息组成了所述业务链策略对应的网络资源使用信息,或者所述业务链策略对应的计费信息,或者所述业务链策略对应的网络资源使用信 息和所述业务链策略对应的计费信息。
  38. 根据权利要求35-37任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信息查询请求中包含所述服务策略对应的服务策略标识,所述业务计费功能实体根据所述信息查询请求,确定所述服务策略对应的服务信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述业务计费功能实体接收所述PCRF实体发送的所述服务策略的服务策略标识与所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识之间的对应关系;
    则所述业务计费功能实体根据所述信息查询请求,确定所述服务策略对应的服务信息包括:
    所述业务计费功能实体根据所述服务策略的服务策略标识与所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识之间的对应关系和所述信息查询请求中包含的所述服务策略的服务策略标识,确定所述至少一条网络策略的网络策略标识;

  40. 一种服务策略管理系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:
    如权利要求1-8任一项所述的策略与计费制定功能实体以及如权利要求17-21任一项所述的业务计费功能实体;
    或者,
