Abstract

一种前后多层结构的储物柜,通过前后多层的结构解决现今单层储物柜储物空间利用效率较低、空间浪费的问题。储物柜的前后多层结构包括固定储物柜及移动储物柜等多种结构,当前后多层结构为固定储物柜及移动储物柜时,移动储物柜相对于固定储物柜移动或转动以存取被覆盖部分的物品,前后多层结构在不影响存取便利性的前提下大大提高了储物空间利用效率。

一种前后多层结构的储物柜 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种前后多层结构的储物柜,主要涉及日常生活领域。
背景技术
人们日常生活中使用的储物柜,例如衣柜、书柜、鞋柜、展示柜、收纳柜等一般只是一层进深结构(进深即前后方向的深度),而为提高储物柜的稳定性、结构限制等原因,一般进深都比较大。为了存取方便,往往储物柜前后进深方向上不会存放的很满,这就带来储物空间利用效率较低、空间浪费的问题。衣柜此问题尤其突出,由于挂西装等不可折叠物品,受衣物肩宽限制,整体进深比较大,另一部分存储空间往往存在此类浪费。
实用新型内容
为了克服上述问题,本实用新型提供一种前后多层结构的储物柜。前、后层储物柜为固定储物柜或移动储物柜,固定储物柜固定不动,移动储物柜可以相对运动。前后层均可设计为小进深结构,移动储物柜可以从固定储物柜前、后、左、右各方向或旋转移出后存取被覆盖的固定储物柜或移动储物柜的物品。这种多层结构在不影响存取便利性的前提下大大提高了储物空间利用效率。固定储物柜和移动储物柜之间使用滑轨等连接,即保证能相对运动又可保持固定储物柜和移动储物柜的稳定性,前后层之间可留有适当的间隙。前后方向储物柜层数≥2层。
还可以采用前后层均为固定储物柜,后层储物柜采用向侧面或后面开抽屉的结构;也可以采用前后层均为移动储物柜,前后层可相对前、后、左、右或旋转移出的结构。
综上所述,前、后层储物柜为固定储物柜或移动储物柜,固定储物柜固定不动,移动储物柜可以相对固定储物柜向前、后、左、右某一个或多个方向移动或相对转动以便存取被覆盖部分的物品或前、后层储物柜均为移动储物柜,储物柜之间可以相对向前、后、左、右某一个或多个方向移动或相对转动以便存取被覆盖部分的物品或前、后层储物柜均为固定储物柜,后层储物柜为多层向侧面或后面开抽屉的结构。
前后多层储物柜的总体空间结构横截面形状可以有多种组合,可以采用类似于一款游戏“俄罗斯方块”等的各种几何组合结构。例如可以前后层为“一”字平行组合结构或“凹”、“凸”组合结构构成整体矩形或“凹”、“口”组合结构构成整体矩形或英文字母“L”和倒“L”组合结构构成整体矩形及英文字母“E”字形和2个插入的“一”字形组合结构等多种形式的前后多层柜。
前后层内的储物单元之间的隔板可以上、下、左、右调整。前层可以用作常用物品的存取,后层可以作为不常用物品的存取。为方便管理,可对每个储物单元进行编号,并对存取物品建立电子档案,后期可通过程序搜索、浏览等快速找到目标物品。
前层具有柜门,柜门可以为平开门、推拉门、折叠门、拉帘门等多种形式,并可以根据顾客需求选择不同的柜门形式。前后层重叠部分即中缝处可以没有柜门,各储物柜之间的间隙接缝处有防尘结构。
移动储物柜上还具有卡锁机构,能固定住以保护儿童安全。

具体实施方式
第一实施例
一种前后多层结构的衣柜。如图2的剖视图,固定衣柜9和移动衣柜11为两体结构,移动衣柜11位于固定衣柜9的前面,构成前后双层结构。固定衣柜9空间结构横截面为“L”形,移动衣柜11空间结构横截面为“一”字形。固定衣柜9立于地面上,稳定性好,通过滑轨、滑轮等连接机构与移动衣柜11相连。储物单元10位于固定衣柜9内。如图1,挂杆1和挂杆3分别固定在挂架1和挂架4内,整体位于固定衣柜9内,用来挂西装、衬衣、套装等不能折叠的衣物。移动衣柜11内有储物单元5共14个,当然可 以根据需要增减。移动衣柜11内有横隔板6,横隔板6可以在侧立壁7上上、下移动并固定在需要的位置。横隔板6可以采用分体即左、右单独移动,也可以一体移动。储物单元10的结构与储物单元5类似。移动衣柜11底部具有滚轮8等滚动机构。移动衣柜11相对固定衣柜9可以朝右侧或前面移出或旋转移出,以便存取后方被覆盖的固定衣柜9内储物单元10中的衣、帽、鞋、袜等。
每个储物单元均有编号,可以对衣物建立电子档案,通过智能电子设备的应用程序对每件衣物进行拍照并记录存放位置和关键词,关键词可以是型号大小、穿着舒适度、搭配组合等。使用时可以通过智能电子设备或计算机程序搜索、浏览等快速找到目标物品,甚至可以推荐搭配组合。还可以通过二维码打印好每件物品的编码,通过二维码管理程序进行管理。
整个衣柜根据房屋层高设计的尽量高,以便更好的利用上部空间。由于是前、后分体结构,对运输、搬运带来便利。
固定衣柜9和移动衣柜11前面具有柜门,可以根据顾客需求选择不同的形式。移动衣柜11、固定衣柜9后壁及侧壁为封闭结构;固定衣柜9右侧储物单元没有柜门,但与移动衣柜11的间隙接缝处有防尘结构。移动层储物柜上方具有卡锁机构,能固定住以保护儿童安全。
总体空间结构横截面形状还可以为左、右镜像结构。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种前后多层结构的储物柜,具有前、后层储物柜,其特征在于前、后方向储物柜层数≥2层;所述前、后层储物柜为固定储物柜或移动储物柜,固定储物柜固定不动,移动储物柜可以相对固定储物柜向前、后、左、右某一个或多个方向移动或相对转动以便存取被覆盖部分的物品或前、后层储物柜均为移动储物柜,储物柜之间可以相对向前、后、左、右某一个或多个方向移动或相对转动以便存取被覆盖部分的物品或前、后层储物柜均为固定储物柜,后层储物柜为多层向侧面或后面开抽屉的结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的前后多层结构的储物柜,其特征在于所述固定储物柜和移动储物柜之间具有连接机构。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的前后多层结构的储物柜,其特征在于所述移动储物柜具有卡锁机构,能固定住以保护儿童安全。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的前后多层结构的储物柜,其特征在于所述储物柜为前后共2层结构衣柜,前层为横截面“一”字形的移动储物柜,后层为横截面“L”形的固定衣柜。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的前后多层结构的储物柜,其特征在于所述前后层储物柜总体结构的横截面形状为前后层为“一”字平行组合结构或“凹”、“凸”组合结构或“凹”、“口”组合结构或“L”和倒“L”组合结构或“E”形结构和“一”字组合结构的多层储物柜。
  6. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的前后多层结构的储物柜,其特征在于所述前层储物柜具有柜门结构,前后层储物柜重叠部分没有柜门结构;前后层储物柜之间的缝隙有防尘结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1~5任一项所述的前后多层结构的储物柜,其特征在于所述前后层储物柜储物单元还具有编号,可以对物品建立电子档案,通过智能电子设备的应用程序对每件物品进行拍照或用二维码打印标识并记录存放位置和关键词;使用时可以通过程序搜索、浏览等快速找到目标物品。
