进一步的技术方案为,支撑机构包括气弹簧支板 9 、滑块 17 、螺栓 16 、气弹簧 7 和第五插销 8 ;气弹簧 7 设置在 第一支撑臂 11 的内部,并通过第二插销 22 固定,气弹簧 7 的输出轴通过第五插销 8 与 气弹簧支板 9 连接;立柱 6 内设置有空腔,螺栓 16 穿过空腔,并与立柱 6 螺纹连接,滑块 17 设置在空腔内,并与螺栓 16 螺纹连接, 滑块 17 还连接气弹簧支板 9 。第五插销 8 的两侧分别设置有滚珠 24 ,第一支撑臂 11 上分别设置有与滚珠 24 配合的滑槽 25 。
通过设置支撑机构,增加第一支撑臂的承载力,进一步提升了显示器调节支架的强度。通过设置气弹簧控制平行四边形角度大小的调节。其中,气弹簧的输出轴连接第五插销,通过气弹簧伸缩,调节角度,实现显示器前后、以及上下移动,还可实现绕着连接点作旋转动作。
第一支撑臂通过支撑机构实现角度调节,而滚珠在该滑槽内滑行,使气弹簧可调范围变大。
进一步地,螺栓 16 的头部和尾部分别与立柱 6 螺纹连接,螺栓 16 的中部位于空腔内。
进一步地,螺栓 16 与立柱 6 呈角度设置。优选地,所述角度为 0 ~ 90 °。
其中,螺栓的头部通过压紧螺母 18 固定,压紧螺母与立柱螺纹连接。通过转动螺栓,使滑块沿着螺栓移动,并改变气弹簧支撑板的角度,从而改变第一支臂作用力(沿气压棒气弹簧轴线方向上)的受力角度,从而调节第一支臂承载力。
其中,螺栓的头部和尾部分别与立柱螺纹连接,螺栓的中部位于空腔内。即螺栓的两头是固定的,而滑块位于空腔内,并沿着螺栓移动,使第一支臂的强度增加,有效防止第一支臂的损坏。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种显示器调节支架,包括底座、立柱、支臂和头部连接件,所述立柱的第一端与所述底座相互转动连接,所述立柱的第二端与所述支臂的第一端活动连接,所述头部连接件与所述支臂的第二端活动连接;
    所述支臂包括第一支臂和第二支臂,所述第一支臂的第一端与所述立柱的第二端铰链连接,所述第一支臂的第二端端面垂直于所述立柱,所述第一支臂的第二端端面还分别与所述第二支臂的第一端端面和所述第二支臂的第二端端面相互平行,所述第一支臂的第二端端面和所述第二支臂的第一端端面配合连接,所述第二支臂的第二端端面和所述头部连接件配合连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示器调节支架,其特征在于,所述头部连接件通过球形头连接所述支臂。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的显示器调节支架,其特征在于,所述第一支臂和所述第二支臂的连接处设置有过线卡;所述第二支臂和所述头部连接件的连接处也设置有过线卡。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的显示器调节支架,其特征在于,所述底座上横向设置有U形夹具,所述U形夹具的一侧通过紧固件固定在所述底座上,所述U形夹具的另一侧与所述底座底部形成卡槽,所述卡槽上设置有胶垫。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的显示器调节支架,其特征在于,所述第一支臂包括第一支撑臂、第二支撑臂、第一插销、第二插销、第三插销、第四插销和连接杆;所述第一支撑臂的第一端卡设于所述立柱外,并通过所述第一插销固定,所述第一支撑臂的第二端外卡设有所述第二支撑臂,并通过所述第二插销固定;所述连接杆的第一端卡设于所述立柱内,并通过所述第三插销固定,所述连接杆的第二端卡设于所述第二支撑臂内,并通过所述第四插销固定;所述连接杆位于所述第一支撑臂的上方。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的显示器调节支架,其特征在于,所述立柱和所述第一支臂之间还连接有支撑机构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的显示器调节支架,其特征在于,所述支撑机构包括气弹簧支板、滑块、螺栓、气弹簧和第五插销;
    所述气弹簧设置在所述第一支撑臂的内部,并通过所述第二插销固定,所述气弹簧的输出轴通过所述第五插销与所述气弹簧支板连接;
    所述立柱内设置有空腔,所述螺栓穿过所述空腔,并与所述立柱螺纹连接,所述滑块设置在空腔内,并与所述螺栓螺纹连接,所述滑块还连接所述气弹簧支板;
    所述第五插销的两侧分别设置有滚珠,所述第一支撑臂上分别设置有与所述滚珠配合的滑槽。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的显示器调节支架,其特征在于,所述螺栓的头部和尾部分别与所述立柱螺纹连接,所述螺栓的中部位于所述空腔内。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的气压式支撑装置,其特征在于,所述螺栓与所述立柱呈角度设置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的气压式支撑装置,其特征在于,所述角度为0~90°。
