一种网络节目的录制方法、装置、系统以及录制节目的播放方法、装置,其中,所述方法包括:CDN频道服务器从频道源站下载节目的分片TS文件;所述CDN频道服务器接收用户终端发送的录制请求消息,其中,所述录制请求消息中包含录制节目的起止时间;所述CDN频道服务器根据所述录制请求消息,在所述下载的TS文件中确定需要录制的TS文件,并生成对应的索引文件。通过本发明实施例,用户终端可以不受限于系统指定的节目单,在任意时间段内录制网络节目。
Description
本申请涉及但不限于CDN(Content Delivery Network,内容分发网络)技术领域,尤其涉及一种网络节目的录制方法、装置、系统以及录制节目的播放方法、装置。
网络带宽的提高和3G/4G无线通信技术的发展,为在电信网络上开展基于媒体内容的增值服务业务提供了可能。CDN系统作为网络中缓存视频、音频、图片和网页的系统,得到进一步广泛的应用。在电信网络中开展多媒体业务,如IPTV网络电视、OTT TV(开放互联网的视频服务),CDN系统也发挥着越来越重要的作用。
当前的OTT TV中比较主流的直播频道服务都是基于HLS(Http Live Streaming,用于实时流传输的协议),TVOD(True Video On Demand,节目录制)、NPVR(Network Personal Video Recorder,个人录制)等业务也都需要基于HLS进行开发;
目前在IPTV和OTT TV中常规的个人录制流程是,首先频道通过正常的节目单已录制成功有节目,用户在机顶盒上操作将已录制的节目归档为个人录制节目,CDN会将已录制的节目单独存储,不同用户针对同一节目的个人录制在CDN上只会存一份,这种方式有效地保证了存储的有效性,不会有多余的存储空间浪费。在相关技术中,如果不以损失部分存储空间为代价,则无法实现对网络节目定制化的个人录制。

以下是对本文详细描述的主题的概述。本概述并非是为了限制权利要求的保护范围。
本发明实施例提供了一种网络节目的录制方法、装置、系统以及录制节目的播放方法、装置,在不损失大量存储空间的前提下,可以实现对网络节目的定制化录制。
一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种网络节目的录制方法,包括:内容分发网络CDN频道服务器从频道源站下载节目的分片TS文件;所述CDN频道服务器接收用户终端发送的录制请求消息,其中,所述录制请求消息中包含录制节目的起止时间;所述CDN频道服务器根据所述录制请求消息,在所述下载的TS文件中确定需要录制的TS文件,并生成对应的索引文件。
可选地,其中,所述CDN频道服务器从频道源站下载分片TS文件,包括:从所述频道源站下载节目的索引文件,根据所述索引文件下载相应的TS文件。
可选地,其中,在所述CDN频道服务器从频道源站下载节目的分片TS文件之后,还包括:将所述TS文件存储在分布式文件系统DFS中。
可选地,其中,所述索引文件为M3U8文件。
可选地,其中,在CDN频道服务器从频道源站下载节目的分片TS文件之后,还包括:所述CDN频道服务器根据用户终端发送的删除录制请求消息,删除未被录制的TS文件。

另一个方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种网络节目的录制装置,设置于CDN频道服务器上,包括:下载模块,设置为从频道源站下载节目的分片TS文件;接收录制请求模块,设置为接收用户终端发送的录制请求消息,其中,所述录制请求消息中包括录制节目的起止时间;生成索引模块,设置为根据所述录制请求消息,在所述下载的TS文件中确定需要录制的TS文件,并生成对应的索引文件。
可选地,所述录制模块,包括:第一下载单元,设置为从所述频道源站下载节目的索引文件;第二下载单元,设置为根据所述索引文件下载相应的
TS文件。
可选地,所述装置还包括:存储模块,设置为将所述TS文件存储在分布式文件系统DFS中。
可选地,其中,所述索引文件为M3U8文件。
可选地,该装置还包括:第一删除模块,设置为根据用户终端发送的删除录制请求消息,删除未被录制的TS文件。

又一个方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种录制节目的播放方法,包括:CDN用户服务器接收用户终端发送的播放请求消息,其中,所述播放请求消息中包含录制节目的起止时间;所述CDN用户服务器根据所述播放请求消息获取对应的索引文件,并发送给所述用户终端;所述CDN用户服务器接收所述用户终端发送的获取TS文件请求,其中,所述TS文件是与所述索引文件对应的;所述CDN用户服务器根据所述获取TS文件请求,读取相应的TS文件并发送给所述用户终端。
可选地,其中,所述CDN用户服务器根据所述播放请求消息获取对应的索引文件,包括:所述CDN用户服务器根据所述播放请求消息查询对应的索引文件存储路径信息,并通知所述用户终端;所述CDN用户服务器接收所述用户终端发送的所述索引文件请求信息,其中,所述索引文件是由所述终端根据所述存储路径信息确定的;根据所述索引文件请求信息,获取所述索引文件。

再一个方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种录制节目的播放装置,设置于CDN用户服务器上,包括:接收播放请求模块,设置为接收用户终端发送的播放请求消息,其中,所述播放请求消息中包括所请求播放录制节目的起止时间;获取索引模块,设置为根据所述播放请求消息获取对应的索引文件,并发送给所述用户终端;第三接收模块,设置为接收所述用户终端发送的获取TS文件请求,其中,所述TS文件是与所述索引文件对应的;读取模块,
设置为根据所述获取TS文件请求,读取相应的TS文件并发送给所述用户终端。
可选地,其中,所述获取索引模块,包括:查询单元,设置为根据所述播放请求消息查询对应的索引文件存储路径信息,并通知所述用户终端;接收索引请求单元,设置为接收所述用户终端发送的所述索引文件请求信息,其中,所述索引文件是由所述终端根据所述存储路径信息确定的;获取单元,设置为根据所述索引文件请求信息,获取所述索引文件。

本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行上述网络节目的录制与播放方法。
通过本发明实施例,CDN频道服务器从频道源站下载节目的分片TS文件;CDN频道服务器接收用户终端发送的录制请求消息,其中,该录制请求消息中包含录制节目的起止时间信息;CDN频道服务器根据该录制请求消息,在下载的TS文件中确定需要录制的TS文件,并生成对应的索引文件。使得用户终端可以不受限于系统指定的节目单,在任意时间段内录制网络节目。

本发明实施例提供了一种网络节目的录制方法,图1是根据本发明实施例的网络节目录制方法流程图,如图1所示,该方法包括:
S102,CDN频道服务器从频道源站下载节目的分片TS文件;
S104,CDN频道服务器接收用户终端发送的录制请求消息,其中,所述录制请求消息中包含录制节目的起止时间信息;
S106,CDN频道服务器根据所述录制请求消息,在所述下载的TS文件中确定需要录制的TS文件,并生成对应的索引文件。

在本发明的一个实施方式中,CDN频道服务器从频道源站下载分片TS文件,包括:从频道源站下载节目的索引文件;根据索引文件下载相应的TS文件。其中,该实施例中的索引文件为M3U8文件。图2是根据本发明实施例的CDN频道服务器下载TS文件流程图,如图2所示,该方法包括:
S202,CDN管理平台(本实施例为IAM,Identity and Access Management,即身份识别与访问管理)向CDN频道服务器(CHANNEL)发起频道创建请求。
S204,CDN频道服务器(CHANNEL)响应频道创建请求,通知IAM收到频道创建任务。
S206,CHANNEL进行本地创建频道的处理,增加频道数据区,处理频道下载文件的准备工作。
S208,CHANNEL的本地频道创建任务处理完成后,在数据库(DB,DataBase)中插入频道记录,频道状态为工作中。
S210,CHANNEL向IAM上报频道创建成功消息。
S212,IAM向CHANNEL响应收到创建成功消息。
S214,本地频道创建成功后,CHANNEL从频道源站下载索引M3U8文件和TS分片文件,其中,CHANNEL先下载M3U8文件,然后根据M3U8文件中的索引信息下载TS文件。
其中,频道为实时直播流,所以频道创建成功后,按照HLS协议,CHANNEL定时从频道源站请求M3U8文件和TS文件在本地存储,也可以存储在DFS(Distributed File System,分布式文件系统)中。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,用户终端发送的录制请求消息中包含录制节目的起止时间信息,还包含频道ID(Identity,即身份识别码)信息、用户ID信息。图3是根据本发明实施例的网络节目录制申请流程图,如图3所示,该流程包括以下步骤:
S302,STB(Set Top Box,机顶盒,即用户终端)向IAM发送NPVR录制申请,申请消息最主要的是包含NPVR的开始时间、结束时间、频道ID和用户ID。
S304,IAM收到STB请求后返回收到NPVR录制申请的响应。
S306,IAM进行用户NPVR功能鉴权,鉴权成功后再执行后续流程。
S308,IAM下发NPVR请求到CDN频道服务器CHANNEL,申请消息中包含NPVR的开始时间、结束时间、用户ID和NPVR节目ID信息。
S310,CHANNEL收到NPVR申请后,返回响应,表示收到申请。
S312,CHANNEL从数据库查询NPVR任务表中是否已存在当前记录,如果已存在则不再插入,如果不存在则将申请记录插入NPVR任务表。标记NPVR任务的状态为待处理。
S314,CHANNEL向IAM上报NPVR申请已成功受理。
S316,IAM向用户展示NPVR申请已受理,在录制中。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,CDN频道服务器CHANNEL定时查询数据库NPVR表,查找到待处理的NPVR任务则开始处理该任务。处理任务前,不区分NPVR任务开始时间和结束时间的情况,只要在频道录制TS回滚时间之前的任务都是可以处理的。图4是根据本发明实施例的网络节目录制处理流程图,如图4所示,该流程包括以下步骤:
S402,CHANNEL定时查询NPVR录制任务表。主要查询录制完成时间和开始时间。
S404,CHANNEL根据NPVR任务的结束时间,判断当前时间是否已完
成了频道TS在NPVR时间段的录制。如果未完成录制,则不处理。如果已完成录制则开始执行S406步骤。
S406,频道TS已录制完成,TS文件中可以提取时间段信息,CHANNEL根据NPVR的开始时间和结束时间确定需要录制哪些TS文件,生成与需要录制的TS文件所对应的M3U8文件。
S408,M3U8文件生成成功后,将数据库的NPVR任务表中的任务状态更新为已完成,数据库中记录M3U8文件名称和存储路径。
S410,CHANNEL向IAM上报NPVR录制成功。
S412,IAM向用户展示NPVR录制已完成。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,只要是NPVR未使用的并且超出频道录制时间的TS文件,都进行删除处理。图5是根据本发明实施例的TS文件回滚流程图,如图5所示,该流程包括:
CHANNEL在创建频道时会确定最大录制时间,在最大时间内,频道会录制完整的分片TS文件。在处理NPVR任务时,只要满足频道在录制TS文件,并且时间到达NPVR任务的结束时间,CHANNEL即可处理生成相应的M3U8文件,并将NPVR使用的TS文件列表信息插入数据库的NPVR录制TS文件表(NPVR_TS表),还在“NPVR录制TS文件表”中记录下TS文件,重复的TS文件记录不重复插入数据库。
CHANNEL回滚录制文件的进程,定时在数据库中查询“NPVR录制TS文件表”,判断表中不存在的并且超出录制时间的TS文件并进行删除。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,CHANNEL根据用户终端发送的删除录制请求消息,将未被录制的TS文件删除。图6是根据本发明实施例的NPVR删除流程图,如图6所示,该流程包括:
NPVR的删除请求消息,从STB下发到IAM,再从IAM下发到CDN频道服务器CHANNEL,该请求消息中同样包含NPVR的开始时间、结束时间、频道ID和用户ID。
CHANNEL根据该NPVR任务的时间段,查询其他NPVR任务的时间段信息,找出该NPVR与其他NPVR任务不重复的时间段,针对不重合的时间
段确定TS文件列表,在NPVR_TS表中删除相应的TS文件记录,并且在数据库的NPVR任务表中删除该NPVR信息。
本发明实施例还提供了一种网络节目的录制装置,设置于CDN频道服务器上,所述服务器包括处理器和程序存储设备,图7是根据本发明实施例的网络节目录制装置结构框图一,如图7所示,该装置包括:
下载模块702,适用于从频道源站下载节目的分片TS文件;
接收录制请求模块704,适用于接收用户终端发送的录制请求消息,其中,该录制请求消息中包括录制节目的起止时间信息;
生成索引模块706,适用于根据该录制请求消息,在上述下载的TS文件中确定需要录制的TS文件,并生成对应的索引文件。

图8是根据本发明实施例的网络节目录制装置结构框图二,在本发明的一个实施方式中,如图8所示,录制模块802还包括:第一下载单元8002,适用于从频道源站下载节目的索引文件M3U8;第二下载单元8004,适用于根据该索引文件M3U8下载相应的TS文件。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,如图8所示,该装置还包括:存储模块808,适用于将上述TS文件存储在分布式文件系统DFS中。
在本发明的一个实施方式中,如图8所示,该装置还包括:第一删除模块810,适用于根据用户终端发送的删除录制请求消息,将未被录制的TS文件删除。该装置还可以包括:第二删除模块812,适用于定时将超过预设时间段且未被录制的TS文件删除。当然上述两个删除模块既可以同时存在,也可以单独设置在该装置中。
本发明实施例还提供了一种录制节目的播放方法,NPVR录制成功之后,
用户即可以通过终端访问并进行播放。图9是根据本发明实施例的录制节目播放方法流程图一,如图9所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
S902,CDN用户服务器接收用户终端发送的播放请求消息,其中,所述播放请求消息中包含录制节目的起止时间信息;
S904,CDN用户服务器根据该播放请求消息获取对应的索引文件,并发送给用户终端;
S906,CDN用户服务器接收用户终端发送的获取TS文件请求,其中,该TS文件是与上述索引文件对应的;

在本法的一个实施方式中,用户通过HTTP消息请求NPVR播放,用户发起播放NPVR的流程消息中包含NPVR开始时间、结束时间以及频道ID信息。图10是根据本发明实施例的录制节目播放方法流程图二,如图2所示,该方法包括以下步骤:
S1002,用户终端(STB)发起HTTP请求NPVR播放,HTTP请求中包含关键信息:NPVR开始时间、结束时间、频道ID、用户ID。
S1004,CDN用户服务器(IAS)收到请求后,在数据库DB的NPVR表中根据节目开始时间、结束时间和频道ID,查询到M3U8文件的路径信息。
S1006,IAS返回STB一个重定向消息,消息中包含了STB下一步请求M3U8文件的URL。
S1008,STB再根据M3U8文件的URL请求IAS。
S1010,IAS根据M3U8文件的路径从分布式文件系统DFS中获取到M3U8文件。
S1012,IAS将M3U8文件返回给STB。
S1014,根据HLS协议,M3U8文件中包含了STB下一步请求所需要的所有TS列表。STB根据TS的URL列表持续请求IAS去获取相应的分片TS文件。

CDN频道服务器CHANNEL,包括:下载模块,适用于从频道源站下载节目的分片TS文件;接收录制请求模块,适用于接收用户终端发送的录制请求消息,其中,所述录制请求消息中包括录制节目的起止时间信息;生成索引模块,适用于根据所述录制请求消息,在所述下载的TS文件中确定需要录制的TS文件,并生成对应的索引文件;
分布式文件系统DFS,适用于存储所述TS文件。
其中,该系统所在的CDN系统中包括:
终端STB与CDN管理平台IAM的接口(A接口),适用于IAM接收STB发送的请求消息,以及展示录制成功后的消息;
IAM与CDN频道服务器CHANNEL的接口(B接口),适用于IAM给CHANNEL下发请求,主要是频道创建请求和NPVR录制请求,CHANNEL位于CDN节点中,IAM可以同时管理多个CDN节点;
STB与用户管理服务器IAS的接口(C接口),适用于用户通过STB访问CDN,并播放所录制的节目。
通过本发明实施例,CHANNEL从频道源站下载节目的分片TS文件;DFS对下载的TS文件进行存储;CHANNEL接收用户终端发送的附有录制节目起止时间信息的录制请求消息;CHANNEL根据该录制请求消息,在下载的TS文件中确定需要录制的TS文件,并生成对应的索引文件。使用户终端可以不受限于系统指定的节目单,在任意时间段内录制网络节目。
可选地,该系统还可以包括:CDN管理平台IAM,可以向CHANNEL
下发频道创建的信息,接收并处理用户终端发送的录制申请,并转发给CHANNEL。
可选地,IAM还可以将多种流程状态信息通知用户终端,比如CHANNEL创建频道成功的消息、NPVR申请已受理的消息、NPVR录制成功的消息等。
当然,本发明实施例中的网络节目录制系统还包括有数据库,这种数据库是现有技术中的通用数据库即可,适用于存储网络节目录制过程中的数据,比如存储NPVR任务表、CHANNEL创建的频道记录、M3U8文件的名称和存储路径信息、NPVR_TS表等。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例的中的NPVR是个人定制化的录制,时间段由终端用户设置。存储空间占用方面,以TS文件为最小的存储单元,TS文件分割的越小,存储越精确,但也意味着文件越多,可以根据实际情况分割,目前HLS常用的分割是一个TS分片播放10秒钟的视频。不同的个人录制,CDN系统只生成对应的m3u8文件,TS文件仅存储一份,有效地节省了存储空间占用,并同时提高了用户体验。另外对比传统IPTV中的个人录制也更具有优势,媒体文件分片存储的方式,使得NPVR存储更加精确化,是一个极大的优势。在传统的IPTV系统中,有如图所示的三个NPVR个人录制,系统中存储的最小单元是节目,所以系统至少需要存储三个完整的节目,来满足NPVR的要求。而基于分片的存储,如果也是一样的三个NPVR个人录制,则可以精确到个人录制1的开始时间和个人录制3的结束时间,有效节省了存储空间占用,是一个极大的优势。
最后,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明实施例的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。

通过本发明实施例,CDN频道服务器从频道源站下载节目的分片TS文件;CDN频道服务器接收用户终端发送的包含录制节目的起止时间的录制请求消息;CDN频道服务器根据该录制请求消息,在下载的TS文件中确定需要录制的TS文件,并生成对应的索引文件,可以使用户终端不受限于系统指定的节目单,在任意时间段内录制网络节目。
Claims (22)
- 一种网络节目的录制方法,包括:内容分发网络CDN频道服务器从频道源站下载节目的分片TS文件;所述CDN频道服务器接收用户终端发送的录制请求消息,其中,所述录制请求消息中包含录制节目的起止时间;所述CDN频道服务器根据所述录制请求消息,在所述下载的TS文件中确定需要录制的TS文件,并生成对应的索引文件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述CDN频道服务器从频道源站下载分片TS文件,包括:从所述频道源站下载节目的索引文件;根据所述索引文件下载相应的TS文件。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,在所述CDN频道服务器从频道源站下载节目的分片TS文件之后,还包括:将所述TS文件存储在分布式文件系统DFS中。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述索引文件为M3U8文件。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的方法,其中,在CDN频道服务器从频道源站下载节目的分片TS文件之后,还包括:所述CDN频道服务器根据用户终端发送的删除录制请求消息,删除未被录制的TS文件。
- 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,在CDN频道服务器从频道源站下载节目的分片TS文件之后,还包括:所述CDN频道服务器定时删除超过预设时间段且未被录制的TS文件。
- 一种网络节目的录制装置,设置于CDN频道服务器上,包括:下载模块,设置为从频道源站下载节目的分片TS文件;接收录制请求模块,设置为接收用户终端发送的录制请求消息,其中,所述录制请求消息中包括录制节目的起止时间;生成索引模块,设置为根据所述录制请求消息,在所述下载的TS文件中确定需要录制的TS文件,并生成对应的索引文件。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其中,所述录制模块包括:第一下载单元,设置为从所述频道源站下载节目的索引文件;第二下载单元,设置为根据所述索引文件下载相应的TS文件。
- 根据权利要求8所述的装置,还包括:存储模块,设置为将所述TS文件存储在分布式文件系统DFS中。
- 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其中,所述索引文件为M3U8文件。
- 根据权利要求7至10任一项所述的装置,还包括:第一删除模块,设置为根据用户终端发送的删除录制请求消息,删除未被录制的TS文件。
- 根据权利要求11所述的装置,还包括:第二删除模块,设置为定时删除超过预设时间段且未被录制的TS文件。
- 一种录制节目的播放方法,包括:CDN用户服务器接收用户终端发送的播放请求消息,其中,所述播放请求消息中包含录制节目的起止时间;所述CDN用户服务器根据所述播放请求消息获取对应的索引文件,并发送给所述用户终端;所述CDN用户服务器接收所述用户终端发送的获取TS文件请求,其中,所述TS文件是与所述索引文件对应的;所述CDN用户服务器根据所述获取TS文件请求,读取相应的TS文件并发送给所述用户终端。
- 根据权利要求13所述的方法,其中,所述CDN用户服务器根据所述播放请求消息获取对应的索引文件,包括:所述CDN用户服务器根据所述播放请求消息查询对应的索引文件存储路径信息,并通知所述用户终端;所述CDN用户服务器接收所述用户终端发送的所述索引文件请求信息,其中,所述索引文件是由所述终端根据所述存储路径信息确定的;根据所述索引文件请求信息,获取所述索引文件。
- 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中,所述索引文件为M3U8文件。
- 一种录制节目的播放装置,设置于CDN用户服务器上,包括:接收播放请求模块,设置为接收用户终端发送的播放请求消息,其中,所述播放请求消息中包括所请求播放录制节目的起止时间;获取索引模块,设置为根据所述播放请求消息获取对应的索引文件,并发送给所述用户终端;第三接收模块,设置为接收所述用户终端发送的获取TS文件请求,其中,所述TS文件是与所述索引文件对应的;读取模块,设置为根据所述获取TS文件请求,读取相应的TS文件并发送给所述用户终端。
- 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其中,所述获取索引模块包括:查询单元,设置为根据所述播放请求消息查询对应的索引文件存储路径信息,并通知所述用户终端;接收索引请求单元,设置为接收所述用户终端发送的所述索引文件请求信息,其中,所述索引文件是由所述终端根据所述存储路径信息确定的;获取单元,设置为根据所述索引文件请求信息,获取所述索引文件。
- 根据权利要求17所述的装置,其中,所述索引文件为M3U8文件。
- 一种网络节目的录制系统,包括:CDN频道服务器CHANNEL和分布式文件系统DFS;所述CDN频道服务器CHANNEL,包括:下载模块,设置为向频道源站下载节目的分片TS文件;接收录制请求模块,设置为接收用户终端发送的录制请求消息,其中,所述录制请求消息中包括录制节目的起止时间信息;生成索引模块,设置为根据所述录制请求消息,在所述下载的TS 文件中确定需要录制的TS文件,并生成对应的索引文件;所述分布式文件系统DFS,设置为存储所述TS文件。
- 根据权利要求19所述的系统,还包括:CDN管理平台IAM,设置为将用户终端发送的所述录制请求消息转发给所述CDN频道服务器。
- 根据权利要求20所述的系统,其中,所述CDN管理平台IAM,还设置为将流程状态信息通知所述用户终端。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1-6,13-15任一项的方法。
