Description

工业大风扇开关调速面板 技术领域:
本发明涉及吊扇技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种工业大风扇所用的面板型的电源开关和调速开关。
背景技术:
CN203081807U公开了一种工业超大型风扇,见图1所示,它由吊架A1、箱体A2、电机A3和叶轮A4组成,它的电机A3固定在箱体A2中,吊架A1的下端与箱体A2固定在一起,叶轮A4固定在电机A3的转轴上。其不足之处是:由于它的电机较大,所以只能固定在箱体A2中,而电机A3一般要求采用变频电机,于是它的控制盒A5一般只能在厂房的另一个位置放置或固定,控制盒A5中一般为变频器A51和变频器和电机控制线路板A52,这样整个控制盒A5体积庞大,占用空间也大,需要在厂房内单独设置控制盒A5的安装空间和位置。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种工业大风扇开关调速面板,它将工业大风扇的电机和变频器的电源开关及电机的调速开关设置在同一开关面板上,使得工业大风扇控制系统安装更为简单方便,占用体积小,同时安装后不破坏厂房的整体美感。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
工业大风扇开关调速面板,包括工业大风扇的变频电机及与变频 电机配套使用的变频器,开关面板上安装有电源开关和变频器调压开关组成,电源开关上电连接有工业大风扇的变频器的电源供电线,变频器调压开关调节变频器的输出频率,电源供电线及变频器调压开关与变频器的电连接的变频器调压导线均从厂房的墙体走线,开关面板通过螺钉固定在墙体上的线盒中;电源供电线和变频器调压导线的接线头置于墙体上的线盒中,开关面板盖在该线盒的表面上。
所述工业大风扇的变频器固定在箱体中,吊架的下端固定在箱体的上端,变频电机为外转子电机,外转子电机的定轴固定在箱体的下部,扇叶固定在外转子电机上。
所述电源供电线和变频器调压导线均从箱体和吊架中走线。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它将工业大风扇的电机和变频器的电源开关及电机的调速开关设置在同一开关面板上,使得工业大风扇控制系统安装更为简单方便,占用体积小,同时安装后不破坏厂房的整体美感。

具体实施方式:
实施例:见图2所示,工业大风扇开关调速面板,包括工业大风 扇的变频电机5及与变频电机5配套使用的变频器4,开关面板1上安装有电源开关2和变频器调压开关3组成,电源开关2上电连接有工业大风扇的变频器4的电源供电线6,变频器调压开关3调节变频器4的输出频率,电源供电线6及变频器调压开关3与变频器4的电连接的变频器调压导线7均从厂房的墙体8走线,开关面板1通过螺钉固定在墙体8上的线盒81中;电源供电线6和变频器调压导线7的接线头置于墙体8上的线盒81中,开关面板1盖在该线盒81的表面上。
所述工业大风扇的变频器4固定在箱体10中,吊架9的下端固定在箱体10的上端,变频电机5为外转子电机,外转子电机的定轴51固定在箱体10的下部,扇叶11固定在外转子电机上。
所述电源供电线6和变频器调压导线7均从箱体10和吊架9中走线。
工作原理:现有技术中工业大风扇的控制盒是做一个大箱子放置在厂房内,这样这个控制盒就需要地方放置和固定,不管将这个大箱子放置或固定在厂房的任何位置,均会造成占用空间和体积,同时控制盒还得走线,这个大箱子放在厂房内总是有点碍事。
本发明将这个大箱子的控制盒变成了一个形成开关面板的控制装置,这样就减小了工业大风扇控制系统所占用的体积,同时安装时不影响厂房内任何其它的设置,所以它安装更为方便,占用体积小,同时安装后不破坏厂房的整体感。
将一个大箱子样的控制盒做成面板型开关的样子,也可以减少工 业大风扇的包装体积,让工业大风扇运输起来也更方便。
本发明所用的变频电机5可以参看CN203645515U公开的一种工业大风扇外转子永磁同步电机。

Claims (3)

  1. 工业大风扇开关调速面板,包括工业大风扇的变频电机(5)及与变频电机(5)配套使用的变频器(4),其特征在于:开关面板(1)上安装有电源开关(2)和变频器调压开关(3)组成,电源开关(2)上电连接有工业大风扇的变频器(4)的电源供电线(6),变频器调压开关(3)调节变频器(4)的输出频率,电源供电线(6)及变频器调压开关(3)与变频器(4)的电连接的变频器调压导线(7)均从厂房的墙体(8)走线,开关面板(1)通过螺钉固定在墙体(8)上的线盒(81)中;电源供电线(6)和变频器调压导线(7)的接线头置于墙体(8)上的线盒(81)中,开关面板(1)盖在该线盒(81)的表面上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的工业大风扇开关调速面板,其特征在于:工业大风扇的变频器(4)固定在箱体(10)中,吊架(9)的下端固定在箱体(10)的上端,变频电机(5)为外转子电机,外转子电机的定轴(51)固定在箱体(10)的下部,扇叶(11)固定在外转子电机上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的工业大风扇开关调速面板,其特征在于:电源供电线(6)和变频器调压导线(7)均从箱体(10)和吊架(9)中走线。
