Description

语音通话方法、装置以及语音通话器 技术领域
本发明实施例涉及通讯领域,特别涉及一种语音通话方法、装置以及语音通话器。
背景技术
VOIP(Voice over Internet Protocol,IP通话)是使用数据通信网络,例如3G/4G网络、Wifi网络等进行语音通话的技术。和使用传统模拟通讯网络的语音通话相比,VOIP可以提供比采用传统模拟通讯网络的普通语音通话更多、更好的服务,例如对于用户来说,VOIP的费用可以更加低廉。因此,VOIP得到了越来越广泛的应用。
如果终端同时集成了普通语音通话功能和VOIP功能,那么通话双方可以使用普通语音通话功能进行通话,或者使用VOIP功能进行通话,或者一方使用VOIP功能另一方使用普通语音通话功能进行通话。
现有技术中,当主叫终端寻呼被叫终端时,通常根据主叫终端的设置和被叫终端的IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem,IP多媒体子系统)服务注册状态来决定双方采用的通话类型;其中,IMS是由3GPP标准组织提出的,在基于IP的网络上提供多媒体业务的通用网络架。例如,如果主叫终端设置为首选VOIP的类型,则主叫终端首先发起查询请求至服务器,服务器根据查询请求查询被叫终端的IMS服务注册状态,并将被叫终端的IMS服务注册状态反馈至主叫终端。如果被叫终端为IMS已注册,那么主叫终端发起VOIP通话请求至服务器,服务器以VOIP的通话类型寻呼被叫终端,并在主叫终端和被叫终端之间建立VOIP通话通道;如果被叫终端的IMS未注册,那么主叫终端转为发起普通语音通话请求至服务器,服务器以普通语音通话呼叫被叫终端,并通过服务器在主叫终端和被叫终端之间建立普通语音通话通道。
根据主叫终端的设置和被叫终端的IMS服务注册状态来决定采用的通话类型可能会影响用户的使用体验。例如,当被叫终端的IMS已注册但数据通讯网络状态较差时,如果主叫终端发起VOIP通话请求,由于被叫终端的网络状态很差,双方可能无法建立VOIP通话通道,或者即使双方建立了VOIP通话通道,通话质量也很差。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明实施例的目的是提供一种语音通话方法、装置以及语音通话器,可以提高语音通话时选择通话类型的合理性。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例公开了如下技术方案:
第一方面,提供了一种语音通话方法,用于服务器,所述方法包括:
接收主叫终端呼叫被叫终端的通话请求;
根据所述通话请求确定被叫终端的语音通话类型;
采用所述被叫终端的语音通话类型呼叫所述被叫终端;
在呼叫所述被叫终端后,建立所述主叫终端与所述服务器、所述服务器与所述被叫终端之间的语音通话通道;
其中,所述语音通话类型为普通语音通话类型或IP语音通话类型。

本发明实施例提供了一种语音通话方法、装置以及语音通话器,本发明中实施例中,服务器接收主叫终端呼叫被叫终端的通话请求,根据主叫终端的通话请求来确定被叫终端的语音通话的类型,并在终端与服务器、服务器与被叫终端之间建立语音通话通道,其中服务器与被叫终端之间的语音通话通道的类型与所述被叫终端的语音通话类型相对应,能解决被叫终端语音通话类型确定时仅根据IMS服务注册状态来决定,忽略了网络状态等因素的弊端,可以提高语音通话时选择通话类型的合理性,能提高用户的使用体验。

本发明实施例提供了一种语音通话方法,能提高用户在语音通话时的用户体验。
图1所示为本发明实施例提供的一种语音通话方法的流程图。本实施例的语音通话的方法主要针对背景技术中提出的、现有技术中仅根据被叫终端的IMS注册状态来决定通话类型,而忽略了被叫终端的用户设置、用户喜好,特别是被叫终端的网络状态的弊端,可以提高语音通话时选择通话类型的合理性。
如图1所示,所述方法包括:
步骤101,服务器接收主叫终端呼叫被叫终端的通话请求。
步骤102,服务器根据所述通话请求确定被叫终端的语音通话类型。
本发明实施例中,语音通话类型为普通语音通话类型或IP语音通话类型
步骤103,服务器采用所述被叫终端的语音通话类型呼叫所述被叫终端。
步骤104,在成功呼叫所述被叫终端后,服务器建立所述主叫终端与所述服务器、所述服务器与被叫终端之间的语音通话通道。
本发明实施例中,如果语音通话通道是普通语音通话通道,那么该通道中的语音通话为普通语音通话,如果语音通话通道是IP通话语音通道,那么该通道中的语音通话为IP语音通话。
上述步骤102中,服务器根据通话请求确定被叫终端的语音通话类型,包括:
服务器根据所述主叫终端的通话请求获取所述被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态;
服务器根据所述被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态,确定所述被叫终端的语音通话类型。
本发明实施例中,被叫终端的网络状态指服务器与被叫终端之间的数据网络状态,数据网络可以是Wifi网络,或3G/4G网络,网络状态包括以下至少一种:
带宽、丢包率、时延、数据发送/接收速率、带宽占用率。
本发明的一个实施例中,如果被叫终端的带宽过窄,或者丢包率超过丢包率阈值,或者时延超过时延阈值,或者数据发送/接收速率过低,或者带宽被大量占用等,说明 被叫终端的网络状态较差或不适应接收VOIP,在这些情况下,即使建立了VOIP通道,被叫终端的VOIP也无法流畅的进行,因此,如果网络状态较差,被叫终端的语音通话类型最好避免确定为VOIP。
上述各阈值可以在通话策略中进行设置。

预设时间段与接受的语音通话类型的对应关系,例如在工作时间段采用3G/4G网络,为避免流量消耗过多,不接受VOIP;在休闲时段,连接至wifi网络,可以接受VOIP。
通过预设的连接方式连接网络时,接受或不接受的语音通话的类型,例如在连接wifi网络时可以接受VOIP,其他网络连接时不接受VOIP。
语音通话进行时,接受或不接受的语音通话的类型;
根据历史呼叫信息、用户设置确定的首选语音通话方式。
本发明实施例的语音通话方法中,服务器根据主叫终端的通话请求获取被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态,并根据被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态来确定被叫终端的语 音通话类型,使被叫终端的语音通话类型更贴合被叫终端的设置、被叫终端用户的个人喜好,同时考虑到了被叫终端的网络状态,避免了因被叫终端网络状况不良而造成的VOIP难以进行的弊端,可以提高语音通话时选择通话类型的合理性,提高用户的使用体验。
上述实施例中,被叫终端语音通话的类型由服务器来确定,在本发明其他实施例中,被叫终端的语音通话类型也可以由主叫终端来确定。
在步骤102之前,即根据主叫终端的通话请求确定被叫终端的语音通话类型之前,所述方法还包括:
接收所述主叫终端发起的查询请求;
根据所述查询请求获取被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态;

根据所述主叫终端的通话请求中包含的指示被叫终端的语音通话类型的信息确定被叫终端的语音通话类型,可以使主叫终端与服务器之间的语音通话通道,以及服务器与被叫终端的语音通话通道不同,灵活性更高。
本发明上述实施例中,主叫终端通过服务器获取被叫终端的语音通话策略和网络状态,并根据被叫终端的语音通话策略和网络状态来确定被叫终端的语音通话类型,使被叫终端的语音通话类型更贴合被叫终端的设置、被叫终端用户的个人喜好,同时考虑到了被叫终端的网络状态,避免了因被叫终端网络状况不良而造成的语音通话难以进行的弊端,提高了用户的使用体验。此外,将确定被叫终端语音通话类型的操作从服务器一侧移至主叫终端一侧进行,可以降低服务器的负载。
本发明实施例中,确定被叫终端的语音通话类型,是根据通话请求对应的语音通话类型,或是根据通话请求中包含的指示被叫终端的语音通话类型的信息,在系统初始化时可以预先设置,也可以在系统运行时更改。
在上述实施例中,无论被叫终端的语音通话类型由服务器确定还是由主叫终端确定,服务器都可以对被叫终端的语音通话类型进行干预。
在步骤102之后,服务器在根据所述通话请求确定被叫终端的语音通话类型之后,采用所述被叫终端的语音通话类型呼叫所述被叫终端之前,所述方法还包括:
服务器根据当前不同的语音通话类型的负载状况,对所述语音通话类型进行调整,以调整后的语音通话类型作为所述被叫终端的语音通话类型。
如果根据本发明实施例的方法确定被叫终端的语音通话类型是IP通话类型,但是服务器上,或其他相关设备上的IP通话的负载已经临界或超过了负载阈值,那么服务器会调整被叫终端的语音通话类型为普通语音通话。同理,如果确定的语音通话类型是普通语音通话,但是服务器上,或其他相关设备上的普通语音通话的负载已经临界或超过了负载阈值,服务器会调整被叫终端的语音通话类型为IP通话。
本发明实施例中,服务器根据当前不同的语音通话类型的负载状况,对所述语音通话类型进行调整,避免了服务器因当前语音通话类型负载过大时,无法在主叫终端 和被叫终端之间建立相应通话类型对应的语音通话通道的问题,可以提高语音通话时选择通话类型的合理性,提高用户的使用体验。
图2所示为本发明实施例的语音通话方法的流程图,如图2所示,所述方法包括:
步骤201,服务器接收主叫终端呼叫被叫终端的通话请求。

例如,如果通话策略中IMS已注册,且用户优选IP通话,且网络状态良好,那么可以确定被叫终端为IP语音通话类型。
步骤204,服务器根据当前不同的语音通话类型的负载状况,对所述语音通话类型进行调整,以调整后的语音通话类型作为所述被叫终端的语音通话类型。
如果服务器上IP通话的负载已经超过了负载阈值,那么重新确定被叫终端为普通语音通话类型。
步骤205,服务器采用所述被叫终端的语音通话类型呼叫所述被叫终端。
步骤206,服务器建立所述主叫终端与服务器、服务器与被叫终端之间的语音通话通道。
本实施例中,服务器根据被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态确定被叫终端的语音通话类型,可以提高用户的使用体验。
图3所示为本发明实施例的语音通话方法的流程图,图3所示的实施例中,被叫终端403的通话策略包括:IMS已经注册,全天首选接收VOIP,在连接WIFI网络时不接受VOIP,网络状态优。但是服务器上VOIP负载超过阈值。
如图3所示,所述方法包括:
步骤301,服务器接收主叫终端发起的查询请求。
步骤302,服务器根据所述查询请求获取被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态。
步骤303,服务器将所述被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态发送给所述主叫终端,以使所述主叫终端根据所述通话策略和网络状态确定被叫终端的语音通话类型为VOIP。
步骤304,主叫终端发送通话请求至服务器,通话请求中包含指示被叫终端的语音通话类型为VOIP的信息。
步骤305,根据所述主叫终端的通话请求中包含的指示被叫终端的语音通话类型为VOIP的信息,确定所述被叫终端的语音通话类型为VOIP。
在本发明其他实施例中,该步骤中,还可以根据所述主叫终端的通话请求对应的语音通话类型,确定所述被叫终端的语音通话类型。
步骤306,服务器当前VOIP的负载超过负载阈值,服务器调整被叫终端的语音通话类型为普通语音通话类型。步骤307,服务器采用普通语音通话类型呼叫所述被叫终端。
步骤308,服务器建立所述主叫终端与服务器、服务器与被叫终端之间的语音通话通道,其中,服务器与被叫终端之间的语音通话通道为普通语音通话类型。
本实施例中,被叫终端的语音通话类型由主叫终端来确定,可以把服务器上的部分操作移至主叫终端一侧来处理,可以减轻服务器上的负载压力。
图4所示为本发明实施例的应用场景的示意图,如图4所示,被叫终端403的通话策略包括:IMS已经注册,全天首选接收VOIP,在连接WIFI网络时不接受VOIP,网络状态优。
主叫终端402设置为首选普通通话。
主叫终端402呼叫被叫终端403时,先发送通话请求至服务器401,服务器401在接收到主叫终端402的通话请求后,从被叫终端403获取被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态,并根据被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态确定被叫终端的语音通话类型为VOIP。服务器401采用VOIP呼叫被叫终端,并建立主叫终端402与服务器401之间的普通语音通话通道,在服务器401与被叫终端403之间建立VOIP对应的VOIP通话通道。这样,主叫终端402可以采用普通语音通话,而被叫终端403则采用了VOIP。
本发明实施例的语音通话方法,可以提高语音通话时选择通话类型的合理性,可以提高用户的使用体验。
本发明实施例还提供了一种语音通话方法,用于主叫终端,所述方法包括:
发送查询请求至服务器,以使所述服务器根据所述查询请求获取被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态;
接收所述服务器反馈的被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态;
根据所述被叫终端的通话策略确定所述被叫终端的语音通话类型;
发送呼叫被叫终端的通话请求至服务器,所述通话请求的语音通话类型与所述确定的被叫终端的语音通话类型相同,或者,所述呼叫请求中包含指示所述被叫终端的语音通话类型的信息。
和上述方法相对应,本发明实施例还提供了一种语音通话装置,设置于服务器。图5所示为本发明实施例的语音通话装置的结构示意图,如图5所示,所述装置包括:
通话请求接收单元501,用于接收主叫终端呼叫被叫终端的通话请求;
第一通话类型确定单元502,用于根据所述通话请求确定被叫终端的语音通话类型;
呼叫单元503,用于采用所述被叫终端的语音通话类型呼叫所述被叫终端;
通道建立单元504,用于在成功呼叫所述被叫终端后,建立所述主叫终端与所述服务器、所述服务器与被叫终端之间的语音通话通道;
其中,所述语音通话类型为普通语音通话类型或IP语音通话类型。
可选的,第一通话类型确定单元502包括:
策略和状态获取子单元,用于根据所述主叫终端的通话请求获取所述被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态;
确定子单元,用于根据所述被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态,确定所述被叫终端的语音通话类型。
可选的,所述被叫终端的网络状态为所述服务器与被叫终端之间的数据网络状态,包括以下至少一种:
带宽、丢包率、时延、数据发送/接收速率、带宽占用率。
可选的,所述策略和状态获取子单元具体用于:
根据所述主叫终端的通话请求获取被叫终端的号码;
根据所述被叫终端的号码从所述被叫终端获取被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态, 或用于根据所述被叫终端的号码从本地获取被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态。
可选的,所述装置还包括接收单元,用于接收所述被叫终端发送的通话策略和网络状态。
可选的,所述装置还包括:
查询请求接收单元,用于接收所述主叫终端发起的查询请求;
获取单元,用于根据所述查询请求获取被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态;
第一反馈单元,用于将所述被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态发送给所述主叫终端,以使所述主叫终端根据所述通话策略和网络状态确定被叫终端的语音通话类型;
所述第一通话类型确定单元用于根据所述主叫终端的通话请求对应的语音通话类型或者根据所述主叫终端的通话请求中包含的指示被叫终端的语音通话类型的信息,确定所述被叫终端的语音通话类型。
可选的,所述装置还包括调整单元,用于根据当前不同的语音通话类型的负载状况,对所述语音通话类型进行调整,以调整后的语音通话类型作为所述被叫终端的语音通话类型。
本发明实施例的语音通话装置,可以提高语音通话时选择通话类型的合理性,提高用户的使用体验。
和上述语音通话方法、语音通话装置相对应,本发明实施例还提供了一种语音通话器,设置于服务器。图6所示为本发明实施例的语音通话器的结构示意图,如图6所示,所述语音通话器包括:收发器601、处理器602和存储器603。
收发器601,用于与所述服务器外部进行通信;
存储器603用于存储数据和指令;处理器602可以执行存储器603中存储的指令;
处理器602,用于通过收发器601接收主叫终端呼叫被叫终端的通话请求;
处理器602,还用于根据所述通话请求确定被叫终端的语音通话类型;
处理器602,还用于采用所述被叫终端的语音通话类型呼叫所述被叫终端;
处理器602还用于在呼叫所述被叫终端后,建立所述主叫终端与所述服务器、所述服务器与被叫终端之间的语音通话通道;
其中,所述语音通话类型为普通语音通话类型或IP语音通话类型。
可选的,所述处理器602在根据所述通话请求确定被叫终端的语音通话类型时, 具体用于:
根据所述主叫终端的通话请求获取所述被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态;
根据所述被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态,确定所述被叫终端的语音通话类型。
可选的,所述被叫终端的网络状态为所述服务器与被叫终端之间的数据网络状态,包括以下至少一种:
带宽、丢包率、时延、数据发送/接收速率、带宽占用率。
可选的,所述处理器602在根据所述主叫终端的通话请求获取所述被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态时,具体用于:
根据所述主叫终端的通话请求获取被叫终端的号码;
根据所述被叫终端的号码从所述被叫终端获取被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态,或用于根据所述被叫终端的号码从本地获取被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态。
可选的,所述处理器602还用于:在从本地获取所述被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态之前,通过收发器601接收所述被叫终端发送的通话策略和网络状态。
可选的,所述处理器602还用于:
在根据所述主叫终端的通话请求确定所述被叫终端的语音通话类型之前,通过收发器601接收所述主叫终端发起的查询请求;
根据所述查询请求获取被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态;
通过收发器601将所述被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态发送给所述主叫终端,以使所述主叫终端根据所述通话策略和网络状态确定被叫终端的语音通话类型;
根据所述主叫终端的通话请求对应的语音通话类型或者根据所述主叫终端的通话请求中包含的指示被叫终端的语音通话类型的信息,确定所述被叫终端的语音通话类型。
可选的,所述处理器602还用于:在根据所述通话请求确定被叫终端的语音通话类型之后,采用所述被叫终端的语音通话类型呼叫所述被叫终端之前,根据当前不同的语音通话类型的负载状况,对所述语音通话类型进行调整,以调整后的语音通话类型作为所述被叫终端的语音通话类型。
本发明实施例的语音通话装置可以提高语音通话时选择通话类型的合理性,提高用户的使用体验。
本发明实施例提供了一种语音通话方法、装置以及语音通话器,在本发明实施例中,服务器或主叫终端根据被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态来确定被叫终端的语音通话类型,使被叫终端的语音通话类型更贴合被叫终端的设置、被叫终端用户的个人喜好,同时考虑到了被叫终端的网络状态,避免了因被叫终端网络状况不良而造成的VOIP难以进行的弊端。此外,服务器还根据当前语音通话类型的负载情况对被叫终端的语音通话类型进行调节,避免了服务器因负载过大而无法使主叫终端与被叫终端建立语音通话通道的问题,可以提高语音通话时选择通话类型的合理性,提高用户的使用体验。

Claims (24)

  1. 一种语音通话方法,其特征在于,应用于服务器,所述方法包括:
    接收主叫终端呼叫被叫终端的通话请求;
    根据所述通话请求确定被叫终端的语音通话类型;
    采用所述被叫终端的语音通话类型呼叫所述被叫终端;
    在呼叫所述被叫终端后,建立所述主叫终端与所述服务器、所述服务器与所述被叫终端之间的语音通话通道;
    其中,所述语音通话类型为普通语音通话类型或IP语音通话类型。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据通话请求确定被叫终端的语音通话类型,包括:
    根据所述主叫终端的通话请求获取所述被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态;
    根据所述被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态,确定所述被叫终端的语音通话类型。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述被叫终端的网络状态为所述服务器与被叫终端之间的数据网络状态,包括以下至少一种:
    带宽、丢包率、时延、数据发送/接收速率、带宽占用率。
  4. 如权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据主叫终端的通话请求获取被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态,包括:
    根据所述主叫终端的通话请求获取被叫终端的号码;
    根据所述被叫终端的号码从所述被叫终端获取被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态,或根据所述被叫终端的号码从本地获取被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述从本地获取被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述被叫终端发送的通话策略和网络状态。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的语音通话方法,其特征在于,所述根据主叫终端的通话请求确定被叫终端的语音通话类型之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述主叫终端发起的查询请求;
    根据所述查询请求获取被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态;
    将所述被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态发送给所述主叫终端,以使所述主叫终端根据所述通话策略和网络状态确定被叫终端的语音通话类型;
    所述根据主叫终端的通话请求确定被叫终端的语音通话类型,包括:
    根据所述主叫终端的通话请求对应的语音通话类型,确定所述被叫终端的语音通话类型。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的语音通话方法,其特征在于,所述根据主叫终端的通话请求确定被叫终端的语音通话类型之前,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述主叫终端发起的查询请求;
    根据所述查询请求获取被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态;
    将所述被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态发送给所述主叫终端,以使所述主叫终端根据所述通话策略和网络状态确定被叫终端的语音通话类型;
    所述根据主叫终端的通话请求确定被叫终端的语音通话类型,包括:
    根据所述主叫终端的通话请求中包含的指示被叫终端的语音通话类型的信息,确定所述被叫终端的语音通话类型。
  8. 如权利要求2至7任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述通话请求确定被叫终端的语音通话类型之后,采用所述被叫终端的语音通话类型呼叫所述被叫终端之前,所述方法还包括:
    根据当前不同的语音通话类型的负载状况,对所述语音通话类型进行调整,以调整后的语音通话类型作为所述被叫终端的语音通话类型。
  9. 如权利要求2至7任一项所述的语音通话的方法,其特征在于,所述被叫终端的通话策略包括:
    被叫终端的IP多媒体子系统服务注册状态;
    所述通话策略还包括以下至少一种:
    被叫终端当前接受的语音通话类型;
    指示被叫终端的网络状态的参数在低于阈值时,接受或不接受的语音通话的类型;
    预设时间段与接受的语音通话类型的对应关系;
    通过预设的连接方式连接网络时,接受或不接受的语音通话的类型;
    语音通话进行时,接受或不接受的语音通话的类型;
    根据历史呼叫信息、用户设置确定的首选语音通话方式。
  10. 一种语音通话方法,其特征在于,应用于主叫终端,所述方法包括:
    发送查询请求至服务器,以使所述服务器根据所述查询请求获取被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态;
    接收所述服务器反馈的被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态;
    根据所述被叫终端的通话策略确定所述被叫终端的语音通话类型;
    发送呼叫被叫终端的通话请求至服务器,所述通话请求的语音通话类型与所述确定的被叫终端的语音通话类型相同,或者,所述呼叫请求中包含指示所述被叫终端的语音通话类型的信息。
  11. 一种语音通话装置,设置于服务器,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    通话请求接收单元,用于接收主叫终端呼叫被叫终端的通话请求;
    第一通话类型确定单元,用于根据所述通话请求确定被叫终端的语音通话类型;
    呼叫单元,用于采用所述被叫终端的语音通话类型呼叫所述被叫终端;
    通道建立单元,用于在成功呼叫所述被叫终端后,建立所述主叫终端与所述服务器、所述服务器与被叫终端之间的语音通话通道;
    其中,所述语音通话类型为普通语音通话类型或IP语音通话类型。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,第一通话类型确定单元包括:
    策略和状态获取子单元,用于根据所述主叫终端的通话请求获取所述被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态;
    确定子单元,用于根据所述被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态,确定所述被叫终端 的语音通话类型。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述被叫终端的网络状态为所述服务器与被叫终端之间的数据网络状态,包括以下至少一种:
    带宽、丢包率、时延、数据发送/接收速率、带宽占用率。
  14. 如权利要求12或13所述的装置,其特征在于,所述策略和状态获取子单元具体用于:
    根据所述主叫终端的通话请求获取被叫终端的号码;
    根据所述被叫终端的号码从所述被叫终端获取被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态,或用于根据所述被叫终端的号码从本地获取被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括接收单元,用于接收所述被叫终端发送的通话策略和网络状态。
  16. 如权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    查询请求接收单元,用于接收所述主叫终端发起的查询请求;
    获取单元,用于根据所述查询请求获取被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态;
    第一反馈单元,用于将所述被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态发送给所述主叫终端,以使所述主叫终端根据所述通话策略和网络状态确定被叫终端的语音通话类型;
    所述第一通话类型确定单元用于根据所述主叫终端的通话请求对应的语音通话类型或者根据所述主叫终端的通话请求中包含的指示被叫终端的语音通话类型的信息,确定所述被叫终端的语音通话类型。
  17. 如权利要求11至16任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括调整单元,用于根据当前不同的语音通话类型的负载状况,对所述语音通话类型进行调整,以调整后的语音通话类型作为所述被叫终端的语音通话类型。
  18. 一种语音通话器,设置于服务器,其特征在于,所述语音通话器包括:处理 器和收发器;
    所述收发器用于与所述服务器外部进行通信;
    所述处理器,用于通过所述收发器接收主叫终端呼叫被叫终端的通话请求;
    所述处理器,还用于根据所述通话请求确定被叫终端的语音通话类型;
    所述处理器,还用于采用所述被叫终端的语音通话类型通过所述收发器呼叫所述被叫终端;
    所述处理器还用于在呼叫所述被叫终端后,建立所述主叫终端与所述服务器、所述服务器与被叫终端之间的语音通话通道;
    其中,所述语音通话类型为普通语音通话类型或IP语音通话类型。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的语音通话器,其特征在于,所述处理器在根据所述通话请求确定被叫终端的语音通话类型时,具体用于:
    根据所述主叫终端的通话请求获取所述被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态;
    根据所述被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态,确定所述被叫终端的语音通话类型。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的语音通话器,其特征在于,所述被叫终端的网络状态为所述服务器与被叫终端之间的数据网络状态,包括以下至少一种:
    带宽、丢包率、时延、数据发送/接收速率、带宽占用率。
  21. 如权利要求19或20所述的语音通话器,其特征在于,所述处理器在根据所述主叫终端的通话请求获取所述被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态时,具体用于:
    根据所述主叫终端的通话请求获取被叫终端的号码;
    根据所述被叫终端的号码从所述被叫终端获取被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态,或用于根据所述被叫终端的号码从本地获取被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的语音通话器,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:在从本地获取所述被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态之前,通过所述收发器接收所述被叫终端发送的通话策略和网络状态。
  23. 如权利要求18所述的语音通话器,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:
    在根据所述主叫终端的通话请求确定所述被叫终端的语音通话类型之前,通过所述收发器接收所述主叫终端发起的查询请求;
    根据所述查询请求获取被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态;
    通过所述收发器将所述被叫终端的通话策略和网络状态发送给所述主叫终端,以使所述主叫终端根据所述通话策略和网络状态确定被叫终端的语音通话类型;
    根据所述主叫终端的通话请求对应的语音通话类型或者根据所述主叫终端的通话请求中包含的指示被叫终端的语音通话类型的信息,确定所述被叫终端的语音通话类型。
  24. 如权利要求18至23任一项所述的语音通话器,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:在根据所述通话请求确定被叫终端的语音通话类型之后,采用所述被叫终端的语音通话类型呼叫所述被叫终端之前,根据当前不同的语音通话类型的负载状况,对所述语音通话类型进行调整,以调整后的语音通话类型作为所述被叫终端的语音通话类型。
