Abstract

The group of inventions relates to means of electrical communication with display features, and specifically to a closed telecommunication system intended for banking, finance and other fields. The technical result consists in that hardware and software contained in a system enable the execution of socially important and in-demand functions which improve the quality of a product (goods, operations or services), and enable authorized access to information regarding a product, said information being distributed by a system for the provision of advertising and information services on a fee-paying basis. The aim is achieved by means of a unified system for financial operations and quality control, which is in the form of a global information/computer network which unites, by means of protected communications channels, a control center, remote access devices, advertising/information terminals, and systems of video/audio recording and monitoring.
