Para mejorar los índices de reciclaje en el tratamiento de los residuos sólidos urbanos de una forma sostenible desde un punto de vista medioambiental, el solicitante es titular de la patente española ne ES 2442971 que hace referencia a un sistema para el tratamiento de residuos sólidos urbanos basado en la tecnología de visión espectral. Por otro lado, es bien sabido la extensa utilización de plásticos negros/oscuros en la industria automovilística para la fabricación de distintas partes de un vehículo.
