现有吸顶灯在安装时都是先将底盘固定到天花板等预装位置,然后再将驱动电源、灯板等固定在底盘上,最后将灯罩安装上,这样拆装起来非常麻烦,而且在拆装过程中很容易划伤天花板。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中的问题,本发明提供了一种安装简单且设有缓冲垫的吸顶灯。

所述灯板2安装在底盘1的下端通过螺栓固定,所述灯板2上设有多个LED,所述灯罩4罩于所属灯板2并通过防水胶固定在所述底盘1上,所述底盘1为导热塑胶制成,不仅不会影响散热效果,而且重量轻,容易固定,且制造成本低,可以做的更薄,这样可以节省空间,降低成本,更加美观。
所述安装支架5设于所述底盘1上端,所述安装支架5包括条形固定部51,所述固定部51设有安装孔,所述固定部51两端分别设 有一弯折部52,所述两弯折部52均向底盘1一端弯折,所述弯折部52的自由端设有向外侧延伸的卡持部53,所述卡持部53与所述安装部51平行设置,所述底盘1上端设有与所述卡持部53位置相对应的支架固定槽12,所述支架固定槽12外侧壁设有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔内安装有锁紧螺栓13,安装支架5的卡持部53安装在支架固定槽12内,并通过锁紧螺栓13对其进行卡住,使其安装支架5与底盘1固定在一起,安装时先将安装支架5通过螺栓固定到天花板等预装位置上,然后再将底盘1整体与所述安装支架5相对使其卡持部53落在支架固定槽12内,最后通过支架固定槽12侧面的锁紧螺栓13进行锁紧固定,这种安装方式,安装简单,节省了大量的时间,而且从底盘1侧面对其进行锁紧固定到安装支架5上,不会影响整体美观,操作起来更加方便,不需要对准螺丝孔就能对其固定,安装更快捷。
所述底盘1上端的容纳腔的外围还设有缓冲垫固定槽11,所述缓冲垫固定槽11内安装有缓冲垫14,所述缓冲垫14为EVA棉(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物),在安装时可以起到缓冲作用,防止灯具在安装时刮伤天花板等预装位置处的表面,并且,缓冲垫14还能起到密封作用加强了该吸顶灯的防水性。
该吸顶灯还包括防水接线盒62及接线端子6,所述容纳腔还设有接线端子安装槽61,所述接线端子6安装在所述接线端子安装槽61内,所述防水接线盒62盖于所述接线端子安装槽61上,对其接线端子6进行隔离,防止在拆装灯具时触碰到接线端子6而触电,所述防水接线盒62与所述接线端子安装槽61之间还设有接线盒防水圈63,这样可以达到防水效果,防止短路发生。
该吸顶灯还包括微波感应器7,所述微波感应器7安装在所述电源安装槽31另一端内,通过电源盒32对其进行保护。
整个吸顶灯的防水等级符合IP5。
现有吸顶灯的电源一般是内置不可更换、且防水都是通过灌胶来实现,本发明中的吸顶灯不需要灌胶,电源维护起来更方便。
所述灯罩4为PC扩散板或PMMA扩散板或PS扩散板,其表面为单面磨砂或双面磨砂,使其出光更均匀。
该吸顶灯设有安装支架5,先将安装支架5固定在预装位置上再将底盘1及灯罩4整体安装到安装支架5上,拆装起来更加方便快捷,而且在容纳腔外围设置缓冲垫14可以防止吸顶灯在拆装时划伤预装位置,能够起到保护作用。

  8. 根据权利要求1所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述安装支架包括固定部,所述固定部两端分别设有一向所述安装支架一侧弯折的弯折部,所述弯折部的自由端设有向外延伸的卡持部,所述底盘设有与所述弯折部位置相对应的支架固定槽,所述支架固定槽侧壁设有螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔内安装有锁紧螺栓,所述锁紧螺栓卡住所述卡持部使其所述安装支架固定于所述支架固定槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述底盘为导热塑胶制成,所述灯罩通过防水胶固定在所述底盘上。
