Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à : ajouter un pointeur à une fenêtre de gestion d'informations ; lorsqu'une instruction de commutation de canal est reçue, exécuter une commutation d'un canal actuel à un canal correspondant à l'instruction de commutation de canal devant être considéré comme un premier canal, et afficher un numéro et un nom de canal du premier canal ; déterminer des informations de retard prédéfini et les ajouter à une file d'attente de messages ; et lorsque l'instruction de commutation de canal n'est pas reçue une nouvelle fois selon un retard correspondant aux informations de retard prédéfini, acquérir des informations supplémentaires de premier canal correspondant au premier canal via le pointeur ajouté, et afficher le numéro et le nom de canal du premier canal ainsi que les informations supplémentaires de premier canal. L'invention concerne également un appareil d'affichage d'informations de canal pour une télévision intelligent. La présente invention améliore un effet de commutation de canal, ce qui permet d'améliorer l'expérience d'utilisation d'un terminal.
