Headrest 10 may also be used with any type of furniture such as a chair, table, sofa, bed and the like. Headrest 10 may be used while in a seated or prone position as well as while standing. Headrest 10 may be designed in this manner to aid in the relief of neck or back strain caused by the lack of adequate head support brought on by having to remain in a single position (such as remaining seated) for long periods of time, such as while traveling on a transatlantic airplane flight.
