Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé destiné au mélange d'un premier flux de gouttelettes (1) avec au moins un deuxième flux de gouttelettes (2) pour obtenir un troisième flux de gouttelettes fusionnées (3), par collision et fusion d'au moins une gouttelette du premier flux (1) avec au moins une gouttelette du deuxième flux (2). Le premier flux de gouttelettes (1) et le ou les deuxième(s) flux de gouttelettes (2) est/sont généré(s) d'une manière synchronisée. L'invention concerne également un dispositif destiné à la génération et au mélange d'un premier flux de gouttelettes (1) et d'un ou de plusieurs deuxième(s) flux de gouttelettes (2) pour obtenir un troisième flux de gouttelettes fusionnées (3), à une gouttelette, une pluralité de gouttelettes ou à un échafaudage à deux dimensions ou à trois dimensions produit par ledit procédé. A l'aide du procédé et du dispositif décrits, il est possible d'exploiter les gouttelettes fusionnées ainsi formées pour plusieurs applications différentes telles que la formation de motifs en 3D (a), le tamisage à haut rendement (b) et des études combinatoires (c).
