Description
本发明涉及一种手表的显示机构;特别是涉及一种手表中动态影像显示机构。
机械手表的主要功能是读取时间,但随着机械手表的发展,除了计时以外又赋予了机械手表许多附加功能(如日历显示、能量显示和计时功能等等),目前手表的发展越来越趋向新、奇的发展方向,在手表上设置可以活动的功能环节,随着手表的工作运转,画面跟随活动,丰富了机械手表的功能,大大提高了手表的艺术性和玩赏性,同时还可以满足人们求新、求美的个性化需求。
现有的手表动态显示功能,多为活动人偶的表现形式。该技术在动画表现形式上可以通过模拟动植物等对象的动作变化来表现动态效果,但是由于空间和结构的限制,其无法完全模拟动植物的柔韧性,只能通过对关节、躯干的位置变化表现动作,缺乏动态变化的连续性。同时由于动作幅度和频率的限制也使所表现的动作僵硬、不自然。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种结构简单,能够动态连续显示物体变化的手表动态显示机构。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种手表中动态影像显示机构,包括,平行叠加安装的镂空盘和图案盘;在镂空盘中设置镂空族;镂空族按照图案盘的运动轨迹阵列排布,镂空族中每一单元由相临的镂空部分和非镂空部分组成;所述图案盘在镂空盘下相对运动;起始状态时镂空盘和图案盘的相对位置关系应满足图案盘变化区域图案与镂空部分相重合。
所述镂空部分的跨度由图案盘的运动幅度决定,非镂空部分的跨度则由图案盘的运动频率和图案盘上运动的步数决定。
所述镂空部分跨度:非镂空部分跨度=1:步数-1。
所述图案盘上变化区域的图案能够透过镂空盘上的镂空族显现出来即可,图案盘与镂空盘的相对运动为曲线运动或直线运动。
所述图案盘上的变化区域每步图案的跨度与镂空盘上的镂空的跨度相同。
所述镂空盘与图案盘是相对运动;镂空盘静止时,图案盘运动;镂空盘运动时,图案盘则静止不动,前者可表现出物体延一定轨迹的规律性运动,后者可表现出物体在相对固定的位置上做规律性动作。
本发明的有益效果是:利用视觉延迟的原理通过机芯中可动部件的运动在手表中表现出一种动态连续影像,该结构简单、运行可靠、工艺性好,可以实现手表上的连续动画表现,增加手表的观赏性。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明:
如图1、图2和图4所示,本发明手表中动态影像显示机构,包括,平行叠加安装的镂空盘1和图案盘2;在镂空盘1的特定区域设置镂空族1a,本发明中的“特定”是指根据图案盘2上图案动作内容所设定的镂空族在镂空盘1上的相对位置。所述镂空盘1的镂空族根据设计需要可以为整个曲线或部分曲线,也可以根据图案主题设计成相应的各种外形。镂空族按照图案盘的运动轨迹阵列排布,镂空族中的跨度每一单元由镂空部分和非镂空部分组成,其中,镂空部分的跨度由图案盘的运动幅度决定,非镂空部分的跨度则由图案盘的运动幅度和图案盘上运动的步数共同决定,镂空部分的跨度与非镂空部分的跨度的比为1:n-1(n为动作步数),镂空盘1的镂空窗口每次只能展现图案盘2上变化区域单步动作的图案,同时,若要动作细腻、逼真程度提高,只需相对的增大动作步数n即可;图案盘2与镂空盘1的相对运动为曲线运动或直线运动,镂空盘1静止时,图案盘2运动;镂空盘1运动时,图案盘则静止不动,前者可表现出物体延一定
轨迹的规律性运动,后者可表现出物体在相对固定的位置上做规律性动作;所述图案盘2在手表中运动部件的带动下运动;所述图案盘2上的变化区域的图案中每步图案的跨度与镂空盘1上的镂空的跨度相同。
镂空盘1可以为表盘、盖片、挡圈、手表后盖或机芯比较厚的表壳侧面均可以设计为镂空结构;图案盘2可以为秒盘或为同秒针动作频率和幅度相近的传动齿轮,即只要动作频率和动作幅度比较适合视觉延迟现象产生就好。
实施例1,现以手表的表盘为镂空盘,秒盘为图案盘,该图案为两条能够自由游动的鱼为例进行说明:
秒盘的动力来源于秒轴,秒轮旋转一周60s,根据所采用机芯的频率计算出振动周期,从而确定秒轴每转动一次所经过的角度,以频率f=21600的机芯为例,其秒针每跳动一次的跨度(所经过的角度)α则为(1/(21600/3600))·2·(360/60)=2度;360为秒盘旋转一周的角度,60是旋转一周的秒数,1/3是振动周期(T)。则有,α=43200/f,即表盘中镂空部分的跨度为2度。
秒盘上游动的鱼摆尾的动作可视为左右两步完成,即n=2,根据表盘镂空部分的跨度与非镂空部分的跨度的比为1:n-1,则有在一个镂空族的角度单元中,镂空部分跨度2度,非镂空部分跨度也为2度,从而形成镂空阵列。该角度单元在秒盘图案的运行轨迹上分布,满足起始位置秒盘单步图案与镂空部分对应的关系,即表盘的镂空部分与秒盘变化区域的实线相重合;秒盘上鱼尾是动态部分,鱼尾按照镂空跨度完成鱼尾轮廓,即,左右摆动状态相间分布再叠加影像。
图3a至图3c是一秒钟秒盘旋转6度所完成的鱼的行走路线;以第一条鱼为例,第一状态时秒盘上鱼尾向右摆动的部分被表盘遮住,而向左摆动的部分则通过镂空展现出来;第二状态时秒盘上鱼尾的向左摆动的部分被表盘遮住,而向右摆动的部分则通过镂空展现出来;第三状态时秒盘上鱼尾向右摆动的部分被表盘遮住,而向左摆动的部分则通过镂空展现出来,此三个状态在1秒内完成,而且为循环连续运动,从而使人眼观察到的影像为两条鱼左右摆动着鱼尾相互追逐的场景。
值得说明的是,表盘上角度单元中非镂空部分的跨度与秒盘变化区域的动作步数相对应,依然以频率21600的机芯为例,秒盘上的物体变化如果是3个动作,表盘上角度单元中的非镂空部分的跨度为4度。
实施例2:如图5所示,在实施例1的基础上,只需将表盘上镂空的轨迹改为直线排布,图案盘不再以秒轴中心为圆心做曲线运动,而是沿着表盘镂空的轨迹做直线运动,图案盘上动作的分步图案按照直线轨迹进行修改即可。这样人们可以观赏到的就是一条鱼在直线游动的影像。
实施例3:如图6所示,现以挡圈为镂空盘,图案环为图案盘,该图案为马匹在表壳侧面行走为例加以说明:
图案环为柱状,侧面为马匹行走动作的图案,其中马匹的动作被分为3步完成,所以n=3,则有挡圈侧壁上每个镂空族中镂空部分跨度和非镂空部分跨度比为1:2。此外,与实施例1中不同的是,作为镂空盘的挡圈是运动的,而作为图案盘的图案环是静止不动的。从而使人们能够从手表的侧面观赏到马匹行走的画面。
本发明利用视觉延迟的原理通过机芯中可动部件的运动在手表中表现出一种动态影像,该结构简单、运行可靠、工艺性好,可以实现手表上的连续动画表现,增加手表的观赏性。
值得指出的是,本发明的保护范围并不局限于上述具体实例方式,根据本发明的基本技术构思,也可用基本相同的结构,可以实现本发明的目的,如,可将秒盘上的图案设计为舞蹈,跑步,动物等动态的具有美感的图案,只要本领域普通技术人员无需经过创造性劳动,即可联想到的实施方式,均属于本发明的保护范围。

- 一种手表中动态影像显示机构,其特征在于,包括,平行叠加安装的镂空盘(1)和图案盘(2);在镂空盘(1)中设置镂空族;镂空族按照图案盘的运动轨迹阵列排布,镂空族中每一单元由相临的镂空部分和非镂空部分组成;所述图案盘(2)在镂空盘(1)下相对运动;起始状态时镂空盘(1)和图案盘(2)的相对位置关系应满足图案盘变化区域图案与镂空部分相重合。
- 根据权利要求1所述的手表中动态影像显示机构,其特征在于,所述镂空部分的跨度由图案盘的运动幅度决定,非镂空部分的跨度则由图案盘的运动频率和图案盘上运动的步数决定。
- 根据权利要求2所述的手表中动态影像显示机构,其特征在于,所述镂空部分跨度:非镂空部分跨度=1:步数-1。
- 根据权利要求1所述的手表中动态影像显示机构,其特征在于,所述图案盘(2)上变化区域的图案能够透过镂空盘(1)上的镂空族显现出来即可,图案盘(2)与镂空盘(1)的相对运动为曲线运动或直线运动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的手表中动态影像显示机构,其特征在于,所述图案盘(2)上的变化区域每步图案的跨度与镂空盘(1)上的镂空的跨度相同。
