图1是本发明第一实施例提供的通话前的信息推送方法的流程图。所述通话前的信息推送方法包括:
操作11,通话被接听或被挂断前,获取对方用户预先上传至服务器端的推荐信息组。
本实施例中所称的通话包括有线电话网中的电话通话,移动通讯网络中的电话通话,以及移动互联网中的语音通话、视频通话。
每个通话的参与者涉及主叫用户以及被叫用户。在本实施例中,本方用户可以是主叫用户;对应的,对方用户是被叫用户。或者,本方用户是被叫用户,而相应的,对方用户是主叫用户。
在所述通话开始之前,每位用户都将关于自己的相关信息上传至服务器端。由于所述关于自己的相关信息将被推荐给网络上的其他用户,所以所述关于自己的相关信息被称为推荐信息组。
所述推荐信息组通常包含具有不同存储格式的一组信息。示例性的,所述推荐信息组当中可以同时包含图片信息以及文字信息,甚至还有可能包含网页信息。对于个人用户来说,他/她上传的推荐信息组可以是表示自己的近况的信息,比如文字“今天心情不好”,还可以是表示自己兴趣爱好的信息,比如自己爱听的音乐。对于企业用户来说,其上传的推荐信息组可以自己的组织介绍信息、产品推广信息。
所述服务器端可以是一台服务器,也可以是由若干服务器组成的服务器集群。所述服务器端专门用户接收和存储不同用户上传的推荐信息组。
操作12,根据本方用户的移动终端的实时状态,确定需要推荐的推荐信息类型。
可以理解的是,所述推荐信息组一般包含有不同类型的信息。示例性的,所述推荐信息组中可以同时包括表示个人用户的近况的文字和图片。
在将所述推荐信息组中的推荐信息推荐给本方用户时,可以根据本方用户使用的移动终端的实时状态,根据所述推荐信息组中包含的推荐信息的类型选取推荐信息,进而进行推荐。
所述实时状态可以是所述移动终端的硬件配置情况,比如,所述移动终端是否插接有耳机。所述实时状态还可以是所述移动终端的实时检测信息,比如,所述移动终端与其前方障碍物之间的距离。
所述推荐信息类型可以是图片类型、文字类型、语音类型或者网页类型。

第二实施例
图3是本发明第二实施例提供的通话时的信息推送方法中推荐信息组接收的流程图。所述通话时的信息推送方法以本发明上述实施例为基础,进一步的,获取对方用户预先上传至服务器端的推荐信息组包括:根据对方用户的用户ID号向服务器端查询,以确定对方用户是否在预先设定的推荐用户组内;若所述对方用户在所述推荐用户组内,从所述服务器端获取所述推荐信息组。
参见图3,获取对方用户预先上传至服务器端的推荐信息组包括:操作31以及操作32。
操作31,根据对方用户的用户ID号向服务器端查询,以确定对方用户是否在预先设定的推荐用户组内。
在本实施例中,本方用户在所述服务器端存储有预先设定的推荐用户组。所述推荐用户组中包含允许接收推荐信息组的对方用户的用户ID列表。所述用户ID是用户的身份标识码,用户在全网唯一的标识一个用户。
具体的,所述对方用户的用户ID号可以是对方用户的电话号码,或者对方用户的用户名。
在接收到所述对方用户的用户ID号之后,根据对方用户的用户ID号向所述服务器端发起查询,以确定所述对方用户是否在预先设定的推荐用户组内。
操作32,若所述对方用户在所述推荐用户组内,从所述服务器端获取所述推荐信息组。
经过向所述服务器端的查询,若所述对方用户在所述推荐用户组内,则从所述服务器端获取所述对方用户的推荐信息组。
本实施例通过根据对方用户的用户ID号向服务器端查询,以确定对方用户是否在预先设定的推荐用户组内,以及若所述对方用户在所述推荐用户组内,从所述服务器端获取所述推荐信息组,从而根据本方用户预先设置在所述服务器端上的推荐用户组确定是否获取所述对方用户的用户信息组,增强了信息推荐的安全性。
第三实施例
图4是本发明第三实施例提供的通话时的信息推送方法的流程图。所述通话是的信息推送方法以本发明上述实施例为基础,在获取对方用户预先上传至服务器端的推荐信息组之前,还包括:从所述服务器端获取对方用户预先设置的信息推荐时段参数,并根据所述信息推荐时段参数确定是否获取所述对方用户预先上传至服务器端的推荐信息组。
参见图4,所述通话时的信息推送方法包括:操作41至操作44。
操作41,从所述服务器端获取对方用户预先设置的信息推荐时段参数,并根据所述信息推荐时段参数确定是否获取所述对方用户预先上传至服务器端的推荐信息组。
本方用户还可以在所述服务器端设置信息推荐时段参数。所述信息推荐时段参数用于指定所述本方用户获取对方用户的推荐信息组的时段。例如,本方用户需要在每天上午8点至下午6点之间接收对方用户的推荐信息组,则所述本方用户可以将所述信息推荐时段参数设置为上午8点至下午6点。
操作42,通话被接听或被挂断前,获取对方用户预先上传至服务器端的推荐信息组。
操作43,根据本方用户移动终端的实时状态,确定需要推荐的推荐信息类型。

本实施例通过在获取对方用户预先上传至服务器端的推荐信息组之前,从所述服务器端获取对方用户预先设置的信息推荐时段参数,并根据所述信息推荐时段参数确定是否获取所述对方用户预先上传至服务器端的推荐信息组,从而使得用户能够根据预先的信息推荐时段参数判断是否接收对方用户的推荐信息组,从而避免了推荐信息对用户的干扰。

图5是本发明第四实施例提供的通话时的信息推送方法中推荐信息类型确定的流程图。所述通话时的信息推送方法以本发明的上述实施例为基础,进一步的,根据本方用户的移动终端的实时状态,确定需要推荐的推荐信息类型包括:判断所述本方用户的移动终端是否连接有耳机;若所述本方用户的移动终端连接有耳机,判断所述推荐信息类型为音乐或语音;若所述本方用户的移动终端未连接有耳机,判断所述推荐信息类型为图片、文字或网页。

一般情况下,加入所述本方用户使用的移动终端连接有耳机,则所述本方用户会较为愿意接收声音型的推荐信息。因此,在需要判断所述本方用户的实时状态时,判断所述本方用户的移动终端是否连接有耳机。
操作52,若所述本方用户的移动终端连接有耳机,判断所述推荐信息类型为音乐或语音。
如果所述本方用户的移动终端与耳机相连接,则从所述推荐信息组中获取的推荐信息为声音型的推荐信息。具体的,所述声音型的推荐信息包括音乐或语音。

目前,大部分的移动终端都配备有距离传感器。所述距离传感器能够感应所述移动终端同它的前方障碍物之间的空间距离。在本方用户呼叫或接听电话时,所述移动终端能够通过自身的距离传感器检测所述移动终端与本方用户之间的距离。
操作62,若所述空间距离小于预设距离阈值,判断所述推荐信息类型为音乐或语音。
一般来讲,当所述移动终端与本方用户之间的空间距离较近时,用户较为愿意收听声音型的推荐信息。因此,当所述空间距离小于预设距离阈值时,判
断所述推荐信息类型为音乐或语音。
操作63,若所述空间距离大于预设距离阈值,判断所述推荐信息类型为图片、文字或网页。
相应的,如果所述移动终端与本方用户之间的空间距离较远,用户更为愿意接收除了声音型推荐信息以外的推荐信息。因此,当所述空间距离大于预设距离阈值时,判断所述推荐信息类型为图片、文字或网页。
本实施例通过检测所述本方用户的移动终端与前方障碍之间的空间距离,当所述空间距离小于预设距离阈值之时,判断所述推荐信息类型为音乐或语音,当所述空间距离大于预设距离阈值之时,判断所述推荐信息类型为图片、文字或网页,从而实现了根据移动终端的实时状态而确定推荐信息类型。
第六实施例
图7是本发明第六实施例提供的通话时的信息推送方法中推荐信息类型确定的流程图。所述通话时的信息推送方法以本发明上述实施例为基础,进一步的,根据本方用户的移动终端的实时状态,确定需要推荐的推荐信息类型包括:检测所述本方用户的移动终端的屏幕显示亮度;若所述屏幕显示亮度小于预设亮度阈值,判断所述推荐信息类型为音乐或语音;若所述屏幕显示亮度大于预设亮度阈值,判断所述推荐信息类型为图片、文字或网页。

Claims (17)
- 一种通话时的信息推送方法,其特征在于,包括:通话被接听或被挂断前,获取对方用户预先上传至服务器端的推荐信息组;根据本方用户的移动终端的实时状态,确定需要推荐的推荐信息类型;根据所述推荐信息类型从所述推荐信息组中选择推荐信息进行推荐;其中,所述本方用户为主叫用户,所述对方用户为被叫用户;或者,所述本方用户为被叫用户,所述对方用户为主叫用户。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,获取对方用户预先上传至服务器端的推荐信息组包括:根据对方用户的用户ID号向服务器端查询,以确定对方用户是否在预先设定的推荐用户组内;若所述对方用户在所述推荐用户组内,从所述服务器端获取所述推荐信息组。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:在获取对方用户预先上传至服务器端的推荐信息组之前,从所述服务器端获取对方用户预先设置的信息推荐时段参数,并根据所述信息推荐时段参数确定是否获取所述对方用户预先上传至服务器端的推荐信息组。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,根据本方用户的移动终端的实时状态,确定需要推荐的推荐信息类型包括:判断所述本方用户的移动终端是否连接有耳机;若所述本方用户的移动终端连接有耳机,判断所述推荐信息类型为音乐或语音;若所述本方用户的移动终端未连接有耳机,判断所述推荐信息类型为图片、文字或网页。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,根据本方用户的移动终端的实时状态,确定需要推荐的推荐信息类型包括:检测所述本方用户的移动终端与前方障碍之间的空间距离;若所述空间距离小于预设距离阈值,判断所述推荐信息类型为音乐或语音;若所述空间距离大于预设距离阈值,判断所述推荐信息类型为图片、文字 或网页。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,根据本方用户的移动终端的实时状态,确定需要推荐的推荐信息类型包括:检测所述本方用户的移动终端的屏幕显示亮度;若所述屏幕显示亮度小于预设亮度阈值,判断所述推荐信息类型为音乐或语音;若所述屏幕显示亮度大于预设亮度阈值,判断所述推荐信息类型为图片、文字或网页。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,根据本方用户的移动终端的实时状态,确定需要推荐的推荐信息类型包括:检测所述本方用户的移动终端的电池电量;若所述电池电量小于预设电量阈值,判断所述推荐信息类型为音乐或语音;若所述电池电量大于预设电量阈值,判断所述推荐信息类型为图片、文字或网页。
- 根据权利要求1至7任一所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:在根据所述推荐信息类型从所述推荐信息组中选择推荐信息进行推荐之后,根据本方用户对所述推荐信息的操作执行预定动作。
- 一种通话时的信息推送装置,其特征在于,包括:推荐信息组接收模块,用于在通话被接听或被挂断前,获取对方用户预先上传至服务器端的推荐信息组;推荐信息类型确定模块,用于根据本方用户的移动终端的实时状态,确定需要推荐的推荐信息类型;信息推荐模块,用于根据所述推荐信息类型从所述推荐信息组中选择推荐信息进行推荐;其中,所述本方用户为主叫用户,所述对方用户为被叫用户;或者,所述本方用户为被叫用户,所述对方用户为主叫用户。
- 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述推荐信息组接收模块包括:用户ID确定单元,用于根据对方用户的用户ID号向服务器端查询,以确定对方用户是否在预先设定的推荐用户组内;推荐信息组获取单元,用于在所述对方用户在所述推荐用户组内之时,从所述服务器端获取所述推荐信息组。
- 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:时段参数确定模块,用于在获取对方用户预先上传至服务器端的推荐信息组之前,从所述服务器端获取对方用户预先设置的信息推荐时段参数,并根据所述信息推荐时段参数确定是否获取所述对方用户预先上传至服务器端的推荐信息组。
- 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述推荐信息类型确定模块具体用于:判断所述本方用户的移动终端是否连接有耳机;若所述本方用户的移动终端连接有耳机,判断所述推荐信息类型为音乐或语音;若所述本方用户的移动终端未连接有耳机,判断所述推荐信息类型为图片、文字或网页。
- 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述推荐信息类型确定模块具体用于:检测所述本方用户的移动终端与前方障碍之间的空间距离;若所述空间距离小于预设距离阈值,判断所述推荐信息类型为音乐或语音;若所述空间距离大于预设距离阈值,判断所述推荐信息类型为图片、文字或网页。
- 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述推荐信息类型确定模块具体用于:检测所述本方用户的移动终端的屏幕显示亮度;若所述屏幕显示亮度小于预设亮度阈值,判断所述推荐信息类型为音乐或语音;若所述屏幕显示亮度大于预设亮度阈值,判断所述推荐信息类型为图片、 文字或网页。
- 根据权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,所述推荐信息类型确定模块具体用于:检测所述本方用户的移动终端的电池电量;若所述电池电量小于预设电量阈值,判断所述推荐信息类型为音乐或语音;若所述电池电量大于预设电量阈值,判断所述推荐信息类型为图片、文字或网页。
- 根据权利要求9至15任一所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:预定动作执行模块,用于在根据所述推荐信息类型从所述推荐信息组中选择推荐信息进行推荐之后,根据用户对所述推荐信息的操作执行预定动作。
- 一个或多个包含计算机可执行指令的存储介质,所述计算机可执行指令在由计算机处理器执行时用于执行一种通话时的信息推送方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:通话被接听或被挂断前,获取对方用户预先上传至服务器端的推荐信息组;根据本方用户的移动终端的实时状态,确定需要推荐的推荐信息类型;根据所述推荐信息类型从所述推荐信息组中选择推荐信息进行推荐;其中,所述本方用户为主叫用户,所述对方用户为被叫用户;或者,所述本方用户为被叫用户,所述对方用户为主叫用户。
