Description

CSFB用户设备快速返回的方法、装置和系统 技术领域
本发明涉及移动通信系统,尤其涉及一种电路域交换回落用户设备快速返回的方法、装置和系统。
背景技术
在不支持长期演进(Long Term Evolution,LTE)网络语音业务(Voice over LTE,VoLTE)功能的网络中,为了解决语音业务的需求,现有3gpp中采用了电路域交换回落(circuit switched fallback,CSFB)技术,CSFB可以使得用户设备(user equipment,UE)回落到全球移动通信系统(Global System for Mobile Communications,GSM)或者通用移动通讯系统(Universal Mobile Telecommunications System,UMTS)网络。针对CSFB回落到UMTS网络的情况,当电路域交换(circuit switched,CS)业务进行过程中有可能会并发分组交换(packet switched,PS)业务,并且当CS业务呼叫结束时PS业务还没有结束。在现有技术中,采用图1所示的方法来实现CSFB用户设备的快速返回。

本发明第三方面提供了一种CSFB用户设备快速返回的系统,包括:无线网络控制器RNC、CSFB用户设备UE和移动交换中心MSC,所述UE同时运行CS业务和PS业务;所述MSC,用于发送触发消息给所述RNC,所述触发消息用于触发释放所述UE的CS业务;所述RNC,用于接收所述MSC发送的触发消息,并根据所述触发消息发送RRC连接释放消息给所述UE;所述UE,用于接收所述RNC发送的RRC连接释放消息,并根据所述RRC连接释放消息释放所述CS业务的无线承载、所述PS业务的无线承载以及RRC连接,并快速返回到LTE网络。
结合第三方面,在第三方面的第一种实现方式中,所述系统还包括GPRS业务支撑结点SGSN;所述RNC,还用于在所述接收MSC发送的触发消息后,发送PS域释放请求消息给所述SGSN;所述SGSN,用于接收所述RNC发送的PS域释放请求消息,释放所述UE占用的Iu口PS域资源。
结合第三方面的第一种实现方式,在第三方面的第二种实现方式中,所述RNC还用于:根据所述SGSN发送的Iu口释放命令,触发基站释放所述UE占用的Iub口CS和/或PS域资源。
结合第三方面或第三方面的上述任一种实现方式,在第三方面的第三种实现方式中,所述RNC还用于:根据所述MSC发送的触发消息,释放所述UE占用的Iu口CS域资源。
基于上述本发明实施例提供的方法,在接收核心网发送的释放CS业务的触发消息后发送RRC连接释放消息给UE,以触发UE根据所述RRC连接释放消息释放CS业务、PS业务以及RRC连接,简化了释放流程,从而缩减了释放CS业务 和PS业务所需的时间,从而减小了CSFB用户设备返回LTE网络的时延,提升用户感受。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本文中结合基站和/或基站控制设备来描述各种方面。
基站控制设备,可以是GSM或CDMA系统中的基站控制器(Base Station Controller,BSC),也可以是WCDMA中的RNC,本发明实施例中并不限定。
以下描述中,为了说明而不是为了限定,提出了诸如特定系统结构、接口、技术之类的具体细节,以便透彻理解本发明。然而,本领域的技术人员 应当清楚,在没有这些具体细节的其它实施例中也可以实现本发明。在其它情况中,省略对众所周知的装置、电路以及方法的详细说明,以免不必要的细节妨碍本发明的描述。
本文中术语“和/或”,仅仅是一种描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,A和/或B,可以表示:单独存在A,同时存在A和B,单独存在B这三种情况。
如图2所示,本发明实施例提供的一种电路域交换回落用户设备快速返回的方法,具体如下所述。该方法的执行主体可以是上述基站控制设备。
201、接收MSC发送的触发消息,所述触发消息用于触发释放CSFB用户设备的CS业务,所述UE同时运行CS业务和PS业务。
其中,上述触发消息具体可以是Iu口释放命令(Iu release command);上述CSFB用户设备指的是通过CSFB技术从LTE网络回落到2G或3G网络的用户设备。
202、根据所述触发消息,发送RRC连接释放(RRC connection release)消息给所述UE,以触发所述UE根据所述RRC连接释放消息释放所述CS业务的无线承载、所述PS业务的无线承载以及RRC连接,并快速返回到LTE网络。
其中,RRC connection release消息用于触发UE释放所述CS业务的无线承载,所述PS业务的无线承载以及RRC连接,并快速返回到LTE网络;该消息具体可以携带有第一释放原因值,该第一释放原因值用于指示该消息触发的释放不属于异常释放;或者,该消息可以携带有第二释放原因值,该第二释放原因值不但用于指示该消息触发的释放为正常释放,还用于指示UE在返回LTE网络后自动发起PS连接,继续之前被中断的PS业务,例如,该第二释放原因值为直接信令连接重建立(Directed Signalling Connection Re-establishment)。此外,该RRC连接释放消息中携带有目标频率信息(Target Frequency Info),以便CSFB UE根据该消息返回到LTE网络。
需要说明的是,在步骤202中,在接收到MSC的触发消息之后仅发送一条RRC连接释放消息给UE,不但省略了现有技术中步骤5-9的CS域无线承载的释放流程,还省略了步骤11的PS域无线承载释放流程,因而大大降低了CSFB用户设备返回LTE网络的耗费时长。
上述实施例提供的方法中,在接收核心网发送的释放CS业务的触发消息后发送RRC连接释放消息给UE,以触发UE根据所述RRC连接释放消息释放CS业务、PS业务以及RRC连接,简化了释放流程,从而缩减了释放CS业务和PS业务所需的时间,从而减小了CSFB用户设备返回LTE网络的时延,提升用户感受。
可选地,在本实施例的第一种实施场景下,在步骤201之后还包括:
203、根据所述触发消息,发送PS域释放请求消息给GPRS业务支撑结点(Serving GPRS Support Node,SGSN)。
其中,该PS域释放请求具体可以为Iu口释放请求(Iu release request)。
需要说明的是,本发明各实施例中PS域释放请求以及Iu口释放命令等消息中均可以携带有标识信息,以指示具体的操作对像,例如,UE的标识信息和/或UE占用资源的标识信息,后续不再赘述。
204、接收SGSN发送的Iu口释放命令,释放所述UE占用的Iu口PS域资源。
进一步地,还可以包括:根据所述SGSN发送的Iu口释放命令,触发基站释放所述UE占用的Iub口CS和/或PS域资源。
需要说明的是,步骤203和步骤202的执行先后顺序不做约束,即步骤203在步骤202之前,或步骤203在步骤202之后,或步骤203和步骤202同时执行都可以,不做限制。
可选地,在本实施例的第二种实施场景下,步骤201之后还包括:
206、根据所述触发消息,释放所述UE占用的Iu口CS域资源。
进一步地,还可以包括:根据所述触发消息,触发基站释放所述UE占用的Iub口CS域资源。例如,可以采用图1所示方法中的步骤5-步骤10来触发 基站释放Iu口CS域资源。
需要指出的是,上述两种实施场景可以结合使用,此处不再赘述。此外,Iu口和Iub口均属于现有技术,例如,Iu口指的是MSC或SGSN与基站控制设备之间的接口,Iub口指的是基站控制设备与基站之间的接口。
如图3所示,本发明实施例提供的另一种CSFB用户设备快速返回的方法,具体如下所述。该方法的执行主体可以是基站控制设备。
301、UE发送拆链(disconnect)消息给MSC。
302、MSC发送释放(release)消息给UE。
303、UE发送释放完成(release complete)消息给MSC。
304、MSC发送Iu release command消息给RNC。
305、RNC发送Iu release request消息给SGSN。
306、RNC发送RRC connection release消息给UE。
其中,步骤305和306的执行先后顺序可以互换,此处不予限制。
307、UE释放PS域和CS域的空口资源,并快速返回到LTE网络。
其中,步骤307中UE快速返回到LTE网络具体可以参照3gpp协议规定的方式来实现,此处不再赘述。
308、SGSN根据接收到的Iu release request消息,发送Iu release command消息给RNC。
309、RNC根据从SGSN接收到的Iu release command消息,释放Iu口的PS域资源。
例如,Iu口的PS域资源可以是PS无线接入承载。
310、RNC发送Iu release complete消息给SGSN。
311、RNC发送无线链路删除请求(radio link deletion request)消息给基站。
其中,该基站可以是NodeB。
312、基站发送无线链路删除响应(radio link deletion response)消息给RNC。
313、RNC根据从MSC接收的Iu release command消息,释放Iu口的CS域资源。
314、RNC发送Iu release complete消息给MSC。
需要说明的是,上述步骤301应用在本端UE主动释放的场景下,若对端UE进行主动释放,则步骤301可以省略。
如图4所示,本发明实施例提供了一种CSFB用户设备快速返回的装置,该装置可以用于执行图2所示实施例提供的方法,还可以用于执行图3所示实施例中RNC的操作步骤。该装置包括:接收器401、处理器402和发送器403。
接收器401,用于接收MSC发送的触发消息,所述触发消息用于触发释放CSFB用户设备的CS业务,所述UE同时运行CS业务和PS业务;
处理器402,用于根据接收器401接收的触发消息,生成RRC连接释放消息;
发送器403,用于发送处理器402生成的RRC连接释放消息给所述UE,以触发所述UE根据所述RRC连接释放消息释放所述CS业务的无线承载、所述PS业务的无线承载以及RRC连接,并快速返回到长期演进LTE网络。
其中,RRC连接释放消息可以参见图2所示实施例中的相关描述,不再赘述。
可选地,处理器402具体用于:根据接收器401接收的所述触发消息,释放所述UE占用的Iu口CS域资源。
其中,所述触发消息具体可以为Iu口释放命令。
可选地,处理器402还用于:在所述根据所述触发消息,发送RRC连接释放给所述UE之后,根据所述触发消息,发送PS域释放请求消息给SGSN;
接收器401,还用于接收所述SGSN发送的Iu口释放命令,释放所述UE占用的Iu口PS域资源。
进一步地,处理器402还用于:
根据所述SGSN发送的Iu口释放命令,触发基站释放所述UE占用的 Iub口CS和/或PS域资源。
上述实施例提供的装置,通过在接收核心网发送的释放CS业务的触发消息后发送RRC连接释放消息给UE,以触发UE根据所述RRC连接释放消息释放CS业务、PS业务以及RRC连接,简化了释放流程,从而缩减了释放CS业务和PS业务所需的时间,从而减小了CSFB用户设备返回LTE网络的时延,提升用户感受。
如图5所示,本发明实施例提供了一种CSFB用户设备快速返回的系统,包括RNC501、CSFB用户设备502和MSC503,其中,CSFB用户设备502同时运行CS业务和PS业务。
MSC503,用于发送触发消息给RNC501,所述触发消息用于触发释放CSFB用户设备501的CS业务;
RNC501,用于接收MSC503发送的触发消息,并根据所述触发消息发送RRC连接释放消息给CSFB用户设备502;
CSFB用户设备502,用于接收RNC501发送的RRC连接释放消息,并根据所述RRC连接释放消息释放所述CS业务的无线承载、所述PS业务的无线承载以及RRC连接,并快速返回到LTE网络。
其中,上述触发消息具体可以是Iu口释放命令。
需要说明的是,RNC501可以用于执行图2所示实施例提供的方法,还可以用于执行图3所示实施例中RNC的操作步骤,此处不再赘述。
可选地,RNC501还用于根据MSC503发送的触发消息,释放所述UE占用的Iu口CS域资源。
进一步地,RNC501还用于根据MSC503发送的触发消息,触发基站释放所述UE占用的Iub口CS域资源。
可选地,参见图6,上述系统还包括SGSN504,具体如下:
RNC501,还用于在接收MSC503发送的触发消息后,发送PS域释放请求消息给SGSN504;
SGSN504,用于接收RNC501发送的PS域释放请求消息,释放CSFB用户设备502占用的Iu口PS域资源。
其中,上述PS域释放请求具体可以为Iu口释放请求(Iu release request)。
进一步地,RNC501还用于根据所述SGSN504发送的Iu口释放命令,触发基站释放CSFB用户设备502占用的Iub口CS和/或PS域资源。
上述实施例提供的系统,通过在接收核心网发送的释放CS业务的触发消息后发送RRC连接释放消息给UE,以触发UE根据所述RRC连接释放消息释放CS业务、PS业务以及RRC连接,简化了释放流程,从而缩减了释放CS业务和PS业务所需的时间,从而减小了CSFB用户设备返回LTE网络的时延,提升用户感受。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解:实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成,前述的程序可以存储于计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤;而前述的存储介质包括:ROM、RAM、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种CSFB用户设备快速返回的方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收移动交换中心MSC发送的触发消息,所述触发消息用于触发释放CSFB用户设备UE的电路交换CS业务,所述UE同时运行CS业务和分组交换PS业务;
    根据所述触发消息,发送无线链路控制RRC连接释放消息给所述UE,以触发所述UE根据所述RRC连接释放消息释放所述CS业务的无线承载、所述PS业务的无线承载以及RRC连接,并快速返回到长期演进LTE网络。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    根据所述触发消息,释放所述UE占用的Iu口CS域资源。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述根据所述触发消息,发送RRC连接释放给所述UE之后,还包括:
    根据所述触发消息,发送PS域释放请求消息给GPRS业务支撑结点SGSN;
    接收所述SGSN发送的Iu口释放命令,释放所述UE占用的Iu口PS域资源。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    根据所述SGSN发送的Iu口释放命令,触发基站释放所述UE占用的Iub口CS和/或PS域资源。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述触发消息为Iu口释放命令。
  6. 一种CSFB用户设备快速返回的装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收器,用于接收移动交换中心MSC发送的触发消息,所述触发消息用于触发释放CSFB用户设备UE的CS业务,所述UE同时运行CS业务和PS业务;
    处理器,用于根据所述接收器接收的触发消息,生成RRC连接释放消息;
    发送器,用于发送所述处理器生成的所述RRC连接释放消息给所述UE, 以触发所述UE根据所述RRC连接释放消息释放所述CS业务的无线承载、所述PS业务的无线承载以及RRC连接,并快速返回到长期演进LTE网络。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:
    根据所述触发消息,释放所述UE占用的Iu口CS域资源。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于在所述根据所述触发消息,发送RRC连接释放给所述UE之后,根据所述触发消息,发送PS域释放请求消息给GPRS业务支撑结点SGSN;
    所述接收器,还用于接收所述SGSN发送的Iu口释放命令,释放所述UE占用的Iu口PS域资源。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述处理器还用于:
    根据所述接收器接收的所述SGSN发送的Iu口释放命令,触发基站释放所述UE占用的Iub口CS和/或PS域资源。
  10. 根据权利要求6-9中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述触发消息为Iu口释放命令。
  11. 一种CSFB用户设备快速返回的系统,其特征在于,包括:无线网络控制器RNC、CSFB用户设备UE和移动交换中心MSC,所述UE同时运行CS业务和PS业务;
    所述MSC,用于发送触发消息给所述RNC,所述触发消息用于触发释放所述UE的CS业务;
    所述RNC,用于接收所述MSC发送的触发消息,并根据所述触发消息发送RRC连接释放消息给所述UE;
    所述UE,用于接收所述RNC发送的RRC连接释放消息,并根据所述RRC连接释放消息释放所述CS业务的无线承载、所述PS业务的无线承载以及RRC连接,并快速返回到LTE网络。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括GPRS 业务支撑结点SGSN;
    所述RNC,还用于在所述接收MSC发送的触发消息后,发送PS域释放请求消息给所述SGSN;
    所述SGSN,用于接收所述RNC发送的PS域释放请求消息,释放所述UE占用的Iu口PS域资源。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的系统,其特征在于,所述RNC还用于:
    根据所述SGSN发送的Iu口释放命令,触发基站释放所述UE占用的Iub口CS和/或PS域资源。
  14. 根据权利要求11-13中任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述RNC还用于:
    根据所述MSC发送的触发消息,释放所述UE占用的Iu口CS域资源。
