Abstract

본발명은 데이터 중개시스템 및 방법에 관한것으로, 본발명에따른 데이터 중개 시스템은 복수의 사물기기, 수요자 맞춤형 데이터를 생성하기위한 데이터 가공규칙을 등록하는 수요자 단말, 그리고 상기복수의 사물기기로부터 수집된 데이터에 상기 데이터가 공규칙을 적용하여 상기 수요자 맞춤형 데이터를 생성하는 데이터 중개서버를 포함한다. 본발명에 의하면, 사물기기 및 웹서비스 매쉬업(mashup)을 통한 서비스 과정에서 생성되는 다양한 데이터 및 정보를 다양한 형태로 가공하여 제공자와 수요자 사이에 중개할 수 있다.

[1] 본발명은데이터중개시스템및방법에관한것으로,보다자세하게는사물 인터넷기반으로수집된데이터를데이터수요자와데이터공급자사이에서 중개하는시스템및방법에관한것이다.
배경기술
[2] 사물인터넷 (IoT: Internet of Things)이라는용어는 1998년
매사추세츠공과대학 (MIT)의 Auto-ID랩에서처음으로등장했다.이후 2005년 ITU-T에서 'The Internet of Things'라는연차보고서가발표되면서사물인터넷은 미래정보기술 (IT)산업혁명의모든구조를담는가장기본틀이될것임을 예고한바있다.보고서는사물인터넷을 "세상에서존재하는모든
사물 (things)을네트워크로연결해인간과사물,사물과사물간에언제어디서나 서로소통할수있도록하는새로운정보통신기반"이라고정의했다.즉,사물 인터넷은명실상부한유비쿼터스공간을구현하기위한인프라로볼수있다. 이러한유비쿼터스공간은특정기능이내재된컴퓨팅기기들이환경과사물에 심어져환경이나사물그자체가지능화되는것부터시작된다.
[3] 사물인터넷서비스는우리에게보다편리하고안전한생활을제공해주는 기술이다.따라서,다양한이동통신사와단말기제조업체는차세대모바일 서비스로떠오를사물인터넷지원용단말과서비스개발에집중하고있다.
[4] 최근들어사물기기및웹서비스매쉬업 (mashup)을통한서비스가확대되고 있다.스마트기기와사물간손쉬운연결과제어를통한센서매쉬업을 지원하는'센서단말 SW플랫폼기술'등이제시되고있다.그런데이벤트에의한 서비스가대부분이고,사물이제공하는기본데이터만으로서비스제공되고 있다.이와같이현재까지는매쉬업서비스에사용된데이터는버려져데이터 활용도가낮은상황이며 ,개인화된서비스위주로제공되고있다.

[5] 따라서본발명이해결하고자하는기술적과제는사물기기및웹서비스 매쉬업 (mashup)을통한서비스과정에서생성되는다양한데이터및정보를 다양한형태로가공하여제공자와수요자사이에중개할수있는정보중개 시스템및방법을제공하는것이다.
과제해결수단
[6] 이러한기술적과제를해결하기위한본발명의한실시예에따른데이터중개 시스템은복수의사물기기,수요자맞춤형데이터를생성하기위한데이터가공 규칙을등록하는수요자단말,그리고상기복수의사물기기로부터수집된 데이터에상기데이터가공규칙을적용하여상기수요자맞춤형데이터를 생성하는데이터중개서버를포함한다.
[7] 상기시스템은사물기기를상기데이터중개서버에등록하고,상기등록한 사물기기에서제공하는데이터중에서공개대상항목과비공개대상항목을 설정하는공급자단말을더포함할수있다.
[8] 상기시스템은상기복수의사물기기중에서일부와상기데이터중개서버를 연결하는사물기기게이트웨이를더포함하고,상기사물기기게이트웨이는 상기복수의사물기기중에서연결된사물기기에서수집된데이터를가공하여 상기데이터중개서버에제공할수있다.

제공하는데이터공급자에대한데이터판매대금정산및상기수요자맞춤형 데이터를제공받은데이터수요자에대한데이터구매대금정산을수행할수 있다.
[10] 상기데이터중개서버는,상기데이터가공규칙을등록한데이터수요자가 아닌다른데이터수요자에게상기수요자맞춤형데이터를제공한경우,상기 데이터가공규칙을등록한데이터수요자에게데이터판매대금정산을해줄수 있다.
[11] 상기데이터중개서버는,상기데이터구매대금을수요자맞춤형데이터를 생성하기위한데이터가공횟수가많을수록높게산정할수있다.
[12] 상기데이터중개서버는,상기데이터구매대금을수요자맞춤형데이터를 검색하기위한검색조건이상세하게설정될수록높게산정할수있다.
[13] 상기복수의사물기기중에서적어도하나는휴대단말에설치된서비스앱일 수있고,상기서비스앱은상기휴대단말에설치된사용자앱으로부터제공된 데이터를수집하여상기데이터중개서버에제공할수있다.
[14] 상기데이터중개서버는,상기복수의사물기기중에서적어도하나로부터 수집된데이터를저장하고클라우드기반파일저장 /공유서비스를제공하는웹 서버로부터미리설정된주기또는필요할때마다사물기기수집데이터를 제공받아데이터타입별로분류한후데이터가공규칙에따라가공데이터또는 맞춤형데이터를생성할수있다.
[15] 이러한기술적과제를해결하기위한본발명의다른실시예에따른데이터 중개시스템은복수의사물기기로부터수집된데이터를저장하는데이터수집 저장부,데이터가공규칙을관리하는데이터가공규칙관리부,상기복수의 사물기기로부터수집된데이터를데이터가공규칙에따라가공하여수요자 맞춤형데이터를생성하는데이터가공부,그리고상기수집된데이터를제공한 데이터공급자및상기수요자맞춤형데이터를제공받은데이터수요자에대해 데이터거래대금을정산하는정산부를포함한다.

맞춤형데이터를생성하는규칙을정의한데이터가공규칙을등록받을수있다. [17] 상기시스템은데이터공급자로부터등록된사물기기에관한정보를관리하는 기기정보관리부를더포함할수있다.

통신망 (metropolitan area network, MAN),광역통신망 (wide area network, WAN), 인터넷, 2G, 3G, 4G, LTE이동통신망,블루투스,와이파이 (Wi-Fi),
와이브로 (Wibro),위성통신망,등을포함할수있으며,통신방식도유선,무선을 가리지않으며어떠한통신방식이라도상관없다.즉통신망 (1)은인간과사물, 서비스를연결시킬수있는모든유 /무선네트워크를포함할수있다.
[34] 사물기기 (10, 20, 30)는각종센서,정보제공장치,편의시설,게임기,보안
장치,가전기기등모든사물이대상이되며,사물의종류에대한제한은없다. 예컨대사물기기는통신이가능한넁장고,오본,세탁기 ,청소기,프린터,팩스, 복합기 ,웹캠,텔레비전,비디오,디브이디플레이어,오디오,전축,인터폰, 에어컨,히터,제습기등모든가전기기를포함할수있다.또한사물기기는온도 센서,습도센서,열센서,가스센서,조도센서,초음파센서,원격감지센서, SAR(Synthetic Aperture Radar),레이더,위치센서 ,모션센서 ,영상센서등유형 사물과주위환경으로부터정보를얻을수있는각종센서를포함할수있다. 또한사물기기 (10, 20, 30)는스마트폰과같은휴대단말에설치된서비스앱으로 구현될수도있다.
[35] 사물기기 (10, 20, 30)는동작하면서각종데이터를수집하고이를데이터중개 서버 (200)에제공할수있다.예컨대차량에장착된사물기기 (10, 20, 30)는차량 속도,차량외부온도,날씨 (비,눈등),노면상태등에대한정보를수집하고, 해당정보가수집된 GPS위치및시각정보와함께데이터중개서버 (200)에 제공할수있다.사물기기 (10, 20, 30)에서수집된데이터는사물기기 (10, 20, 30)의주위환경에서획득된데이터뿐만아니라,사물기기 (10, 20, 30)가 동작하면서생성해내는데이터도포함할수있다.
[36] 사물기기 (10, 20, 30)는사물기기게이트웨이 (40)를거쳐통신망 (1)을통해 데이터중개서버 (200)에연결되는사물기기 (10),사물기기게이트웨이 (40)를 거치지않고통신망 (1)을통해데이터중개서버 (200)에연결되는사물기기 (20) 및정보제공사업자장치 (50)에연결되는사물기기 (30)로크게구분될수있다. 물론이외에도다양한형태로데이터중개서버 (200)에사물기기 (10, 20, 30)가 연결되어수집된데이터를다양한루트를통해제공할수있다. [37] 사물기기게이트웨이 (40)는사물기기 (10)와통신망 (1)을연결하여사물 기기 (10)에서수집된각종정보및데이터를외부로제공하는기능을수행한다. 사물기기게이트웨이 (40)는외부장치가사물기기 (10)에접속하는관문기능을 수행하며,사물기기 (10)에서수집되는데이터에대한위변조나탈취등을 방어하는보안기능을포함할수있다.사물기기게이트웨이 (40)는자신에 연결된다수의사물기기 (10)에서수집된데이터를가공하여데이터중개 서버 (200)에전송할수도있다.예컨대사물기기게이트웨이 (40)가차량에 위치한경우차량에장착된내비게이션,블랙박스, ECU등의사물
기기 (10)로부터취득하여속도, GPS정보,층격감지여부,와이퍼동작여부 등에대한항목을포함하는데이터로가공하여전송할수도있다.
[38] 정보제공사업자장치 (50)는사물기기 (30)에서수집된데이터를데이터중개 서버 (200)에제공하는사업을영위하는공공기관또는민간사업자등에의해 관리운용되는장치이다.
[39] 공급자단말 (100)은사물기기 (10, 20, 30)에서수집된데이터를데이터중개 서버 (200)에제공하고,그에따른대가를지급받는데이터공급자에의해 이용되는정보통신단말이다.여기서데이터공급자는가정,차량등에설치된 사물기기 (10, 20, 30)나스마트폰,웨어러블장치등과같이자신이휴대하고 다니는사물기기 (10, 20, 30)등에서수집된데이터를제공하고그에따른대가를 받고자하는개인뿐만아니라공공기관,영리법인,비영리법인등의단체도 포함할수있다.
[40] 수요자단말 (300)은사물기기 (10, 20, 30)에서수집된데이터에대한데이터 가공규칙을데이터중개서버 (200)에등록하고,자신이등록한데이터가공 규칙에따라가공된데이터를제공받는데이터수요자에의해이용되는정보 통신단말이다.
[41] 공급자단말 (100)및수요자단말 (300)은데스크톱컴퓨터 ,노트북컴퓨터 , 워크스테이션,팜톱 (palmtop)컴퓨터 , UMPC(ultra mobile personal computer), 태블릿 PC,개인휴대정보단말기 (personal digital assistant, PDA),웹패드등과 같이메모리수단을구비하고마이크로프로세서를탑재하여연산능력을갖춘 단말기로구현될수있다.

서버 (400)에요청하여제공받을수있는정보를데이터중개서버 (200)에 제공함으로써,데이터중개서버 (200)는미리설정된주기또는필요할때마다웹 서버 (400)로부터사물기기수집데이터를제공받아데이터타입별로분류한후 데이터가공규칙에따라가공데이터또는맞춤형데이터를생성할수있다.즉 사물기기 (10, 20, 30)에서수집된원본데이터는웹서버 (400)에서관리하는 데이터저장스토리지에저장되고,데이터중개서버 (200)는이를가공하여 생성한타입별분류데이터 ,가공데이터또는수요자맞춤형데이터만을 저장함으로써데이터저장부담을줄일수있다.데이터공급자입장에서도사물 기기 (10, 20, 30)에서수집된원본데이터는자신이관리할수있는영역에서 관리하고,이를가공한데이터만데이터중개서버 (200)에저장되게함으로써 개인정보등을보다안전적으로관리할수있는장점이 있다.한편웹 서버 (400)는웹서비스를제공하는과정에서생성되거나수집된데이터를 사물기기수집데이터처럼데이터중개서버 (200)에제공하여수요자맞춤형 데이터를생성하는데이용하게할수도있다.가령웹서버 (400)가 IPTV 서비스를제공하는경우 IPTV서비스를제공하면서생성되는각종데이터 , 예컨대채널별시청률,시청자연령,성별,시청시간등다양한정보를사물기기 수집데이터로서데이터중개서버 (200)에제공할수도있다.

[49] 사용자인증부 (240)는공급자단말 (100)또는수요자단말 (300)을통해데이터 중개서버 (200)에접속한데이터공급자또는데이터수요자에대한사용자인증 기능을수행할수있다.이를위해사용자인증부 (240)는데이터공급자또는 데이터수요자에대한식별정보및개인정보를등록받아관리할수있다. 데이터공급자의경우사용자인증후에자신이관리하는사물기기 (10, 20, 30)에 대한기기등록을수행할수있으며 ,데이터수요자는데이터중개
서버 (200)로부터필요한데이터를구매할수있다.
[50] 기기정보관리부 (250)는데이터공급자로부터등록요청된사물기기 (10, 20, 30)의기기정보를관리하는기능을수행한다.기기정보관리부 (250)는사물 기기 (10, 20, 30)로부터해당기기의식별정보 (예컨대기기고유의 MAC 어드레스,시리얼정보등)및제공데이터항목등을등록받아관리할수있다. 기기정보관리부 (250)는사물기기 (10, 20, 30)의기기정보를등록받을때사물 기기 (10, 20, 30)에서제공하는데이터항목중에서공개대상항목을데이터 공급자로부터설정받을수있다.가령사물기기 (10, 20, 30)에서제공되는 데이터에시각, GPS위치,속도정보,엔진온도등의항목이포함되어 있다고 가정하면,데이터공급자는모든데이터항목을공개하거나일부항목만을 선택적으로공개하도록설정할수있다.
[51] 기기정보관리부 (250)는사물기기 (10, 20, 30)의식별정보와데이터제공자의 식별정보를맵핑하여관리할수있다.물론데이터중개서버 (200)는사물 기기 (10, 20, 30)의식별정보와데이터제공자의식별정보를별도로저장하는 데이터베이스 (도시하지않음)를구비할수도있다.
[52] 데이터수집저장부 (260)는사물기기 (10, 20, 30)에서수집된데이터를

수집된데이터를미리정해진타입별로분류할수있다.예컨대시각항목, GPS 위치항목,속도항목으로이루어진데이터는 ΤΥΡΕ-Γ,시각항목, GPS위치 항목,외부온도항목으로이루어진데이터는 'TYPE-2',시각항목, GPS위치 항목,노면상태항목으로이루어진데이터는 'TYPE-3',시각항목, GPS위치 항목,조도항목으로이루어진데이터는 'TYPE-4',시각항목, GPS위치항목, 날씨항목 (비,눈등)으로이루어진데이터는 ' TYPE-5'등으로분류할수있다. 여기서 예시한것외에다양한형태로미리정의된데이터타입으로분류될수 있다.가령시각항목, GPS위치항목,외부온도항목,속도항목으로 4가지 항목으로이루어진데이터의경우' TYPE-1'과' TYPE-2의 2개의데이터로 분리되어분류될수도있다.즉여기서사물기기수집데이터를분류한다고하는 의미는단순히수집된데이터를타입별로분류하는것외에,하나의수집된 데이터에포함된여러항목중일부를선택적으로조합하여미리정의된데이터 타입으로만드는것을포함할수있다.
[55] 한편데이터수집저장부 (260)는데이터공급자에의해비공개항목으로
지정된항목은해당데이터에포함되지않은것으로하여사물기기 (10, 20, 30)에서수집된데이터를타입별로분류할수있으며,이때비공개항목은해당 데이터에서삭제할수도있다.
[56] 데이터수집저장부 (260)는사물기기 (10, 20, 30)에서수집된데이터와해당 데이터제공자의개인정보를연동시킬수있다.예컨대데이터수집
저장부 (260)는사물기기 (10, 20, 30)의식별정보에대웅되어 있는데이터제공자 식별정보를확인하고,해당사물기기 (10, 20, 30)로부터수집되어전송된 데이터에데이터제공자의개인정보를연동시킬수있다.
[57] 실시예에따라서사물기기 (10, 20, 30)에서수집된데이터에는사용자
아이디 (User ID),나이 ,거주지 ,성별등의개인정보가포함된상태로데이터 중개서버 (200)에제공될수도있다.이를위해사물기기 (10, 20, 30)또는사물 기기게이트웨이 (40)에서수집된데이터에데이터공급자의개인정보를 포함시켜서전송하는동작을수행할수도있다.이렇게개인정보가포함된 데이터는타입별로분류하는과정이나가공데이터또는수요자맞춤형 데이터를생성하는과정에서제거될수있어개인정보보호차원에서는 안전하다.사물기기수집데이터에개인정보를포함하는경우는데이터 공급자로부터사전동의가있는경우로한정할수있다.한편개인정보가 포함된사물기기수집데이터는신뢰도가높은데이터로취급하여데이터 공급자에게는더높은대가를지급할수있다.
[58] 데이터가공부 (270)는데이터타입별로분류된데이터를데이터가공규칙에 따라가공하여가공데이터또는수요자맞춤형데이터를생성할수있다.
데이터가공규칙은데이터중개서버 (200)의관리자나데이터수요자에의해 정의될수있다.
[59] 도 3(b)는본발명의일실시예에따라가공된데이터설명하기위해제공되는 도면이다.
[60] 데이터가공부 (270)는데이터수집저장부 (260)에서수집분류된데이터의 특정항목의값을대표화하는것과같은데이터가공을수행할수있다.도 3(a)에서 'TYPE-1'내지 'TYPE-5'로분류된데이터에서 GPS위치항목의값을도 3(b)에예시한것과같이그에대웅하는 '링크 (LINK)'나 '지역'값으로변경할수 있다.예컨대 'TYPE-100'및 'TYPE-101'에예시한것과같이 GPS모듈에서측정된 GPS위치 (GPS좌표 (위도,경도))를그대로사용하는것보다는 TPEG(Transport Protocol Experts Group)등과같은데이터포맷규격에서사용하는도로구간에 해당하는링크로변환할수있다.물론 'TYPE-102'내지 'TYPE-104'에예시한 것과같이시,읍,면,동,빌딩등의지역단위로변환하는것도가능하다.데이터 가공에의해새로운타입의데이터가생성될수있다.
[61] 한편데이터가공은도 3(b)에 예시한것과같이하나의데이터에서항목을 변경하는것외에여러항목을동시에변경하여새로운타입의데이터를 생성하는것도포함될수있으며,이미한번가공이이루어진가공데이터에 대해서다른데이터가공규칙을적용하여새로운타입의가공데이터를 생성하는것도가능하다.
[62] 도 4는본발명에따른데이터조합에의한데이터가공을설명하기위해
제공되는도면이다.
[63] 도 4를참고하면,데이터가공부 (270)는 Typel데이터내지 TypeM데이터등 여러타입의데이터를조합하여데이터가공규칙에따라 TypeN데이터를 생성할수도있다.이렇게생성된 TypeN데이터는다음단계의데이터가공에서 소스 (Source)데이터로이용되는것도가능하다.
[64] 다시도 3을참고하면,데이터가공부 (270)는사물기기 (10, 20, 30)에서수집된 데이터에대해서하나이상의데이터가공단계를수행하여최종적으로도
3(c)에예시한것과같은수요자맞춤형데이터를생성할수있다.
[65] 예컨대데이터수요자가특정시간대에특정링크에서차량의평균속도를 수요자맞춤형데이터로주문하고,그에따른데이터가공규칙을등록한경우 TYPE-200데이터가제공될수있다.데이터가공부 (270)는동일링크및동일 시각에속하는 TYPE- 100데이터를취합하여 TYPE-200데이터를생성할수 있다.이때 TYPE-200데이터는여러데이터공급자에의해제공된 TYPE-100 데이터가취합되어데이터가공규칙에따라처리된결과일수있다. TYPE-202 데이터나 TYPE-204데이터의경우에는 TYPE-102데이터또는 TYPE-104 데이터의취합결과가장많은노면상태또는날씨에해당하는값으로노면상태 값이나날씨값이정해질수도있다.가령 TYPE-102에해당하는데이터를 취합해본결과노면상태가 '미끄러움'으로판단된데이터가가장많은경우, TYPE-204데이터는노면상태가 '미끄러움'으로정해질수있다.
[66] 한편 TYPE-200데이터를생성하기위해사용된 TYPE- 100데이터의수에따라 TYPE-200데이터의신뢰도가계산될수있다.가령 10개미만의데이터가 사용된경우신뢰도는 90%, 10 100개의데이터가사용된경우에는신뢰도 95% 등정해진기준에따라데이터신뢰도가구해질수있다.데이터신뢰도에따라 가격이다르게적용될수있다.
[67] 수요자맞춤형데이터 DB(280)는데이터가공부 (270)에서생성된수요자
맞춤형데이터를저장한다.수요자맞춤형데이터는해당데이터를요청한 수요자정보와대웅되어수요자맞춤형데이터 DB(280)에저장되고,허가받은 데이터수요자의요청에따라제공될수있다.수요자맞춤형데이터는수요자 단말 (400)에제공되거나,수요자가미리설정해놓은외부장치 (도시하지않음) 등에제공될수도있다.
[68] 데이터관리부 (290)는데이터수집저장부 (260)에서수집분류된데이터를
데이터가공부 (270)에전달하여데이터가공규칙에따라가공되도록할수있다. 데이터관리부 (290)는데이터공급자로부터제공된데이터가데이터수집 저장부 (260)또는데이터가공부 (270)에서사용되는이력을정산부 (220)에 제공하여데이터수요자에대한과금또는데이터공급자에대한대가지급의 자료로사용되게할수있다.
[69] 그러면도 5를참조하여본발명에따른데이터중개방법을자세히설명한다.
[70] 도 5는본발명의일실시예에따른데이터중개방법을설명하기위해
제공되는흐름도이다.
[71] 도 5를참고하면,먼저데이터공급자는자신이보유한사물기기 (10, 20, 30)의 기기정보를등록할수있다 (S510).단계 (S510)에서데이터공급자는공급자 단말 (100)을통해데이터중개서버 (200)에접속하여사용자인증을수행한후, 데이터중개서버 (200)에서제공하는기기정보관리페이지상에서자신이 보유한사물기기 (10, 20, 30)의기기정보를등록할수있다.가령데이터 공급자가공급자단말 (100)에표시된기기정보관리페이지상에서사물기기 등록을선택하면,데이터중개서버 (200)는공급자단말 (100)에기기인증토큰을 전달할수있다.다음으로공급자단말 (100)은자신이보유한사물기기 (10, 20, 30)에인증토큰을전달하고,이를전달받은사물기기 (10, 20, 30)는자신의식별 정보 (예컨대기기고유의 MAC어드레스,시리얼정보등)을인증토큰과함께 데이터중개서버 (200)에전달함으로써기기정보를등록할수있다.사용자 편의를위해사물기기 (10, 20, 30)중에서 NFC모듈등이 있는경우간단하게 공급자단말 (100)을사물기기 (10, 20, 30)에가져다됨으로써인증토큰이사물 기기 (10, 20, 30)로전달되어기기등록이이루어지도록하는것도가능하다. 여기서설명한방식외에도사물기기게이트웨이 (40)를데이터중개
서버 (200)에등록하고,사물기기게이트웨이 (40)가사물기기 (10)에서수집된 데이터를취합하여데이터중개서버 (200)에전송하는방식도가능하다.물론 사물기기게이트웨이 (40)대신에정보제공사업자장치 (50)를데이터중개 서버 (200)에등록하고,정보제공사업자장치 (50)가사물기기 (30)에서수집된 데이터를취합하여데이터중개서버 (200)에전송하는방식도가능하다.
[72] 단계 (S510)에서데이터공급자는사물기기 (10, 20, 30)의기기정보를등록할 때,사물기기 (10, 20, 30)에서수집되는데이터항목중에서공개대상항목을 선택할수있다.앞서설명한것과같이사물기기 (10, 20, 30)에서제공되는 데이터에시각, GPS위치,속도정보,엔진온도등의항목이포함되어 있다고 가정하면,데이터공급자는모든데이터항목을공개하거나일부항목만을 선택적으로공개하도록설정할수있다.공개대상데이터항목은사물기기 등록단계 (S610)에서뿐만아니라그후에도데이터공급자가데이터중개 서버 (200)에서제공하는기기관리페이지에접속하여변경설정가능하다. [73] 단계 (S510)에서사물기기등록이완료되면,그다음부터사물기기 (10, 30)에서 수집된데이터는사물기기게이트웨이 (40)또는정보제공사업자장치 (50)를 통해통신망 (1)을거쳐데이터중개서버 (200)에제공될수있다.실시예에 따라서통신망 (1)에바로연결될수있는사물기기 (20)는사물기기
게이트웨이 (40)또는정보제공사업자장치 (50)를거치지않고바로데이터중개 서버 (200)에수집된데이터를제공하는것도가능하다.
[74] 다음으로데이터수요자는자신이제공받기원하는수요자맞춤형데이터를 데이터중개서버 (200)에주문할수있다 (S520).단계 (S520)에서데이터수요자는 수요자단말 (300)을통해데이터중개서버 (200)에접속하여이용가능한데이터 타입을먼저확인하고,이용가능한데이터타입이자신이주문하고자하는 데이터타입인경우에는해당데이터를수요자맞춤형데이터로구매주문을할 수있다.반면이용가능한데이터타입이최종적인수요자맞춤형데이터가 아닌경우,이용가능한데이터타입을기초로수요자맞춤형데이터를생성하기 위한데이터가공규칙을등록할수있다.
[75] 단계 (S520)에서데이터수요자는카테고리검색이나키워드검색을통해
원하는데이터를검색할수있다.예컨대차량,가정,온실,공장,사무실등의 데이터수집장소를카테고리로구분하고해당카테고리내에서수집된데이터 항목을제시하여사용자로부터선택받을수있다.또는반대로온도,습도,조도 등의데이터항목을카테고리로구분하고해당카테고리내에서데이터수집 장소항목을제시하여선택받는것도가능하다.그외다양한방법으로데이터에 대한카테고리를제시하여데이터수요자가원하는데이터를검색할수있도록 할수도있다.한편차량,가정 (home),온실,속도,온도,조도등의키워드를 입력받고그에대웅되는데이터항목을검색결과로제시하는것도가능하다.
[76] 한편단계 (S520)에서데이터수요자는 '가정 (home)'카테고리를선택하고, '가정 (home)'카테고리에포함된여러항목중에서온도항목을선택한후에 시 /군 /구,읍 /면 /동,기간,신뢰도등의상세검색조건을설정하여데이터 수요자가원하는데이터를검색할수있다.또한데이터수요자는 '서을시 영등포구의 12월평균온도'등과같이자연어검색을통해원하는데이터를 검색할수도있다.기타다양한방법으로데이터수요자는데이터중개 서버 (200)에서자신이원하는데이터를검색할수있다.
[77] 단계 (S520)에서수요자맞춤형데이터주문을할때데이터신뢰도등에따른 데이터구매가격을확인할수있다.또한데이터구매가격은수요자맞춤형 데이터를생성하기위해사용되는가공데이터의가격을기초로산정되어 데이터수요자에게확인시켜줄수도있다.한편데이터구매가격을산정할때 가공횟수가많은데이터의가격을더높게할수있다.예컨대도 6에예시한 것과같이타입별로분류되어저장된데이터로부터 1차데이터가공규칙에 따라처리된데이터를 1차가공데이터 , 1차가공데이터를 2차데이터가공 규칙에따라처리한데이터를 2차가공데이터 , ..., N-1차가공데이터를 N차 데이터가공규칙에따라처리한데이터를 N차가공데이터라고하면 1차가공 데이터의가격을가장낮게산정하고,가공횟수가높아짐에따라가격을높게 산정하여 N차가공데이터는가장높은가격이산정되도록하는것도가능하다. 해당수요자맞춤형데이터를찾기위한검색조건을보다상세하게설정할수록 가격을높게산정하는것도가능하며,수요자맞춤형데이터를특정보고문서 형태로저장하는경우에추가비용이산정되도록하는것도가능하다.한편 데이터신뢰도에따라가격을다르게산정하는것도물론가능하다.
[78] 단계 (S520)는데이터수요자의선택에따라데이터중개서버 (200)의동작중에 언제라도수행될수있다.
[79] 데이터중개서버 (200)는사물기기 (10, 20, 30)등에서수집된데이터를도
3(a)에예시한것과같이데이터타입별로분류하여저장할수있다 (S530).
단계 (S630)에서데이터중개서버 (200)는데이터공급자에의해비공개항목으로 지정된항목은해당데이터에포함되지않은것으로하여사물기기 (10, 20, 30)에서수집된데이터를타입별로분류할수있으며,이때비공개항목은해당 데이터에서삭제할수도있다.한편데이터중개서버 (200)는단계 (S630)에서 분류저장된데이터의데이터공급자정보를저장하여추후데이터제공에따른 대가지급에이용하도록할수있다.아을러데이터중개서버 (200)는
단계 (S630)에서수집분류된데이터에유효기간을설정하여해당유효기간 동안만수요자맞춤형데이터생성에이용되게할수있다.
[80] 다음으로데이터중개서버 (200)는데이터타입별로분류된데이터를데이터 가공규칙에따라가공하여가공데이터또는수요자맞춤형데이터를생성할수 있다 (S540).데이터중개서버 (200)는수집분류된데이터에대해서하나이상의 데이터가공단계를수행하여최종적으로도 4(c)에예시한것과같은수요자 맞춤형데이터를생성할수있다.데이터가공규칙은데이터중개서버 (200)의 관리자또는데이터수요자에의해정의될수있다.데이터가공에의해새로 생성된타입의가공데이터는다른타입의가공데이터또는수요자맞춤형 데이터를생성하기위한소스로사용될수있다.물론실시예에따라서수요자 맞춤형데이터는또다른수요자맞춤형데이터의소스로사용되는것도 가능하다.
[81] 데이터중개서버 (200)는단계 (S640)에서생성된수요자맞춤형데이터를
데이터수요자의요청에따라수요자단말 (300)또는미리지정된외부장치등에 제공할수있다 (S550).
[82] 그리고데이터중개서버 (200)는매달또는일정주기별로데이터
수요자에게는수요자맞춤형데이터를제공한대가를청구하고,데이터 공급자에게는데이터공급대가를지급할수있다 (S560).한편실시예에따라 제 1데이터수요자가등록한데이터가공규칙에따라생성된수요자맞춤형 데이터를제 2데이터수요자에게제공한경우,제 1데이터수요자에게데이터 공급대가를지급하도록구현할수도있다.즉사물기기 (10, 20, 30)로부터 수집된데이터를제공하는데이터공급자뿐만아니라수집된데이터를수요자 맞춤형데이터로생성하기위한데이터가공규칙을등록한데이터
수요자에게도일정한대가를지급함으로써본발명에따른데이터중개 서비스의활성화가촉진될수있다.
[83] 도 7은본발명의일실시예에따른휴대단말에설치된서비스앱이사물
기기로동작하는예를설명하기위해제공되는도면이다.
[84] 도 7(a)를참고하면,본발명에따른서비스앱은휴대단말에설치된카메라, NFC모듈, GPS모듈및각종센서모듈로부터직접데이터를수집하여데이터 중개서버 (200)에제공할수있다.
[85] 도 7(b)를참고하면,본발명의다른실시예에따른서비스앱은카메라앱, 검색앱,비컨앱,내비게이션앱등과같은개별사용자앱이제공하는데이터를 수집하여데이터중개서버 (200)에제공할수도있다.이를위해개별사용자앱은 서비스앱에자신의데이터를제공할수있도록구현되어야한다.한편개별 사용자앱에데이터중개서버 (200)에수집된데이터를전송할수있는 API 모듈이삽입된경우에는개별사용자앱이본발명에따른서비스앱이될수도 있다.
[86] 본발명의실시예는다양한컴퓨터로구현되는동작을수행하기위한프로그램 명령을포함하는컴퓨터로읽을수있는매체를포함한다.이매체는앞서 설명한데이터중개방법을실행시키기위한프로그램을기록한다.이매체는 프로그램명령,데이터파일,데이터구조등을단독으로또는조합하여포함할 수있다.이러한매체의 예에는하드디스크,플로피디스크및자기테이프와 같은자기매체 , CD및 DVD와같은광기록매체 ,플롭티컬디스크 (floptical disk)와자기-광매체,름,램,플래시메모리등과같은프로그램명령을저장하고 수행하도록구성된하드웨어장치등이 있다.또는이러한매체는프로그램 명령,데이터구조등을지정하는신호를전송하는반송파를포함하는광또는 금속선,도파관등의전송매체일수있다.프로그램명령의 예에는컴파일러에 의해만들어지는것과같은기계어코드뿐만아니라인터프리터등을사용해서 컴퓨터에의해서실행될수있는고급언어코드를포함한다.
[87] 이상에서본발명의바람직한실시예에대하여상세하게설명하였지만본 발명의권리범위는이에한정되는것은아니고다음의청구범위에서정의하고 있는본발명의기본개념을이용한당업자의여러변형및개량형태또한본 발명의권리범위에속하는것이다.

수요자맞춤형데이터를생성하기위한데이터가공규칙을등록하는 수요자단말,그리고
상기복수의사물기기로부터수집된데이터에상기데이터가공규칙을 적용하여상기수요자맞춤형데이터를생성하는데이터중개서버 를포함하는데이터중개시스템.
[청구항 2] 제 1항에서,
사물기기를상기데이터중개서버에등록하고,상기등록한사물 기기에서제공하는데이터중에서공개대상항목과비공개대상항목을 설정하는공급자단말을더포함하는데이터중개시스템.
[청구항 3] 제 1항에서,
상기복수의사물기기중에서일부와상기데이터중개서버를연결하는 사물기기게이트웨이를더포함하고,
상기사물기기게이트웨이는상기복수의사물기기중에서연결된사물 기기에서수집된데이터를가공하여상기데이터중개서버에제공하는 데이터중개시스템.

상기데이터중개서버는,

상기서비스앱은상기휴대단말에설치된사용자앱으로부터제공된 데이터를수집하여상기데이터중개서버에제공하는데이터중개 시스템

상기데이터중개서버는,
상기복수의사물기기중에서적어도하나로부터수집된데이터를 저장하고클라우드기반파일저장 /공유서비스를제공하는웹
