Description

单针床经编机梳栉曲轴连杆机构 技术领域
本发明涉及单针床经编机针床传动机构,具体公开一种单针床经编机梳栉曲轴连杆机构。
背景技术
经编机是一种以化纤为原料,编织成服装面料、内衣料、泳装料、窗帘布、家纺用布、产业用布等的针织机械,由于经编机只用经线编织成布,因此具有生产工业流程短、生产效率高、织物品种多、投资费用低、能耗低等优点备受纺织界青睐。
为了使经编机各成圈机件实现预定的运动轨迹,且使它们在时间上相互密切配合,必须采取经过精确设计的传动机构。
旧式经编机上广泛采用凸轮式传动机构,但由于凸轮与从动件之间是线(或点)接触,运转时接触部位容易磨损,以致影响成圈机件的运动规律性,使其不能适应机器的高速运转。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为解决以上问题提供一种能有效缩短梳栉连杆机构的动程,其振动小、惯性小,使机器可以在更高的速度下运转,提高了生产效率的单针床经编机梳栉曲轴连杆机构。
本发明所采用的技术方案是这样的:
单针床经编机梳栉曲轴连杆机构,由连杆架、曲轴、若干连接杆以及销轴组成的连杆机构。
进一步地,在所述连杆架上开设有若干凹槽,所述曲轴固定于凹槽内并可自由转动。
进一步地,所述连接杆a一端与所述曲轴连接,另一端通过销轴a与连接杆c和连接杆b连接,并可绕所述销轴a转动。
进一步地,在所述连接杆a与所述曲轴连接处设置有夹紧装置,夹紧装置与所述曲轴的接触面为圆弧凹面,其上装有轴瓦。
进一步地,所述销轴a还与连接杆b连接,所述连接杆b分左右两部分,平行对称分布于所述销轴a两侧且可绕其转动。
进一步地,所述连接杆b的另一端与销轴b连接且可绕其转动。
进一步地,所述销轴a和销轴b两端分别装有连接杆c和连接杆d,且均可绕其转动。
进一步地,在所述连接杆c和连接杆d上均设置有若干凸出的圆柱a和圆柱b,圆柱上套有钢套,所述钢套装入连杆架的凹槽中。
进一步地,所述的销轴b的中间位置装有连接杆e,连接杆e可以绕销轴b转动,连接杆e上有紧固装置,可以调节连接杆e与销轴b的紧度,所述连接杆e的另一端连接成圈部分。
综上所述,由于采用上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1.这种机构的运动副均为转动副,相连接的杆(轴)是面接触,压强小,所以各部件接触的部位磨损较小,对成圈机件的运动规律影响较小,振动小,惯性小;
2.此结构传动平稳、精确,机器可以在更高的转速下运转,同时产生的噪音相对来说也较低,提高工作效率;
3.此种结构的各个零部件加工简便,比较容易得到较高的几何精度。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步地说明。
如图1所示,单针床经编机梳栉曲轴连杆机构,主要有由连杆架1、曲轴2、若干连接杆3、4、7、8、11、销轴6、10组成。
在所述连杆架1上开设有若干凹槽,所述曲轴2固定于凹槽内并可自由转动。
所述连接杆a3一端与所述曲轴2连接,另一端通过销轴a4与连接杆c5和连接杆b7连接,并可绕所述销轴a4转动。
在所述连接杆a3与所述曲轴2连接处设置有夹紧装置,夹紧装置与所述曲轴2的接触面为圆弧凹面,夹紧装置一分为二,每一部分内装有一个轴瓦,轴瓦上开有小孔,分开后的两部分套住曲轴2并通过两部分两侧的螺纹孔旋紧螺丝紧固,润滑系统将油打入小孔中,使轴瓦与曲轴2之间形成一层薄油膜,这样做的好处是可使曲轴2的转动更为顺畅,减小了曲轴2与轴瓦之间的摩擦,对曲轴2起到了很好的保护作用,减少了动力装置运行负荷以及各传动件相互作用力,节省电能的同时使机器的运行更加平稳、流畅。
所述销轴a6还与连接杆b7连接,所述连接杆b7分左右两部分,平行对称分布于所述销轴a6两侧且可绕其转动。
所述连接杆b7的另一端与销轴b10连接且可绕其转动。
所述销轴a6和销轴b10相互平行,两端分别装有连接杆c4和连接杆d8,且均可绕其转动。
在所述连接杆c4和连接杆d8上均设置有若干凸出的圆柱a5和圆柱b9,圆柱上套有钢套,所述钢套装入连杆架的凹槽中。
所述的销轴b10的中间位置装有连接杆e11,连接杆e11可以绕销轴b10转动,连接杆e11上有紧固装置,可以调节连接杆e11与销轴b10的紧度,所述连接杆e11的另一端连接成圈部分,传动装置带动曲轴2转动,曲轴2通过针床连杆带动成圈部分进行成圈运动。

  1. 单针床经编机梳栉曲轴连杆机构,其特征在于:由连杆架、曲轴、若干连接杆以及销轴组成的连杆机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的单针床经编机梳栉曲轴连杆机构,其特征在于:在所述连杆架上开设有若干凹槽,所述曲轴固定于凹槽内并可自由转动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的单针床经编机梳栉曲轴连杆机构,其特征在于:所述连接杆a一端与所述曲轴连接,另一端通过销轴a与连接杆c和连接杆b连接,并可绕所述销轴a转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的单针床经编机梳栉曲轴连杆机构,其特征在于:在所述连接杆a与所述曲轴连接处设置有夹紧装置,夹紧装置与所述曲轴的接触面为圆弧凹面,其上装有轴瓦。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的单针床经编机梳栉曲轴连杆机构,其特征在于:所述销轴a还与连接杆b连接,所述连接杆b分左右两部分,平行对称分布于所述销轴a两侧且可绕其转动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的单针床经编机梳栉曲轴连杆机构,其特征在于:所述连接杆b的另一端与销轴b连接且可绕其转动。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的单针床经编机梳栉曲轴连杆机构,其特征在于:所述销轴a和销轴b两端分别装有连接杆c和连接杆d,且均可绕其转动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的单针床经编机梳栉曲轴连杆机构,其特征在于:在所述连接杆c和连接杆d上均设置有若干凸出的圆柱a和圆柱b,圆柱上套有钢套,所述钢套装入连杆架的凹槽中并进行固定。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的单针床经编机梳栉曲轴连杆机构,其特征在于:所述的销轴b的中间位置装有连接杆e,连接杆e可以绕销轴b转动,连接杆e上有紧固装置,可以调节连接杆e与销轴b的紧度,所述连接杆e的另一端连接成圈部分。
