Description
本发明涉及终端通讯技术领域,尤其涉及一种双卡双待通话方法、装置及终端。
在一台智能终端同时运行2个独立的操作系统(Operating System,简称OS),2个系统的应用也相互独立,并且两张SIM(Subscriber Identity Module客户识别模块)卡在两个系统中都能使用。
当来电时,系统将在当前运行的操作系统中接听来电,这样一些安全需求低的电话可能在安全级别高的操作系统中接听,而一些安全需求高的电话可能在安全级别低的操作系统中接听。所以,通话会存在一定的不安全性。而且,在现有方案中用户不能设置某个号码的来电只在一个操作系统中接听,因为在哪个操作系统中接听的概率是随机的,给用户带来不好的体验。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种双卡双待通话方法、装置及终端,基于操作系统解决安全通话的问题。
本发明采用的技术方案是,所述双卡双待通话方法,包括:
在具备双操作系统和双SIM卡的终端中,将每个SIM卡均与对应的一个操作系统绑定;
在双操作系统同时运行时,根据来电号码所属的SIM卡切换到对应的操作系统下接听电话。
进一步的,所述将每个SIM卡均与对应的一个操作系统绑定,包括:将双操作系统设置为:安全等级高的安全操作系统和安全等级低的普通操作系统;将双SIM卡设置为:用于保存安全等级高的联系人电话号码的安全SIM卡、以及用于保存安全等级低的联系人电话号码的普通SIM卡;

本发明第一实施例,一种双卡双待通话方法,如图1所示,包括以下具体步骤:
步骤S101,在具备双操作系统和双SIM卡的终端中,将每个SIM卡均与对应的一个操作系统绑定;
具体的,该步骤S101包括:首先,将双操作系统设置为:安全等级高的安全操作系统和安全等级低的普通操作系统;将双SIM卡设置为:用于保存安全等级高的联系人电话号码的安全SIM卡、以及用于保存安全等级低的联系人电话号码的普通SIM卡;
然后,将安全SIM卡与安全操作系统绑定使用,将普通SIM卡与普通操作系统绑定使用。
步骤S102,在双操作系统同时运行时,根据来电号码所属的SIM卡切换到对应的操作系统下接听电话。
具体的,在步骤S102中要实现双操作系统同时运行,须通过以下流程:
A1:由开机引导程序加载虚拟层模块;
A2:通过虚拟层模块对内存及硬件资源进行分配,来加载运行双操作系统。在双操作系统同时运行时,同一时刻也只能有一个操作系统位于前台运行,另一个位于后台运行。
在步骤S102中,根据来电号码所属的SIM卡切换到对应的操作系统下接听电话,包括:
通过虚拟层模块查找来电号码所属的SIM卡;
通过虚拟层模块对CPU时间、内存及硬件资源的分配,以切换到查找出的SIM卡对应的操作系统下接听电话。
另外,为了对一些特殊情况进行处理,优选的,本实施例的所述方法,还包括:当发生以下情况之一时切换到安全操作系统下接听电话:
1)来电号码同时属于两个SIM卡;
2)来电号码未保存在双SIM卡中但保存在终端的存储设备中;
当来电号码为陌生来电号码,切换到普通操作系统下接听电话。
因为在实际使用过程中,用户可能将同一个联系人电话先后存储在两张SIM卡上而不自知,或者用户尚未对联系人电话号码的安全等级进行准确的判断而暂时将其存入终端的存储设备中,待后续确定其安全等级后再存入相应的SIM卡中,为了整体提升终端通话的安全性,将上述两种特殊情况下的来电均切换到安全操作系统下接听电话。而针对陌生来电的情况,通常认为该来电的联系人与机主关系不密切,安全需求较低,故切换到普通操作系统
下接听电话即可。
本发明第二实施例,与第一实施例对应,本实施例介绍一种双卡双待通话装置,如图2所示,包括以下组成部分:
1)绑定单元100,用于在具备双操作系统和双SIM卡的终端中,将每个SIM卡均与对应的一个操作系统绑定;
具体的,绑定单元100,用于将双操作系统设置为:安全等级高的安全操作系统和安全等级低的普通操作系统;将双SIM卡设置为:用于保存安全等级高的联系人电话号码的安全SIM卡、以及用于保存安全等级低的联系人电话号码的普通SIM卡;
将安全SIM卡与安全操作系统绑定使用,将普通SIM卡与普通操作系统绑定使用。
2)接听控制单元200,用于在双操作系统同时运行时,根据来电号码所属的SIM卡切换到对应的操作系统下接听电话。

本发明第三实施例,一种终端,具备双操作系统和双SIM卡,可以作为实体装置来理解,如图3所示,该终端包括一处理器10;
处理器10,用于将每个SIM卡均与对应的一个操作系统绑定;在双操作系统同时运行时,根据来电号码所属的SIM卡切换到对应的操作系统下接听电话。
本实施例中处理器10所完成的功能细节上与第一实施例中的流程所涉及的具体步骤相对应。
本发明第四实施例,本实施例是在上述实施例的基础上,结合附图4~5介绍一个本发明的应用实例。
在本实施例中OS代表操作系统,OS后面带数字代表一个唯一确定的操作系统,如下文提到的OS1和OS2是2个独立的操作系统,可以互相通信,但在功能、安全性等方面可有不同。
终端中插入的两张SIM卡分别为SIM1和SIM2,,两张SIM卡内的数据独立存储。
基于此,本实施例提出一种绑定卡方案:每张SIM卡分别绑定一个操作系统,具体绑定方式是:SIM1对应着安全级别低的操作系统OS1,SIM2对应着安全级别高的操作系统OS2。当任一张SIM卡内的联系人来电时,由虚拟层自动根据该联系人电话号码所属的SIM卡在对应的操作系统中响铃处理及进行通话。
本实施例需要用到一个位于终端硬件之上操作系统之下的虚拟层(Virtualizer)模块,该虚拟层模块可以对CPU硬件资源进行虚拟化,位于硬件之上操作系统之下,具备隔离内存及外设存取管理和基于策略的安全管能力,可以为终端中的两个操作系统构建安全分离的域,以形成两个独立的操作系统运行空间。该虚拟层模块可以对内存、硬件资源以及CPU时间进
行分配。开机时,开机引导程序bootloader首先加载虚拟层模块,再由虚拟层模块加载两个操作系统。当来电时,由操作系统的上层应用将来电信息上报虚拟层,由虚拟层判断联系人的归属SIM卡,自动决定进入相应的系统。虚拟层对来电进行控制的示意图如图4所示。
在SIM1卡绑定普通操作系统OS1,而SIM2卡绑定安全操作系统OS2的情况下,当终端接听到来电时,系统的虚拟层将根据拨入的来电号码来判断属于哪个操作系统,并切换到相应的系统。可分以下几种情况:
1、若是该号码在SIM1、SIM2中都不存在,将判定该号码属于陌生来电,将会被切换到OS1系统下接听电话;
2、若是该号码来自SIM1,则将会被切换到OS1下接听电话;
3、若是该号码来自SIM2,则将会被切换到OS2下接听电话,具体的接听控制流程如图5所示。
本发明所述双卡双待通话方法、装置及终端,引入一种在双操作系统下通话的双卡双待方案,该方案通过将每张卡绑定到一个系统,使得用户可以更好更安全地管理联系人电话号码。用户可以将安全需求低的联系人电话号码存储在安全级别低的系统对应的SIM卡上,而将安全需求高的联系人电话号码存储在安全级别高的系统对应的SIM卡。当来电时由虚拟层来控制转入哪个系统,这样的处理不仅安全可靠,而且提高了办事效率,节约用户宝贵的时间,同时使得终端更加智能化,更符合用户的需求,从某种程度上也提高了用户体验。

- 根据权利要求2~4中任一项所述的双卡双待通话方法,其特征在于,当来电号码为陌生来电号码,切换到普通操作系统下接听电话;当发生以下情况之一时切换到安全操作系统下接听电话:1)来电号码同时属于两个SIM卡;2)来电号码未保存在双SIM卡中但保存在终端的存储设备中。
- 一种双卡双待通话装置,其特征在于,包括:绑定单元,用于在具备双操作系统和双SIM卡的终端中,将每个SIM卡均与对应的一个操作系统绑定;接听控制单元,用于在双操作系统同时运行时,根据来电号码所属的SIM卡切换到对应的操作系统下接听电话。
- 根据权利要求6所述的双卡双待通话装置,其特征在于,所述绑定单元,用于将双操作系统设置为:安全等级高的安全操作系统和安全等级低的普通操作系统;将双SIM卡设置为:用于保存安全等级高的联系人电话号码的安全SIM卡、以及用于保存安全等级低的联系人电话号码的普通SIM卡;将安全SIM卡与安全操作系统绑定使用,将普通SIM卡与普通操作系统绑定使用。
- 根据权利要求7所述的双卡双待通话装置,其特征在于,所述装置,还包括:双操作系统运行单元,用于通过开机引导程序加载虚拟层模块,通过虚拟层模块对内存及硬件资源进行分配,来加载运行双操作系统;所述接听控制单元,具体用于通过虚拟层模块查找来电号码所属的SIM卡;通过虚拟层模块对CPU时间、内存及硬件资源的分配,以切换到查找出的SIM卡对应的操作系统下接听电话。
- 根据权利要求7或8所述的双卡双待通话装置,其特征在于,所述接听控制单元,还用于:当来电号码为陌生来电号码,切换到普通操作系统下接听电话;当发生以下情况之一时切换到安全操作系统下接听电话:1)来电号码同时属于两个SIM卡;2)来电号码未保存在双SIM卡中但保存在终端的存储设备中。
- 一种终端,具备双操作系统和双SIM卡,其特征在于,所述终端包括一处理器:所述处理器,用于将每个SIM卡均与对应的一个操作系统绑定;在双操作系统同时运行时,根据来电号码所属的SIM卡切换到对应的操作系统下接听电话。
