本发明涉及通信网络技术领域,尤其涉及一种电视节目的切换方法及装置。
背景技术
随着电视技术的发展,电视在人们日常生活中发挥着越来越重要的作用,电视的频道和电视节目也越来越丰富。目前用户可以通过遥控器来控制电视以实现电视节目的切换,如果用户想要查看某个频道的电视节目信息,必须先使用遥控器切换到该频道。当用户想要通过查看电视节目信息来查找自己感兴趣的电视节目时,需要频繁的切换频道以查看到每个频道对应的电视节目信息,然后通过这些电视节目信息找到自己感兴趣的电视节目。因此用户查看电视节目信息操作非常繁琐,会导致用户的体验差。

本发明的实施例提供一种电视节目的切换方法及装置,可以解决用户查看电视节目信息操作繁琐的问题。

本发明实施例提供的电视节目的切换方法及装置,移动终端在显示EPG界面时,接收用户输入的节目选择指示,节目选择指示中包括节目标识,根据该节目标识从EPG中查找节目标识对应的节目频点信息,然后移动终端将该节目频点信息发送给待控制电视,以便于待控制电视切换到与该节目频点信息对应的节目。与现有技术中用户需要频繁的切换频道才能查看到每个频道对应的节目信息相比,本发明通过移动终端显示出EPG界面,EPG界面中包括至少两个节目标识以及每个节目标识对应的第一节目信息,所以用户可以在该EPG界面上直观的查看到EPG界面中包括的所有的节目信息,并选择自己感兴趣的节目,移动终端可以控制待控制电视直接切换到用户选择的节目,解决了用户查看电视节目信息操作繁琐的问题,提高了用户体验。

本发明实施例提供一种电视节目的切换方法,该方法应用于移动终端,移动终端中包括EPG(Electronic Program Guide,电子节目菜单),EPG包括至少两个节目标识以及每个节目标识对应的节目频点信息,如图1所示,该方法包括:
101、移动终端在显示EPG界面时,接收用户输入的节目选择指示,节目选择指示中包括节目标识,EPG界面中包括至少两个节目标识和每个节目标识对应的第一节目信息。
其中,节目选择指示用于通过节目标识切换节目,第一节目信息可以包括节目标识对应的节目名称、节目图片等显示在EPG界面中的信息。EPG界面中包括的至少两个节目标识和每个节目标识对应的第一节目信息可以为待控制电视可以播放的所有节目的节目标识和每个节目标识对应的第一节目信息。移动终端显示的EPG界面中包括的节目标识和移动终端中EPG包括的节目标识相同。EPG及EPG界面中包含的节目标识的数量根据实际情况而定,本发明不对节目标识的数量做限定。可以理解的是,由于移动终端的显示屏大小有限,所以EPG界面分为多页,每页包括预设数量的节目标识以及预设数量的节目标识分别对应的第一节目信息。为了方便用户查看,预设数量可以根据移动终端显示屏的大小确定,用户可以通过上下翻页或者左右翻页的方式查看到EPG界面中包括的所有的节目标识以及每个节目标识对应的第一节目信息。
值得说明的是,EPG界面中包括节目标识。移动终端显示EPG界面时,用户可以通过该EPG界面来选择想要观看的节目。具体操作可以为:用户点 击EPG界面中某一节目标识或者某一节目标识对应的第一节目信息,移动终端通过该点击操作获取点击位置,根据该点击位置得到该节目标识。可以理解的是,用户的点击操作对应于本步骤的节目选择指示。
节目标识可以以数字或者文字等形式表示,例如节目标识可以是电视频道168,或者是电视台CCTV-1(China Central Television-1,中央电视台1)。
102、移动终端根据节目标识从EPG中查找节目标识对应的节目频点信息。
其中,节目频点信息包括与节目标识对应的频点,例如CCTV-1对应的频点为200MHz。
103、移动终端向待控制电视发送节目频点信息。
值得说明的是,移动终端向待控制电视发送的节目频点信息为待控制电视可以识别的节目频点信息。
移动终端找到与节目标识对应的频点信息后,以红外或者无线等方式将该频点信息发送给待控制电视,以实现对待控制电视的控制。
本发明实施例提供的电视节目的切换方法,移动终端在显示EPG界面时,接收用户输入的节目选择指示,节目选择指示中包括节目标识,根据该节目标识从EPG中查找节目标识对应的节目频点信息,然后移动终端将该节目频点信息发送给待控制电视,以便于待控制电视切换到与该节目频点信息对应的节目。与现有技术中用户需要频繁的切换频道才能查看到每个频道对应的节目信息相比,本发明通过移动终端显示出EPG界面,EPG界面中包括至少两个节目标识以及每个节目标识对应的第一节目信息,所以用户可以在该EPG界面上直观的查看到EPG界面中包括的所有的节目信息,并选择自己感兴趣的节目,移动终端可以控制待控制电视直接切换到用户选择的节目,解决了用户查看电视节目信息操作繁琐的问题,提高了用户体验。
可选的,本发明提供一种EPG界面的示意图,如图2所示。结合图1所示的方法流程,移动终端当前显示EPG界面,EPG界面中包括与每个节目标识对应的节目信息,在该EPG界面中用户可以看到一些节目的节目信息,例如新闻联播、动物世界等,用户可以根据这些节目信息确定想要观看的节目, 例如用户想要观看的节目为动物世界,则用户点击图2所示的EPG界面中动物世界显示的位置,移动终端通过用户的点击操作获取点击位置,进而确定该点击位置对应的节目标识为CCTV-2(China Central Television-2,中央电视台2),然后移动终端从EPG中查找CCTV-2对应的频点信息,并向待控制电视发送该频点信息,以便于待控制电视根据该频点信息切换节目。
可以理解的是,图2仅为EPG界面的示例性示意图,EPG界面显示的内容并不限制于图2示出的内容,EPG界面中显示的节目信息不仅仅是节目名称,还可以包括与节目名称对应的节目的图片等。由于移动终端的显示屏大小有限,所以可以通过左右翻页或者上下翻页查看更多的节目信息。
进一步的,结合图1及图2,本发明还提供一种电视节目的切换方法,如图3所示,该方法包括:
301、移动终端从服务器或者PC(personal computer,个人计算机)中获取EPG。
其中,EPG不仅包括至少两个节目标识以及每个节目标识对应的节目频点信息,还包括每个节目标识对应的第二节目信息,第二节目信息包括第一节目信息。
其中,第二节目信息包括每个节目标识对应的预设时间段内各个时段的节目名称、节目图片、节目简介等信息。
移动终端可以通过无线网络直接从服务器中下载EPG,具体可以通过2G(2-Generation wireless telephone technology,第二代移动通信技术)、3G(2-Generation wireless telephone technology,第三代移动通信技术)、4G(2-Generation wireless telephone technology,第四代移动通信技术)或者WIFI(Wireless Fidelity,无线保真)网络中的一种无线网络下载EPG,当移动终端无法连接无线网络时,可以使用PC从服务器中下载EPG,然后移动终端通过与PC有线连接或者通过蓝牙传输等方式从PC中获取EPG,可以理解的是,PC为移动终端和服务器之间的传输介质。
可选的,移动终端中可以包括一个EPG客户端,当用户第一次使用EPG 客户端时,需要从服务器或者PC中获取EPG,并将获取到的EPG存储在移动终端的EPG客户端文件中。
值得说明的是,由于电视节目的播放计划会根据实际情况变化,所以EPG中的节目信息是会实时更新的。可选的,当EPG更新之后,移动终端可以接收EPG的更新消息,接收到EPG更新消息之后,移动终端可以通过下载EPG更新的内容来更新移动终端中存储的EPG,以保证EPG界面中显示的节目信息的实时准确性。
302、移动终端从服务器或者PC中获取EPG生成规则。
其中,EPG生成规则用于规定如何将EPG中的至少两个节目标识以及每个节目标识对应的节目信息生成EPG界面。
此外,获取EPG界面生成规则的方法与获取EPG的方法相同,此处不再赘述。可选的,移动终端获取的EPG生成规则也可以存储在移动终端的EPG文件中。
值得说明的是,本发明不限制获取EPG和EPG生成规则的顺序。例如,移动终端可以先获取EPG然后再获取EPG界面生成规则,也可以先获取EPG界面生成规则再获取EPG,或者可以同时获取EPG和EPG界面生成规则,本发明对步骤301与302的执行顺序不做限定,图3中以先执行步骤301为例进行说明。
303、移动终端通过EPG界面生成规则将至少两个节目标识和每个节目标识对应的第一节目信息生成EPG界面。
可以理解的是,此处的至少两个节目标识为移动终端获取到的EPG中的所有节目标识。
可选的,生成EPG界面之后,EPG界面即作为EPG客户端显示的主界面,EPG界面显示的节目标识以及节目标识对应的节目信息与移动终端存储的EPG中的节目频点信息相关联。
值得说明的是,EPG界面包括快捷界面以及具体节目信息界面,快捷界面显示与节目标识对应的基本的节目信息,例如当前节目的名称以及图片等, 可以理解的是,与节目标识对应的基本节目信息即为与该节目标识对应的第一节目信息;具体节目信息界面显示与节目标识对应的详细节目信息,具体可以为与节目标识对应的预设时间段内各个时段的节目名称、节目图片、节目简介等,预设时间段一般可以为一天,可以理解的是,与节目标识对应的详细节目信息为与该节目标识对应的第二节目信息中的一部分内容,例如,第一节目信息中包括一周内各个时间段的节目名称、节目图片、节目简介等,而具体节目信息界面仅显示一天内各时段的节目名称。
快捷界面与具体节目信息界面可以同时显示在移动终端的显示屏上,也可以作为两个界面在不同的情况下显示在移动终端的显示屏上。
移动终端在快捷界面上收到用户输入的操作后,本发明对区分用户输入的操作是用于控制待控制电视进行节目切换,还是用于开启具体节目信息界面的方法不做限定,例如,快捷界面中可以包括打开具体节目信息界面的链接。图2中显示的为快捷界面,以图2中的新闻联播节目为例,移动终端在新闻联播下显示的CCTV-1的区域接收到用户的点击操作后,则开启CCTV-1对应的具体节目信息界面,移动终端在CCTV-1的区域上方显示的节目信息(新闻联播)区域接收到用户的点击操作后,则控制待控制电视进行节目切换。或者,当移动终端在图2中新闻联播或者CCTV-1所显示的区域接收到用户的单击操作后,则控制待控制电视进行节目切换,当移动终端在图2中新闻联播或者CCTV-1所显示的区域接收到用户的双击操作后,开启CCTV-1对应的具体节目信息界面。
具体节目信息界面的显示方式包括以下两种:
第一种方式为直接在当前的快捷界面显示具体节目信息界面,如图4所示。
第二种方式为将当前的快捷界面切换为具体节目信息界面,如图5所示。
值得说明的是,图4与图5为示例性示意图,图4和图5中显示的详细节目信息为17:00-23:10的节目信息,在实际情况下,具体节目信息界面既可以显示节目预告,也可以显示历史节目信息,在具体的时间段之前还可以显 示日期。
进一步的,可以理解的是,上述步骤301至步骤303为移动终端为了实现控制待控制电视的功能而执行的步骤,在生成EPG界面后,移动终端即可根据用户输入的节目选择指示切换电视节目,无需每次在执行步骤304之前都执行上述步骤301至步骤303。
304、移动终端在显示快捷界面时,接收用户输入的节目选择指示,节目选择指示中包括节目标识。
值得说明的是,在移动终端控制待控制电视切换节目之前,移动终端还需将EPG中每个节目对应的频点信息转换成待控制的电视可以识别的格式。
305、根据节目标识从EPG中查找节目标识对应的节目频点信息。
306、向待控制电视发送节目频点信息。
可以理解的是,本步骤中的节目频点信息的格式为待控制电视可以识别的格式。
本发明实施例提供的电视节目的切换方法,移动终端在显示EPG界面时,接收用户输入的节目选择指示,节目选择指示中包括节目标识,根据该节目标识从EPG中查找节目标识对应的节目频点信息,然后移动终端将该节目频点信息发送给待控制电视,以便于待控制电视切换到与该节目频点信息对应的节目。与现有技术中用户需要频繁的切换频道才能查看到每个频道对应的节目信息相比,本发明通过移动终端显示出EPG界面的快捷界面,快捷界面中包括该EPG中所有的节目标识以及每个节目标识对应的第一节目信息,所以用户可以在该快捷界面上直观的查看到待控制电视可播放的所有的节目信息,并选择自己感兴趣的节目,或者用户可以在EPG界面的具体信息界面查看各个时段的具体节目信息,确定感兴趣的节目的播放时间,解决了用户查看电视节目信息操作繁琐的问题,提高了用户体验。
结合图1至图5,本发明实施例提供一种电视节目的切换装置,如图6所示,该装置应用于移动终端,该移动终端中包括电子节目菜单EPG,EPG包括至少两个节目的节目标识以及每个节目标识对应的节目频点信息,该装置 包括:接收单元61,查找单元62,发送单元63。
接收单元61,用于在显示EPG界面时,接收用户输入的节目选择指示,节目选择指示中包括节目标识,EPG界面中包括至少两个节目标识和每个节目标识对应的第一节目信息,并将节目标识提供给查找单元62。
查找单元62,用于根据节目标识从EPG中查找节目标识对应的节目频点信息。
发送单元63,用于向待控制电视发送查找单元62查找到的节目频点信息。
本发明实施例提供的电视节目的切换装置,在显示EPG界面时,接收单元接收用户输入的节目选择指示,节目选择指示中包括节目标识,查找单元根据该节目标识从EPG中查找节目标识对应的节目频点信息,然后发送单元将该节目频点信息发送给待控制电视,以便于待控制电视切换到与该节目频点信息对应的节目。与现有技术中用户需要频繁的切换频道才能查看到每个频道对应的节目信息相比,本发明通过移动终端显示出EPG界面,EPG界面中包括至少两个节目标识以及每个节目标识对应的第一节目信息,所以用户可以在该EPG界面上直观的查看到EPG界面中包括的所有的节目信息,并选择自己感兴趣的节目,移动终端可以控制待控制电视直接切换到用户选择的节目,解决了用户查看电视节目信息操作繁琐的问题,提高了用户体验。
结合图6,本发明还提供一种电视节目的切换装置,如图7所示,该装置还包括:获取单元64,生成单元65。
获取单元64,用于从服务器或者PC中获取EPG。
其中,EPG还包括每个节目标识对应的第二节目信息,第二节目信息包括第一节目信息。
值得说明的是,移动终端可以通过无线网络直接从服务器中下载EPG,具体可以通过2G、3G、4G或者WIFI网络中的一种无线网络下载EPG,当移动终端无法连接无线网络时,可以使用PC从服务器中下载EPG,然后移动终端通过与PC有线连接或者通过蓝牙传输等方式从PC中获取EPG,可以理解的是,PC为移动终端和服务器之间的传输介质。
获取单元64,还用于从服务器或者PC中获取EPG界面生成规则。
其中,获取EPG界面生成规则的方法与获取EPG的方法相同,此处不再赘述。
生成单元65,用于通过获取单元64获取的EPG界面生成规则将至少两个节目标识和每个节目标识对应的第一节目信息生成EPG界面。
可以理解的是,生成单元65生成EPG界面之后,接收单元61才可以在显示EPG界面时,接收用户输入的节目选择指示。
本发明实施例提供的电视节目的切换装置,在显示EPG界面时,接收单元接收用户输入的节目选择指示,节目选择指示中包括节目标识,查找单元根据该节目标识从EPG中查找节目标识对应的节目频点信息,然后发送单元将该节目频点信息发送给待控制电视,以便于待控制电视切换到与该节目频点信息对应的节目。与现有技术中用户需要频繁的切换频道才能查看到每个频道对应的节目信息相比,本发明通过移动终端显示出EPG界面,EPG界面中包括至少两个节目标识以及每个节目标识对应的第一节目信息,所以用户可以在该EPG界面上直观的查看到EPG界面中包括的所有的节目信息,并选择自己感兴趣的节目,移动终端可以控制待控制电视直接切换到用户选择的节目,解决了用户查看电视节目信息操作繁琐的问题,提高了用户体验。
如图8所示,图8为图1至图5描述的移动终端的硬件结构示意图。其中,移动终端可包括存储器81、收发器82、处理器83和总线84,其中,存储器81、收发器82、处理器83通过总线84通信连接。
存储器81可以是只读存储器(Read Only Memory,ROM),静态存储设备,动态存储设备或者随机存取存储器(RandomAccess Memory,RAM)。存储器81可以存储操作系统和其他应用程序。在通过软件或者固件来实现本发明实施例提供的技术方案时,用于实现本发明实施例提供的技术方案的程序代码保存在存储器81中,并由处理器83来执行。
收发器82用于装置与其他设备或通信网络(例如但不限于以太网,无线接入网(Radio Access Network,RAN),无线局域网(Wireless Local Area  Network,WLAN)等)之间的通信。
处理器83可以采用通用的中央处理器(Central Processing Unit,CPU),微处理器,应用专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC),或者一个或多个集成电路,用于执行相关程序,以实现本发明实施例所提供的技术方案。
总线84可包括一通路,在装置各个部件(例如存储器81、收发器82和处理器83)之间传送信息。
应注意,尽管图8所示的硬件仅仅示出了存储器81、收发器82和处理器83以及总线84,但是在具体实现过程中,本领域的技术人员应当明白,该终端还包含实现正常运行所必须的其他器件。同时,根据具体需要,本领域的技术人员应当明白,还可包含实现其他功能的硬件器件。
具体的,图8所示的移动终端包括电子节目菜单EPG,EPG包括至少两个节目的节目标识以及每个节目标识对应的节目频点信息,当该移动终端用于实现图6-图7实施例所示的装置时,该装置中的收发器82,用于在显示EPG界面时,接收用户输入的节目选择指示,节目选择指示中包括节目标识,EPG界面中包括至少两个节目标识和每个节目标识对应的第一节目信息,并将该节目标识提供给处理器83。
处理器83,与存储器81和收发器82耦合,用于控制程序指令的执行,具体用于根据节目标识从EPG中查找节目标识对应的节目频点信息。
收发器82,还用于向待控制电视发送处理器83查找到的节目频点信息。
收发器82,还用于从服务器或者个人计算机PC中获取EPG。
其中,EPG还包括每个节目标识对应的第二节目信息,第二节目信息包括第一节目信息。
存储器81,还用于存储收发器82获取到的EPG。
收发器82,还用于从服务器或者PC中获取EPG界面生成规则。

本发明实施例提供的电视节目的切换方法,在显示EPG界面时,收发器接收用户输入的节目选择指示,节目选择指示中包括节目标识,处理器根据该节目标识从EPG中查找节目标识对应的节目频点信息,然后收发器将该节目频点信息发送给待控制电视,以便于待控制电视切换到与该节目频点信息对应的节目。与现有技术中用户需要频繁的切换频道才能查看到每个频道对应的节目信息相比,本发明通过移动终端显示出EPG界面,EPG界面中包括至少两个节目标识以及每个节目标识对应的第一节目信息,所以用户可以在该EPG界面上直观的查看到EPG界面中包括的所有的节目信息,并选择自己感兴趣的节目,移动终端可以控制待控制电视直接切换到用户选择的节目,解决了用户查看电视节目信息操作繁琐的问题,提高了用户体验。

  1. 一种电视节目的切换方法,其特征在于,所述方法应用于移动终端,所述移动终端中包括电子节目菜单EPG,所述EPG包括至少两个节目标识以及每个节目标识对应的节目频点信息,所述方法包括:
    在显示EPG界面时,接收用户输入的节目选择指示,所述节目选择指示中包括节目标识,所述EPG界面中包括所述至少两个节目标识和每个节目标识对应的第一节目信息;
    根据所述节目标识从所述EPG中查找所述节目标识对应的节目频点信息;
    向所述待控制电视发送所述节目频点信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电视节目的切换方法,其特征在于,在所述显示EPG界面时,接收用户输入的节目选择指示之前,所述方法还包括:
    从服务器或者个人计算机PC中获取所述EPG。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电视节目的切换方法,其特征在于,在所述显示EPG界面时,接收用户输入的节目选择指示之前,所述方法还包括:
    从所述服务器或者所述PC中获取EPG界面生成规则。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电视节目的切换方法,其特征在于,所述EPG还包括每个节目标识对应的第二节目信息,所述第二节目信息包括所述第一节目信息;在所述在显示EPG界面时,接收用户输入的节目选择指示,所述节目选择指示中包括节目标识之前,所述方法还包括:
    通过所述EPG界面生成规则将所述至少两个节目标识和每个节目标识对应的第一节目信息生成所述EPG界面。
  5. 一种电视节目的切换装置,其特征在于,所述装置应用于移动终端,所述移动终端中包括电子节目菜单EPG,所述EPG包括至少两个节目标识以及每个节目标识对应的节目频点信息,所述装置包括:
    接收单元,用于在显示EPG界面时,接收用户输入的节目选择指示,所述节目选择指示中包括节目标识,所述EPG界面中包括所述至少两个节目标识和每个节目标识对应的第一节目信息;
    查找单元,用于根据所述节目标识从所述EPG中查找所述节目标识对应的节目频点信息;
    发送单元,用于向所述待控制电视发送所述查找单元查找到的所述节目频点信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电视节目的切换装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    获取单元,用于从服务器或者个人计算机PC中获取所述EPG。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电视节目的切换装置,其特征在于,
    所述获取单元,还用于从所述服务器或者所述PC中获取EPG界面生成规则。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电视节目的切换装置,其特征在于,所述EPG还包括每个节目标识对应的第二节目信息,所述第二节目信息包括所述第一节目信息;所述装置还包括:
    生成单元,用于通过所述获取单元获取的所述EPG界面生成规则将所述至少两个节目标识和每个节目标识对应的第一节目信息生成所述EPG界面。
  9. 一种电视节目的切换装置,其特征在于,所述装置应用于移动终端,所述移动终端中包括电子节目菜单EPG,所述EPG包括至少两个节目的节目标识以及每个节目标识对应的节目频点信息,所述装置包括:
    存储器,用于存储包括程序指令的信息;
    收发器,用于在显示EPG界面时,接收用户输入的节目选择指示,所述节目选择指示中包括节目标识,所述EPG界面中包括所述至少两个节目标识和每个节目标识对应的第一节目信息;
    处理器,与所述存储器和所述接收器耦合,用于控制所述程序指令的执行,具体用于根据所述节目标识从所述EPG中查找所述节目标识对应的节目频点信息;
    收发器,还用于向所述待控制电视发送所述处理器查找到的节目频点信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电视节目的切换装置,其特征在于,
    所述收发器,还用于从服务器或者个人计算机PC中获取所述EPG;
    所述存储器,还用于存储所述收发器获取到的所述EPG。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电视节目的切换装置,其特征在于,
    所述收发器,还用于从所述服务器或者所述PC中获取EPG界面生成规则;
    所述存储器,还用于存储所述收发器获取到的所述EPG界面生成规则。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电视节目的切换装置,其特征在于,所述EPG还包括每个节目标识对应的第二节目信息,所述第二节目信息包括所述第一节目信息;
    所述处理器,还用于通过所述EPG界面生成规则将所述至少两个节目标识和每个节目标识对应的第一节目信息生成所述EPG界面。
