小区重选方法、装置以及通信系统 技术领域
本发明涉及一种通信技术领域,特别涉及一种小区重选方法,装置以及通信系统。
背景技术
近距离业务(ProSe,Proximity based Services)也可称为设备到设备(D2D,Device to Device)业务,目前已经被广泛地研究。ProSe通信方式是指数据包无需通过核心网和基站,在用户设备(例如UE1和UE2)之间直接建立通信链路而进行通信。在进行ProSe通信前,一般会进行ProSe发现过程。例如,UE1要通过ProSe通信方式发信息给UE2之前,先要发现UE2是否在附近。
图1是现有技术中ProSe发现或ProSe通信的一示意图,示出了属于同一个基站(例如eNB1)的两个用户设备(例如UE1和UE2)进行ProSe发现或建立ProSe通信的情况。图2是现有技术中ProSe发现或通信的另一示意图,示出了属于不同基站(例如eNB1和eNB2)的两个UE进行ProSe发现或建立ProSe通信的情况。
对于UE的ProSe发现过程,当UE被触发启动发现程序(例如发送发现信号或者接收发现信号)时,UE将通知基站,其即将进行ProSe发现并要求分配ProSe发现资源。基站收到来自UE的请求后,将会给UE配置ProSe发现资源。基站可能通过专用信令(Dedicated signaling)给UE配置ProSe发现资源,也有可能通知UE直接使用系统信息块(SIB,System Information Block)中广播的ProSe发现资源。
同样地,当UE被触发需要进行ProSe通信时,UE将通知基站,其即将进行ProSe通信并要求分配ProSe通信资源。基站收到来自UE的请求后,将会给UE配置ProSe通信资源。基站可能通过专用信令(Dedicated signaling)给UE配置ProSe通信资源,也有可能通知UE直接使用SIB中广播的ProSe通信资源。
应该注意,上面对技术背景的介绍只是为了方便对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整的说明,并方便本领域技术人员的理解而阐述的。不能仅仅因为这些方案在本发明的背景技术部分进行了阐述而认为上述技术方案为本领域技术人员所公知。
发明内容
目前,在一种场景下考虑用户设备只能在载波(记作F1)上进行ProSe业务,但在该载波F1上并非所有的小区都支持ProSe业务,即有一部分在载波F1上的小区并不支持ProSe业务。当用户设备驻留在某个不支持ProSe业务的小区时,如果该用户设备被高层触发进行ProSe业务,此时,用户设备需要重选到另一个支持ProSe业务的小区。
在另一种场景下考虑用户设备驻留在一个不支持ProSe业务的载波(不妨记为f2),如果该用户设备被触发进行ProSe业务,则必须重选到另一个支持ProSe业务的载波(不妨记为f1)。其中,考虑载波f1和f2属于同一个优先级的情况。
但是,发明人发现对于以上两个场景,根据现有的小区重选机制,用户设备根据信号强度的测量结果,会把所有符合S准则的同一优先级载波的小区进行排序。所谓S准则是指:小区的信号强度超过预先定义的阈值。然后,用户设备会根据排序结果,重选到信号最强的一个小区。如果信号最强的那个小区不支持ProSe业务,则该用户设备将无法重选到新小区进行ProSe业务。
本发明实施例提供一种小区重选方法、装置以及通信系统。即使信号最强的小区不支持ProSe业务,用户设备也可以重选到新小区进行ProSe业务。
根据本发明实施例的第一个方面,提供一种小区重选方法,应用于被触发进行近距离业务的用户设备,所述小区重选方法包括:
所述用户设备确定一支持近距离业务且信号强度大于或等于预设阈值的小区;
所述用户设备重选到所述小区。
根据本发明实施例的第二个方面,提供一种小区重选装置,配置于被触发进行近距离业务的用户设备中,所述小区重选装置包括:
小区确定单元,确定一支持近距离业务且信号强度大于或等于预设阈值的小区;
小区重选单元,将所述用户设备重选到所述小区。
据本发明实施例的第三个方面,提供一种通信系统,所述通信系统包括:
用户设备,在被触发进行近距离业务时确定一支持近距离业务且信号强度大于或等于预设阈值的小区;以及重选到所述小区。
根据本发明实施例的又一个方面,提供一种计算机可读程序,其中当在用户设备中执行所述程序时,所述程序使得计算机在所述用户设备中执行如上所述的小区重选方法。

本发明实施例的有益效果在于,在某一小区支持近距离业务且所述小区的信号强度大于或等于预设阈值的情况下,用户设备重选所述小区。由此,即使信号最强的小区不支持ProSe业务,用户设备也可以重选到新小区进行ProSe业务。

实施例1
本发明实施例提供一种小区重选方法,应用于被触发进行ProSe业务的用户设备。图3是本发明实施例的小区重选方法的一流程示意图,如图3所示,所述小区重选方法包括:
步骤301,用户设备确定某一支持近距离业务且信号强度大于或等于预设阈值的小区;
步骤302,用户设备重选到所述小区。
在本实施例中,用于进行重选的小区支持近距离业务,并且该小区的信号强度大于或等于预设阈值。因此,即使信号最强的小区不支持ProSe业务,用户设备也可以重选到新小区进行ProSe业务。
在本实施例中,关于小区是否支持ProSe业务的信息,用户设备可以从基站发送的系统信息中获知。此外,关于小区的信道强度的获取以及预设阈值的确定,可以采用现有技术中的相关方式实现。
由上述实施例可知,在某一小区支持近距离业务且所述小区的信号强度大于或等于预设阈值的情况下,用户设备重选所述小区。由此,即使信号最强的小区不支持ProSe业务,用户设备也可以重选到新小区进行ProSe业务。
即,用户设备进行小区重选时,可以忽略排序,只要该小区符合S准则,用户设备就可以重选到该小区;也可以对支持近距离业务的小区的信号强度进行排序,用户设备可以重选到支持近距离业务且信号强度最强的小区。
实施例2
本发明实施例在实施例1的基础上,对于小区重选方法进行进一步说明。
在本实施例中,在确定用于进行重选的小区之前,用户设备处于空闲态且驻留在 一个不支持近距离业务(例如ProSe发现或者ProSe通信)的小区(例如cell1)。其中不妨将该小区所在的载波记为F1,在该载波F1上一个或多个小区(例如只有部分小区)支持ProSe业务。
图4是本发明实施例的小区重选方法的一流程示意图。如图4所示,所述方法包括:
步骤401,用户设备接收基站发送的系统信息;
其中,所述系统信息包括:支持近距离业务的小区信息和/或支持近距离业务的载波信息。例如,本小区(例如cell1)是否支持ProSe业务,邻小区(例如cell2,cell3)是否支持ProSe业务。
步骤402,用户设备被触发进行ProSe业务;
例如,用户设备可能被高层触发发送ProSe发现信号、接收ProSe发现信号或者进行ProSe通信等。但本发明不限于此,可以为现有技术中ProSe业务被触发的任意一种方式。
步骤403,用户设备从同一载波的多个小区中确定某一用于进行重选的小区。
在一个实施方式中,对于同一载波上的多个小区,在某一小区支持近距离业务且所述小区的信号强度大于或等于所述预设阈值时,将所述小区确定为进行重选的小区。
例如,在载波F1上的所有小区包括cell1,cell2,cell3,cell4,cell5,cell6等,其中支持ProSe业务且信号强度大于预设阈值的小区包括:cell2,cell5,cell6,则如果该用户设备被触发进行ProSe业务,用户设备将重选到小区cell2,cell5和cell6中的任何一个。
在本实施方式中,只要某个支持ProSe业务的小区的信号强度高于某个预先给定的阈值,该用户设备就重选到该小区。即,用户设备进行小区重选过程时忽略排序(RANK)准则。由此,可以重选到新小区进行ProSe业务。
在另一个实施方式中,对于同一载波上的多个小区,将所述多个小区分类为支持近距离业务的小区和不支持近距离业务的小区;对于所述支持近距离业务的一个或多个小区,将信号强度大于或等于所述预设阈值的小区按照信号强度进行排序;以及根据排序后的结果确定所述进行重选的小区。
其中,可以将排序后的信号强度最强的小区确定为所述进行重选的小区。但本发 明不限于此,例如也可以将信号强度第二强的小区确定为进行重选的小区。
例如,在载波F1上的所有小区被分为两类,不妨记为A类和B类。A类小区支持ProSe业务(例如A类小区包括cell2,cell4,cell5,cell6等),B类小区不支持ProSe(例如B类小区包括cell1,cell3等)。
然后,用户设备将对A类小区中信号强度大于某个阈值的所有小区(例如包括cell2,cell5,cell6)按照信号强度分别进行排序,排序后的结果例如为cell5,cell2,cell6。则如果该用户设备被触发进行ProSe业务,用户设备将重选到A类小区中信号最强的小区cell5。
在本实施方式中,对支持ProSe业务且信号强度高于预设阈值的多个小区进行排序,根据排序结果重选小区。由此,可以重选到信号强度较好的新小区来进行ProSe业务。
步骤404,用户设备重选到支持ProSe业务的小区,并开始进行ProSe业务。
由上述实施例可知,对于用户设备处于空闲态且驻留在一个不支持ProSe业务的小区,同一载波上只有部分小区支持ProSe业务的情况,若该用户设备被触发进行ProSe业务,则在某一小区支持近距离业务且所述小区的信号强度大于或等于预设阈值的情况下,用户设备重选所述小区。由此,即使信号最强的小区不支持ProSe业务,用户设备也可以重选到新小区进行ProSe业务。
实施例3
本发明实施例在实施例1的基础上,对于小区重选方法进行进一步说明。
在本实施例中,在确定用于进行重选的小区之前,用户设备处于空闲态且驻留在不支持近距离业务(例如ProSe发现或者ProSe通信)的小区(例如cell1)。其中不妨将该小区所在的载波记为f2,且该载波f2不支持ProSe业务;另一个载波(记为f1)支持ProSe业务;且在小区重选准则中,f1和f2处于同一优先级。在该载波f1上,可以只有部分小区支持ProSe业务,或者也可以全部小区支持ProSe业务。
图5是本发明实施例的小区重选方法的一流程示意图。如图5所示,所述方法包括:
步骤501,用户设备接收基站发送的系统信息;
其中,所述系统信息包括:支持近距离业务的小区信息和/或支持近距离业务的 载波信息。例如,本小区(例如cell1)是否支持ProSe业务,邻小区(例如cell2,cell3)是否支持ProSe业务;和/或,哪些载波支持ProSe业务,哪些载波不支持ProSe业务等等。
步骤502,用户设备被触发进行ProSe业务;
例如,用户设备被高层触发发送ProSe发现信号、接收到ProSe发现信号或者ProSe通信等。
步骤503,用户设备从同一优先级的多个载波上的多个小区中确定某一用于进行重选的小区。
在一个实施方式中,对于同一优先级的多个载波上的多个小区,在某一小区支持近距离业务且所述小区的信号强度大于或等于所述预设阈值时,将所述小区确定为进行重选的小区。
例如,在载波f2上的所有小区包括cell1,cell2,cell3等,在载波f1上的所有小区包括cell4,cell5,cell6。其中支持ProSe业务且信号强度大于预设阈值的小区包括:cell5和cell6,则如果该用户设备被触发进行ProSe业务,用户设备将重选到小区cell5和cell6中的任何一个小区。
在本实施方式中,只要某个支持ProSe业务的小区的信号强度高于某个预先给定的阈值,该用户设备就重选到该小区。即,用户设备进行小区重选过程时忽略排序(RANK)准则。由此,可以重选到新小区进行ProSe业务。
在另一个实施方式中,对于同一优先级的多个载波上的多个小区,将所述多个小区分类为支持近距离业务的小区和不支持近距离业务的小区;对于所述支持近距离业务的小区,将信号强度大于或等于所述预设阈值的小区按照信号强度进行排序;以及根据排序后的结果确定所述进行重选的小区。
其中,可以将排序后的信号强度最强的小区确定为所述进行重选的小区。但本发明不限于此,例如也可以将信号强度第二强的小区确定为进行重选的小区。
例如,在载波f1和f2上的所有小区被分为两类,不妨记为A类和B类。A类小区支持ProSe业务(例如包括cell4,cell5,cell6等),B类小区不支持ProSe业务(例如包括cell1,cell2,cell3等)。
然后,用户设备将对A类小区中信号强度大于某个阈值的所有小区(例如包括cell5和cell6)按照信号强度分别进行排序,排序后的结果例如为cell6,cell5。则 如果该用户设备被触发进行ProSe业务,用户设备将重选到A类小区中信号最强的小区cell 6。
在本实施方式中,对支持ProSe业务且信号强度高于预设阈值的多个小区进行排序,根据排序结果重选小区。由此,可以重选到信号强度较好的新小区来进行ProSe业务。
步骤504,用户设备重选到支持ProSe的小区,并开始进行ProSe业务。

图6是本发明实施例的小区重选装置的一构成示意图,如图6所示,所述小区重选装置600包括:
小区确定单元601,确定一支持近距离业务且信号强度大于或等于预设阈值的小区;
小区重选单元602,将所述用户设备重选到所述小区。
本发明实施例还提供一种用户设备,配置有上述的小区重选装置600。
图7是本发明实施例的用户设备的系统构成的一示意框图。如图7所示,该用户设备700可以包括中央处理器100和存储器140;存储器140耦合到中央处理器100。值得注意的是,该图是示例性的;还可以使用其他类型的结构,来补充或代替该结构,以实现电信功能或其他功能。
在一个实施方式中,小区重选装置600的功能可以被集成到中央处理器100中。其中,中央处理器100可以被配置为实现如实施例1至3所述的方法。
在另一个实施方式中,小区重选装置600可以与中央处理器100分开配置,例如可以将小区重选装置600配置为与中央处理器100连接的芯片,通过中央处理器的控 制来实现小区重选装置600的功能。
如图7所示,该用户设备700还可以包括:通信模块110、输入单元120、音频处理单元130、显示器160、电源170。值得注意的是,用户设备700也并不是必须要包括图7中所示的所有部件;此外,用户设备700还可以包括图7中没有示出的部件,可以参考现有技术。
如图7所示,中央处理器100有时也称为控制器或操作控件,可以包括微处理器或其他处理器装置和/或逻辑装置,该中央处理器100接收输入并控制用户设备700的各个部件的操作。
其中,存储器140,例如可以是缓存器、闪存、硬驱、可移动介质、易失性存储器、非易失性存储器或其它合适装置中的一种或更多种。可储存与失败有关的信息,此外还可存储执行有关信息的程序。并且中央处理器100可执行该存储器140存储的该程序,以实现信息存储或处理等。其他部件的功能与现有类似,此处不再赘述。用户设备700的各部件可以通过专用硬件、固件、软件或其结合来实现,而不偏离本发明的范围。
由上述实施例可知,在某一小区支持近距离业务且所述小区的信号强度大于或等于预设阈值的情况下,用户设备重选所述小区。由此,即使信号最强的小区不支持ProSe业务,用户设备也可以重选到新小区进行ProSe业务。
实施例5
本发明实施例一种小区重选装置,配置于被触发进行近距离业务的用户设备中,在实施例4的基础上进一步说明。本发明实施例对应于实施例2中的小区重选方法,相同的内容不再赘述。

其中,所述结果确定单元803具体可以用于:将排序后的信号强度最强的小区确定为所述进行重选的小区。

在本实施方式中,分类单元801对于同一优先级的多个载波上的多个小区,将所述多个小区分类为支持近距离业务的小区和不支持近距离业务的小区;排序单元802对于所述支持近距离业务的小区,将信号强度大于或等于所述预设阈值的小区按照信号强度进行排序;结果确定单元803根据排序后的结果确定所述进行重选的小区。
其中,所述结果确定单元803具体可以用于:将排序后的信号强度最强的小区确定为所述进行重选的小区。
由上述实施例可知,对于用户设备处于空闲态且驻留在一个不支持ProSe业务的小区,同一优先级的多个载波上只有部分小区支持ProSe业务的情况,若该用户设备被触发进行ProSe业务,则在某一小区支持近距离业务且所述小区的信号强度大于或等于预设阈值的情况下,用户设备重选所述小区。由此,即使信号最强的小区不支持ProSe业务,用户设备也可以重选到新小区进行ProSe业务。

本发明实施例提供一种通信系统,图9是本发明实施例的通信系统的一构成示意图。如图9所示,该通信系统900包括用户设备901。
其中,用户设备901在被触发进行近距离业务时,确定一支持近距离业务且信号强度大于或等于预设阈值的小区;以及重选到所述小区。
在本实施例中,所述用户设备901在进行重选之前处于空闲态并且驻留在不支持近距离业务的小区,其中同一载波上一个或多个小区(例如只有部分小区)支持ProSe业务;或者所述用户设备901在进行重选之前处于空闲态并且驻留在不支持近距离业务的小区,其中同一优先级的多个载波上一个或多个小区支持ProSe业务;例如某一载波上只有部分小区支持ProSe业务,或者该载波上的全部小区支持ProSe业务。
如图9所示,所述通信系统900还可以包括:

Claims (20)

  1. 一种小区重选方法,应用于被触发进行近距离业务的用户设备,所述小区重选方法包括:
    所述用户设备确定一支持近距离业务且信号强度大于或等于预设阈值的小区;
    所述用户设备重选到所述小区。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的小区重选方法,其中,在确定所述小区之前,所述用户设备处于空闲态且驻留在不支持近距离业务的小区;其中驻留的小区所在的载波上的一个或多个小区支持近距离业务。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的小区重选方法,其中,所述用户设备确定一支持近距离业务且信号强度大于或等于预设阈值的小区包括:
    对于同一载波上的小区,在某一小区支持近距离业务且所述小区的信号强度大于或等于所述预设阈值时,所述用户设备将所述某一小区确定为进行重选的所述小区。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的小区重选方法,其中,所述用户设备确定一支持近距离业务且信号强度大于或等于预设阈值的小区包括:
    对于同一载波上的小区,将所述小区分类为支持近距离业务的小区和不支持近距离业务的小区;
    对于所述支持近距离业务的小区,将信号强度大于或等于所述预设阈值的小区按照信号强度进行排序;
    根据排序后的结果确定进行重选的所述小区。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的小区重选方法,其中,将排序后的信号强度最强的小区确定为进行重选的所述小区。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的小区重选方法,其中,在确定所述小区之前,所述用户设备处于空闲态且驻留在不支持近距离业务的小区;其中与驻留的小区所在的载波具有相同优先级的载波上的部分小区或者全部小区支持近距离业务。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的小区重选方法,其中,所述用户设备确定一支持近距离业务且信号强度大于或等于预设阈值的小区包括:
    对于具有同一优先级的多个载波上的小区,在某一小区支持近距离业务且所述小区的信号强度大于或等于所述预设阈值时,所述用户设备将所述某一小区确定为进行 重选的所述小区。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的小区重选方法,其中,所述用户设备确定一支持近距离业务且信号强度大于或等于预设阈值的小区包括:
    对于具有同一优先级的多个载波上的小区,将所述小区分类为支持近距离业务的小区和不支持近距离业务的小区;
    对于所述支持近距离业务的小区,将信号强度大于或等于所述预设阈值的小区按照信号强度进行排序;
    根据排序后的结果确定进行重选的所述小区。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的小区重选方法,其中,将排序后的信号强度最强的小区确定为进行重选的所述小区。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的小区重选方法,其中,在确定所述小区之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述用户设备接收系统信息,其中所述系统信息包括:支持近距离业务的小区信息和/或支持近距离业务的载波信息。
  11. 一种小区重选装置,配置于被触发进行近距离业务的用户设备中,所述小区重选装置包括:
    小区确定单元,确定一支持近距离业务且信号强度大于或等于预设阈值的小区;
    小区重选单元,将所述用户设备重选到所述小区。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的小区重选装置,其中,所述小区确定单元对于同一载波上的小区,在某一小区支持近距离业务且所述小区的信号强度大于或等于所述预设阈值时,将所述小区确定为进行重选的所述小区。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的小区重选装置,其中,所述小区确定单元包括:
    分类单元,对于同一载波上的小区,将所述小区分类为支持近距离业务的小区和不支持近距离业务的小区;
    排序单元,对于所述支持近距离业务的小区,将信号强度大于或等于所述预设阈值的小区按照信号强度进行排序;
    结果确定单元,根据排序后的结果确定进行重选的所述小区。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的小区重选装置,其中,所述结果确定单元将排序后的信号强度最强的小区确定为进行重选的所述小区。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的小区重选装置,其中,所述小区确定单元对于具有同一优先级的多个载波上的小区,在某一小区支持近距离业务且所述小区的信号强度大于或等于所述预设阈值时,将所述小区确定为进行重选的所述小区。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的小区重选装置,其中,所述小区确定单元包括:
    分类单元,对于具有同一优先级的多个载波上的小区,将所述小区分类为支持近距离业务的小区和不支持近距离业务的小区;
    排序单元,对于所述支持近距离业务的小区,将信号强度大于或等于所述预设阈值的小区按照信号强度进行排序;
    结果确定单元,根据排序后的结果确定进行重选的所述小区。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的小区重选装置,其中,所述结果确定单元将排序后的信号强度最强的小区确定为进行重选的所述小区。
  18. 一种通信系统,所述通信系统包括:
    用户设备,在被触发进行近距离业务时确定一支持近距离业务且信号强度大于或等于预设阈值的小区;以及重选到所述小区。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的通信系统,其中,所述用户设备在进行重选之前处于空闲态并且驻留在不支持近距离业务的小区;
    其中驻留的小区所在的载波上的一个或多个小区支持近距离业务,或者与驻留的小区所在的载波具有相同优先级的载波上的部分小区或全部小区支持近距离业务。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的通信系统,其中,所述通信系统还包括:
    基站,向所述用户设备发送系统信息,其中所述系统信息包括:支持近距离业务的小区信息和/或支持近距离业务的载波信息。
