Abstract

The present invention relates to the technological field of the home appliance devices, more specifically for cooking equipment, which was developed for providing more versatility and freedom of choice of arrangement for the users, as its preferences and needs. Furthermore, the solution presented here allows the burners (1) and control handles (3) of the equipment to be installed directly on the stand or surface (S) available on the installation place – whether it is stone, marble, granite or similar – providing, thus, total freedom of visual configuration and having a product with visual and aesthetic features unpublished, broadly differing from the similar known on the current state of the art.

Description

"SYSTEM FOR ASSEMBLING COOKING TABLE WITH CUSTOMIZABLE LAYOUT"

Field of the Invention

[001 ] Refers to the present invention a system for assembling the cooking table with customized layout, which was developed to provide more versatility and freedom of choice of the arrangement for the users, as their preferences and needs. Furthermore, the solution here presented allows the burners and control handles of the equipment to be installed directly on the stand available on the installation place - if is made of stone, marble, granite or similar - providing, thus, total freedom of visual configuration and obtaining a product with visual and aesthetic features unpublished, differing broadly from similar known on the current state of the art.

Background of the Invention

[002] As it is generally known, on the current state of the art the cooking equipment like cooktop normally comprises glass or other materials thermo resistant surfaces having holes in which are located the burner sets, in which when acquiring its cooking device the user is obliged to choose between the aesthetic configurations offered by the manufacturer, the one that more appeals or suits, without being possible to do any aesthetic and/or layout changes, for example, modifying the positioning of the burners or alter the color/constituent material of the cooking table.

[003] Trying to attenuate a little such inconvenient, the document EP2144010 describes a cooking equipment having a support box in which the burners and handles are rigidly fixes, being the difference that such equipment do not come with a cooking table, once the burners and handle are connected in holes made on specific places of the stand or installation surface of the cooker, in positions correspondent to the support box. Although it is not obligated the user to use determined surface, with the equipment, as cooking table, such document do not give total freedom of choosing the burners positioning and handles by the user, which is fixed and defined by the manufacturer during the manufacturing of the piece.

[004] Analogous solution is described on document BRMU7702216, which also foresee a cooking apparatus for direct assembling in stands provided with holes for the installation of the burners and handles, however such solution do not say about the use of the support box, in a way that all connections of the equipment are exposed on the table. This embodiment, however, also presents some limitations, because more than not explaining if there is a possibility of multiple assembling configurations, the fact that the lower region of the same do not have the protective box makes the manufacturer just capable of use the type "air from top" burners (oxygenation above the table), or the lack of lower protection can make the flame off in case of an eventual opening of cabinet door or drawer lower to the installation stand.

[005] It is noted, however, that the current state of the art lacks of solution which allows a user to freely decide, when installing or on eventual changing of positioning of its cooking apparatus, the positioning of the burners and handles and, beyond that, use the own local surface as the cooking table, with total safety and efficacy.

Objects of the Invention

[006] However, it is one of the main objectives of the present invention to solve the technical problem of the current impossibility of positional customization of cooking equipment, especially those type cooktop.

[007] It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a system for cooking table assembly with customizable layout that, in addition to using the very surface of the installation location (whether stone, marble, granite or similar) to its mounting, also allows the user to freely set the position of the burners and handles.

[008] Therefore, it is one objective of this invention to provide a mounting system including the use of flexible connector tubes to bind the burner to the gas system, which allow great freedom of positioning of the parts.

[009] It is another among the objectives of the present invention to provide a system for cooking table assembly comprising a support box (also known as Burnerbox) to be positioned under the installation stand and thereby isolating the functional unit components without, however, require a rigid fixing them.

[010] Furthermore, it is one of the objectives of the present invention to provide a system for cooking table assembly comprising a plurality of templates for guiding the installation stand cuts as positional choice of burners and/or handles defined by the user.

Summary of the Invention

[01 1 ] The above mentioned objectives are achieved through a system for cooking table assembly with customizable layout more particularly to cooking equipment comprising essentially a cooking cooperating table with burners which, in turn, cooperate with disc support, trivets and levers to control fuel flow from at least one gas feed point.

[012] In a preferred embodiment of the invention, said mounting system comprising at least one set of cooperating removably with a burner installation surface; at least one handle assembly removably with canopy cooperating with the installation surface and the burner assembly; at least one flexible pipe removably cooperating with at least one burner assembly and the gas supply point; at least a box support comprising fastening means for the sets of burners and knobs, and said support housing cooperating removably with the lower face of the support surface; at least one set of templates containing drilling instructions for installation of the sets of burners and drilling indications for positioning the knobs, and wherein said fixtures are used to guide the cutting position of the mounting surface according to the selected mounting configuration .

[013] Said set of jigs comprises a plurality of positioning and assembly combinations to the sets of burners and handles with canoplas.

[014] Preferably the installation surface may comprise at least one of the following surface types: granite, marble, stone or the like.

[015] The present invention comprises also a cooking assembly table with customizable layout method comprising the following steps:

[016] - setting the layout to be used for the installation of cooking and choice of blank indicating equipment;

[017] - positioning the template on the installation surface (S) for marking and carrying out of holes;

[018] - positioning and fixing of the supporting discs over the holes; [019] - positioning of the sets of burners on support discs, and trivets thereon;

[020] - positioning of handles and canoplas the holes;

[021 ] - positioning and fastening the support box in the lower face of the installation surface; and

[022] - coupling the flexible pipes on the handles, sets of burners and the gas supply point.

[023] The present invention will be described in detail based on the accompanying drawings, in which:

[024] Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a system for cooking table assembly with customizable layout according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention for an exemplary mounting four burners and showing various possible locations for handles location command;

[025] Figure 2 shows a perspective view of a second possibility of using the assembly system of the present invention, in this case using only three burners;

[026] Figures 3.1 , 3.2 and 3.3 show three of the many different installation surface for cutting templates that are part of the mounting system of the present invention; and

[027] Figures 4 and 5 show perspective views of cooking equipment already prepared by using the mounting system of the present invention, containing five and four burners respectively.

Detailed Description of the Invention

[028] The object of the present invention will be more fully described and explained based on the attached drawings, which have a merely illustrative character and not limiting, since adaptations and modifications may be made without thereby to escape the scope of claimed protection.

[029] The present invention relates to a system for cooking table assembly with customizable layout, as shown in Figures 1 and 2 appended, comprising:

[030] - sets of burners 1 that can be removably coupled to the table of cooking;

[031 ] - flexible pipes (not shown) to effect the interconnection of the burner assemblies 1 to the gas feed point (not shown);

[032] - a support box 2 comprising fastening means 21 arranged at various points to enable multiple positional settings for the sets of burners 1 and knobs and / or command buttons 3;

[033] - a set of jigs 4 containing indications of holes 41 for sets of burners 1 and directions of holes 42 for positioning of the handles 3, wherein said jigs are used to guide the cutting position S mounting surface according to the user-selected configuration;

[034] - discs support 5 for supporting and mounting the sets of burners 1 the surface S installation;

[035] - trivets 6 to be positioned on the supporting disks 5;

[036] - sets of three handles with canoplas 31 .

[037] It should be noted that the fact that the system of the present invention using hoses enables the free choice of the user and the positioning of the handles 3 and burners 1 on the S surface installation, since once decided the final layout just use a jigs (some of them illustrated in Figures 3.1 to 3.3 attached) to mark and make the holes 41 , 42 for the installation of the functional components of the equipment.

[038] The fixing means 21 of the bearing box 2 also serve to facilitate the correct and proper positioning of the burners and handle sets as the chosen layout, in a simple, efficient and safe way. In addition, the use of support 2 box also provides full freedom of decision of the burner type to be used, which have no restrictions on the risks of the flame by means of user access to the bottom of the surface installation region S.

[039] It is noteworthy that the solution proposed here allows users to adjust the layout of the burners 1 and handles 3 of your cooking equipment to their unique needs and can, for example, mount the rapid burners in the front or rear region of the place, the particular burner (larger) in the center or on the sides of the assembly, and handles 3 at the front or lateral region of the surface S.

[040] Finally, in addition to taking a positional full customization of the components of your equipment from cooking, it still freed from the obligation of having glass cooking tables or steel, in order to achieve unique aesthetic results when compared with the achieved with the current state of the art. Moreover, in any change of residence you can easily disassemble your equipment cooking and mount it in another location in a completely different configuration from the previous, as it had acquired a new cooking appliance without, however, incur additional charges.

[041 ] The use of the system for cooking table assembly with customizable layout object of the present invention therefore comprises the following steps:

[042] - setting by the user, the layout to be used for the installation of cooking and choice of 4 blank indicating equipment;

[043] - positioning jig 4 on the surface S facility for marking and carrying out of holes 41 , 42;

[044] - positioning and fastening the support discs 5 over the holes 41 ;

[045] - positioning of the sets of burners 1 of the supporting discs 5, 6 and trivets thereon;

[046] - positioning of the handles 3 and canoplas 31 holes 42;

[047] - positioning and fastening the support box 2 at the lower side of the installation surface S; and

[048] - coupling flexible pipes to the handles 3, burners 1 and sets the gas supply point.

[049] Note, therefore, that the invention proposed here solves the drawbacks of the state of the versatile, efficient, and safe technique, since it allows complete freedom of layout design of functional cooking equipment components, and furthermore also provides for the use of a support box 2 which allows using any type of desired burner without causing any risk and / or limitation to the manufacturer and user.

Claims

1 . System for assembling cooking table with customized layout, more specifically for cooking equipment which comprises, basically, a cooking table cooperating with burners (1 ) that, in turn, cooperates with support discs (5), trivet (6) and handles (3) for controlling the fuel flow coming from at least one gas feeding point, characterized by the fact that said system for assembling comprises:

- at least one burner set (1 ) cooperating removable with an installation surface (S);

- at least one handle set (3) with canopy (31 ) removable cooperating with the installation surface (s) and with the burner set (1 );

- at least one flexible pipe removable cooperating with the at least one burner set (1 ) and the gas feeding point;

- at least one support box (2) comprising fixing means (21 ) for the burner sets (1 ) and handles (3), being said support box (2) cooperating removable with the lower face of the support surface (S);

- at least one template set (4) having indications of holes (41 ) for the installation of the burner sets (1 ), and indications of holes (42) for the positioning of the handles (3), being said templates (4) serving for orientating the cut position of the installation surface (S) according to the assembling configuration selected;

in that the templates set (4) comprises a plurality of positioning and assembling combinations for the burner sets (1 ) and the handles (3) with canopies (31 ).

2. System, according to claim 1 , characterized in that the installation surface (S) can comprises at least one among the following types of surface: granite, marble, stone, or similar.

3. Method for assembling the cooking table with customized layout as described in claim 1 , characterized by comprising the following steps:

- layout definition to be used for the installation of the cooking equipment and the template choose (4) correspondently;

- template positioning (4) on the installation surface (S) for marking and making the holes (41 , 42);

- positioning and fixing the support discs (5) on the holes (41 );

- positioning of the burner sets (1 ) on the support discs (5), and the trivet (6) on them;

- positioning of the handles (3) and canopies (31 ) on the holes (42);

- positioning and fixing the support box (2) on the lower face of the installation surface (S); and

- coupling the flexible pipes on the handles (3), burner sets (1 ) and on the gas feeding point.
