Cooking table assembly method with customizable layout as described in claim 1, CHARACTERIZED by the fact that it comprises the following steps: - definition of the layout to be used for the installation of the cooking equipment and choice of the corresponding template (4) ; - positioning of the template (4) on the installation surface (S) for marking and drilling the holes (41, 42); - positioning and fixing the support discs (5) on the holes (41); - positioning of the set of burners (1) on the support discs (5), and of the trivets (6) on them; - positioning the set of handles (3) and canoplas (31) in the holes (42); - positioning and fixing the support box (2) on the underside of the installation surface (S); and - coupling the flexible tubes to the set of handles (3), set of burners (1) and to the gas supply point.
