DESCRIPTION
FRUITS AND VEGETABLE CASE MADE OF KRAFT MATERIAL
This invention is about fruits and vegetables case that is made of craft material with easy production, economic, environment friendly, humid resistant, robust, hygienic to be used in demonstration and transportation of any kind of fruits and vegetables.
Vegetables and Fruits are being transported in cases to agricultural areas, wholesales market arid sales points with different types of cases and they are demonstrated in those cases at sales points such as grocery shops, supermarkets and bazaars. In current technology, vegetable and fruits cases are made materials such as wood, plastic, carton and corrugated cardboard.
The materials of wood cases are generally obtained from poplar and beech trees. Wood fruit and vegetable cases have been used in market for a long time widely. Yet, mentioned wooden cases have some negative features due to their material specialties. These cases have irregularities such as snags and fibers due to the nature of wooden material; also they have being subjected to minor damages such as hollows, smashes and cracks during the usage. These cracks and complications are not an obstacle for transportation but they become homes of the bacteria coming from fruits vegetables, soil and agricultural environment. The cases that are subjected to constant humid in agricultural areas and sales points turn to ideal reproduction environment for the bacteria that is placed to these cracks. Therefore, the bacteria and other harmful organisms being reproduced swiftly are spread to these fruits and vegetables that are transported in these cases. This situation affects human health negative results in scope of human health.
Another product for current technique is the plastic cases. Plastic case usage in transportation and demonstration of fruits and vegetables has risen lately. Most of these plastic cases are produced by using recycled scrap plastic. In this case, some plastic material that has not been identified for what kind of material they have been in touch with before is used for fruits and vegetables case production. Usage of the material that has been recycled from the material that is not suitable to contact with beverage in transportation of fruits and vegetables threatens human health. Another product known to transport fruits and vegetables is the cases that are produced from corrugated cardboard. These types of cases have been widespread along the branded agricultural products. Yet, the cases that are produced from carton and corrugated cardboard have a short life due to their low resistance against heat and humid. A material that is made of lamination of paper layers in different types and craft are being used in production of the invention. This material can be obtained in different thickness easily. Being able to use different type of paper in different thickness makes the cases to be able to be produced in different costs and thicknesses according to usage feature of the case. By this means fruit and vegetable cases can be produced generally light and low cost.
In this invention the craft paper in the outer layer of the case made of craft material is water resistant so the structure of the fruit and vegetable cases are resistant to heat and wetness. Craft paper is a material that has long life, elastic structure and it has high tearing resistance level. In this case laminated craft material has high resistance feature. Therefore the fruit and vegetables case is in robust structure. Also, craft paper is an environment friendly material that is obtained from natural materials and they can be recycled and used many times. Laminated craft material can be shaped with cutting, bending, molding etcetera processes easily and can be joined robustly with the methods such as staple and glue.
Polyethylene covered papers do not hold oil and bacteria. Therefore their usage in market as a beverage package material is wide. This invention is described in more details through illustrations only by referring to the below figures; in these figures;

The laminated craft material (2) that is shaped may be used in vegetable and fruits case(l) production by combining with processes such as stapling and gluing.

Claims

1- This invention is about fruits and vegetable cases that are produced out of craft material and its feature is being consisted of fruits and vegetable cases (1) in any shape and size produced out of craft material (2) that is Obtained by lamination of various types of paper layers (2.2) and paper types (2.1 ).
2- It is the laminated craft material (2) that is mentioned in claim 1 arid its feature is that there is craft paper on outer surface and there are several types of papers (2.2) in the interior part.
