Description
本申请要求于2014年11月27日提交中国专利局、申请号为201420735532.5、发明创造名称为“一种可更改外观的智能手环”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明创造涉及智能可穿戴设备领域,具体涉及一种可更改外观的智能手环。
目前,智能手环风靡全球,人们可以通过智能手环监测身体健康状况,显示时间、日期、天气,实现来电提醒等,其功能可谓是越来越丰富,又由于其小巧易用、方便携带,因此更加受消费者的青睐。如今市面上的智能手环在外观上通常包括显示屏部分以及腕带部分,通常同一个品牌的智能手环的腕带部分的外观都是预先设定好的,其图案和颜色有限,用户一旦选定了某个品牌的智能手环,其拥有的智能手环的外观也就固定不变了。虽然,如今可以通过更换腕带部分的形式来达到改变智能手环外观的目的,但这种方式需要的成本比较高,并且用户难以自行根据需要进行反复多次的改变智能手环的外观。
发明创造内容
本发明创造提供了一种可更改外观的智能手环,该可更改外观的智能手环包括手环本体,其中:
所述手环本体表面的非功能性外观区域装配有电子墨水组件,所述手环本体内置有控制模块以及通信模块,所述控制模块与所述通信模块相连接,所述控制模块的外观显示输出端与所述电子墨水组件相连接。
其中,所述通信模块接收信息源设备发送的外观显示信息,并将所述外观显示信息输出至所述控制模块;
所述控制模块将所述外观显示信息输出至所述电子墨水组件进行显示。
可选的,所述外观显示信息包括外观显示策略以及外观显示内容;所述控制模块按照所述外观显示策略将所述外观显示内容输出至所述电子墨水组件进行显示。
可选的,所述手环本体表面的功能性显示区域还装配有显示屏,所述控制模块的功能显示输出端与所述显示屏相连接。
其中,所述通信模块接收外部设备发送的功能信息,并将所述功能信息输出至所述控制模块;
所述控制模块将所述功能信息输出至所述显示屏进行显示。
可选的,所述显示屏与所述电子墨水组件可以是单独的两个部分,也可以是一个整体。

可选的,所述手环本体的形状可以为任意形状。

通过本发明创造的实施例,可更改外观的智能手环可以通过装配在手环本体表面的非功能性外观区域的电子墨水组件显示个性化的外观,从而可以根据用户的需要改变智能手环的外观,并且用户可以反复多次地改变智能手环的外观。
为了更清楚地说明本发明创造中的技术方案,下面将对实施例中所需要使用的附图作简单地介绍,显而易见地,下面描述中的附图仅仅是本发明创造的一些实施例,对于本领域普通技术人员来讲,在不付出创造性劳动性的前提下,还可以根据这些附图获得其他的附图。

下面将结合本发明创造实施例中的附图,对本发明创造实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明创造一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明创造中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明创造保护的范围。
本发明创造实施例提供了一种可更改外观的智能手环,该可更改外观的智能手环可以通过装配在手环本体表面的非功能性外观区域的电子墨水组件显示丰富的信息,从而可以根据用户的需求改变智能手环的外观,并且用户可以进行反复多次的改变智能手环的外观。以下分别进行详细说明。
本发明创造中,功能性显示区域主要以显示例如日期、时间、天气、电量、手环模式、用户运动健康参数等功能性信息为目的的区域,该区域为可选的区域,因为目前有部分智能手环没有配置功能性显示区域。智能手环外表面中除功能性显示区域以外的区域都可以称为非功能性外观区域,改变外观虽然也有一定的功能性,但在本发明创造中,统一归为非功能性之列。
如图1~图3所示,该可更改外观的智能手环包括手环本体a,其中:
该手环本体a表面的非功能性外观区域装配有电子墨水组件b,该手环本体a内置有控制模块1以及通信模块2,控制模块1与所述通信模块2相连接,控制模块1的外观显示输出端与所述电子墨水组件b相连接。
其中,通信模块2,用于接收信息源设备发送的外观显示信息,并将该外观显示信息输出至控制模块1。
本发明创造中,通信模块2可以包括但不限于蓝牙模块、WiFi模块、ZigBee模块、红外模块等具有信息接收功能的模块。外观显示信息可以为图像、图案、文字、数字、字母、符号以及上述内容的组合形式等,本实施例不做限定。信息源设备包括但不限于智能手机(如Android手机、iOS手机等)、平板电脑、掌上电脑、个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA)以及移动互联网设备(Mobile Internet Device,MID)等智能终端,本实施例不做限定。在信息源设备上,用户可以设计智能手环的外观显示信息,也可以通过画图工具或者
在电脑上设计智能手环的外观显示信息。然后,信息源设备再将设计好的外观显示信息发送给通信模块2,通信模块2再将接收到的外观显示信息发送给控制模块1。
控制模块1,用于将通信模块2接收到的外观显示信息输出至电子墨水组件b进行显示。
本发明创造中,控制模块1还可以包括存储模块,该存储模块可以用来存储通信模块2接收到的外观显示信息。
电子墨水组件b,用于将该外观显示信息显示出来。
本发明创造中,电子墨水组件b的表面附着许多体积很小的“微胶囊”,封装了许多携带正电或者负电的不同颜色的颗粒,当电子墨水组件b通电时,可以通过改变电荷使不同颜色的颗粒进行有序的排列,以呈现出不同外观显示信息。当电子墨水组件b显示完成该外观显示信息之后,电子墨水组件b不需要再提供电源,其表面上也可以始终保持当前显示的外观显示信息,直到下一次刷新外观显示信息为止。本发明创造采用电子墨水技术来显示智能手环更换外观时需要显示内容,可以减少功耗。需要说明的是,本发明创造将电子墨水技术用来改变智能手环的外观,具有低功耗、可弯曲、低成本等优势,未来若出现可替代电子墨水技术的新技术应用在智能手环用于改变外观的话,应该仍属于本发明创造的保护范围。
可选的,该外观显示信息包括外观显示策略以及外观显示内容。
控制模块1按照该外观显示策略将该外观显示内容输出至电子墨水组件b进行显示。
本发明创造中,外观显示信息可以包括外观显示策略以及外观显示内容。其中,外观显示内容可以为图像、图案、文字、数字、字母和符号中的一种或多种,或上述内容的组合形式,本实施例不做限定。外观显示策略是定义智能手环外观显示的方式、时机以及规律等的信息集合。该外观显示策略可以是以某一个时间长度为周期,周期性显示每一种外观显示内容,也可以是预先设定好在特定的时间点显示特定的外观显示内容,也可以是以类似电子幻灯片切换的某种变换方式如渐变、交替或循环等动态方式显示外观内容,本实施例不做限定。例如,用户可以设定智能手环刷新外观显示内容的周期为3小时,设定
外观显示内容显示的顺序,因此,智能手环每隔3小时会根据设定好的顺序显示该外观显示内容。又如,用户过生日,可以预先设定好智能手环在该用户生日的那天显示由生日快乐、生日蛋糕或者具有生日祝福意义的图案组成的外观显示内容。
本发明创造中,控制模块1还可以包括存储模块,该存储模块可以用于存储通信模块2接收到的外观显示内容,当控制模块1根据外观显示策略显示外观显示内容时,控制模块1可以从该存储模块中取出相应的外观显示内容并输出给电子墨水组件b进行显示。
可选的,如图3所示,该手环本体a表面的功能性显示区域还装配有显示屏3,控制模块1的功能显示输出端与该显示屏3相连接。因此,通信模块2可以接收外部设备发送的功能信息,并将该功能信息输出给控制模块1,控制模块1再将该功能信息输出给显示屏3进行显示。
本发明创造中,该显示屏3与电子墨水组件b可以是单独的两个部分,如图3所示,也可以是一个整体,本实施例不做限定。例如,智能手环的电子墨水组件可以覆盖整个手环本体的外表面,然后指定该电子墨水组件的某一个部分用来显示功能信息,其余的部分用于显示外观显示信息。
举例来说,当与该智能手环绑定的手机有未接来电时,该手机会发送一个未接来电提醒的信息给智能手环的通信模块,因此通信模块会将该信息输出给控制模块,控制模块控制该信息在智能手环的显示屏上显示出来。
可选的,该手环本体a的形状为圆形、椭圆形、环形、圆弧形、三角形或多边形中的任意一种形状及其组合。
本发明创造实施例中,该可更改外观的智能手环的手环本体a的形状可以为圆形,也可以为椭圆形,还可以为三角形、方形、不规则多边形等,本实施例不做限定。
通过本发明创造中的可更改外观的智能手环,用户可以根据需要个性化定制智能手环的外观,并且可以随时更换外观,满足了用户追求个性化、多样化生活的需求。

- 根据权利要求1所述的可更改外观的智能手环,其特征在于,所述通信模块接收信息源设备发送的外观显示信息,并将所述外观显示信息输出至所述控制模块;所述控制模块将所述外观显示信息输出至所述电子墨水组件进行显示。
- 根据权利要求2所述的可更改外观的智能手环,其特征在于,所述外观显示信息包括外观显示策略以及外观显示内容;所述控制模块按照所述外观显示策略将所述外观显示内容输出至所述电子墨水组件进行显示。
- 根据权利要求3所述的可更改外观的智能手环,其特征在于,所述手环本体表面的功能性显示区域还装配有显示屏,所述控制模块的功能显示输出端与所述显示屏相连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的可更改外观的智能手环,其特征在于,所述通信模块接收外部设备发送的功能信息,并将所述功能信息输出至所述控制模块;所述控制模块将所述功能信息输出至所述显示屏进行显示。
