Abstract

The invention relates to an upper garment and makes it possible to extend the functional possibilities of a garment by conversion thereof depending on a user's requirements. The convertible garment consists of a tubular base formed both from woven and nonwoven material, and the neck holes contain sealing devices which provide for a change in the diameter of the neck holes and for which use is made, for example, of laces, elastic ribbons or other tightening elements. On the side of one of the neck holes of the tubular base there are two conversion lines which are in the form of cuts which begin from the neck hole. The conversion lines are arranged parallel to each other. On the side of one of the conversion lines, the intended conversion lines are in the form of slit-type cuts which are grouped in pairs, wherein the pairs are arranged parallel to one another and parallel to the axis of the conversion line. All of the conversion lines comprise securing elements, which may be studs, buttons, touch and close fasteners and other means which are used in garment designs for the purposes of connecting said elements. The technical result consists in extending the list of items which can be produced without destroying the integrity of the tubular base, while simultaneously providing for the possibility of such a garment being used both by men and women.

Description

CLOTHES TO BE TRANSFORMED

FIELD OF TECHNOLOGY

The invention, which is claimed, relates to light industry, namely to outerwear, which can be used by both men and women, and will expand the functionality of the garment due to its transformation depending on the needs of the consumer.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

From the current level of technology, which relates to the considered area, the closest, by combination of features, to the invention, which is claimed, is clothing that is transformed, consisting of a tubular base, in the middle part of which there is a horizontal circular line of transformation with a means of fixation, and its the upper and lower necks contain seal lines made in the form of a collar and cuff, respectively, while the upper part of the tubular base contains sleeves, and its lower part contains, similar pockets that are symmetrical with respect to the transformation line, and fixation elements made in the form of suspenders and connected with the lower part of the tubular base (Ukrainian patent N ° 36067, IPC: A41D 15/00, publ. 2008). Invention , which is claimed to coincide with the well-known clothing that is transformed, according to the following set of essential features: contains a tubular base, the upper and lower necks of which contain seals, and the transformation line with fixation means.

However, the known clothing that is transformed does not provide a technical result of the invention, which is claimed to be due to the design of clothing that is transformed, since it has one line transformations, and provides the possibility of one transformation of the garment from the initial state, and, in addition, its design provides the possibility of its use only by women, since from the state of the dress it can be transformed only into a skirt, while the integrity of the tubular base is violated, and two independent item, one of which is not a piece of clothing.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The problem to which the invention is directed is to improve the well-known clothing that is transformed by changing its design, which will expand the range of items that can be transformed into clothes, and without violating the integrity of the tubular base, while ensuring the possibility of using such clothes, which is transformed by both men and women.

The problem is solved in clothes that are transformed, containing a tubular base, the upper and lower mouths of which contain seals, and a transformation line with fixation means in that according to the subject of the invention, it additionally contains five transformation lines that are arranged vertically relative to the base, with two lines transformations are made in the form of two symmetrically arranged sections that begin from the side of one neck, and four lines are made in the form of slot sections that are located on the side of one of the sections, and parallel to its axis.

Clothing that is transformed, what is claimed, in the amount of the combination of essential features, provides a technical result, which consists in expanding the range of received items of clothing, and without violating the integrity of the tubular base, while ensuring the possibility of using such clothing, which is transformed by both men and women.

MODES FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

Clothing that is being transformed consists of a tubular base 1, which can be made of either a sleeve material or a conventional material whose edges are sewn together. As the material can be used as a woven the material is never woven, for example, like felt.

Best of all, for tubular base 1, use a machine-knitted fabric of the “leotard” type, which fits the body and can be made, depending on the season of use, like cotton, wool, a mixture of woolen and synthetic yarns. The necks 2 of the tubular base 1 contain gaskets 3, which provide a change in the diameter of the necks 2, which can be used, for example, laces, elastic bands or other tightening elements, which are usually used in clothing designs for these purposes. On the side of one of the necks 2 of the tubular base 1 there are two transformation lines 4, which are made in the form of cuts that start from the neck 2.

The length of the tubular base 1 is made so that it is 20-30 cm higher than the height of the person to use, which, taking into account the properties of knitted fabric, eliminates any inconvenience caused by its length during transfiguration.

The proposed clothes, which are transformed, are used as follows. Example 1

The initial item of clothing that is being transformed is a cloak, when used in an upright position, or a sleeping bag, when the user is in a horizontal position, and can be used alone or in conjunction with another sleeping bag, which is located outside, or a blanket.

The tubular base 1 is made of a sleeve knitted material, which is knitted from woolen and synthetic yarns. The original garment is easily transformed into a sleeping bag. In this case, the transformation lines 4 are located on the side of the user's head, and the lower neck 2, formed by the seal 3, which is used as a rubber band, which is located around the perimeter of the neck 2. The user reveals the transformation zones 5 located on the side of the head, for which he unfastens the fixation elements 6, made in the form of “zippers”, extends his hands through them, then raises the lower neck 2 to the level of his belt, which is fixed on it thanks to the seal 3, which is used as a rubber band. From the side of the upper neck 2, the user partially opens the transformation zones 4, and from the flaps, which were formed from the upper part of the tubular base 1, forms around the neck of the gate, for which he partially covers the transformation lines 4 by the fixing elements 6. Example 3.

The material of the tubular base 1, the seal 3 and the fixing elements - similarly as in example 1.

The user first opens the locking elements 6 on the transformation lines 5, which are located on the side of the lower neck 2 of the tubular base 1, then raises the lower part of the tubular base 1, pokes his hands in the transformation line 5 located in its lower part, and then pulls the lower neck 2 to the level of its neck and fixes around it with a seal 3, and from the upper part of the tubular base 1 forms a collar, or hood, for which it uses the upper neck 2, which is located around the perimeter of the face, and which is completely consequence of availability seal 3, fits the contact line, while the transformation lines 4 are not used, and the fixing elements 6 present on them are in a closed mill.

Example 5

Transformation of a garment from a “cloak” to a “kimono”.

For such a transformation, the user fully reveals the transformation lines 4 located on the side of the head, the transformation lines 5, unfastening the fixation elements 6, after which, he pokes his hands through the transformation lines 5, draws the shutters formed along the transformation lines 4, forward to the chest and back behind back, and fixes them with fixing elements 6: in front - to the level of the neck, behind - to the lower back.

Transformation of the item of clothing "cloak" into a "jumpsuit". The material of the tubular base 1, the seal 3 and the fixing elements 6 - similarly as in example 1.

For transformation, the user wears the tubular base 1, so that the transformation lines 4 are located on the side of the legs, while the transformation lines 4 and the upper transformation lines 5 are fully open. Through the upper lines of transformation 5, the user pokes his hands, and forms a collar or hood from the upper part of the tubular base 1, using a seal 3 in the upper part for fixing.

After that, the lower part of the tubular base 1, which look like two leaves, is wrapped around each leg, and is fixed along the transformation lines 4 using the fixing elements 6, thus transforming the lower part of the tubular base 1 into pants.

Example 7

Transformation of the item of clothing "cloak" into a "samurai sweater."

The material of the tubular base 1, the seal 3 and the fixing elements 6 - similarly as in example 1.

The user opens the transformation lines 4 and 5, which are located on the side of the lower neck 2, while the transformation lines 5 on the side of the upper neck 2 are closed. After that, the lower part of the tubular base 1 is pulled to the level of its waist, and fixes it with a seal 3, and the upper part of the tubular base 1 is used to form the neck of the sweater, while two flaps of the tubular base 1 obtained by opening the transformation lines 4 are placed on each arm, after which they are fixed with fixing elements 6, forming sleeves.

From the tubular base 1, the user can form instead of the neck sweaters, gates.

Example 8

Transformation of the clothing item “Samurai sweater” into a “Bedouin” sweater.

The user previously opens the transformation lines 4 completely, pulls the upper part of the tubular base 1, formed by one of the flaps obtained by opening the transformation lines 4, onto the head, while the upper transformation lines 5 are located behind, at the neck level, the rear part of the transformation line 4 is fixed by means of fixing 6 on the back of the head, and the front part of the garment is formed from the front of the other leaf obtained by opening the transformation line 4.

Example 9

The transformation of the item of clothing "vest" into clothing "stalker".

The user previously pulls the lower part of the tubular base 1, which in the clothing "vest" is located under the upper part of the tubular base 1, then reveals the transformation lines 5 that are at the bottom of the tubular base 1, and imposes the lower part of the tubular base 1 over its upper part, poking hands through the opened transformation lines 5, and the upper neck 2 of the tubular base 1 places on the head, covering the chin, and fixes due to the seal 3, which forms a hood. Then pulls the lower neck 2 to the neck and forms a collar from it, which covers the base of the hood from the outside.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY

The invention can be made both in industrial production and independently by individual consumers, and used as multifunctional clothing, both men and women.

CLAIM.

Clothing that is transformed, containing a tubular base, the upper and lower necks of which contain gaskets, and a transformation line with fixing means, which is characterized in that it additionally contains five transformation lines that are located vertically relative to the base, and two transformation lines are made in the form of two symmetrically arranged sections that start from the side of one of the necks, and four lines are made in the form of slotted sections that are located from one of the sections, parallel to its axis.
