Abstract

本发明实施例公开了一种在线计费中交互信息的方法及装置,涉及电子信息技术领域,能够降低CTF设备和OCS之间的信息交互频率,并且降低CTF设备和OCS之间的信息传输的压力。本发明的方法包括:计费触发功能CTF设备接收在线计费系统OCS发送的携带了非实时触发条件的信用控制应答CCA消息;所述CTF设备在下一次向所述OCS发送信用控制请求CCR消息之前,记录所述非实时触发条件对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息;所述CTF设备向所述OCS发送CCR消息。本发明适用于在线计费系统。

Description

一种在线计费中交互信息的方法及装置
本申请要求于2014年11月18日提交中国专利局、申请号为201410660401.X,发明名称为“一种在线计费中交互信息的方法及装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及电子信息技术领域,尤其涉及一种在线计费中交互信息的方法及装置。
背景技术
随着越来越多的在线业务被使用,运营商需要实时监控用户使用在线业务的情况,并针对用户使用的在线业务实时结算资费。目前,常用OCS(Online Charging System,在线计费系统)进行在线计费。
为了保证通过OCS进行在线计费的准确性,需要由承担CTF(Charging Trigger Function,计费触发功能)的网络设备实时向OCS上报计费信息。例如:OCS在接收到了承担CTF的网络设备发送的CCR消息之后,向承担CTF的网络设备发送携带了Trigger(触发条件)的CCA消息。并由承担CTF的网络设备实时监控Trigger对应的计费事件是否发生,并在计费事件发生时承担CTF的网络设备将通过动态Trigger机制将计费信息或重授权的请求信息上报给OCS,从而使得OCS能够实时获取计费事件发生时的计费信息。
但在实际应用中,由于用户终端会经常发生QoS(Quality of Service,服务质量)改变、位置更新等情况,使得在短时间内会频繁发生计费事件,则承担CTF的网络设备就需要频繁地向OCS上报计费信息,从而增加了承担CTF的网络设备和OCS之间的信息交互频率,增加了承担CTF的网络设备 和OCS之间的信息传输的压力。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种在线计费中交互信息的方法及装置,能够降低CTF设备和OCS之间的信息交互频率,并且降低CTF设备和OCS之间的信息传输的压力。
为达到上述目的,本发明实施例采用如下技术方案:
第一方面,本发明的实施例提供一种在线计费中交互信息的方法,所述方法包括:
计费触发功能CTF设备接收在线计费系统OCS发送的携带了非实时触发条件的信用控制应答CCA消息,所述CCA消息用于响应所述CTF设备发送的携带了配额请求的信用控制请求CCR消息,所述非实时触发条件对应一个费率组的一个或多个配额,所述非实时触发条件是指:当对应的事件发生时,触发所述CTF设备记录所述对应的事件发生前后的计费信息,且并不触发所述CTF设备向所述OCS上报所记录的计费信息;
所述CTF设备在下一次向所述OCS发送CCR消息之前,记录所述非实时触发条件对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息;
所述CTF设备向所述OCS发送CCR消息,所述CCR消息包括所述非实时触发条件对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息。
结合第一方面,在第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,所述记录所述非实时触发条件对应的事件每一次出现前后的计费信息,包括:
在每次检测到所述非实时触发条件对应事件发生时,所述CTF设备保存所述非实时触发条件发生前的所述非实时触发条件所对应的费率组的配额使用信息和/或非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息,并重新开始记录所述非实时触发条件发生后的配额使用信息和/或非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息。
结合第一方面,或第一方面的第一种可能的实现方式,在第一方面的第二种可能的实现方式中,在所述CTF设备向所述OCS发送CCR消息之前,还包括:
将所述非实时触发条件对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息,分 别放置在不同的容器中,所述CCR消息包括至少两个容器;
所述计费信息包括:所述CTF设备记录到的配额使用信息,非实时触发条件,和非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息中的一个或多个,所述非实时触发条件包括:用户位置改变、分配的QoS值改变、所接入的无线网络类型改变、服务网关地址改变、服务网关类型改变、用户所处时区改变和服务网络PLMN改变中的一个或多个;所述非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息至少包括:用户位置、分配的QoS值、所接入的无线网络类型、服务网关地址、服务网关类型、用户所处时区和服务网络PLMN中的一个或多个的值。
结合第一方面的第二种可能的实现方式,在第一方面的第三种可能的实现方式中,在所述CTF设备向所述OCS发送CCR消息之前,还包括:
当至少两个非实时触发条件对应的事件同时发生时,将同时发生的各个事件发生前的计费信息放置在相同容器中。
结合第一方面的第二种可能的实现方式,在第一方面的第四种可能的实现方式中,所述容器中的信息包括:所述非实时触发条件发生前的所述非实时触发条件所对应的费率组的配额使用信息和/或所有非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息。
结合第一方面的第二种可能的实现方式,在第一方面的第五种可能的实现方式中,在所述CTF设备向所述OCS发送CCR消息之前,还包括:
所述CTF设备判断在不同容器的计费信息中是否存在相同的部分;
若存在,则将所述不同容器的计费信息中相同的部分信息放置在容器之外。
结合第一方面的第二种可能的实现方式,在第一方面的第六种可能的实现方式中,所述容器中的信息包括:所述非实时触发条件对应的事件发生前的所述非实时触发条件所对应的费率组的配额使用信息和本次上报周期内所有发生了的所述OCS发送的非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息。
结合第一方面的第二种可能的实现方式,在第一方面的第七种可能的实现方式中,所述容器中的信息包括:所述非实时触发条件对应的事 件发生前的所述非实时触发条件所对应的费率组的配额使用信息和所有所述OCS已发送的非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息。
结合第一方面的第二至第七种可能的实现方式中的任意一项,在第一方面的第八种可能的实现方式中,若所述容器中的信息为所述非实时触发条件对应的事件发生前的信息,则所述容器中还包括所述非实时触发条件;
若所述容器中的信息为所述非实时触发条件对应的事件最后一次发生后,直至所述CTF设备向所述OCS发送CCR消息之前的信息,则所述容器中不包括任何非实时触发条件。
结合第一方面的第二至第八种可能的实现方式中的任意一项,在第一方面的第九种可能的实现方式中,所述CCR消息中包括的各个容器分别携带一个序列号,所述各个容器的序列号按照时间顺序排列,以便于所述OCS根据所述各个容器的序列号依据时间顺序区分所述各个容器。
结合第一方面、第一方面的第一至第九种可能的实现方式中的任意一项,在第一方面的第十种可能的实现方式中,若所述OCS发送的CCA消息中携带的实时触发条件和非实时触发条件对应的事件相同时,则在所述事件发生时,所述CTF设备向所述OCS发送CCR消息。
结合第一方面、第一方面的第一至第十种可能的实现方式中的任意一项,在第一方面的第十一种可能的实现方式中,所述CTF设备已接收到所述OCS发送的非实时触发条件,所述方法还包括:
当所述CTF设备再次收到所述OCS发送的携带了新的非实时触发条件的CCA消息时,所述CTF设备利用所述新的非实时触发条件替换所述已接收的非实时触发条件。
结合第一方面、第一方面的第一至第十一种可能的实现方式中的任意一项,在第一方面的第十二种可能的实现方式中,还包括:
所述CTF设备接收所述OCS发送的携带了空的非实时触发条件的CCA消息,所述空的非实时触发条件不对应任何事件;
所述CTF设备无效当前使用的非实时触发条件。
第二方面,本发明的实施例提供一种在线计费中交互信息的方法,所述方法包括:
在线计费系统OCS接收计费触发功能CTF设备发送的携带了配额 请求的信用控制请求CCR消息;
所述OCS根据所述配额请求确定非实时触发条件,并向所述CTF设备发送携带了非实时触发条件的信用控制应答CCA消息,所述非实时触发条件对应一个费率组的一个或多个配额,所述非实时触发条件是指:当对应的事件发生时,触发所述CTF设备记录所述对应的事件发生前后的计费信息,且并不触发所述CTF设备向所述OCS上报所记录的计费信息;
所述OCS接收所述CTF设备发送的携带了计费信息的CCR消息,所述携带了计费信息的CCR消息包括所述非实时触发条件对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息。

第三方面,本发明的实施例提供一种在线计费中交互信息的装置,所述装置包括:
接收模块,用于接收在线计费系统OCS发送的携带了非实时触发条件的信用控制应答CCA消息,所述CCA消息用于响应所述CTF设备发送的携带了配额请求的信用控制请求CCR消息,所述非实时触发条件对应一个费率组的一个或多个配额,所述非实时触发条件是指:当对应的事件发生时,触发计费触发功能CTF设备记录所述对应的事件发生前后的计费信息,且并不触发所述CTF设备向所述OCS上报所记录的计费信息;
存储模块,用于在下一次向所述OCS发送信用控制请求CCR消息之前,记录所述非实时触发条件对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息;
发送模块,用于向所述OCS发送CCR消息,所述CCR消息包括所述非实时触发条件对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息。
结合第三方面,在第三方面的第一种可能的实现方式中,所述存储模块,还用于在所述CTF设备向所述OCS发送所述CCR消息之前,将所述非实时触发条件对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息,分别放置在不同的容器中,所述CCR消息包括至少两个容器;
所述计费信息包括:所述CTF设备记录到的配额使用信息,非实时 触发条件,和非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息中的一个或多个,所述非实时触发条件包括:用户位置改变、分配的QoS值改变、所接入的无线网络类型改变、服务网关地址改变、服务网关类型改变、用户所处时区改变和服务网络PLMN改变中的一个或多个;所述非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息至少包括:用户位置、分配的QoS值、所接入的无线网络类型、服务网关地址、服务网关类型、用户所处时区和服务网络PLMN中的一个或多个的值。

或者,所述容器中的信息包括:所述非实时触发条件对应的事件发生前的所述非实时触发条件所对应的费率组的配额使用信息和所有所述OCS已发送的非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息;
所述装置还包括:处理模块,用于在所述CTF设备向所述OCS发送所述CCR消息之前,判断在不同容器的计费信息中是否存在相同的部分;若存在,则将所述不同容器的计费信息中相同的部分信息放置在容器之外。
结合第三方面、第三方面的第一至第三种可能的实现方式中的任意一项,在第三方面的第四种可能的实现方式中,若所述容器中的信息为所述非实时触发条件对应的事件发生前的信息,则所述容器中还包括所述非实时触发条件;
若所述容器中的信息为所述非实时触发条件对应的事件最后一次发生后,直至所述CTF设备向所述OCS发送CCR消息之前的信息,则所 述容器中不包括任何非实时触发条件。

所述处理模块,还用于利用所述新的非实时触发条件替换所述已接收的非实时触发条件。

本发明实施例提供的一种在线计费中交互信息的方法及装置,能够通过CTF设备接收OCS发送的携带了非实时触发条件的CCA消息,在下一次向OCS发送CCR消息之前,记录非实时触发条件对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息,并向OCS发送携带了所记录的计费信息的CCR消息,使得CTF设备没有必要在非实时触发条件对应的事件每一次发生时向OCS上报计费信息。相比较于现有技术中每次事件发生时都实时上报计费信息的方案,本发明能够在非实时触发条件对应的事件发生时,先记录事件发生前后的计费信息,并在需要向OCS上报计费信息的时候,将每一次事件发生前后的计费信息携带在一个CCR消息中向OCS上报,从而避免CTF设备频繁地向OCS上报计费信息,降低了CTF设备和OCS之间的信息交互频率,也降低了CTF设备和OCS之间的信息传输的压力。

本发明实施例可以适用于一种在线计费系统,所述在线计费系统至少包括CTF设备和OCS,其中,CTF设备为可以承担计费触发功能的网络设备,例如:GGSN(Gateway GSN,网关GSN)、P-GW(分组数据网网关)、PDG(Packet Data Gateway,分组数据网关)等能够承担计费触发功能的设备都可以称为本发明实施例中的CTF设备。需要说明的是,CTF设备的具体类型以及设备型号可以依据具体的网络环境进行选择,举例来说:在GPRS(General Packet Radio Service,通用分组无线服务技术)中,GGSN可以作为CTF设备;在EPC(Evolved Packet Core,演进分组核心)网络中,P-GW可以作为CTF设备;在WLAN(Wireless  Local Area Networks,无线局域网络)中,ePDG可以作为CTF设备。CTF设备与OCS之间具体的信息交互方式以及所传输的信息类型,在本发明实施例中并不做限定,为了便于描述,以CTF设备向OCS发送CCR(Credit Control Request,信用控制请求)消息,OCS向CTF设备发送CCA(Credit Control Answer,信用控制应答)消息为了进行说明。其中,CCR消息和CCA消息中都可以携带信息或本发明实施例中所需交互的数据内容,比如在CCR消息中可以携带着指定费率组的配额请求;CCA消息可以携带配额授权信息和触发条件(Trigger),以便于CTF设备根据接收到的CCA消息监控Trigger对应的事件,并针对发生的事件向OCS发送CCR消息,CCR消息携带着上报所封装的计费信息;OCS向CTF设备发送用来确认已接收到上报的计费信息的CCA消息。
本发明实施例提供一种在线计费中交互信息的方法,如图1所示,所述方法包括:

例如:若同一CCR消息所上报的不同容器中的计费信息所对应的用户时区相同,则在PS-information级的AVP中上报该信息,且各个容器中不再携带用户时区信息,若不相同,则将时区信息封装在不同的容器中上报。其中,每个Service-Data-Record可以对应一个非实时Trigger或多个同时出现的非实时Trigger发生前或发生后的计费信息集合,若该PS-information下所有的Service-Data-Record中某一参数值相同,如Location,则仅在PS-information级携带一个Location AVP,所有的Service-Data-Record中不再携带Location AVP。
本发明实施例提供的一种在线计费中交互信息的方法,能够通过CTF设备接收OCS发送的携带了非实时Trigger的CCA消息,在下一次向OCS发送CCR消息之前,记录非实时Trigger对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息,分别放置在不同的容器中,并将不同容器的计费信息中相同的部分信息放置在容器之外,并向OCS发送携带了所记录的计费信息的CCR消息,使得CTF设备每一次向OCS上报的CCR消息中携带有非实时Trigger对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息。相比较于现有技术中每次事件发生时都实时上报计费信息的方案,本发明能够在非实时Trigger对应的事件发生时,先记录事件发生前后的计费信息,分别放置在不同的容器中,并将不同容器的计费信息中相同的部分信息放置在容器之外,减少存储资源,并在需要向OCS上报计费信息的时候,将事件每一次发生前后的计费信息携带在一个CCR消息中向OCS上报,从而避免CTF设备 频繁地向OCS上报计费信息,降低了CTF设备和OCS之间的信息交互频率,也降低了CTF设备和OCS之间的信息传输的压力。
本发明实施例中,在如图3或图4所示的实现方式的基础上,所述容器中的信息可以包括:所述非实时Trigger对应的事件发生前的所述非实时Trigger所对应的费率组的配额使用信息和本次上报周期内所有发生了的所述OCS发送的非实时Trigger对应的事件的信息。
本发明实施例中,本次上报周期为上次上报计费信息到下次上报计费信息的时间间隔。
将容器中的计费信息分成配额使用信息和对应非实时Trigger的信息,在上报时,仅仅在容器中携带OCS下发的且发生了的非实时Trigger对应的事件的信息和配额使用信息,而不携带其他OCS未下发的或者未发生的非实时Trigger对应的事件的信息,这些容器未携带的非实时Trigger对应的事件的信息可以携带在容器之外。
例如:OCS下发的非实时Trigger为Location发生变化,假定一个上报周期中发生了一次Location变化,则触发上报时,容器中仅封装Location发生变化前和发生变化后的信息及配额使用信息,而不携带其他非实时Trigger对应的事件的信息,其他非实时Trigger对应的事件的值携带在PS-information级,而且其他非实时Trigger对应的事件的值为当前的信息,具体如表二所示:

具体的,封装最后一个非实时Trigger对应事件出现后到上报点这段时间的计费信息的容器可以携带所有OCS发送的非实时Trigger对应的事件在上报时的值,或者不携带任何非实时Trigger对应事件的值,其中,所述容器没有携带的非实时Trigger对应的事件的值携带在PS-information级参数中。
例如:OCS下发的非实时Trigger为Location发生变化、QoS发生变化,假定一个上报周期中发生了一次Location变化,则触发上报时,容器中同时封装Location发生变化前和发生变化后的Location值和QoS值,其他OCS未下发对应非实时Trigger的信息,比如:时区、服务网关变化等,携带在PS-information级,而且其他非实时Trigger对应的事件的值为当前的信息,具体如表三所示:

本发明实施例中,所述CCR消息中包括的各个容器可以分别携带一个序列号,所述各个容器的序列号按照时间顺序排列,以便于所述OCS根据所述各个容器的序列号依据时间顺序区分所述各个容器。每个容器携带一个序列号,以便于OCS可以根据序列号区分各个容器。OCS还可以根据容器携带的Trigger信息,即是否携带Trigger-type,或容器的序列号来识别最后一个非实时Trigger变化后的计费信息放置的容器。CTF设备将同时出现的多个非实时Trigger对应的计费信息放置在同一个容器中,使得OCS能够获知同时发生的事件。

若所述OCS发送的CCA消息中携带的实时Trigger和非实时Trigger对应的事件相同时,则在所述事件发生时,所述CTF设备向所述OCS发送CCR消息,即:CTF设备将其作为实时Trigger。
当所述CTF设备再次收到所述OCS发送的携带了新的非实时Trigger的CCA消息时,所述CTF设备利用所述新的非实时Trigger替换所述已接收的非实时Trigger。
OCS在该计费会话声明周期内向该CTF设备下发过非实时Trigger,且目前该非实时Trigger还在生效中,则新的非实时Trigger替换之前下发的非实时Trigger,即之前下发非实时Trigger无效。

本发明实施例提供的一种CTF设备,能够通过CTF设备接收OCS发送的携带了非实时Trigger的CCA消息,在下一次向OCS发送CCR消息之前,记录非实时Trigger对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息,并向OCS发送携带了所记录 的计费信息的CCR消息,使得CTF设备每一次向OCS上报的CCR消息中携带有非实时Trigger对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息。相比较于现有技术中每次事件发生时都实时上报计费信息的方案,本发明能够在非实时Trigger对应的事件发生时,先记录事件发生前后的计费信息,并在需要向OCS上报计费信息的时候,将事件每一次发生前后的计费信息携带在一个CCR消息中向OCS上报,从而避免CTF设备频繁地向OCS上报计费信息,降低了CTF设备和OCS之间的信息交互频率,也降低了CTF设备和OCS之间的信息传输的压力。
本发明实施例还提供了一种OCS设备180的结构,如图17所示,该OCS设备180包括:至少一个处理器181,例如CPU,至少一个网络接口184或者其他用户接口183,存储器185,至少一个通信总线182。通信总线182用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。可选的,还包含用户接口183,包括显示器,键盘或者点击设备(例如,鼠标,轨迹球(trackball),触感板或者触感显示屏)。存储器185可能包含高速RAM存储器,也可能还包括非不稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。存储器185可选的可以包含至少一个位于远离前述处理器181的存储装置。
在一些实施方式中,存储器185存储了如下的元素,可执行模块或者数据结构,或者他们的子集,或者他们的扩展集:
操作系统1851,包含各种系统程序,用于实现各种基础业务以及处理基于硬件的任务;
应用程序1852,包含各种应用程序,用于实现各种应用业务。
应用程序1852中包括但不限于接收模块161、处理模块162、发送模块163。
应用程序1852中各模块的具体实现参见图16所示实施例中的相应模块,在此不赘述。
具体地,网络接口184,用于接收计费触发功能CTF设备发送的携带了配额请求的信用控制请求CCR消息;
处理器181,用于根据所述配额请求确定非实时触发条件;
网络接口184,用于向所述CTF设备发送携带了非实时触发条件的信用控制 应答CCA消息,所述非实时触发条件对应一个费率组的一个或多个配额,所述非实时触发条件是指:当对应的事件发生时,触发所述CTF设备记录所述对应的事件发生前后的计费信息,且并不触发所述CTF设备向在线计费系统OCS上报所记录的计费信息;
所述网络接口184,还用于接收所述CTF设备发送的携带了计费信息的CCR消息,所述携带了计费信息的CCR消息包括所述非实时触发条件对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息。
其中,所述携带了计费信息的CCR消息包括至少两个容器;所述非实时触发条件对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息,分别放置在不同的容器中。
所述计费信息包括:所述CTF设备记录到的配额使用信息,非实时触发条件,和非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息中的一个或多个,所述非实时触发条件包括:用户位置改变、分配的QoS值改变、所接入的无线网络类型改变、服务网关地址改变、服务网关类型改变、用户所处时区改变和服务网络PLMN改变中的一个或多个;所述非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息至少包括:用户位置、分配的QoS值、所接入的无线网络类型、服务网关地址、服务网关类型、用户所处时区和服务网络PLMN中的一个或多个的值。
在一种可选的实现方案中,所述容器中的信息包括:所述非实时触发条件发生前的所述非实时触发条件所对应的费率组的配额使用信息和/或所有非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息。
在另一种可选的实现方案中,所述容器中的信息包括:所述非实时触发条件对应的事件发生前的所述非实时触发条件所对应的费率组的配额使用信息和本次上报周期内所有发生了的所述OCS发送的非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息。
在再一种可选的实现方案中,所述容器中的信息包括:所述非实时触发条件对应的事件发生前的所述非实时触发条件所对应的费率组的配额使用信息和所有所述OCS已发送的非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息。
在上述实现方案中,若所述容器中还包括所述非实时触发条件,则所述容 器中的信息为所述非实时触发条件对应的事件发生前的信息;若所述容器中不包括任何非实时触发条件,则所述容器中的信息为所述非实时触发条件对应的事件最后一次发生后,直至所述CTF设备向所述OCS发送CCR消息之前的信息。
可选的,所述CCR中包括的各个容器分别携带一个序列号,所述各个容器的序列号按照时间顺序排列,所述OCS根据所述各个容器的序列号依据时间顺序区分所述各个容器。
本发明实施例提供的一种OCS设备,能够通过CTF设备接收OCS发送的携带了非实时Trigger的CCA消息,在下一次向OCS发送CCR消息之前,记录非实时Trigger对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息,并向OCS发送携带了所记录的计费信息的CCR消息,使得CTF设备每一次向OCS上报的CCR消息中携带有非实时Trigger对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息。相比较于现有技术中每次事件发生时都实时上报计费信息的方案,本发明能够在非实时Trigger对应的事件发生时,先记录事件发生前后的计费信息,并在需要向OCS上报计费信息的时候,将事件每一次发生前后的计费信息携带在一个CCR消息中向OCS上报,从而避免CTF设备频繁地向OCS上报计费信息,降低了CTF设备和OCS之间的信息交互频率,也降低了CTF设备和OCS之间的信息传输的压力。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。尤其,对于设备实施例而言,由于其基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述得比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到 的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (33)

  1. 一种在线计费中交互信息的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    计费触发功能CTF设备接收在线计费系统OCS发送的携带了非实时触发条件的信用控制应答CCA消息,所述CCA消息用于响应所述CTF设备发送的携带了配额请求的信用控制请求CCR消息,所述非实时触发条件对应一个费率组的一个或多个配额,所述非实时触发条件是指:当对应的事件发生时,触发所述CTF设备记录所述对应的事件发生前后的计费信息,且并不触发所述CTF设备向所述OCS上报所记录的计费信息;
    所述CTF设备在下一次向所述OCS发送CCR消息之前,记录所述非实时触发条件对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息;
    所述CTF设备向所述OCS发送CCR消息,所述CCR消息包括所述非实时触发条件对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述记录所述非实时触发条件对应的事件每一次出现前后的计费信息,包括:
    在每次检测到所述非实时触发条件对应事件发生时,所述CTF设备保存所述非实时触发条件发生前的所述非实时触发条件所对应的费率组的配额使用信息和/或非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息,并重新开始记录所述非实时触发条件发生后的配额使用信息和/或非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述CTF设备向所述OCS发送CCR消息之前,还包括:
    将所述非实时触发条件对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息,分别放置在不同的容器中,所述CCR消息包括至少两个容器;
    所述计费信息包括:所述CTF设备记录到的配额使用信息,非实时触发条件,和非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息中的一个或多个,所述非实时触发条件包括:用户位置改变、分配的QoS值改变、所接入的无线网络类型改变、服务网关地址改变、服务网关类型改变、用户所处时区改变和服务网络PLMN改变中的一个或多个;所述非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息至少包括:用户位 置、分配的QoS值、所接入的无线网络类型、服务网关地址、服务网关类型、用户所处时区和服务网络PLMN中的一个或多个的值。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述CTF设备向所述OCS发送CCR消息之前,还包括:
    当至少两个非实时触发条件对应的事件同时发生时,将同时发生的各个事件发生前的计费信息放置在相同容器中。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述容器中的信息包括:所述非实时触发条件发生前的所述非实时触发条件所对应的费率组的配额使用信息和/或所有非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述CTF设备向所述OCS发送CCR消息之前,还包括:
    所述CTF设备判断在不同容器的计费信息中是否存在相同的部分;
    若存在,则将所述不同容器的计费信息中相同的部分信息放置在容器之外。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述容器中的信息包括:所述非实时触发条件对应的事件发生前的所述非实时触发条件所对应的费率组的配额使用信息和本次上报周期内所有发生了的所述OCS发送的非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述容器中的信息包括:所述非实时触发条件对应的事件发生前的所述非实时触发条件所对应的费率组的配额使用信息和所有所述OCS已发送的非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息。
  9. 根据权利要求3-8中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,
    若所述容器中的信息为所述非实时触发条件对应的事件发生前的信息,则所述容器中还包括所述非实时触发条件;
    若所述容器中的信息为所述非实时触发条件对应的事件最后一次发生后,直至所述CTF设备向所述OCS发送CCR消息之前的信息,则所述容器中不包括任何非实时触发条件。
  10. 根据权利要求3-9中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述CCR消息 中包括的各个容器分别携带一个序列号,所述各个容器的序列号按照时间顺序排列,以便于所述OCS根据所述各个容器的序列号依据时间顺序区分所述各个容器。
  11. 根据权利要求1-10中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述OCS发送的CCA消息中携带的实时触发条件和非实时触发条件对应的事件相同时,则在所述事件发生时,所述CTF设备向所述OCS发送CCR消息。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述CTF设备已接收到所述OCS发送的非实时触发条件,所述方法还包括:
    当所述CTF设备再次收到所述OCS发送的携带了新的非实时触发条件的CCA消息时,所述CTF设备利用所述新的非实时触发条件替换所述已接收的非实时触发条件。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    所述CTF设备接收所述OCS发送的携带了空的非实时触发条件的CCA消息,所述空的非实时触发条件不对应任何事件;
    所述CTF设备无效当前使用的非实时触发条件。
  14. 一种在线计费中交互信息的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    在线计费系统OCS接收计费触发功能CTF设备发送的携带了配额请求的信用控制请求CCR消息;
    所述OCS根据所述配额请求确定非实时触发条件,并向所述CTF设备发送携带了非实时触发条件的信用控制应答CCA消息,所述非实时触发条件对应一个费率组的一个或多个配额,所述非实时触发条件是指:当对应的事件发生时,触发所述CTF设备记录所述对应的事件发生前后的计费信息,且并不触发所述CTF设备向所述OCS上报所记录的计费信息;
    所述OCS接收所述CTF设备发送的携带了计费信息的CCR消息,所述携带了计费信息的CCR消息包括所述非实时触发条件对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述携带了计费信息的CCR 消息包括至少两个容器;所述非实时触发条件对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息,分别放置在不同的容器中。
    所述计费信息包括:所述CTF设备记录到的配额使用信息,非实时触发条件,和非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息中的一个或多个,所述非实时触发条件包括:用户位置改变、分配的QoS值改变、所接入的无线网络类型改变、服务网关地址改变、服务网关类型改变、用户所处时区改变和服务网络PLMN改变中的一个或多个;所述非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息至少包括:用户位置、分配的QoS值、所接入的无线网络类型、服务网关地址、服务网关类型、用户所处时区和服务网络PLMN中的一个或多个的值。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述容器中的信息包括:所述非实时触发条件发生前的所述非实时触发条件所对应的费率组的配额使用信息和/或所有非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述容器中的信息包括:所述非实时触发条件对应的事件发生前的所述非实时触发条件所对应的费率组的配额使用信息和本次上报周期内所有发生了的所述OCS发送的非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,所述容器中的信息包括:所述非实时触发条件对应的事件发生前的所述非实时触发条件所对应的费率组的配额使用信息和所有所述OCS已发送的非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息。
  19. 根据权利要求16-18中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,
    若所述容器中还包括所述非实时触发条件,则所述容器中的信息为所述非实时触发条件对应的事件发生前的信息;
    若所述容器中不包括任何非实时触发条件,则所述容器中的信息为所述非实时触发条件对应的事件最后一次发生后,直至所述CTF设备向所述OCS发送CCR消息之前的信息。
  20. 根据权利要求15-19中任意一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述CCR中包括的各个容器分别携带一个序列号,所述各个容器的序列号按照时间顺序排 列,所述OCS根据所述各个容器的序列号依据时间顺序区分所述各个容器。
  21. 一种在线计费中交互信息的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,用于接收在线计费系统OCS发送的携带了非实时触发条件的信用控制应答CCA消息,所述CCA消息用于响应所述CTF设备发送的携带了配额请求的信用控制请求CCR消息,所述非实时触发条件对应一个费率组的一个或多个配额,所述非实时触发条件是指:当对应的事件发生时,触发计费触发功能CTF设备记录所述对应的事件发生前后的计费信息,且并不触发所述CTF设备向所述OCS上报所记录的计费信息;
    存储模块,用于在下一次向所述OCS发送CCR消息之前,记录所述非实时触发条件对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息;
    发送模块,用于向所述OCS发送CCR消息,所述CCR消息包括所述非实时触发条件对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的装置,其特征在于,所述存储模块,还用于在所述CTF设备向所述OCS发送所述CCR消息之前,将所述非实时触发条件对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息,分别放置在不同的容器中,所述CCR消息包括至少两个容器;
    所述计费信息包括:所述CTF设备记录到的配额使用信息,非实时触发条件,和非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息中的一个或多个,所述非实时触发条件包括:用户位置改变、分配的QoS值改变、所接入的无线网络类型改变、服务网关地址改变、服务网关类型改变、用户所处时区改变和服务网络PLMN改变中的一个或多个;所述非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息至少包括:用户位置、分配的QoS值、所接入的无线网络类型、服务网关地址、服务网关类型、用户所处时区和服务网络PLMN中的一个或多个的值。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的装置,其特征在于,所述存储模块,还用于当至少两个非实时触发条件对应的事件同时发生时,将同时发生的各个事件发生前的计费信息放置在相同容器中。
  24. 根据权利要求22所述的装置,其特征在于,所述容器中的信息包括: 所述非实时触发条件发生前的所述非实时触发条件所对应的费率组的配额使用信息和/或所有非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息;
    或者,所述容器中的信息包括:所述非实时触发条件对应的事件发生前的所述非实时触发条件所对应的费率组的配额使用信息和本次上报周期内所有发生了的所述OCS发送的非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息;
    或者,所述容器中的信息包括:所述非实时触发条件对应的事件发生前的所述非实时触发条件所对应的费率组的配额使用信息和所有所述OCS已发送的非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息;
    所述装置还包括:处理模块,用于在所述CTF设备向所述OCS发送所述CCR消息之前,判断在不同容器的计费信息中是否存在相同的部分;若存在,则将所述不同容器的计费信息中相同的部分信息放置在容器之外。
  25. 根据权利要求21-24中任意一项所述的装置,其特征在于,
    若所述容器中的信息为所述非实时触发条件对应的事件发生前的信息,则所述容器中还包括所述非实时触发条件;
    若所述容器中的信息为所述非实时触发条件对应的事件最后一次发生后,直至所述CTF设备向所述OCS发送CCR消息之前的信息,则所述容器中不包括任何非实时触发条件。
  26. 根据权利要求21-25中任意一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述CCR消息中包括的各个容器分别携带一个序列号,所述各个容器的序列号按照时间顺序排列,以便于所述OCS根据所述各个容器的序列号依据时间顺序区分所述各个容器。
  27. 根据权利要求21-26中任意一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收模块,还用于当所述CTF再次收所述OCS发送的携带了新的非实时触发条件的CCA时,其中,所述CTF设备已接收到所述OCS发送的非实时触发条件;
    所述处理模块,还用于利用所述新的非实时触发条件替换所述已接收的非实时触发条件。
  28. 根据权利要求21-27中任意一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述接收模 块,还用于接收所述OCS发送的携带了空的非实时触发条件的CCA消息,所述空的非实时触发条件不对应任何事件;
    所述处理模块,还用于无效当前使用的非实时触发条件。
  29. 一种在线计费中交互信息的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,用于接收计费触发功能CTF设备发送的携带了配额请求的信用控制请求CCR消息;
    处理模块,用于根据所述配额请求确定非实时触发条件;
    发送模块,用于向所述CTF设备发送携带了非实时触发条件的信用控制应答CCA消息,所述非实时触发条件对应一个费率组的一个或多个配额,所述非实时触发条件是指:当对应的事件发生时,触发所述CTF设备记录所述对应的事件发生前后的计费信息,且并不触发所述CTF设备向在线计费系统OCS上报所记录的计费信息;
    所述接收模块,还用于接收所述CTF设备发送的携带了计费信息的CCR消息,所述CCR消息包括所述非实时触发条件对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的装置,其特征在于,所述携带了计费信息的CCR消息包括至少两个容器;所述非实时触发条件对应的事件每一次发生前后的计费信息,分别放置在不同的容器中;
    所述计费信息包括:所述CTF设备记录到的配额使用信息,非实时触发条件,和非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息中的一个或多个,所述非实时触发条件包括:用户位置改变、分配的QoS值改变、所接入的无线网络类型改变、服务网关地址改变、服务网关类型改变、用户所处时区改变和服务网络PLMN改变中的一个或多个;所述非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息至少包括:用户位置、分配的QoS值、所接入的无线网络类型、服务网关地址、服务网关类型、用户所处时区和服务网络PLMN中的一个或多个的值。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的装置,其特征在于,所述容器中的信息包括:所述非实时触发条件发生前的所述非实时触发条件所对应的费率组的配额使用 信息和/或所有非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息;
    或者,所述容器中的信息包括:所述非实时触发条件对应的事件发生前的所述非实时触发条件所对应的费率组的配额使用信息和本次上报周期内所有发生了的所述OCS发送的非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息;
    或者,所述容器中的信息包括:所述非实时触发条件对应的事件发生前的所述非实时触发条件所对应的费率组的配额使用信息和所有所述OCS已发送的非实时触发条件对应的事件的信息。
  32. 根据权利要求29-31中任意一项所述的装置,其特征在于,若所述容器中还包括所述非实时触发条件,则所述容器中的信息为所述非实时触发条件对应的事件发生前的信息;
    若所述容器中不包括任何非实时触发条件,则所述容器中的信息为所述非实时触发条件对应的事件最后一次发生后,直至所述CTF设备向所述OCS发送CCR消息之前的信息。
  33. 根据权利要求30-32中任意一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述CCR中包括的各个容器分别携带一个序列号,所述各个容器的序列号按照时间顺序排列,所述OCS根据所述各个容器的序列号依据时间顺序区分所述各个容器。
