Abstract
La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé de classification d'une position d'un dispositif, qui peuvent comprendre le traitement d'une ou de plusieurs caractéristiques respectives d'un ou de plusieurs signaux indiquant l'orientation du dispositif pour déterminer une position d'un dispositif par rapport à un utilisateur. Dans un exemple non limitatif, divers aspects de la présente invention consistent à analyser, au cours du temps, une ou plusieurs caractéristiques d'un premier signal indiquant l'alignement d'un premier axe du dispositif avec une direction de référence et une ou plusieurs caractéristiques d'un second signal indiquant l'alignement d'un second axe du dispositif avec la direction connue, et à déterminer la position du dispositif au moins partiellement sur la base d'une telle analyse. Un ou plusieurs signaux analysés peuvent, par exemple, correspondre à et/ou dériver de signaux de capteurs à MEMS.
