Definitions

  • This innovation is a system intended to replace the methods such as bill, postdated check and policy which allow the persons and institutions to assign their legal dated receivables, income or assets to their debts and pay them through the membership system by using technologies such as reliable electronic signature and the like which the Government considers / will consider as original signature.
  • products and services will be traded between the members and e-bills will be issued.
  • Our innovation is a "resource routing" system which routes and accelerates the resources created by our members; in other words, it is the application of mainly the "debt routing” and formerly named in the former Code of Obligations as the "disposition" process in an electronic environment by a developed software.
  • Disposition is a procedure of assignment of the receivable from a debtor-creditor relationship by the creditor to the third party without seeking the approval of the debtor within an agreement.
  • the disposition procedures performed without the approval of the debtor cause various problems during the process of payment. Since the information of the authenticity of the receivable defined in the agreement, whether it is legal or not, and its amount and due date is decided or not, there is a seizure on the receivable or not, or the debtor is seized and can be able to perform this execution cannot be obtained; it is a process which may face various legal problems.
  • the disposition procedure is mostly used by the contractors having receivables from the public, factoring by their laws, asset management companies, energy companies as well as GSM operators.
  • the aim of our innovation is to assign legal receivables not used before the maturity date, incomes, financial assets to the debt with or without insurance immediately and reliably after the required interrogation and the approval of the parties by applying the Article 183 of the Code of Obligations and make them useable, remove all the applications like dishonored check and bill prepared on paper and prevent document accumulation by shortening the bureaucratic processes such as notary caused by these applications, eliminate the time-dependent wastefulness of the resources and provide more production and work with the same cash amount.
