Abstract

Es wird eine optoelektronische Vorrichtung angegeben, welche zumindest einen Wellenlängenkonversionsbereich (1) aufweist, der zumindest einen dualen Emitter als Wellenlängenkonversionsstoff (2) umfasst, wobei der Wellenlängenkonversionsbereich (1) eine Primärstrahlung zumindest teilweise in eine Sekundärstrahlung überführt und wobei der duale Emitter einen ersten und einen zweiten elektronischen Grundzustand, sowie einen ersten elektronisch angeregten Zustand und einen aus dem ersten elektronisch angeregten Zustand erreichbaren zweiten elektronisch angeregten Zustand aufweist, und der duale Emitter eine Emission ausgehend von dem zweiten elektronisch angeregten Zustand in den zweiten Grundzustand aufweist. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung die Verwendung eines dualen Emitters als Wellenlängenkonversionsstoff in einer optoelektronischen Vorrichtung.
