Description

终端设备之间的数据同步方法及其装置 技术领域
本发明涉及通信领域,特别涉及一种终端设备之间的数据同步技术。
背景技术
随着通信技术的快速发展,各种通信终端设备间的数据同步变得非常普遍,比如用户在网上购物时想将购物车内的某些商品分享给他人,目前一般是在购物车页面选择需要分享的商品后,可以将商品链接分享到个人主页、微博等社交网络中。而当商品数量较多时,接受分享的用户需要多次重复的手动添加到自己购物车中。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种终端设备之间的数据同步方法及其装置,可以方便地同步终端设备之间的信息集合。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施方式公开了一种终端设备之间的数据同步方法,使用近距离直接交互的方式来读取待传信息集合,以此同步终端设备之间的信息集合,该方法包括以下步骤:
第一终端设备响应输入装置的输入信号,从第一终端设备的第一信息集合中选择至少一条信息;
第一终端设备获取所选中的信息的标识,并根据该标识生成待传信息集合;
第二终端设备通过与第一终端设备近距离直接交互的方式读取所述待传信息集合;
第二终端设备对所述待传信息集合进行解析,得到信息的标识;
第二终端设备将信息的标识发送给服务器,以便服务器将该标识所对应的信息添加入第二终端设备所对应的第二信息集合;以及
服务器将该标识所对应的信息传输给第二终端设备。
该实施方式还公开了一种终端设备之间的数据同步方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
第二终端设备通过与第一终端设备近距离直接交互的方式读取所述第一终端设备生成的待传信息集合,其中,所述待传信息集合是由第一终端设备响应输入装置的输入信号,从第一终端设备的第一信息集合中选择至少一条信息并根据所选取的信息的标识所生成的;
第二终端设备对所述待传信息集合进行解析,得到信息的标识;
第二终端设备将信息的标识发送给服务器,以便服务器将该标识所对应的信息添加入第二终端设备所对应的第二信息集合;
第二终端设备获取服务器传输的所述标识对应的信息。
本发明的实施方式还公开了一种终端设备之间的数据同步装置,包括:
选择单元,用于控制第一终端设备响应输入装置的输入信号,从第一终端设备的第一信息集合中选择至少一条信息;
信息生成单元,用于控制第一终端设备获取所选中的信息的标识,并根据该标识生成待传信息集合;
读取单元,用于控制第二终端设备通过与第一终端设备近距离直接交互的方式读取所述待传信息集合;
解析单元,用于控制第二终端设备对所述待传信息集合进行解析,得 到信息的标识;
添加单元,用于控制第二终端设备将信息的标识发送给服务器,服务器将该标识所对应的信息添加入第二终端设备所对应的第二信息集合;以及

本发明实施方式与现有技术相比,主要区别及其效果在于:
使用近距离直接交互的方式来读取待传信息集合,以此同步终端设备之间的信息集合,这与现有技术中当信息数量较多时用户需要一次一次地重复手动同步相比,更为快捷,操作也更为简便。
进一步地,可以用传输包括了信息标识的二维码的方式进行近距离直接交互,二维码响应于用户的要求动态生成,避免了现有技术中为所有信息都静态地生成二维码,节约了资源,同时传输方便,共享快捷,还提高了安全性。
进一步地,可对传输到第二终端设备的信息进行编辑,进一步方便了用户的使用。

本发明第一实施方式涉及一种终端设备之间的数据同步方法。图1是该终端设备之间的数据同步方法的流程示意图。
具体地说,该终端设备之间的数据同步方法使用近距离直接交互的方式来读取待传信息集合,以此同步终端设备之间的信息集合。如图1所示,该数据同步方法包括以下步骤:
在步骤S101中,第一终端设备响应输入装置的输入信号,从第一终端设备的第一信息集合中选择至少一条信息。
此后进入步骤S102,第一终端设备获取所选中的信息的标识,并根据该标识生成待传信息集合。
此后进入步骤S103,第二终端设备通过与第一终端设备近距离直接交互的方式读取所述待传信息集合。
此后进入步骤S104,第二终端设备对所述待传信息集合进行解析,得到信息的标识。

可以理解,在本实施方式中,第一信息集合和第二信息集合例如可以是收藏夹或购物车,但并不局限于此,也可以是检索结果列表等等。
此外,在本实施方式中,近距离直接交互的方式包括多种方式,例如:传输二维码、近场通信(Near Field Communication,简称“NFC”)、Wifi、蓝牙、声波等等。特别地,在现有技术中,商家会出于预售或者防伪的目的为自己的每件商品都静态地生成二维码,这造成了资源上的大量浪费,而且静态生成的安全性也值得怀疑,因此在本发明中使用传输二维码的方式时,由于二维码响应于用户的要求动态生成,避免了现有技术中为每件商品都静态地生成二维码,节约了资源,同时传输方便,共享快捷,还提高了安全性。
另外,在本实施方式中,传输二维码时,二维码可以仅仅包括信息本身的标识,也可以不仅仅是包括信息本身的标识,还包括一些其他的信息,例如:颜色、尺码、样式等等。

本发明第二实施方式涉及一种终端设备之间的数据同步装置。图2是该终端设备之间的数据同步装置的结构示意图。本发明的实际结构可以根据实际需要做出必要的调整,并不局限于图2中的结构。
具体地说,该终端设备之间的数据同步装置使用近距离直接交互的方式来读取待传信息集合,以此同步终端设备之间的信息集合。如图2所示,该数据同步装置100包括:
选择单元101,用于控制第一终端设备响应输入装置的输入信号,从第一终端设备的第一信息集合中选择至少一条信息;
信息生成单元102,用于控制第一终端设备获取所选中的信息的标识,并根据该标识生成待传信息集合;
读取单元103,用于控制第二终端设备通过与第一终端设备近距离直接交互的方式读取所述待传信息集合;
解析单元104,用于控制第二终端设备对所述待传信息集合进行解析,得到信息的标识;
添加单元105,用于控制第二终端设备将信息的标识发送给服务器,服务器将该标识所对应的信息添加入第二终端设备所对应的第二信息集合;以及
传输单元106,用于控制服务器将该标识所对应的信息传输给第二终端设备。
第一实施方式是与本实施方式相对应的方法实施方式,本实施方式可与第一实施方式互相配合实施。第一实施方式中提到的相关技术细节在本实施方式中依然有效,为了减少重复,这里不再赘述。相应地,本实施方式中提到的相关技术细节也可应用在第一实施方式中。

在本实施方式的一个示例性的实际应用过程中,上述第一终端设备和第二终端设备可以都是手机,信息可以是商品的商品信息。例如,作为第一 终端设备的用户A的手机响应于用户A从输入装置输入的输入信号,比如点击分享按钮,从用户A的购物车中选择想要分享的至少一件商品,所选商品的商品信息动态地生成作为待传信息集合的二维码,作为第二终端设备的用户B的手机扫描二维码,对二维码进行解析得到商品的标识,将商品的标识对应的商品加入用户B的购物车。
可选地但并非必须地,数据同步装置还包括编辑单元107(图2中未示出),可以对传输到第二终端设备的信息进行编辑,例如在上述的同步购物车的场景中,用户B直接修改购物车中解析得到的商品的表示对应的商品的商品信息,如修改颜色尺码等后立即购买,这样大大方便了用户的使用。
需要说明的是,本发明各设备实施方式中提到的各单元都是逻辑单元,在物理上,一个逻辑单元可以是一个物理单元,也可以是一个物理单元的一部分,还可以以多个物理单元的组合实现,这些逻辑单元本身的物理实现方式并不是最重要的,这些逻辑单元所实现的功能的组合才是解决本发明所提出的技术问题的关键。此外,为了突出本发明的创新部分,本发明上述各设备实施方式并没有将与解决本发明所提出的技术问题关系不太密切的单元引入,这并不表明上述设备实施方式并不存在其它的单元。
需要说明的是,在本专利的权利要求和说明书中,诸如第一和第二等之类的关系术语仅仅用来将一个实体或者操作与另一个实体或操作区分开来,而不一定要求或者暗示这些实体或操作之间存在任何这种实际的关系或者顺序。而且,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者设备所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个”限定的要素,并不排除在包括所述要素的过程、方法、物品或者设备中还存在另外的相同要素。
虽然通过参照本发明的某些优选实施方式,已经对本发明进行了图示和描述,但本领域的普通技术人员应该明白,可以在形式上和细节上对其作各种改变,而不偏离本发明的精神和范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种终端设备之间的数据同步方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    第一终端设备响应输入装置的输入信号,从第一终端设备的第一信息集合中选择至少一条信息;
    第一终端设备获取所选中的信息的标识,并根据该标识生成待传信息集合;
    第二终端设备通过与第一终端设备近距离直接交互的方式读取所述待传信息集合;
    第二终端设备对所述待传信息集合进行解析,得到信息的标识;
    第二终端设备将信息的标识发送给服务器,以便服务器将该标识所对应的信息添加入第二终端设备所对应的第二信息集合;以及
    服务器将该标识所对应的信息传输给第二终端设备。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备之间的数据同步方法,其特征在于,
    所述近距离直接交互的方式是传输二维码,该二维码包括信息的标识。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备之间的数据同步方法,其特征在于,在服务器将该标识所对应的信息传输给第二终端设备之后,还包括以下步骤:
    对传输到第二终端设备的信息进行编辑。
  4. 一种终端设备之间的数据同步方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    第二终端设备通过与第一终端设备近距离直接交互的方式读取所述第一终端设备生成的待传信息集合,其中,所述待传信息集合是由第一终端设 备响应输入装置的输入信号,从第一终端设备的第一信息集合中选择至少一条信息并根据所选取的信息的标识所生成的;
    第二终端设备对所述待传信息集合进行解析,得到信息的标识;
    第二终端设备将信息的标识发送给服务器,以便服务器将该标识所对应的信息添加入第二终端设备所对应的第二信息集合;
    第二终端设备获取服务器传输的所述标识对应的信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的终端设备之间的数据同步方法,其特征在于,
    所述近距离直接交互的方式是传输二维码,该二维码包括信息的标识。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的终端设备之间的数据同步方法,其特征在于,第二终端设备获取服务器传输的所述标识对应的信息之后,还包括以下步骤:
    对传输到第二终端设备的信息进行编辑。
  7. 一种终端设备之间的数据同步装置,其特征在于,包括:
    选择单元,用于控制第一终端设备响应输入装置的输入信号,从第一终端设备的第一信息集合中选择至少一条信息;
    信息生成单元,用于控制第一终端设备获取所选中的信息的标识,并根据该标识生成待传信息集合;
    读取单元,用于控制第二终端设备通过与第一终端设备近距离直接交互的方式读取所述待传信息集合;
    解析单元,用于控制第二终端设备对所述待传信息集合进行解析,得到信息的标识;
    添加单元,用于控制第二终端设备将信息的标识发送给服务器,服务 器将该标识所对应的信息添加入第二终端设备所对应的第二信息集合;以及
    传输单元,用于控制服务器将该标识所对应的信息传输给第二终端设备。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的终端设备之间的数据同步装置,其特征在于,
    所述近距离直接交互的方式是传输二维码,该二维码包括信息的标识。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的终端设备之间的数据同步装置,其特征在于,
    还包括编辑单元,用于对传输到第二终端设备的信息进行编辑。
