相关终端的业务开通,其基本原理一般都是:用户在运营商的营业厅签约业务后,由BOSS(Business&Operation Support System:业务运营支撑)系统给终端网管系统下发电子工单,并由终端网管下发给终端设备。这些电子工单一般有两种传输方式,一种是以用户账号为唯一标识的;另一种是以终端设备的物理ID为唯一标识的。以用户账号为唯一标识的电子工单,一般需要人工进行绑定,需要安装人员在用户家里,通过笔记本或个人电脑等打开终端设备的本地Web页面,进行相关调试配置,但是这种业务开通方式有些不足,首先需要技术人员携带笔记本到用户家里,或者需要用户提供电脑来访问终端的Web本地页面;其次,绑定过程一旦中断,要重新绑定比较繁琐,需要先从BOSS侧下发解绑工单,然后才能重新绑定;最后,需要所有终端都遵守统一的规范,如有不符,将无法接入此运营商,造成用户资源闲置浪费。

本发明实施例的有益效果:在本发明实施例的方法中,终端设备的业务的开通操作简单,可以反复进行,即使中断也能轻松重复绑定,并且该业务开通方式不需要终端设备遵守统一的规范,有利于用户资源的充分利用。

本发明的较佳实施方式
下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
如图1所示为本发明实施例的终端设备的业务开通方法的流程图,该方法具体应用于终端网管系统,参照图1,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤101,接收业务开通模块发送的、用于唯一标识第一业务终端的物理标识。
具体地,在本发明实施例中的业务开通模块可以是应用程序(APP),该APP安装在便携式移动终端上,该便携式移动终端可以是手机或PAD等;本发明实施例中的需要开通业务的终端设备包括家庭网关和机顶盒,或者其他需要运营商给用户提供定制业务信息的终端设备,其中物理标识为终端设备的MAC地址或序列号。
步骤102,接收业务开通模块发送的第一用户账号,并根据所述第一用户账号,获取与所述第一用户账号对应的待开通业务的业务信息。
步骤103,根据所述第一用户账号以及所述第一业务终端的物理标识,建立第一用户账号与所述第一业务终端的物理标识的绑定关系。
步骤104,根据所述绑定关系,将所述第一用户账号对应的待开通业务的业务信息下发至所述第一业务终端。
在本发明实施例中,终端设备的业务的开通操作简单,可以反复进行,即使中断也能轻松重复绑定,并且该业务开通方式不需要终端设备遵守统一的规范,有利于用户资源的充分利用。
可选地,在本发明上述实施例的步骤101之前,所述方法还包括:接收业务开通模块发送的、携带有业务开通人员的鉴权信息的鉴权请求;根据所述鉴权请求,对所述业务开通人员进行身份鉴权,并在通过时,发送鉴权通过的指示信息至业务开通模块。这样即保证了施工人员的可靠性。
可选地,所述方法还包括:接收第一业务终端发送的、携带有该第一业务终端的物理标识的注册请求;根据所述注册请求,对所述第一业务终端进行注册,并在注册成功时,记录并保存第一业务终端的物理标识。
应当说明的是,在本发明实施例中,该注册请求是施工人员到达用户家里进行开通业务时,第一业务终端向终端网管系统发起的注册请求。
在本发明上述实施例的步骤102中,根据所述第一用户账号,获取与所 述第一用户账号对应的待开通业务的业务信息,应当说明的是,此处的获取是通过用户在营业厅签约业务信息时,用户的用户账号即签约对应着用户账号需要开通的业务信息。
可选地,本发明上述实施例中,在步骤103之前,所述方法还包括:校验所述第一业务终端的物理标识是否是已注册的第一业务终端的物理标识,以及所述第一用户账号是否是合法账号;若所述第一业务终端的物理标识是已注册的第一业务终端的物理标识,且所述第一用户账号是合法账号,则建立所述第一用户账号与所述第一业务终端的物理标识的绑定关系。
当然可以理解的是,在本发明实施例的目的是确保用户账号和终端设备的物理标识的准确性,在本发明实施例中,先校验所述用户账号是否是合法账号,进而在校验所述第一业务终端是否注册成功。其中,可根据所述第一业务终端的物理标识,查询终端网管系统本地保存的已经注册成功的业务终端的物理标识,以判断所述第一业务终端是否注册成功;判断用户账号是否是合法账号时,可根据终端网管系统内部预设的账号格式进行校验。
可选地,本发明的上述实施例中,在步骤103具体包括:
判断是否已存在与所述第一用户账号绑定的其他终端设备的物理标识。
若不存在与所述第一用户账号绑定的其他终端设备的物理标识时,则进一步判断是否有与所述第一业务终端的物理标识绑定的其他用户账号;若已存在与所述第一用户账号绑定的其他终端设备的物理标识时,则解除所述其他终端设备的物理标识与所述第一用户账号之间的绑定关系,再判断是否有与所述第一业务终端的物理标识绑定的其他用户账号。
若没有与所述第一业务终端的物理标识绑定的其他用户账号,则建立所述第一用户账号与所述第一业务终端的物理标识的绑定关系;若有与所述第一业务终端的物理标识绑定的其他用户账号时,则先解除第一业务终端的物理标识与其他用户账号的绑定关系,并建立包括第一业务终端和所述其他终端设备在内的所有终端设备的物理标识与所述第一用户账号的绑定关系。
图2为本发明实施例的建立用户账号与终端设备的绑定关系的流程图,下面对图2进行解释,以更好的理解本发明实施例的用户账号与终端设备的 绑定关的建立,该流程包括如下步骤:
步骤201,校验第一用户账号是否是合法账号。若是则进行下一步骤202,若不是则报错。
步骤202,校验第一业务终端的物理标识是否是已注册的第一业务终端的物理标识。若是则进行下一步骤203,若不是则报错。
步骤203,判断是否已存在与所述第一用户账号绑定的其他终端设备的物理标识。若是则进行步骤204,否则进行步骤205,判断是否有与所述第一业务终端的物理标识绑定的其他用户账号,若没有则进行步骤208。
步骤204,解除所述其他终端设备的物理标识与所述第一用户账号之间的绑定关系。接着进行步骤206,判断是否有与所述第一业务终端的物理标识绑定的其他用户账号。若是,则解除所述其他终端设备的物理标识与所述第一用户账号之间的绑定关系,接着进入步骤208。
步骤208,建立包括第一业务终端和所述其他终端设备在内的所有终端设备的物理标识与所述第一用户账号的绑定关系。
本发明实施例还公开了一种计算机程序,包括程序指令,当该程序指令被计算机执行时,使得该计算机可执行上述任意的业务开通方法。
本发明实施例还公开了一种载有所述计算机程序的载体。
如图3所示,本发明实施例提供了一种终端设备的业务开通装置,该装置应用于终端网管系统,所述装置30包括:
第一接收模块31,设置成:接收业务开通模块发送的、用于唯一标识第一业务终端的物理标识。
具体地,在本发明实施例中的业务开通模块可以是应用程序(APP),该APP安装在便携式移动终端上,该便携式移动终端可以是手机或PAD等;本发明实施例中的需要开通业务的终端设备包括家庭网关和机顶盒,或者其他需要运营商给用户提供定制业务信息的终端设备,其中物理标识为终端设备的MAC地址或序列号。
第二接收模块32,设置成:接收业务开通模块发送的第一用户账号,并 根据所述第一用户账号,获取与所述第一用户账号对应的待开通业务的业务信息。
处理模块33,设置成:根据所述第一用户账号以及所述第一业务终端的物理标识,建立第一用户账号与所述第一业务终端的物理标识的绑定关系。
业务下发模块34,设置成:根据所述绑定关系,将所述第一用户账号对应的待开通业务的业务信息下发至所述第一业务终端。
其中,所述装置30还包括:
第三接收模块,设置成:接收业务开通模块发送的、携带有业务开通人员的鉴权信息的鉴权请求;
鉴权模块,设置成:根据所述鉴权请求,对所述业务开通人员进行身份鉴权,并在通过时,发送鉴权通过的指示信息至业务开通模块。
其中,所述装置30还包括:
第四接收模块,设置成:接收第一业务终端发送的、携带有该第一业务终端的物理标识的注册请求;
注册模块,设置成:根据所述注册请求,对所述第一业务终端进行注册,并在注册成功时,记录并保存第一业务终端的物理标识。
其中,所述装置30还包括:校验模块,设置成:校验所述第一业务终端的物理标识是否是已注册的第一业务终端的物理标识,以及所述第一用户账号是否是合法账号;
建立模块,设置成:若所述第一业务终端的物理标识是已注册的第一业务终端的物理标识,且所述第一用户账号是合法账号,则建立所述第一用户账号与所述第一业务终端的物理标识的绑定关系。
其中,所述处理模块33包括:
第一判断单元,设置成:判断是否已存在与所述第一用户账号绑定的其他终端设备的物理标识;
第二判断单元,设置成:若不存在与所述第一用户账号绑定的其他终端设备的物理标识时,则进一步判断是否有与所述第一业务终端的物理标识绑 定的其他用户账号;
第一处理单元,设置成:若没有与所述第一业务终端的物理标识绑定的其他用户账号,则建立所述第一用户账号与所述第一业务终端的物理标识的绑定关系。
其中,所述处理模块还包括:
第三判断单元,设置成:若已存在与所述第一用户账号绑定的其他终端设备的物理标识时,则解除所述其他终端设备的物理标识与所述第一用户账号之间的绑定关系,并进一步判断是否有与所述第一业务终端的物理标识绑定的其他用户账号;
第二处理单元,设置成:若有与所述第一业务终端的物理标识绑定的其他用户账号时,则解除第一业务终端的物理标识与其他用户账号的绑定关系,并建立包括第一业务终端和所述其他终端设备在内的所有终端设备的物理标识与所述第一用户账号的绑定关系。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
工业实用性
在本发明实施例的方法中,终端设备的业务的开通操作简单,可以反复进行,即使中断也能轻松重复绑定,并且该业务开通方式不需要终端设备遵守统一的规范,有利于用户资源的充分利用。因此本发明具有很强的工业实用性。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种终端设备的业务开通方法,应用于终端网管系统,所述方法包括:
    接收业务开通模块发送的、用于唯一标识第一业务终端的物理标识;
    接收所述业务开通模块发送的第一用户账号,并根据所述第一用户账号,获取与所述第一用户账号对应的待开通业务的业务信息;
    根据所述第一用户账号以及所述第一业务终端的物理标识,建立所述第一用户账号与所述第一业务终端的物理标识的绑定关系;
    根据所述绑定关系,将所述第一用户账号对应的待开通业务的业务信息下发至所述第一业务终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备的业务开通方法,其中,在所述接收业务开通模块发送的,用于唯一标识第一业务终端的物理标识的步骤之前,该方法还包括:
    接收所述业务开通模块发送的、携带有业务开通人员的鉴权信息的鉴权请求;
    根据所述鉴权请求,对所述业务开通人员进行身份鉴权,并在鉴权通过时,发送鉴权通过的指示信息至所述业务开通模块。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备的业务开通方法,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述第一业务终端发送的、携带有该第一业务终端的物理标识的注册请求;
    根据所述注册请求,对所述第一业务终端进行注册,并在注册成功时,记录并保存所述第一业务终端的物理标识。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的终端设备的业务开通方法,其中,在所述建立第一用户账号与所述第一业务终端的物理标识的绑定关系的步骤之前,该方法还包括:
    校验所述第一业务终端的物理标识是否是已注册的第一业务终端的物理标识,以及所述第一用户账号是否是合法账号;
    若所述第一业务终端的物理标识是已注册的第一业务终端的物理标识,且所述第一用户账号是合法账号,则建立所述第一用户账号与所述第一业务 终端的物理标识的绑定关系。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的终端设备的业务开通方法,其中,所述建立第一用户账号与所述第一业务终端的物理标识的绑定关系的步骤包括:
    判断是否已存在与所述第一用户账号绑定的其他终端设备的物理标识;
    若不存在与所述第一用户账号绑定的其他终端设备的物理标识时,则进一步判断是否有与所述第一业务终端的物理标识绑定的其他用户账号;
    若没有与所述第一业务终端的物理标识绑定的其他用户账号,则建立所述第一用户账号与所述第一业务终端的物理标识的绑定关系。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的终端设备的业务开通方法,其中,在所述判断是否已存在与所述第一用户账号绑定的其他终端设备的物理标识的步骤之后,该方法还包括:
    若已存在与所述第一用户账号绑定的其他终端设备的物理标识时,则解除所述其他终端设备的物理标识与所述第一用户账号之间的绑定关系,并进一步判断是否有与所述第一业务终端的物理标识绑定的其他用户账号;
    若有与所述第一业务终端的物理标识绑定的其他用户账号时,则解除第一业务终端的物理标识与其他用户账号的绑定关系,并建立包括所述第一业务终端和所述其他终端设备在内的所有终端设备的物理标识与所述第一用户账号的绑定关系。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的终端设备的业务开通方法,其中,
    所述所有终端设备包括:家庭网关和机顶盒;
    所述物理标识包括MAC地址或序列号。
  8. 一种终端设备的业务开通装置,应用于终端网管系统,所述装置包括第一接收模块、第二接收模块、处理模块和业务下发模块,其中:
    所述第一接收模块设置成:接收业务开通模块发送的、用于唯一标识第一业务终端的物理标识;
    所述第二接收模块设置成:接收所述业务开通模块发送的第一用户账号,并根据所述第一用户账号,获取与所述第一用户账号对应的待开通业务的业务信息;
    所述处理模块设置成:根据所述第一用户账号以及所述第一业务终端的物理标识,建立所述第一用户账号与所述第一业务终端的物理标识的绑定关系;
    所述业务下发模块设置成:根据所述绑定关系,将所述第一用户账号对应的待开通业务的业务信息下发至所述第一业务终端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的终端设备的业务开通装置,所述装置还包括第三接收模块和鉴权模块,其中,
    所述第三接收模块设置成:接收所述业务开通模块发送的、携带有业务开通人员的鉴权信息的鉴权请求;
    所述鉴权模块设置成:根据所述鉴权请求,对所述业务开通人员进行身份鉴权,并在鉴权通过时,发送鉴权通过的指示信息至所述业务开通模块。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的终端设备的业务开通装置,所述装置还包括第四接收模块和注册模块,其中,
    所述第四接收模块设置成:接收所述第一业务终端发送的、携带有该第一业务终端的物理标识的注册请求;
    所述注册模块设置成:根据所述注册请求,对所述第一业务终端进行注册,并在注册成功时,记录并保存所述第一业务终端的物理标识。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的终端设备的业务开通装置,所述装置还包括校验模块和建立模块,其中,
    所述校验模块设置成:校验所述第一业务终端的物理标识是否是已注册的第一业务终端的物理标识,以及所述第一用户账号是否是合法账号;
    所述建立模块设置成:若所述校验模块确定所述第一业务终端的物理标识是已注册的第一业务终端的物理标识,且所述第一用户账号是合法账号,则建立所述第一用户账号与所述第一业务终端的物理标识的绑定关系。
  12. 根据权利要求8~11中任一项所述的终端设备的业务开通装置,其中,所述处理模块包括第一判断单元、第二判断单元和第一处理单元,其中,
    所述第一判断单元设置成:判断是否已存在与所述第一用户账号绑定的其他终端设备的物理标识;
    所述第二判断单元设置成:若所述第一判断单元判定不存在与所述第一 用户账号绑定的其他终端设备的物理标识时,则进一步判断是否有与所述第一业务终端的物理标识绑定的其他用户账号;
    所述第一处理单元设置成:若所述第二判断单元判定没有与所述第一业务终端的物理标识绑定的其他用户账号,则建立所述第一用户账号与所述第一业务终端的物理标识的绑定关系。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的终端设备的业务开通装置,其中,所述处理模块还包括第三判断单元和第二处理单元,其中,
    所述第三判断单元设置成:若所述第一判断单元判定已存在与所述第一用户账号绑定的其他终端设备的物理标识时,则解除所述其他终端设备的物理标识与所述第一用户账号之间的绑定关系,并进一步判断是否有与所述第一业务终端的物理标识绑定的其他用户账号;
    所述第二处理单元设置成:若所述第三判断单元判定有与所述第一业务终端的物理标识绑定的其他用户账号时,则解除第一业务终端的物理标识与其他用户账号的绑定关系,并建立包括第一业务终端和其他所述终端设备在内的所有终端设备的物理标识与所述第一用户账号的绑定关系。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的终端设备的业务开通装置,其中,所述所有终端设备包括:家庭网关和机顶盒;所述物理标识为MAC地址或序列号。
  15. 一种计算机程序,包括程序指令,当该程序指令被计算机执行时,使得该计算机可执行如权利要求1-7中任一项所述的终端设备的业务开通方法。
  16. 一种载有如权利要求15所述计算机程序的载体。
