身份识别装置 30 , 与 小屋处理系统 20 连接,用于录入和识别用户的身份。用户在初次进入该 社区服务小屋时,可通过 身份识别装置 30 录入用户的身份信息,以便于根据录入的身份信息建立该用户对应的电子健康档案;在用户后续进入 社区服务小屋时,可通过 身份识别装置 30 进行身份识别,即只有通过身份认证才能进入 社区服务小屋使用检测设备。
支付装置 40 , 与 小屋处理系统 20 连接,用于根据检测项目提供相应的支付功能。根据用户的检测项目,如用户所选择的是需付费的检测项目,则 社区服务小屋可提供在线支付服务供用户进行在线支付,具体地,该在线支付装置 40 可以支持刷卡的方式支付,也可支持现金支付,例如可以将支付装置 40 设置为支持银联卡和 / 或社保卡的刷卡机,也可将其设置为现金投币设备;当然,还可以支持第三方支付,如支付宝或其他网上银行的支付平台。根据检测项目提供相应的在线支付服务,用户能够及时支付,从而及时体验检测项目。
本实施例的 可移动社区服务小屋, 在小屋本体内的小屋处理系统 10 和与其连接的健康检测装置 20 ,除了常用的检测装置外还设置有 血常规检测模块 201 和尿常规检测模块 202 ;该可移动社区服务小屋还包括 身份识别装置 30 和支付装置 40 ,实现在进入 可移动社区服务小屋前对用户进行身份认证,以及根据用户选择的检测项目为其提供在线支付服务,在保证可移动社区服务小屋的使用安全的同时,能够 将线上和线下健康服务进行有机结合,从而充分发挥了健康小屋的健康指导功能。
参照图 2 ,图 2 为 图 1 中身份识别装置的 结构示意图 。
在上述实施例中, 身份识别装置 30 具体包括身份证识别子模块 301 和指纹识别子模块 302 ,其中:
身份证识别子模块 301 ,用于读取用户的身份信息以建立电子健康档案,以及在使用时识别用户的身份信息。在用户首次使用 社区服务小屋时,通过 身份证识别子模块 301 可从用户的二代身份证中获取姓名、出生日期以及住址等信息,以根据身份信息建立该用户的电子健康档案;另外,录入用户的身份信息并保存,用户还可 选择性地输入个人基本信息、个人和家庭病史、联系方式等,这些信息均可 作为该用户的身份识别标识,相当于用户已在社区服务小屋注册。在该用户后续使用社区服务小屋时, 身份证识别子模块 301 可采集身份证中的身份信息,识别当前用户的身份信息与保存的身份信息是否一致,只有一致时,用户才可以进入 社区服务小屋中进行体征检测。
指纹识别子模块 302 ,用于录入用户的指纹信息,并在使用时识别匹配用户的指纹信息。在用户首先使用 社区服务小屋时,可通过录入指纹信息的方式进行注册,在用户后续进入社区服务小屋时可通过 指纹识别子模块 302 识别指纹信息是否与注册的指纹信息相匹配,匹配后用户可进入 社区服务小屋中进行体征检测;设置 指纹识别子模块 302 ,还可以避免身份证的身份信息与指纹信息不一致的问题,这就需要将用户的指纹信息与身份信息相关联,用户进入 社区服务小屋时只需采集指纹信息进行匹配, 匹配后即可进入 社区服务小屋中进行体征检测。
参照图 3 , 图 3 为 图 1 中 小屋处理系统 的 结构示意图 。
小屋处理系统 10 包括通讯 模块 101 、 健康建议提示模块 102 、服务关联模块 103 、交互模块 104 、体质测评模块 105 和满意度调查模块 106 ,其中:
通讯 模块 101 ,用于接收健康检测装置采集的用户的检测数据,并将检测数据传输至远程服务中心,供远程服务中心将检测数据存储至对应的电子健康档案中。当用户使用检测设备采集到检测数据后,可以通过 通讯 模块 101 将检测数据传输至远程服务中心,远程服务中心会将接收到的检测数据存储至当前用户的电子健康档案中,方便终端医生根据该检测数据为用户进行相应的健康服务;当 远程服务中心的 医生根据该用户的检测数据生成健康报告及健康建议后,也可通过 通讯 模块 101 接收健康报告及健康建议后 ,为用户提供健康服务。
健康建议提示模块 102 ,用于显示根据用户的检测数据生成的健康建议,以向用户进行提示。在接收到用户上传的检测数据后,健康建议提示模块 102 根据该检测数据在预置的健康数据库中进行匹配,根据匹配结果生成相应的健康建议,例如进行饮食、运动配合,或者去医院看医生;通过显示屏显示健康建议以向用户进行提示,用户可根据自身需求采纳相应的意见。
服务关联模块 103 ,用于根据用户的检测项目和检测数据关联相应的线下服务,并显示关联的线下服务的项目。在接收到用户上传的检测数据后,根据用户的检测项目和检测数据,为其关联适合的线下服务,并通过显示屏显示关联的线下服务的项目,供用户根据自身实际情况选择相应的线下服务。
交互模块 104 ,用于根据用户的选择提供交互界面,供用户与远程服务中心的医生进行语音和 / 或视频交互。在健康建议提示模块 102 向用户显示健康建议后,用户可与远程服务中心的医生进行交互,交互模块 104 会向用户提供交互界面,用户可选择语音通话或视频对话等方式与医生交互。
体质测评模块 105 ,用于提供中医体质辨识的测评界面,并显示根据用户的测评结果生成的相应的中医养生指导。通过该体质测评模块 105 ,设计可量化的中医体质辨识问题库,为用户提供免费的测评体验,提供中医体质辨识的测评界面供用户进行自测,根据测评结果生成相应的中医养生指导,并向用户推送相应的线下服务,必要时用户可随时联系线上中医师进行咨询。
满意度调查模块 106 ,用于提供评分界面供用户评分,以获取客户满意度。为了获取用户对社区服务小屋的使用体验满意度,设置满意度调查模块 106 ,可在用户完成体征检测后提供评分界面,供用户根据自己的体验感受进行评分,从而可获取客户满意度。
在上述实施例中, 用于 O2O 健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋还包括设置在小屋本体内用于用户采集尿液的取尿间,该取尿间可设置为封闭空间,当用户进行尿常规检测时,可以在该取尿间中采集尿样。这样,即使用户没有自带尿样也可以在社区服务小屋中完成尿常规检测,方便了用户的检测。
在上述实施例中, 用于 O2O 健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋还包括设置在小屋本体外的健康门,本实施例中,还可将身份识别装置 30 设置在健康门的外侧,与健康门进行通信,在用户需要进入社区服务小屋时,通过身份证或指纹进行身份识别,当用户通过身份认证后,身份识别装置 30 向健康门发送确认信息,健康门自动开启,用户才可进入社区服务小屋,如身份认证失败,则健康门不会开启,用户无法进入社区服务小屋,从而为社区服务小屋的管理提供了方便,并且保证了社区服务小屋的使用安全。
在上述实施例中, 用于 O2O 健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋还包括监控装置,该监控装置可以设置在小屋本体内,用于监控在小屋本体内的用户的检测情况以及屋本体内的安全状况,监控装置还可以设置在小屋本体外侧,可以监控位于小屋本体外侧周围的安全状况,从而进一步保证了社区服务小屋的使用安全。
在上述实施例中, 用于 O2O 健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋还包括设置在小屋本体底部用于移动健康小屋的移动装置,以及用于锁紧该移动装置的锁紧装置。移动装置可以为固定安装在小屋本体底部的可转向的滑轮结构,通过该移动装置可实现社区服务小屋的可移动性;锁紧装置可以为机械锁,当将社区服务小屋固定在某场合时,可通过锁紧装置锁紧移动装置,从而可防止社区服务小屋被随意移动,而当需要移动社区服务小屋时,解开锁紧装置,便可通过移动装置移动社区服务小屋。
在上述实施例中, 用于 O2O 健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋还包括设置在小屋本体内的播放装置,该播放装置可以为扬声器或固定在小屋本体内的侧壁上的显示设备,在用户进入社区服务小屋后,在进行体征检测前可启动播放装置,播放操作检测设备的操作示范音频或视频,从而指导用户正确使用检测设备,并通过检测设备得到准确的检测数据。
在上述实施例中, 用于 O2O 健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋还包括设置在小屋本体内用于提供应急外用药的药品取用装置,该药品取用装置可以为药品箱或药品柜,免费向用户提供常用外用药以及进行体征检测所必需的医用品,例如消炎药、消毒水、创可贴、棉球和 / 或棉签,以及纱布等,用户可通过药品取用装置提供的应急外用药,进行体征检测或简单的伤口处理。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种用于O2O健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋,包括小屋本体,以及设置在所述小屋本体内的小屋处理系统和与其连接的健康检测装置,其特征在于,
    所述健康检测装置包括与所述小屋处理系统连接的血常规检测模块和尿常规检测模块;
    所述用于O2O健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋还包括:
    身份识别装置,与所述小屋处理系统连接,用于录入和识别用户的身份;
    支付装置,与所述小屋处理系统连接,用于根据检测项目提供相应的支付功能。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的用于O2O健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋,其特征在于,所述身份识别装置包括身份证识别子模块和指纹识别子模块,其中:
    所述身份证识别子模块,用于读取用户的身份信息以建立电子健康档案,以及在使用时识别所述用户的身份信息;
    所述指纹识别子模块,用于录入用户的指纹信息,并在使用时识别匹配所述用户的指纹信息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的用于O2O健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋,其特征在于,所述支付装置为刷卡机,或为现金投币设备,或者为支持第三方支付的支付平台。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的用于O2O健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋,其特征在于,所述小屋处理系统包括:
    通讯模块,用于接收所述健康检测装置采集的用户的检测数据,并将所述检测数据传输至远程服务中心,供远程服务中心将检测数据存储至对应的电子健康档案中;
    健康建议提示模块,用于显示根据用户的检测数据生成的健康建议,以向用户进行提示。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的用于O2O健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋,其特征在于,所述小屋处理系统还包括:
    服务关联模块,用于根据用户的检测项目和检测数据关联相应的线下服务,并显示关联的所述线下服务的项目;
    交互模块,用于根据用户的选择提供交互界面,供用户与远程服务中心的医生进行语音和/或视频交互。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的用于O2O健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋,其特征在于,所述小屋处理系统还包括:
    体质测评模块,用于提供中医体质辨识的测评界面,并显示根据用户的测评结果生成的相应的中医养生指导;
    满意度调查模块,用于提供评分界面供用户评分,以获取客户满意度。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的用于O2O健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋,其特征在于,所述用于O2O健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋还包括设置在所述小屋本体内用于用户采集尿液的取尿间。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的用于O2O健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋,其特征在于,所述用于O2O健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋还包括设置在小屋本体外的健康门,所述身份识别装置设置在所述健康门的外侧。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的用于O2O健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋,其特征在于,所述用于O2O健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋还包括设置在小屋本体内和/或小屋本体外侧用于监控健康小屋的监控装置。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的用于O2O健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋,其特征在于,所述用于O2O健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋还包括设置在所述小屋本体底部用于移动所述健康小屋的移动装置。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的用于O2O健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋,其特征在于,所述用于O2O健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋还包括用于锁紧所述移动装置的锁紧装置。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的用于O2O健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋,其特征在于,所述用于O2O健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋还包括设置在所述小屋本体内的播放装置,该播放装置用于播放操作所述检测设备的操作示范音/视频。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的用于O2O健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋,其特征在于,所述用于O2O健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋还包括设置在所述小屋本体内用于提供应急外用药的药品取用装置。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的用于O2O健康管理的可移动社区服务小屋,其特征在于,所述健康检测装置包括血压计、心电仪、血糖仪、体温计、血氧仪、身高体重秤、人体成分仪、肺功能测量仪、动脉硬化分析仪、体脂测试仪以及骨密度分析仪。
