Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif d'émission de signal dans une porteuse non autorisée, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : un site détermine un ou plusieurs canaux prédéfinis, configurés à l'intérieur d'une période unitaire, la période unitaire étant obtenue par division de la porteuse non autorisée selon une orientation temporelle et un temps total occupé par les un ou plusieurs canaux prédéfinis à l'intérieur de la période unitaire n'étant pas supérieur à un rapport de longueur de temps spécifié d'une période unitaire ; le site émet ou reçoit un signal de données et/ou un signal de référence dans le canal prédéfini. La présente invention résout le problème dans la technologie associée selon lequel un mécanisme de négociation d'interface hertzienne ne peut pas être réalisé entre différents opérateurs, permettant ainsi une occupation réciproque d'une porteuse non autorisée par des stations de base, en particulier des stations de base de différents opérateurs, ce qui permet ladite occupation mutuelle avec une efficacité élevée.
