Description

一种分开关功率控制节能器 技术领域
本发明涉及家庭用电领域,具体地来说为一种检测家用电器用电功率并调整的分开关功率控制节能器。
背景技术
电能是重要的二次能源,应用于现代社会各个方面,中国是仅次于美国的发电大国,而其中80%为火力发电,燃烧了大量的煤炭和石油,并产生大量的有害气体,污染坏境。
作为家庭用电,从每个家庭开始,都应该建立节约电能的习惯,有人发明出一种定功率限制器,采用MCU控制将电能负载功率限制在设定的范围,当超出范围时,自动将功率调回至设定的范围。然而对于一些家电来说,所使用的功率是一定的,当功率降低后,可能不能正常工作,因此此限定器使用的范围很小,仅仅能用于小型的灯具,并且不能用于多个用电器。
技术问题
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足之处,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供分开关功率控制节能器,具有应用家电范围广,不影响家电正常工作等优点。
技术解决方案
本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现的:
一种分开关功率控制节能器,包括功率检测电路,检测用电器的用电功率;开关控制电路,与多个用电器连接;微程序控制MCU,其输入端与功率检测电路的输出端连接,其输出端与开关控制电路的输入端连接。
开关控制电路具有与用电器相同数目的输出端,各输出端互不干扰。
开关控制电路的输出端与用电器之间设置有继电器。
所述继电器为常闭状态。
进一步地,所述功率检测电路包括总功率检测电路与各个用电器的分功率检测电路。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果是:开关控制电路对用电器单独控制,能用于多个用电器同时使用,即节约了电能又保护了用电器过载工作。

本发明的实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
如图1所示,一种分开关功率控制节能器,控制多个家用电器的用电功率,包括功率检测电路5,检测用电器的用电功率,首先检测总功率,然后对各个用电器的用电功率进行检测;开关控制电路4,与多个用电器2连接,具有与用电器2相同数目的输出端,各输出端互不干扰;开关控制电路4的输出端与用电器2之间设置有继电器3,继电器3为常闭状态。微程序控制MCU1,其输入端与功率检测电路5的输出端连接,接收功率检测电路的数据,并将其内设定的数据进行比较,其输出端与开关控制电路4的输入端连接,但检测到其中一个用电器用电功率超出额定功率时,通过开关控制电路进行功率降低调节,当调节无效后,启动继电器打开,断开电源。
本发明还包括数据输入端6,用于将用电器的编号和功率检测电路的分检测电路进行编号输入至微程序控制MCU中。
本发明首先功率检测电路检测到总功率大于设定功率时,功率检测电路对各个分用电器的功率进行检测对超出设定功率的大型用电器进行调节至额定功率,对于检测到小型用电器,可减低其功率使之达到设定的功率,这种分开控制的结构和方法,不仅节约电能,还能起到保护用电器的作用,能同时用于多个用电器。
本发明在使用前,首先对用电器进行编号,将小型灯具和必须工作在额定功率的大型用电器分开编号并将其通过数据输入端输出至微程序控制电路中。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种分开关功率控制节能器,其特征在于,包括功率检测电路,检测用电器的用电功率;开关控制电路,与多个用电器连接;微程序控制MCU,其输入端与功率检测电路的输出端连接,其输出端与开关控制电路的输入端连接。
  2. 按照权利要求1所述的分开关功率控制节能器,其特征在于,开关控制电路具有与用电器相同数目的输出端,各输出端互不干扰。
  3. 按照权利要求1或2所述的分开关功率控制节能器,其特征在于,开关控制电路的输出端与用电器之间设置有继电器。
  4. 按照权利要求1或2所述的分开关功率控制节能器,其特征在于,所述继电器为常闭状态。
  5. 按照权利要求1所述的分开关功率控制节能器,其特征在于,所述功率检测电路包括总功率检测电路与各个用电器的分功率检测电路。
