Description
本文涉及通信领域,特别涉及一种策略和计费规则功能的选择方法及装置。
图1是相关技术中第三代合作伙伴计划(3rd Generation Partnership Project,简称为3GPP)定义的策略和计费控制架构(Policy and Charging Control,简称为PCC)示意图,如图1所示,策略和计费规则功能(Policy and Charging Rules Function,简称为PCRF)是整个PCC架构的核心。PCRF制定所述控制策略需要结合从应用功能(Application Function,简称为AF)接收的业务信息,从用户签约数据库(Subscription Profile Repository,简称为SPR)接收的用户签约信息,运营商配置的策略等。PCRF将为业务制定的控制策略下发给策略和计费执行功能(Policy and Charging Enforcement Function,简称为PCEF)或者承载绑定和事件上报功能(Bearer Binding and Event Report Function,简称为BBERF)执行。同时PCRF可以向PCEF和/或BBERF订阅承载层相关事件,以便当承载层发生所述事件时及时感知,并更改控制策略。PCEF也可以支持应用检测控制功能。PCEF可以根据本地配置或是PCRF下发的包含应用标识的PCC规则进行应用检测并进行策略执行(如门控、重定向和带宽限制)。PCEF一般都位于网络的网关GW上,如EPS的分组数据网络网关(PDN-GW),连接OCS(在线计费系统)及OFCS(离线计费系统)。此外,网络还可以通过部署独立业务检测功能(Traffic Detection Function,简称为TDF)来实现应用检测控制。TDF与PCRF通过Sd接口连接,TDF可以根据预先配置的或PCRF下发的应用检测控制(Application Detection and Control,简称为ADC)规则进行应用检测和策略执行。
在相关技术中,一个公共陆地移动网络PLMN中通常部署有多个PCRF,此时DRA(Diameter Routing Agent,直径路由代理)将负责管理这些
PCRF,并确保跟一个IP-CAN(IP连接接入网络)会话或一个UE(User Equipment,用户设备,即终端)相关的所有策略控制会话(如Gx、Gxx、Sd会话)都关联到同一个PCRF。相关技术中的假设是这多个PCRF具有相同的能力(此时DRA通常可以根据UE的号段、IP地址或者各PCRF的负荷信息的选择PCRF)。因此,DRA不需要考虑PCRF不同的业务处理能力来为UE或IP-CAN会话选择PCRF。
但是在一些应用场景中,当运营商需要开展一种新的业务的时候(譬如红包业务)或者运营商在已有业务网络以及PCC架构之上部署了新的数据智能网络,运营商如何在不改变已有业务网络以及PCC架构的情况下进行业务开展还有待解决。
发明内容
本文提供一种支持根据不同的业务进行不同的PCRF选择的方法和装置。
一种策略和计费规则功能的选择方法,包括:

如图3所示,为本发明实施例的架构一。在架构一中,DRA负责管理PCRF域中的PCRF,DRA的实现方式可以是重定向代理(Redirect Agent)也可以是Proxy代理(Proxy Agent)。该域中PCRF的数量为2个或2个以上(比如图3中的PCRF1和PCRF2)。SPR中保存着用户签订的特定业务的签约信息。DRA与SPR之间存在接口Sq进行交互,用户签订的特定的业务签约信息。PCRF客户端(如BBERF,PCEF以及AF)与DRA进行交互以选择该域中的支持这个特定业务的PCRF。

本实施例描述的是UE在非漫游场景下,从E-UTRAN接入并且S-GW和P-GW之间采用GTP((GPRS Tunnel Protocol,通用分组无线服务技术隧道协议)协议、或UE从可信任非3GPP网络或不可信任非3GPP网络接入3GPP系统且A-GW/ePDG与P-GW之间采用GTP协议时,建立IP-CAN会话过程以及PCRF的选择流程。DRA为Redirect Agent,基于图3或图4所示的结构实现。图6为本发明实施例的PCRF的选择方法实施例二的流程图,包括以下步骤501~511:
步骤501:UE通过E-UTRAN或非3GPP接入EPS系统,P-GW收到请求建立IP-CAN会话的消息,消息中携带用户标识和PDN标识;
步骤502:位于P-GW的PCEF向DRA发送IP-CAN会话建立指示消息,消息中携带用户标识和PDN标识;
步骤503:DRA根据用户标识和PDN标识查找本地保存的对应关系,发现没有为该用户或该用户和对应的PDN标识选择PCRF,则DRA向SPR或BOSS发送签约文档请求消息,消息中携带用户标识和PDN标识;
步骤504:SPR或BOSS根据用户标识返回签约信息,其中包括用户签约的特定业务的签约信息;
步骤505:DRA保存签约信息,根据所述签约信息确定用户签约的特定业务;
步骤506:DRA根据用户签约的特定业务,并且根据DRA上的配置(即PCRF与所支持开展的特定业务之间的对应关系),为UE或IP-CAN会话选
择一个支持开展所述特定业务的PCRF,保存用户标识、PDN标识、和所选择的PCRF的地址之间的对应关系,在发送给PCEF的重定向消息中携带所选择的PCRF的地址;
当网络中部署了一组PCRF支持所述特定业务开展时,那么DRA将选择这组PCRF中的任一个PCRF。
步骤507:PCEF向PCRF发送IP-CAN会话建立指示消息,消息中携带用户标识、PDN标识和IP Address;
步骤508:PCRF向SPR发送签约文档请求消息,消息中携带用户标识和PDN标识;
步骤509:SPR返回签约信息;
步骤510:PCRF根据签约信息、网络策略、接入网信息等制定策略,如PCC规则和事件触发器等。PCRF向PCEF返回IP-CAN会话建立确认消息,携带PCC规则和事件触发器;PCEF安装策略;
步骤511:P-GW返回应答建立IP-CAN会话,携带IP Address。
经过上述流程,DRA为该UE或IP-CAN会话选择了一个支持开展用户签约的特定业务的PCRF,当用户开展这种特定业务时,PCRF根据用户签约的特定业务的签约信息制定策略。
实施例三
本实施例描述的是用户从E-UTRAN接入并且S-GW和P-GW之间采用PMIPv6协议、或UE从可信任非3GPP网络或不可信任非3GPP网络接入3GPP系统且A-GW/ePDG与P-GW之间采用PMIPv6协议时,建立IP-CAN会话过程以及PCRF的选择流程。DRA为Proxy Agent,基于图3或图4所示的结构实现。图7为本发明实施例PCRF的选择方法实施例三的流程图,包括以下步骤601~617:
步骤601:UE通过E-UTRAN接入或从可信任非3GPP网络接入请求建立IP-CAN会话,S-GW或可信任非3GPP接入网关(A-GW)收到请求建立IP-CAN会话的消息,消息中携带用户标识和PDN标识;
步骤602:位于S-GW或A-GW的BBERF向DRA发送网关控制会话建立消息,消息中携带用户标识和PDN标识;
步骤603:DRA根据用户标识和PDN标识查找本地保存的对应关系,发现没有为该用户或该用户和对应的PDN标识选择PCRF,则DRA向SPR或BOSS发送签约文档请求消息,消息中携带用户标识和PDN标识;
步骤604:SPR或BOSS根据用户标识返回签约信息,其中包括用户签约的特定业务的签约信息;
步骤605:DRA保存签约信息,根据所述签约信息确定用户签约的特定业务;
步骤606:DRA根据用户签约的特定业务,并且根据DRA上的配置(即PCRF与所支持开展的特定业务之间的对应关系),为UE或IP-CAN会话选择一个支持开展所述特定业务的PCRF,保存用户标识、PDN标识、和所选择的PCRF的地址之间的对应关系,DRA向所选择的PCRF发送网关控制会话建立消息,消息中携带用户标识和PDN标识;
当网络中部署了一组PCRF支持所述特定业务开展时,那么DRA将选择这组PCRF中的任一个PCRF。
步骤607:PCRF向SPR发送签约文档请求消息,消息中携带用户标识和PDN标识;
步骤608:SPR返回签约信息;
步骤609:PCRF根据签约信息、网络策略、接入网信息等制定策略,如PCC规则、QoS规则和事件触发器等。PCRF向DRA返回网关控制会话建立确认消息,携带QoS规则和事件触发器。
步骤610:DRA向BBERF转发网关控制会话建立确认消息,携带QoS规则和事件触发器;BBERF安装策略;
步骤611:BBERF所在网关向PCEF所在网关发送请求建立IP-CAN会话,消息中携带用户标识和PDN标识;PCEF所在网关为所建立的IP-CAN会话分配IP Address;
步骤612:PCEF向DRA发送IP-CAN会话建立指示消息,消息中携带
用户标识、PDN标识和所分配的IP Address;
步骤613:DRA根据用户标识和PDN标识查找保存信息,发现已经为该IP-CAN会话或UE选择了PCRF,则更新对应关系(用户标识、PDN标识、IP Address、PCRF地址)。DRA向所选择的PCRF转发IP-CAN会话建立指示消息,携带用户标识、PDN标识和IP地址;
步骤614:PCRF根据用户标识和PDN标识返回对应的步骤609制定的PCC规则和事件触发器;
步骤615:DRA向PCEF返回IP-CAN会话建立确认消息;
步骤616:PCEF所在网关向BBERF所在网关返回应答建立IP-CAN会话,携带IP Address;
步骤617:BBERF所在网关返回应答建立IP-CAN会话,携带IP Address。
经过上述流程,DRA为该UE或IP-CAN会话选择了一个支持开展用户签约的特定业务的PCRF,当用户开展这种特定业务时,PCRF根据用户签约的特定业务的签约信息制定策略。
实施例四

步骤705:DRA保存签约信息,根据所述签约信息确定用户签约的特定业务;
步骤706:DRA根据用户签约的特定业务,并且根据DRA上的配置(即PCRF与所支持开展的特定业务之间的对应关系),为UE或IP-CAN会话选择一个支持开展业务的PCRF,保存用户标识、PDN标识、IP地址、和所选择的PCRF的地址之间的对应关系。DRA将IP-CAN会话建立指示消息转发给这个PCRF;
当网络中部署了一组PCRF支持所述特定业务开展时,那么DRA将选择这组PCRF中的任一个PCRF。
步骤707:PCRF向SPR发送签约文档请求消息,消息中携带用户标识和PDN标识;
步骤708:SPR返回签约信息;
步骤709:PCRF根据签约信息、网络策略、接入网信息等制定策略,如PCC规则和事件触发器等。PCRF向DRA返回IP-CAN会话建立确认消息,携带PCC规则和事件触发器。
步骤710:DRA向PCEF返回IP-CAN会话建立确认消息,消息中携带PCC规则和事件触发器;PCEF安装策略;
步骤711:P-GW返回应答建立IP-CAN会话,携带IP Address。
经过上述流程,DRA为该UE或IP-CAN会话选择了一个支持开展用户签约的特定业务的PCRF,当用户开展这种特定业务时,PCRF根据用户签约的特定业务的签约信息制定策略。
在以上所有实施例中,通过对DRA的增强支持DRA与SPR/BOSS互通获取特定业务的签约信息后,为UE或IP-CAN会话选择支持特定业务开展的
PCRF。在其他实施例中,也可以通过以下方式实现:在当前的DRA的后面部署一个eDRA(演进的DRA),该eDRA可与SPR/BOSS互通获取特定业务的签约信息。若用户没有特定业务的签约信息,那么eDRA将选择一个普通的PCRF;若用户有特定业务的签约信息,eDRA将选择一个支持相应特定业务开展的PCRF。流程与图5~图8类似,不再赘述。
如图9所示,一种策略和计费规则功能的选择装置,设置于直径路由代理DRA中,包括:
签约信息获取模块901,设置为:从用户签约数据库SPR或业务运营支持系统BOSS获取用户签约的特定业务的签约信息;
选择模块902,设置为:根据所述签约信息为UE或IP连接接入网络IP-CAN会话选择支持开展所述特定业务的策略和计费规则功能PCRF。
可选地,所述选择模块902是设置为:根据所述签约信息确定用户签约的特定业务;根据配置的PCRF与所支持开展的特定业务之间的对应关系,选择支持开展所确定的特定业务的PCRF;当网络中部署了一组PCRF支持所述特定业务开展时,选择这组PCRF中的任一个PCRF。
可选地,所述装置还包括:存储模块,设置为:在所述选择模块902根据所述签约信息为UE或IP-CAN会话选择支持开展所述特定业务的PCRF后,保存用户标识、分组数据网PDN标识和所选择的PCRF的地址之间的对应关系。
可选地,所述签约信息获取模块901是设置为:从承载绑定和事件上报功能BBERF接收网关控制会话建立消息;根据所述网关控制会话建立消息中携带的用户标识和PDN标识,查找所述存储模块保存的对应关系,如果未分配过PCRF,则通过签约文档请求消息发送所述用户标识和分组数据网PDN标识给SPR或BOSS;接收所述SPR或BOSS返回的签约信息,从中获取所述用户签约的特定业务的签约信息。
可选地,所述装置还包括:交互模块,设置为:在所述存储模块保存所述对应关系后,在发送给所述BBERF的重定向消息中携带所选择的PCRF的
地址;当收到策略和计费执行功能PCEF发送的携带有所分配的IP地址的IP-CAN会话建立指示消息后,根据所述IP-CAN会话建立指示消息中携带的用户标识和PDN标识查找所述存储模块保存的所述对应关系;如果已经选择了PCRF,则指示所述存储模块在所保存的所述对应关系中加入所述IP地址;向所述PCEF返回携带所选择的PCRF地址的重定向消息。
可选地,所述装置还包括:交互模块,设置为:在所述存储模块保存所述对应关系后,向所选择的PCRF发送网关控制会话建立消息,携带所述用户标识和PDN标识;当收到所述PCRF返回的网关控制会话建立确认消息后,向所述BBERF转发所述网关控制会话建立确认消息,所述网关控制会话建立确认消息中携带服务质量QoS规则和事件触发器;当收到PCEF发送的携带有所分配的IP地址的IP-CAN会话建立指示消息后,根据所述IP-CAN会话建立指示消息中的用户标识和PDN标识查找所述存储模块保存的所述对应关系;如果已经选择了PCRF,则指示所述存储模块在所保存的所述对应关系中加入所述IP地址;向所选择的PCRF转发所述IP-CAN会话建立指示消息,携带所述用户标识、PDN标识和IP地址;向所述PCEF返回IP-CAN会话建立确认消息。
可选地,所述签约信息获取模块901是设置为:从PCEF接收IP-CAN会话建立指示消息;根据所述IP-CAN会话建立指示消息中携带的用户标识和PDN标识,查找所述存储模块保存的所述对应关系,如果未分配过PCRF,则通过签约文档请求消息发送所述用户标识和PDN标识给SPR或BOSS;接收所述SPR或BOSS返回的签约信息,从中获取所述用户签约的特定业务的签约信息。
可选地,所述装置还包括:交互模块,设置为:在所述存储模块保存所述对应关系后,在发送给PCEF的重定向消息中携带所选择的PCRF的地址。
可选地,所述装置还包括:交互模块,设置为:在所述存储模块保存所述对应关系后,将所述IP-CAN会话建立指示消息转发给所选择的PCRF;当收到所述PCRF返回的IP-CAN会话建立确认消息后,向所述PCEF返回所述IP-CAN会话建立确认消息,所述IP-CAN会话建立确认消息中携带PCC规
则和事件触发器。

可选地,上述实施例的全部或部分步骤也可以使用集成电路来实现,这些步骤可以被分别制作成一个个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元可以采用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,也可以分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上。
上述实施例中的装置/功能模块/功能单元以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。上述提到的计算机可读取存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
本发明实施例的技术方案可以在已有的PCRF域中部署一个或一组PCRF以支持处理新业务开展,支持根据不同的业务进行不同的PCRF选择。
Claims (19)
- 一种策略和计费规则功能的选择方法,包括:直径路由代理DRA从用户签约数据库SPR或业务运营支持系统BOSS获取用户签约的特定业务的签约信息;所述DRA根据所述签约信息为UE或IP连接接入网络IP-CAN会话选择支持开展所述特定业务的策略和计费规则功能PCRF。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述DRA根据所述签约信息为UE或IP-CAN会话选择支持开展所述特定业务的PCRF包括:所述DRA根据所述签约信息确定用户签约的特定业务;所述DRA根据配置的PCRF与所支持开展的特定业务之间的对应关系,选择支持开展所确定的特定业务的PCRF;当网络中部署了一组PCRF支持所述特定业务开展时,所述DRA选择这组PCRF中的任一个PCRF。
- 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,所述DRA根据所述签约信息为UE或IP-CAN会话选择支持开展所述特定业务的PCRF后还包括:所述DRA保存所述用户标识、分组数据网PDN标识和所选择的PCRF的地址之间的对应关系。
- 如权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述DRA从SPR或BOSS获取用户签约的特定业务的签约信息包括:所述DRA从承载绑定和事件上报功能BBERF接收网关控制会话建立消息;所述DRA根据所述网关控制会话建立消息中携带的用户标识和PDN标识,查找所保存的所述对应关系,如果未分配过PCRF,则通过签约文档请求消息发送所述用户标识和分组数据网PDN标识给SPR或BOSS;所述DRA接收所述SPR或BOSS返回的签约信息,从中获取所述用户签约的特定业务的签约信息。
- 如权利要求4所述的方法,所述DRA保存用户标识、PDN标识和所选择的PCRF的地址之间的对应关系的步骤后还包括:所述DRA在发送给所述BBERF的重定向消息中携带所选择的PCRF的地址;所述DRA当收到策略和计费执行功能PCEF发送的携带有所分配的IP地址的IP-CAN会话建立指示消息后,根据所述IP-CAN会话建立指示消息中携带的用户标识和PDN标识查找保存的所述对应关系;如果已经选择了PCRF,则在所保存的所述对应关系中加入所述IP地址;向所述PCEF返回携带所选择的PCRF地址的重定向消息。
- 如权利要求4所述的方法,所述DRA保存用户标识、PDN标识和所选择的PCRF的地址之间的对应关系的步骤后还包括:所述DRA向所选择的PCRF发送网关控制会话建立消息,携带用户标识和PDN标识;所述DRA当收到所述PCRF返回的网关控制会话建立确认消息后,向所述BBERF转发网关控制会话建立确认消息,所述网关控制会话建立确认消息中携带服务质量QoS规则和事件触发器;所述DRA当收到PCEF发送的携带有所分配的IP地址的IP-CAN会话建立指示消息后,根据所述IP-CAN会话建立指示消息中携带的用户标识和PDN标识查找保存的所述对应关系;如果已经选择了PCRF,则在所保存的所述对应关系中加入所述IP地址;向所选择的PCRF转发所述IP-CAN会话建立指示消息,携带所述用户标识、PDN标识和IP地址;向所述PCEF返回IP-CAN会话建立确认消息。
- 如权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述DRA从SPR或BOSS获取用户签约的特定业务的签约信息包括:所述DRA从PCEF接收IP-CAN会话建立指示消息;所述DRA根据所述IP-CAN会话建立指示消息中携带的用户标识和PDN标识,查找所保存的对应关系,如果未分配过PCRF,则通过签约文档请求 消息发送所述用户标识和PDN标识给SPR或BOSS;所述DRA接收所述SPR或BOSS返回的签约信息,从中获取所述用户签约的特定业务的签约信息。
- 如权利要求7所述的方法,所述DRA保存用户标识、PDN标识和所选择的PCRF的地址之间的对应关系的步骤后还包括:所述DRA在发送给所述PCEF的重定向消息中携带所选择的PCRF的地址。
- 如权利要求7所述的方法,所述DRA保存用户标识、PDN标识和所选择的PCRF的地址之间的对应关系的步骤后还包括:所述DRA将所述IP-CAN会话建立指示消息转发给所选择的PCRF;所述DRA当收到所述PCRF返回的IP-CAN会话建立确认消息后,向所述PCEF返回所述IP-CAN会话建立确认消息,所述IP-CAN会话建立确认消息中携带策略和计费控制架构PCC规则和事件触发器。
- 一种策略和计费规则功能的选择装置,设置于直径路由代理DRA中,包括:签约信息获取模块,设置为:从用户签约数据库SPR或业务运营支持系统BOSS获取用户签约的特定业务的签约信息;选择模块,设置为:根据所述签约信息为UE或IP连接接入网络IP-CAN会话选择支持开展所述特定业务的策略和计费规则功能PCRF。
- 如权利要求10所述的装置,其中,所述选择模块是设置为:根据所述签约信息确定用户签约的特定业务;根据配置的PCRF与所支持开展的特定业务之间的对应关系,选择支持开展所确定的特定业务的PCRF;当网络中部署了一组PCRF支持所述特定业务开展时,选择这组PCRF中的任一个PCRF。
- 如权利要求10或11所述的装置,还包括:存储模块,设置为:在所述选择模块根据所述签约信息为UE或IP-CAN 会话选择支持开展所述特定业务的PCRF后,保存所述用户标识、分组数据网PDN标识和所选择的PCRF的地址之间的对应关系。
- 如权利要求12所述的装置,其中,所述签约信息获取模块是设置为:从承载绑定和事件上报功能BBERF接收网关控制会话建立消息;根据所述网关控制会话建立消息中携带的用户标识和PDN标识,查找所述存储模块保存的对应关系,如果未分配过PCRF,则通过签约文档请求消息发送所述用户标识和分组数据网PDN标识给SPR或BOSS;接收所述SPR或BOSS返回的签约信息,从中获取所述用户签约的特定业务的签约信息。

- 如权利要求13所述的装置,还包括:交互模块,设置为:在所述存储模块保存所述对应关系后,向所选择的PCRF发送网关控制会话建立消息,携带所述用户标识和PDN标识;当收到所述PCRF返回的网关控制会话建立确认消息后,向所述BBERF转发所述网关控制会话建立确认消息,所述网关控制会话建立确认消息中携带服务质量QoS规则和事件触发器;当收到PCEF发送的携带有所分配的IP地址的IP-CAN会话建立指示消息后,根据所述IP-CAN会话建立指示消息中的用户标识和PDN标识查找所述存储模块保存的所述对应关系;如果已经选择了PCRF,则指示所述存储模块在所保存的所述对应关系中加入所述IP地址;向所选择的PCRF转发所述IP-CAN会话建立指示消息,携带所述用户标识、PDN标识和IP地址;向所述PCEF返回IP-CAN会话建立确认消息。
- 如权利要求12所述的装置,其中,所述签约信息获取模块是设置为:从PCEF接收IP-CAN会话建立指示消息;根据所述IP-CAN会话建立指示消息中携带的用户标识和PDN标识,查找所述存储模块保存的所述对应关系,如果未分配过PCRF,则通过签约文档请求消息发送所述用户标识和PDN标识给SPR或BOSS;接收所述SPR或BOSS返回的签约信息,从中获取所述用户签约的特定业务的签约信息。
- 如权利要求16所述的装置,还包括:交互模块,设置为:在所述存储模块保存所述对应关系后,在发送给PCEF的重定向消息中携带所选择的PCRF的地址。
- 如权利要求16所述的装置,还包括:交互模块,设置为:在所述存储模块保存所述对应关系后,将所述IP-CAN会话建立指示消息转发给所选择的PCRF;当收到所述PCRF返回的IP-CAN会话建立确认消息后,向所述PCEF返回所述IP-CAN会话建立确认消息,所述IP-CAN会话建立确认消息中携带PCC规则和事件触发器。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1-9任一项的方法。
