一种在当前超声影像上显示感兴趣区域的方法及装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种处理超声影像的方法及装置,尤其涉及一种在当前超声影像上显示感兴趣区域的方法及装置。
背景技术
在对病人进行超声检查时,医生通常会在超声影像上划定感兴趣区域(Region Of Interest,ROI)。感兴趣区域内包含了能够反映与病灶相关的一些特征。
对于一些需要跟踪复查的病症,可能需要对同一部位在不同时间做出的两次超声检查的影像进行对比,现有的方法是将当前检查得到的超声影像与之前存储的历史检查得到的超声影像同时显示出来。
然而,现有方法无法将历史检查得到的超声影像的ROI在当前检查得到的超声影像上显示出来,这不利于医生对两幅影像的ROI进行比较。
所以,需要提供一种在当前超声影像上显示感兴趣区域的方法及装置,能够自动地将历史超声影像上的ROI信息显示到当前超声影像上。
发明内容
本发明的一个实施例提供了一种在当前超声影像上显示感兴趣区域的方法,包括:存储与当前超声影像相对应的历史超声影像的感兴趣区域的信息;读取信息;以及根据信息在当前超声影像上显示感兴趣区域。
本发明另一个实施例提供了一种在当前超声影像上显示感兴趣区域的装置,包括:存储模块,用于存储与当前超声影像相对应的历史超声影像的感兴趣区域的信息;读取模块,用于读取信息;以及显示模块,用于根据信息在当前超声影像上显示感兴趣区域。

当医生将当前检查得到的超声影像与对相同部位的历史检查得到的超声影像进行对比时,通常会关心历史超声影像上的ROI的位置等信息。本发明实施例将要描述的是在当前超声影像上自动地显示历史超声影像上的ROI的方法及装置。
参考图1,图1所示为本发明的在当前超声影像上显示感兴趣区域的方法100的一个实施例的流程示意图。方法100包括如下步骤101至103。
在步骤101中,存储与当前超声影像相对应的历史超声影像的感兴趣区域的信息。
在本发明的一个实施例中,在进行上次超声检查以获取历史超声影像时,当感兴趣区域被确定后,可以通过如图2所示的格式将该感兴趣区域的信息存储下来。具体来说,图2中的Tag可以用于为该感兴趣区域的信息设定标签,比如:Tag的取值可以表示该信息是特定属于某个病人的专属信息。图2中的VR可以用于存储该感兴趣区域的信息的类型和格式。图2中的Value Length可以用于记录该感兴趣区域的信息的长度。图2中的Value可以用于记录该感兴趣区域的信息的具体内容。

在本发明的一个实施例中,感兴趣区域的形状可以是矩形、椭圆形、将用户选定的多个点用曲线拟合而成的封闭曲线形或用户自由绘制的任意形状。
在步骤102中,读取信息。
当对病人的相同部位用超声机进行再次检查时,可以将历史检查得到的超声影像与本次检查得到的当前超声影像同时显示在屏幕上进行对比。在本发明的一个实施例中,当接收显示感兴趣区域的请求时,可以将步骤101中存储的该历史超声影像的感兴趣区域的信息读出。具体来说,超声操作员可以先冻结本次超声检查得到的实时影像以得到一幅静态的超声影像,然后打开对比和测量功能,以此来将历史超声影像的感兴趣区域的信息读出。

在子步骤302中,根据转换后的坐标在当前超声影像上显示感兴趣区域的位置。
可以将子步骤301中转换后的位置坐标,在当前超声影像上显示感兴趣区域的位置。当然,也可以根据转换前的位置坐标,在历史超声影像上显示感兴趣区域。这样,就既能对比两幅超声影像,也能突出地对比两幅超声影像上的感兴趣区域。
在子步骤303中,计算当前超声影像的感兴趣区域的面积和血流占比。
当计算感兴趣区域的面积时,对于形状规则的感兴趣区域,可以直接用该形 状的面积公式来计算,对于形状非规则的感兴趣区域,可以将其内部分割为多个四边形,用这些四边形的面积之和来近似地计算其面积。
当计算感兴趣区域内的血流占比时,可以将感兴趣区域内的像素点的RGB三通道像素值的差值超过预先设定的门限值的像素点视为是血流,进而得到血流区域与感兴趣区域的总面积的比值。
在子步骤304中,显示历史超声影像的感兴趣区域的面积和血流占比、当前超声影像的感兴趣区域的面积和血流占比。
为了能够直观地对比两幅图像上的感兴趣区域的面积大小和血流占比,如图5所示,除了在屏幕上对比显示两幅超声影像以及其上的感兴趣区域(虚线内的区域),还可以在屏幕上对比显示历史超声影像的感兴趣区域的面积和血流占比,以及当前超声影像的感兴趣区域的面积和血流占比。图5所示的屏幕左下角中的active area为当前超声影像上的感兴趣区域的面积,active ratio为当前超声影像上的感兴趣区域的血流占比,replay area为历史超声影像上的感兴趣区域的面积,replay ratio为历史超声影像上的感兴趣区域的血流占比。
在本发明的一个实施例中,还可以通过计算历史超声影像的感兴趣区域和当前超声影像的感兴趣区域的互相关值来向用户提示这两块感兴趣区域内的图像的相似度的大小,以此用来评估这两次超声检查的部位的改变程度。也就是说,当互相关值很大时,说明两个感兴趣区域内的图像内容很相似,即:被检查的部位没有太大的改变。反之,当互相关值较小时,说明两个感兴趣区域内的图像内容不太相同,即:被检查的部位有明显的改变。
至此描述了根据本发明实施例的在当前超声影像上显示感兴趣区域的方法。根据本发明的方法,能够自动地将用于对比的历史超声影像上的感兴趣区域的位置、测量值等信息显示到当前超声影像上来,还能计算这两个感兴趣区域的相似度。这就使医生能够方便、准确地对两次检查的感兴趣区域进行对比。
与该方法类似,本发明还提供了相应的装置。
图4所示为本发明的在当前超声影像上显示感兴趣区域的装置的一个实施例的示意性框图。
如图4所示,装置400可以包括:存储模块401,用于存储与当前超声影像相对应的历史超声影像的感兴趣区域的信息;读取模块402,用于读取信息;以及显示模块403,用于根据信息在当前超声影像上显示感兴趣区域。

  1. 一种在当前超声影像上显示感兴趣区域的方法,其特征是,包括:存储与所述当前超声影像相对应的历史超声影像的感兴趣区域的信息;读取所述信息;以及
    根据所述信息在所述当前超声影像上显示所述感兴趣区域。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是,所述存储与所述当前超声影像相对应的历史超声影像的感兴趣区域的信息的步骤进一步包括:
    为所述信息设定标签;
    为所述信息设定类型;
    记录所述信息的长度;以及
    记录所述信息的内容。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征是,所述信息包括历史超声影像的感兴趣区域的位置坐标、历史超声影像的感兴趣区域的面积和历史超声影像的感兴趣区域的血流占比。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是,所述读取所述信息的步骤进一步包括:接收显示感兴趣区域的请求。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征是,所述根据所述信息在所述当前超声影像上显示所述感兴趣区域的步骤进一步包括:
    根据超声探头的当前位置对读取到的所述位置坐标进行转换;以及
    根据转换后的坐标在所述当前超声影像上显示感兴趣区域的位置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征是,所述根据所述信息在所述当前超声影像上显示所述感兴趣区域的步骤进一步包括:
    计算当前超声影像的感兴趣区域的面积和血流占比;以及
    显示历史超声影像的感兴趣区域的面积和血流占比、当前超声影像的感兴趣区域的面积和血流占比。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征是,还包括:
    计算历史超声影像的感兴趣区域和当前超声影像的感兴趣区域的互相关值。
  8. 一种在当前超声影像上显示感兴趣区域的装置,其特征是,包括:
    存储模块,用于存储与所述当前超声影像相对应的历史超声影像的感兴趣区域的信息;
    读取模块,用于读取所述信息;以及
    显示模块,用于根据所述信息在所述当前超声影像上显示所述感兴趣区域。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征是,所述存储模块进一步包括:
    标签设定模块,用于为所述信息设定标签;
    类型设定模块,用于为所述信息设定类型;
    长度记录模块,用于记录所述信息的长度;以及
    内容纪录模块,用于记录所述信息的内容。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征是,所述读取模块进一步包括:接收模块,用于接收显示感兴趣区域的请求。
  11. 根据权利要求8或9所述的装置,其特征是,所述信息包括历史超声影像的感兴趣区域的位置坐标、历史超声影像的感兴趣区域的面积和历史超声影像的感兴趣区域的血流占比。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征是,所述显示模块进一步包括:
    坐标转换模块,用于根据超声探头的当前位置对读取到的所述位置坐标进行转换;以及
    感兴趣区域的位置显示模块,用于根据转换后的坐标在所述当前超声影像上显示感兴趣区域的位置。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征是,所述显示模块进一步包括:
    面积和血流占比计算模块,用于计算当前超声影像的感兴趣区域的面积和血流占比;以及
    面积和血流占比显示模块,用于显示历史超声影像的感兴趣区域的面积和血流占比、当前超声影像的感兴趣区域的面积和血流占比。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征是,还包括:
    互相关值计算模块,用于计算历史超声影像的感兴趣区域和当前超声影像的感兴趣区域的互相关值。
